Hello everyone and today i’m going to show you how to play on the server as an adventurer now as opposed to my previous video this one isn’t going to be too heavily edited and it’s going to be more of a general play through with me up until level 10 When we’re going to choose a specialization in our class between swordsman and sorcerer so let’s get started to start off we’re going to go and talk to the npc and select the first option twice that’ll complete our first quest and give us some starter items we’re gonna get a knife That does three damage with 9999 durability some rocks that you can throw to deal a flat 10 damage to enemies and two teleportation scrolls to the sorcerer’s house because the knife has so much durability you can actually stick with it throughout early game up until level 10 And maybe even level 20 if you enhance it but that’s purely my recommendation and if you do want to use a class specific weapon once you switch your classes then that is completely fine too you’ll also notice that you got a book this is your skill and stat book If you right click the book it’ll open up the stat menu where you can allocate your stat points to one of the five following stats at level one you start with nine stat points and as you level up you will gain more the first stat is physical strength for Each point that you add to this stat it’ll increase the healing you receive by 0.5 percent and it’ll increase your health by one point next up is mana for each point you allocate to this stat it’ll increase your mana by one point and also increase your mana regeneration speed by 2.5 Percent the third stat is wisdom each point here reduces your skills cooldowns by point fifteen percent next we have agility each point in agility increases your movement speed by point two percent last is strength each point here will reduce the knockback you take by one percent in addition to these Benefits some skills scale off of the amount of stat points you allocate to specific stats so keep an eye out for that if you left-click the book you’ll open up the skill menu where you can allocate skill points to unlock and upgrade various skills you start with one skill point at level One and as usual you get more as you level up you can actually check on the right side of your screen how many skill points you have free because it will be next to the letters s p left clicking allocates a skill point and right clicking takes away the skill Point so you can freely edit your loadout as you please the first skill will have access to is the dodge skill when you activate this skill you’ll roll in the direction you’re facing if you’re a sorcerer the cooldown and mana cost of this ability will increase if you’re a swordsman the cooldown will Decrease we can see from the text that this ability requires you to be level one it requires one skill point to level up and has a mana cost of two and a cool down of 4 seconds now that we’ve unlocked our first skill let’s add it to our loadout so we can Use it pressing the graves key opens up a menu that shows all of your owned skills and after that you simply click on the skill you want and drop it in the bar each slot in the bar corresponds to its own hotkey and you can change which Hotkey each slot has by going into your escape menu under controls and then searching skill all right now we’re all set up so where do we go to level up let’s take a look at the map you can press j to open up a larger image of the minimap Which maps out places that you have explored i’ve already explored the city so my map is more or less complete there’s two main locations for leveling up for beginners the first is the farm on the west side of the village mob spawn rate is quite high there and There is good visibility so you can easily track down and hunt the mobs and spawn as well as it being close to spawn so if you do die you can make your way back extremely quickly the second location is a bit further out you can get there by leaving the human Village through the east gate follow along the path and once you get to the river you’re there leveling up in this location is a little bit slower but it is safer because you get a resistance and regeneration effect while you’re there scattered around the human village are Rickshaws you can talk to the npc to unlock each rickshaw and they’re essentially teleport points that you can use to fast travel around the human village before i go to the first farming spot let’s get some necessities like food the easiest food that we have access to is going to Be bananas if we head down the main path in the human village we can find the banana shrine and the priest will give you a stack of bananas bananas aren’t that great of a food however this is free and you can come back here from time to time Whenever you need food while i’m running to one of the farming spots i’d like to talk about deaths whenever you die you lose 20 percent of the xp that it takes for you to reach the next level however you will never level down So if i were to die and i was halfway to level 2 i would lose 20 percent of my xp bar on death but when that xp bar reaches 0 i do not go to the previous level because of this in order to not lose your progress i recommend as a Low-level player that you invest all your stat points into physical strength to increase your health i actually mentioned before that you were supposed to follow along the path and as it turns out i am not following along the path and that’s my mistake because actually i’m following the route For one of the quests the daily quest which is escorting visitors to the hakurei shrine in which you can visit corondo and mistia izakaya to gain additional rewards for the quest but i’ll head back to the path now when you arrive at the location the first thing You’ll see is a giant kedama don’t worry he’s friendly he’s the only friendly one if you see another one that one’s not friendly and if you look at the top right of your screen you’ll notice two potion effects resistance and regeneration these will help you as you level up to make sure You don’t die killing fairies and the kedama drop various loot items do not throw them away they are not junk items and you will find that you need a lot of these items in late game for sorcerers additionally these balls of fluff can be used to craft items to Strengthen your armor or craft cloth which is used to make fashion items such as kimonos if you are strapped for cash however there is a repeatable quest at the human village with the clothing store proprietis at which you can sell these balls of fluff for money with that Money you could buy various things such as food from the canteen in the human village which is going to be a lot better than the free bananas that you get along the river sometimes there will be chess you can right click the chest and sometimes it will give you money If it doesn’t give you money you might not be too happy i’m gonna head back so i can show you the other farming spot now this is the fisherman’s house you can buy a fishing rod here and buy some seeds with money and this is probably one of the best Money making methods in the game you can fish and then sell the fish for money in the early levels when your fishing skill is low you lose money however once you level up that skill passed around level four then you start to see profits and i mean big profits This is a warehouse if you right click the gap it’ll open up this tiny inventory with which you can store items in to access this inventory a prerequisite quest is needed to be completed this is the bank you can deposit and store money here by left-clicking or right-clicking the shulker boxes Additionally if you have human village vouchers which are received when you complete daily quests you can trade them here for money walking along it looks like we’ve come across another rickshaw don’t forget to talk to him because it unlocks this point for reference this is the south gate and this is the blacksmith Generally when you’re low level you do want to stay away from fairies because they’re going to do a lot of damage and are quite hard to kill however you can time your movement skill to dash in after their barrage ends get a quick hit run out rinse and repeat Just be careful when you’re facing more than one fairy because that’s when things get tough but for now i don’t have any damaging skills so i need to level up i’m just gonna stick to killing these kedamas and look at that we’ve reached level two first off i’m going to allocate that Additional skill point i got to physical strength so i can get one more point of health and i’m going to unlock my second skill my first damaging seal this skill requires you to be level two it takes one skill point has a mana cost of two and a cooldown of two seconds Its range is three blocks in front of you and i deals two points of fixed damage and one additional point of damage for each point in physical strength that you have which is what we’ve been allocating all of our points into well would you look at that If you notice at the top of our screen there is a red health bar that means a mini boss has spawned in the world and if you look to the right well there he is giant kadama i’m pretty sure he can one shot me so I’m just gonna let him be for now he has a fairly simple attack pattern however it’s mainly a jump in the air and then when he stomps it deals damage in an aoe our third skill requires level three one skill point has a mana cost of nine and A cooldown of nine seconds it deals damage in a three block cone in front of you five points of fixed damage and three additional points of damage for each point in physical strength that you have allocated now we’ve come across a variant of the kedama which looks like Stone i recommend killing these whenever you come across them because they drop useful things like stones which you can throw unprocessed ore which is necessary to forge weapons and armor for the swordsman and some p points which is also useful for the swordsman oh gosh it’s the big bad the big bad is A mini boss that spawns in your proximity randomly and if you look in chat there was a red message to notify you that it has spawned the big bad’s attack patterns is he unleashes the barrage of don maku when you’re far away and when you get close he can grab you And deal physical damage all right i forgot to mention this before but if you want to zoom in just press the c key since i’m just farming right now why don’t i go over what we do once we hit level 10 and pick our class specializations we can choose Between swordsman or sorcerer a swordsman class generally is tankier but has higher sustained dps as opposed to the magician which has access to range but is going to be squishier and has more of a burst in general picking your class mostly comes down to preference however If you do want to make the game as easy as possible i recommend sorcerer early game until endgame the investment in the class is lower than swordsman and you have access to range which means that you can more or less safe spot difficult monsters and bosses that you come across Unlike swordsman which requires you to be in melee range from which you’re going to be tanking a lot of dhanmaku hits and melee hits but as always this game isn’t too difficult and it’s simply something that makes your life easier if you want to play a class You can play it everything is viable now that i hit level 10 i’m going to go back to spawn in the human village there is a kendo dojo where you can change your class to swordsmen since that’s the closest i’m going to show you where that is first from the South gate of the human village it’s as simple as taking the main road to pass the canal making the left turn and then you will see it alternatively we can take the rickshaw and teleport to a closer location all we need to do is turn around and the dojo is to our right Let’s head inside and there’s the npc once you talk to him you can select the first option and your class will be changed to swordsman i’m not going to choose swordsman i’m planning on picking sorcerer simply because that is the class i’m more familiar with however when you do change your class You will get a starter weapon for the swordsman your starter weapon can actually be upgraded into your end game weapon so don’t throw that away and don’t lose it opening up the map again we can look for the sorcerer’s house it’s quite the walk so we can take the Metro to the garden of the sun station or we could use our teleportation scrolls which we got when we first talked to the npc to become an rpg player i’m going to use the teleportation scroll since i already have one but i will show you how to use the metro if You do want to take that it’s right here by the south gate of the human village if you look at the map you can go to the human village station you can take the green line towards the southern border which will take you to the garden of the sun station And once you get to the garden of the sun station there is a path that takes you to the sorcerer’s house if you end up at the east gate station you’ll have to take the purple line to munzuka and then take the yellow line to the garden of the sun Now that we’re a sorcerer we’ve got our first weapon we can see from the text that it deals 15 points of damage it has 5 armor penetration and it increases the range of our spells by 2 blocks additionally for every 30 attacks we do it’ll unleash a penetrative bolt that Deals 6 damage the amount of attacks that it takes to unleash this ball decreases as we increase our weapon proficiency weapon proficiency goes up by one point for each kill you get on the weapon also the green text at the very bottom of the weapon description is the durability Once the durability hits zero you can no longer use the weapon and you need to repair it at a blacksmith which costs money let’s open up our skill book once again you’ll notice all of a sudden we have a lot of different pages and different skills these skills are Color coded and correspond to various elements after you become a sorcerer of level 30 you are able to unlock elemental skills which is a secondary specialization if you will you can only use one element at a time but you can unlock all five and then pick or swap between them Freely to unlock each of these elements you have to do a quest specific to each element when you’re level 30 and you’re ready to do these quests you have to talk to the sorceress and then go upstairs and right click these balls which correspond to the various elements and they will Assign you the quest one exception to the mutually exclusive rule for elemental spells is going to be spells that are purple those are your general spells and you’ll have access to them regardless of which element you choose the first source for a skill we unlock Is magic missile it has a cooldown of 6 seconds and a mana cost of 15 we can see that it deals an additional 0.5 damage for each point in wisdom that we have and it deals 1 times our weapon damage however you’ll notice that it’s level 1 Out of three so when we hit level 11 we can upgrade this skill again and the multipliers will increase before i finish off the video i would like to go over one extremely useful skill double jump is a skill that can be activated twice press it once launches you in the Air press it again it’ll launch you in the air twice and then go on cool down most importantly however is that this skill negates fall damage so if you’re about to take a big fall right before you hit the ground you can activate the skill and safely land without taking any fall Damage whatsoever and with that you’ve cleared the early levels 1-10 you’ve unlocked your class and you’re ready to continue on into the game there’s a number of things that i may have forgotten to mention in the video or i didn’t have enough time to talk About as well as where do we go from here for all of these questions i highly recommend visiting the wiki you can use google translate to translate it into english and it is still largely readable and has all the information you need to get into endgame as always thanks for watching And i hope to see you around on the server Video
