hey what’s up guys this is R Kitty craft here with another Minecraft video and today I’m going to be teaching you how to make a really efficient resource efficient too and compact Minecraft Elevator so stick around to figure out how to make a very cool Minecraft Elevator but besides that thank you so much for 50 subscribers it really warms their heart please smash that subscribe button also hit that like button and bring that notification Bell so then you do not miss another one of these videos and let me just say they are going to get C whether is one of these tutorial videos or if it’s just one of my gameplay videos and yeah without further Ado let’s get into building our elevator all right let’s just go over what resources are we going to need to build this elevator first we’re going to need one redstone repeater one lever 14 furnaces two notebox two Observers either eight slime blocks or eight honey blocks they will both work so whichever one is easier for you you can use it two sticky pistons and five building blocks they can be any block as long as they’re a full block like grass wood or Cobblestone and here are some optional resources that you will need some of them are it one a water bucket because it will be pretty hard to reach the high heights we’re going to go to the water bucket you’re going to need some building blocks because we’re going to go to high heights and you will absolutely need Redstone Dust because we are going to need to wire to our lever but you do not need a stack of it it depends on how far away your lever is all right now let’s go over what space you’re going to need for this elevator you’re going to need a 4×6 Square for your elevator now in your 4×6 Square go look up to where your floor is going to be so your floor should be kind of like this and it should be in the middle of your 4×6 Square having a rim around it now go one block forward of where it should be so like right here because it’s one block forward and then right here make a 2X 3×3 um rectangle and dig it out to make a little trench that looks like this then delete the sides but not the corners of the rectangle that you just made to make a sort of nether portal like shape that I will show in a moment kind of like this now on this corner of the nether portal frame that you just made place a not block then place a furnace on the right side of it now on the Note Block place a furnace facing in then a sticky piston facing up and then on the furnace place two slime blocks on top of each other now your Contraption should look something like this now on top of your sticky piston place two slime blocks on top of each other and then place an observer facing up along with a sticky piston on the bottom of it now your constrution should look like something like this um with the Observer facing up and this Observer facing down now this is a simple flying machine but there’s nowhere for you to stand on so you’re going to take your four remaining slime or hooding blocks and place them like this in a 2×2 square connected to this bottom slime block now use your four building blocks that can be any full block and then take your take your mass amount of furnaces and place them along the rim like this so the furnaces are kind of like the obsidian in your NE portal frame but now we’re not done because we have to dig into our trench again so dig into your trench and you should have something that looks like this now take your Redstone your repeater and your lever now connect the Redstone to the note block place your repeater that’s at three ticks you have to have this and a redstone that will be under your lever so my lever is head right here so this would work for me it would activate the not block that’s under there and it would start the Flying Machine going up but if you did realize there is a problem this flying machine will just go on for ever which is not what we want so take your stack the building block and build up from the slime block on your flying machine and keep on building up until you reach your floor like this then go two blocks up then place a furnace then then on the left side of it place your note block now you should have something that kind of looks like this with a giant pillow but the thing is we don’t want this giant pillow so first don’t to show the whole pillar yet I know we said we don’t need it and we don’t but we still need something to do with this floor you might realize that we still have two furnaces left that we need to use so mine out two like this make a bridge across if you really want to and then place two furnaces on the um North corners and on the the west and and on the west so you should something that looks like this now destroy your building box and your pillar like this and you should have something that kind of looks like this which is right that is what we want now your flying machine is complete if you flip the lever and go on to these four um blocks that can be any full block the elevator will start going up and bringing you to your floor now you might want to add a rim along the elevator so then you don’t um disturb anything that like so then you don’t like so then it doesn’t look weird but if you do want to place blocks right here you do have to place furnaces so yes you will have to do that if you want to place blocks around the back side of the rim I just put these two furnes here because I don’t really know why but they did so if you now if you want to go down you just press the notebook and you go down to the floor that you were just at now I know you might want to put walls around your elevator to make it look cooler but you can’t because these slime blocks will latch onto those blocks and the elevator will not you can put water water waterfalls or lava waterfalls but um besides that you cannot put any blocks around now for all those people who are using honey to make these elevators it will also work but it does apply the same rules as the slime blocks you cannot place any blocks around the honey or the elevator will not move if you’ve made it this far thank you for watching the whole video and if you haven’t already please smash that subscribe but hit that like button and ring the notification Bell so that you do not miss another one of these tutorial videos or one my gameplay videos because as I said they’re going to be crazy but I don’t want to be keeping you here because I know that you’re going to have something important to do so until then R Kitty crap will’ll see you in the next one and
