🔥 LEGENDARY SCYTHE + INSANE BOSS BATTLE! 💣 – Minecraft Dungeons: Howling Peaks Ep.7

What is going on guys just waffle here and welcome back to some more minecraft dungeons the howling peaks dlc you guys remember last time we’re actually doing the holly peace dlc we got kind of caught up with all the uh the spooky scary halloween event stuff

And it’s been a while since we actually did the howling peaks dlc we only did like the first level over here the windswept peaks where we actually unlocked this hidden secret level over here the colossal rampart and that’s what we’re going to be doing today uh

This is a daily mission up here i was about to say is there another hidden mission or uh another hidden level over here but i guess not anyways colossal rampart that’s what we’re going to be doing our current power level is 67 but i think it’s rather low right now

Because i have second fishing rod right uh so if i switch that back out because i’m always doing that for the interest let’s switch that back out to like say that or maybe another thing which uh i don’t know did i get this at the end of

The last episode or i might have gotten at the end of the uh the background footage i recorded for the october 2021 uh channel update video that might have been what i got from that uh but speaking of that channel update video i did do one more mission it was the uh

The seasonal mission the halloween event mission whatever it’s called how do we get out of this god lee there you go uh where we went over here to the creeper creepy crypt i believe i think that’s the one that i did it was for the halloween event it was like halloween

Event themed or whatever there’s a secret mission there too okay final secret location the soggy swamp but i went back over here and i did on the hardest difficulty adventure seven difficulty and actually survived it i died once but i actually uh ended up beating it i didn’t get this other

Reward over here unfortunately but one of the things that i did get and i forget if i got it from buying an artifact thing from this guy the mystery merchant or not an artifact thing but like a weapon box from this guy or if i got it from the obsidian chest after

Beating the mission uh but i got this hecking sickle over here or scythe the skull scythe and as you can see it’s a special event item indicating that i got it during the halloween event unfortunately it ended a couple days ago so that kind of sucked uh but either way

We did only two out of like the six missions there so i don’t know maybe if i maybe if i tried doing more uh missions and stuff off camera we probably would have been able to do that but uh it is what it is right uh we

Still have this ender pearl thing going on over here though remember we actually found one enderman like mini boss or whatever or like some weird ender what’s it called like some other name i don’t know i’ll put it at the bottom of the screen but it was a

Random boss battle and we had to kill him and we actually ended up getting an ender pearl out one out of the six right there for whatever that thing is return all eyes of ender to the stronghold i don’t know necessarily what that is i think someone commented saying it was

Something to do with the some the end i mean where’s the other dimensions i’m afraid to click that because i feel like there’s going to be something that’s going to happen and uh like a cut scene or something that amount i don’t want to do that just yet but uh whatever the

Latest dlc was the one that is based on the end that’s what that was for so it’s kind of interesting that we’re able to do that so early into the game while we’re still doing the howling peaks stuff but as you can see i have not

Enchanted it yet it has uh 520 melee damages at level 77 which is amazing has a special ability to slow mobs just like our old armor over here uh amidst the chilling aura so now that we switched over to the gordian armor we don’t have

That anymore but if we enchant or if we use this we’ll actually get the slow mob thing again so that’s going to be great but speaking of the enchantments over here i only have two enchantment points and speaking of this old frost armor i think it’s time to salvage to see guys

Is 16 oh no 15 enchantments tied up in this and it’s only a level 66. so i think it’s time to get rid of this we have the tumblebee there we have the protection there those were really good the temple bees were really good to spawn in and uh and basically a hundred

Guaranteed every time we roll we get a tumblebee up to three of them but unfortunately we’re going to let them go we’re about to move on to bigger and better things as well as upgrading the gordian armor again because we only have multi-role level one right there so we

Get up to four rolls there if we fully upgrade or get burning deflect or frenzied so that’s going to be really good but let’s salvage this now boom that’s gone as you guys can see i already got rid of a lot of other uh uh armor over here as well except for a

Couple armor over here which is kind of interesting so we have uh this ghostly armor right here and then the unique version of that the ghost kindler 1500 health right there amazing already spawns fire on roll so i have to get the enchantment right like that like this

One has i might end up getting the burning right there uh that also has a 30 chance to negate damage so that’s kind of interesting then uh oh briefly gain ghost form while rolling i think that’s what the uh that potion was it called shadow brew or whatever

Where you actually turn invisible for a short period of time i think that’s my that might be what that is where you turn invisible for a short period of time so that’s why i didn’t uh disassemble that or salvage that i might get rid of this one though just because

Uh yep if we have the unique version of it doesn’t make sense to keep the regular version of it right and i got rid of all the melee weapons i got rid of a bunch of bows i still have a few of them over here just because i wanted to

Look through them uh but i think we’re going to be keeping the ones that we currently have and i think i’ll get rid of this level 72 bow right here that’s chain reaction and levitation shot even though levitation shot sounds like a really good enchantment there’s another

Levitation shot on this level 74 bow uh and then there’s also chain reaction over here too so it just makes sense to salvage this it’s kind of why i wanted to uh come back and actually salvage them on camera so you guys see me uh you know getting the enchantment back from

Everything and of course there’s 21 enchantments right there so we can continue to upgrade our wet bow over here with more enchantments or uh get more enchantments over here and start to actually upgrade our skull a scythe right now 520 melee damage let’s actually go test it out i test this out

Uh off camera already it seems pretty good but it’s rather slow and it doesn’t have any uh combo attacks but there is one enchantment on it the shock wave where uh the last of the combo launches the shockwave if you guys remember this from the whip because it’s

Done have a combo i assume that does this every time we attack so 195 292 or 390 depending on how many times we upgrade this i think that’s what we’re going to end up doing and the other enchantments over here we have sharpness we have soul siphon and thundering soul

Siphon i’m not gonna do it already has plus one soul gathering this already gives us uh where’s that plus 50 souls gathered and we have these two uh things giving us plus one souls soul a gathering down there i don’t think we really need to spend an enchantment on

That right so i’m kind of torn between either sharpness or thundering over here thundering has a 30 chance to summon a lightning strike that damages nearby enemies i love that 81 damage up to 244 doing a little bit of aoe while at the same time being able to do

The shockwave it sounds super powerful to put those two together but also sharpness 10 percent up to 33 damage and when we’re talking with 520 damage like holy heck that’s going to boost it up to like what like almost 700 or something like that damage every time we do that

If i have this fully upgraded the tier three so that’s pretty good you guys not bad and then avoid strike over here yeah the one where you chop down a tree of a big enemy or the the more you attack it the more damage you do up to 200 up to

600 if we have a full tier 3 enchantment there and then of course exploding mobs explode after defeated and deals 20 up to 60 of the enemy health as damage which is interesting but i feel i still feel like shockwave over here is probably the best bet so i

Kind of want to get that one and then i think i’m going to get thundering right there and then between rampaging and gravity there where we pull enemies towards us whenever we uh hit something or after defeating him off there’s a 10 chance to increase your mob or increase

Your attack speed by 50 for short time and it lasts five 10 or 15 seconds i think i might end up doing that one instead just because this one has a one second duration 1.5 and the two second duration this is up to 15 seconds right here but it’s only 10 chance

So this is also powerful so it requires more enchantments so i don’t know i’m like for a melee thing it definitely makes sense to use this especially because this is a scythe so it’s going to have a little bit of area of effect so um i might end up doing rampage

But let’s real quick let’s definitely do shockwave right here just because i think it’s going to work the way that i think it’s going to work like the heck and whip which by the way we can actually go get that from the blacksmith because uh there we go so let’s actually see that

Did that work oh okay so it seems like the combo is on the second hit so he’s doing 520 and then 520 plus one something 170 something right there so it’s not every time we do it like with the whip unfortunately yeah see there you go you see a little bit better there

Boom boom see i’m like that’s that’s still pretty good honestly that’s that’s not bad let’s do the other enchantments real quick though so we have sharpness and then thundering i think i’m going to thundering 30 chance though but up to 244 damage i like that i really do so

Let’s do that boom and then let’s do rampaging i think i’m going to do that as well there you go nice we still have 17 enchantment points left over let’s do let’s do burning over here frenzy to not craze about deflect not crazy about i don’t i think burning is going to make

The most sense you know anytime an enemy comes near us especially when we have melee as our main weapon it just makes sense they’re going to be taking uh 26 up to 78 damage per second actually damage every half second so just double these numbers over here so it’s going to

Be 52 and then uh 104 and then 156 right there so that’s 156 damage per second every time they’re near me and we can actually see a little flame aura around us so if they’re in that circle they actually start taking the flame damage constantly

I love that i’m going to do it boom so we have that we have multi-role over here i’m not too crazy about that i might enchant that like later whenever i’m like almost out of enchantments and i have nothing else to spend it on you

Know but uh real quick though so we have that one we have the web over here for roll charge and fuse shot those are both tier two enchantments i might do uh more enchantments on these like shockwave and thundering get those up 162 and then 244

Let’s see if we can actually get a thundering going on here oh immediately boom wow oh there oh never mind we got like 50 chance of a thundering there a couple times then it went down again wow we got like a few thought and i’m like it makes it

It definitely makes sense to use that kind of enchantment on something that’s a lot faster at the same time we’re still getting a pretty good amount of uh hits there from the thundering and we can get up to 244 damage i think i’m going to do that let’s do that boom and

Rampaging shock wave i think i’m going to upgrade that up to full so there you go 390 damage rampaging not crazy about it five seconds is still pretty good especially in combat like it’s just going to constantly uh like when we’re constantly killing enemies and stuff like that

I don’t think it really matters to upgrade that too much so it’s kind of low priority you know just like that i think i’m going upgrade burning boom there we go then three enchantments do we have any other enchant enchanted things i can get rid of the sponge

Striker do i want to get rid of that though it kind of sucks that we don’t have radiance anymore if uh we’re going to be switching over to that right and then dynamo there yeah whenever we roll it like kind of alley stacks up to up to

282 damage we currently have two 205 and then we have the baby crossbows i did get a count from someone saying keep these we have unchanting there so we do extra double damage to enchanted things and then void strike critical hit didn’t enchant either of those

Man i don’t know what to do i don’t know which one i want to do there we have two enchantments left over do i want to spend it on a multi-role tier two oh wait i can’t even do that there’s three of them right there can’t do it there either what can i

Spend that on i guess i can get on rampaging tier 2 maybe but more like it just said it’s not it’s not too like high priority i might just keep these enchantments and uh because i think i’m yeah i’m about to level up right now so we want to get

Another enchantment and then we could use the three enchantments to actually uh upgrade not that not that uh what was i looking at just a second ago oh i guess we could do burning yeah okay yeah you know what let’s go to be the plan let’s do that

Let’s go over here to the blacksmith real quick though because i am curious i do want to check up on yep collect those vine whip is now power level 76 amazing i don’t know what it was i think it was like 50 something beforehand but three battles later three levels later

Successful levels i think right i think i think it doesn’t count whenever you fail but uh it’s up to level 76 so let’s see how good that is and then uh randomly we got a bow as well i’m like it’s level 74. now i think that do they

Have the same enchantments and all the kind of stuff as before so can i disassemb or disenchant oh yeah because uh you getting your enchantments back whenever you well it has the same enchantments just to have it because i got the enchantment points back whenever i give it to the

Blacksmith right that was kind of the reason why i did that but we have shockwave over here we can get that back up to 300 373 i damage there if i want to do that then we have a dynamo chains and echo i don’t know what we did beforehand but i

Do like dynamo i think i’m going to end up if i do end up using this vine whip again which i might it’s level 76 wow this is level 77 so it’s kind of like i don’t know 622 damage though that’s that’s pretty good like honestly i’d hate i’d hate to

Switch back to the heckin to the heck and whip after getting that new scythe weapon but like look at this and then of course one of our weapons speed goes up and inflicts poison so it’s doing 124 124 on top of the 622 main damage and we could

Do the shock wave damage on top of that and dynamo damage from rolling and stuff like that up to 342 damage there’s a lot we could do here you guys radiance i still love that i don’t know if i’m gonna sacrifice shock wave to get radiance though man

I don’t know i i think we’re going to do the secret level with the scythe just to test it out just to see what it’s like but at least we oh whoops but at least we know what it’s like uh having that right so that’s pretty good do i want to

Buy anything before the actual battle though like maybe an enchantment or a an artifact 72 to 79 i think i want to do it 370 dollars we have 5 000 6 000 actually we went up a little bit right there let’s do it we gotta love medallion power level 76

We haven’t had one of those in a while since like the jungle awakens dlc you guys amazing yeah see look at that level 38 right there that’s our old one 39 boost of damage up to 76. almost hiking doubled right there amazing let’s salvage the old one boom there you go

Should i use it turned up the three hostile mobs into allies for 10 seconds before they disappeared this is really good for like huge tanky units that you can’t take down immediately i forget if you could use it for enchanted things like an enchanted creeper or whatever else

That’d be pretty good or enchanted zombie and chanted skeleton they could soak up all the damage for 10 seconds and then i think they just yeah they just disappear right there so it’s kind of an interesting way to kind of kill huge tanky mobs you just give

Them the love of medallion walk away wait 10 seconds and then disappear and die i like that idea i don’t know how often i’d actually use this though 30 second spell or a 30 second cooldown i don’t know how often i’d use that but right

Now i have the corrupted seeds do i want to give the blacksmith anything before we go into this next level though maybe i’m like i do i love this sponge striker do i want to give it to him so he can upgrade it and then we’d still have the swirling

Radiance dynamo that we can get afterwards we just get the enchantments back right do i want to do that i might i might end up doing it because i don’t have it equipped it should be here right where is it oh there’s right there 17 enchantments locked up inside that man

I might i think i’m going to do it boom upgrade 140 all this stuff is so hecky cheap we have so many emeralds i need to start using them you guys got lee but the sponge striker we’ve been using that for like two episodes three episodes or something like that right

At least once off camera too so i feel like it is definitely worth an upgrade to go from 71 up to 79 or some of that right that what it was what does it say uh item power level is based on recommended difficulty i think it’s currently set at like 70 or

Something like that right so i don’t know i don’t know if this will actually go up but hopefully it will by the time we actually come back right but sponge striker we might have to actually uh do that one thing again by the way to change the main difficulty how do i

Do that here we go uh was it called adventure difficulty i might have to defeat the arch illager on adventure difficulty to unlock the apocalypse difficulty just so we can continue you know having harder and harder difficulty and stuff like that rather than us running into a wall right now

Where if we want to do colossal rampart power level 71 but the recommended power level 68 and it’s already on adventure 7 right so can’t make that go up anymore unfortunately right yeah i might have to actually do that you guys we might have to do that like after this

Secret level or maybe maybe i could have like bonus episodes of the mainline series of us whoops almost killed that blacksmith i don’t know maybe but let’s do it let’s give him the sponge striker i think that’s what we’re going to end up doing we’re going to get we’re

Going to get all these enchantments back again afterwards swirling radius dynamo amazing enchantments there i guess we’re just going to give it up and get those enchantments back boom now we could do another one though and was this one one more required mission to complete there uh oh that’s to defeat the arch

Okay so once i do defeat that and get on apocalypse difficulty we could actually have three things over here at a time but is there anything i want to upgrade right now i can actually upgrade artifacts as well do i want to upgrade one though maybe maybe the death cat mushroom

Like 10 seconds that’s pretty good me see if i can find anything here i’m interested in oh maybe the baby crossbows are level 64. but they’re pretty good i definitely want to get them upgraded and then they have unchanting there and then i’ll probably get one of those

Later too yeah you know what let’s do that we’ll get the enchantments back there we go i i like giving them one melee and then one uh range thing right there and it kind of incentivizes us to use new stuff like this and of course

The webo we’ve had that for a while uh but i don’t think we have anything better right now right 256 up to 639 and we have roll charge fuse shot right there not bad but we have 25 enchantments listen let’s upgrade everything you guys boom boom let’s do the same over here burning

There we go multi-role let’s do that last roll charge yes fuse shot yes we still have 11 enchantments back and oh whoops and boom okay everything is fully enchanted multi-row roll up to four rolls or is that five i think it grants four rolls on top of oh wait no

Yeah four rolls in total it doesn’t grant them on top of them the roll that you already get and then 78 damage uh 156 damage per second with a burning right there from our armor thundering is doing 244 damage rampaging 15 second duration that’s amazing basically never

Going to end right then a 390 damage from the shock wave attack right there awesome stuff you guys view shot every third shot and when this thing fires three arrows that’s like guaranteed every time we shoot it we’re going to get the heck an explosion so yeah i feel

Like we’re more than ready you guys and i spent a lot of time doing this intro bit right here so let’s just jump in to colossal rampart adventure seven difficulty with a recommended power level 68 while ours is at 71. see that’s why i want to get the apocalypse

Mode unlocked which i don’t know let me know in the comments down below do you guys want me to do that before we do the final howling peaks dlc thing what do you guys want me to do that afterwards maybe i’ll do it afterwards that probably makes the most sense right i’ll

Can’t even use them all but look at how fast we can travel you guys amazing look at that damage look at that shock wave look at that holy heck and then when we get right up next to him they’re taking some fire damage as well man the only

Thing missing is some radiance so we get a little bit of healing back a little bit of health back holy heck that’d be great let’s throw tnt back there i think i might have missed any enemies oh man i got thrown up in the sky right there enchanted mountaineer right here and

Boom got him get away from this guy kill him let’s go get this guy slice and dice him up he’s getting enchanted back there by boom he’s down nice let’s kill this second there you go i need to use the uh the bow and arrow real quick but i’m testing out this new

Scythe for the very first time and i’m really loving it you guys this is amazing do a little bit of target practice over here yeah look at that every time i shoot it’s a guaranteed fuse arrow boom boom because it’s every third arrow and we’re shooting three arrows at a time so

It’s guaranteed you guys nice i love it uh let’s see it looks like we’re going to go down here for this bonus area and yep look at that we just run into these guys we can outrun their clouds now too with the extra rolls this is awesome

Okay let’s go down here boom get it right next to you strike you with some thunder and lightning or just lightning thunder’s just sound right i don’t know maybe the sonic boom or the thunder’s gonna stun you a little bit too but let’s go up here now there you go

Locate the outpost wander the wall okay let’s keep going ahead yeah man we’re moving so quickly with these extra rolls you guys that’s awesome see if we can get these guys with a bow and arrow there you go oh we got a fuse shot back there and didn’t really hit anyone

Though unfortunately but uh oh so we get a slush there’s a hecking creeper back there boom and got him and he exploded there almost uh took some damage but i was just outside of range not bad there you go boom taking him down chopping down that tree even though we don’t have

That one enchantment right let’s keep looking at the map making sure we don’t miss out on any loot any chest anything like that how many we’re working with right now two secrets eight chests but of course that number can go up over time right so don’t wanna don’t wanna be

Like oh man we found eight chests we found them all no that number can get definitely go up so let’s kill all these guys here any big oh yep there’s a big enemy right there we need to watch out for as well some behind us let’s roll away

And take him down as we’re stunning him got him dense brew i think that’s going to be a little bit of extra armor right wow we just rolled right next to all of them got the thundering lightning strike and that hit all of them right there i

Thought it would hit like one enemy but yeah it definitely hits multiple right there amazing can i go inside this building i don’t think so yeah let’s keep going around here it looks like there’s like a little circley area over here we can go explore oh man spider oh

Don’t want to fall off the edge oh is this an area you can go inside of though no that’s just a that’s just a banner and yeah look look at all the uh souls that we’re actually picking up right now to you guys man we picked up some arm

Right there with a green arrow i love to see that we’re picking up so many souls right now it’s amazing so we’ll be able to use the uh the soul beacon and the soul harvester pretty much non-stop right because we have like what four things that are boosting our soul like

Oh no oh that’s one yeah that’s that’s another use oh my gosh is that hacking santa oh my gosh i’m pinned in i’m stuck because the spider pinned me in okay there you go heal up we’ve shot over right there so we sneak around a little

Bit as well man yeah i definitely don’t want to roll into a hecking spider you guys let’s roll past this wind there you go nice and let’s kill the spider there you go assassinated the spider make sure he can’t pin me in again nice all right well we’re down here i

Don’t know if this is necessarily where we need to be can i hit this now i can’t oh man there’s a whole army heading towards me right now there’s a banner swing in there as well getting me some of those sweet berries little the hecking effects we have on the right or

The left side there you guys that’s amazing let’s keep going over here make sure we don’t fall off the edge be sure no more wind turbines blowing wind at me but i think yep i was just outside of range of that web right there ha ha spider yeah dumb piece of trash

Surprised we haven’t come across a chest yet though yeah i don’t see a chest over there or anything like that huh no chest being detected on the minimap either so that’s kind of strange you think that oh wait hold on and by the way yeah that’s

The guy that i said oh my god it looks like santa is that i think he’s just kind of wearing a red hood and that’s why i thought he was santa over there but now let’s keep going around yeah i oh my gosh these rolls are amazing unfortunately you can’t really roll up

Stairs very well oh man can i i can one shot a heck and crapper oh no well i had i had the light i had the lightning strike him as well so i did a little bit extra damage but yeah there you go we roll away from him and get outside

Arranging him wow how did the sickle how’d the scythe reach him from that far away did you guys see the range of that that was crazy enchanted zombie over there now if i have the love medallion on that enchanted zombie will it work this might be time to test it enchanted frost

Zombie be more specific it looks like right there there’s another one right there is there an enchanter guy around here oh he’s throwing snowballs at me i don’t know oh we just got him with the lightning and we’re stunning him constantly and he’s down man we took him

Down quick right there you guys speaking of quick let me just roll on over to you guys boom yeah look at that get up right in melee range unfortunately we’re pretty far away from him so he’s not taking constant damage from our fire aura around us unfortunately there so if i do

Want to use that a little bit more definitely want to make sure i’m close enough but at the same time that makes us a little bit more susceptible to uh taking damage from them right unless they’re hecking skeletons and of course their range but i took down both of them

Right there because with the lightning strike that was so good all right take down these guys still don’t see anything on the minimap though it’s kind of interesting but remember this is a secret level i don’t know if that indicates it being like shorter

Or what i’m like is it going to take us two episodes to beat this like the other ones usually tickets like two episodes to beat it or it will be relatively short and we’ll be able to beat it somewhat quickly oh wait what’s this what’s this oh fourth foul what deactivate the oh

That’s what it is we’ve got a lot of enemies right here hold on let’s do this there you go pinned in a bunch of enemies whoops didn’t mean to do that i thought that was the death cat mushroom or something right there but no how’s that it’s just

Had a gate right there oh man we have a diamond armory guy right here let’s chop him down god i’m nice another one right there is roll away yeah they’re constantly spawning in enemies over here which isn’t too bad but i can go all the way over here if i really want to

They’re all going to be just spawning right there right i don’t know oh yeah i think i have to be in this yeah i don’t think i could be away from it and then just kind of snipe them down from a distance that’d be really strategic if i could but at the

Same time kind of cheesy don’t really want to do that but man our gear right now is so good so this is what i’m talking about with such good gear we have full heck in health i don’t even have radiance or anything like that oh

Enter the i won’t man i guess we found the outpost then huh but there’s a whole area up here up to the right that we missed out on so at least we got this bit unlocked now we know where to go but like i was saying right there this is

What i’m talking about why i want to go to apocalypse difficulty now just kind of continue like ramping up the difficulty that way we don’t just steamroll everything like we kind of are right now honestly you guys remember when we uh and when was it i think we were doing

Like adventure six difficulty or something like that and we were having a lot of trouble we like died or something without relatively early on i think it was the second spooky like seasonal mission or something that right i think so but now we’re doing heck in adventure seven with some really hecking good

Gears take down this guy right there with us like summoning in tornadoes and whatnot oh wait oh i was about to say there’s nothing over here but no i’m glad i came all the way over here i think that was a secret chest right uh yep one out of two right there

Awesome so it’s kind of surprising oh whoops oh yeah that’s my own heck and arrow yeah every time i shoot an error i’m going to have an explosion now i’m not used to that at all boom oh do a little bit of damage right there i

Don’t even know how much damage a fuse shot actually does i need to check that but uh there you go that guy’s stunned and he’s taking oh he actually died from the fire aura right there nice amazing take him down chop him down him with an
