🔴 Playtesting YOUR Magic Wars map! (Minecraft Server Playtest)

Thank you Foreign Foreign Foreign How’s it going how’s it going everyone welcome to welcome to um the the play test for the the Minecraft magic Wars thing um this is nuts this is probably the best that my server has been for a long time um hold on I have to real quick give um

You’re supposed to have admin ranks so I want to give that to Nolan I took that away because testing purposes but anyway here we are everyone uh join join the server the IP is in the chat and by the looks of it since both of you are joining

Um since both of you have joined it it’s actually working I just uh bought that website today so let’s go modmonster.ca it’s hype um yeah so we’re gonna I’m gonna wait till we got more people in but then we can uh we can join up so

This is running on a computer in my basement I’m not quite to the point yet where I have a dedicated server to run this on but that’ll happen eventually um I feel like we might just start a game with these two and then we can

Um come back in later and keep going uh yeah so anyway uh map changes I I might take over first but yeah before we do this I’m going to teach everyone how to play the game you guys explore the lobby or actually watch the stream it might be

Important if you all watch the stream because I’m gonna uh head into the game I’ll whitelist on you guys can still join the server I just stopped everyone from joining the game because I don’t want it to start so basically what I have um what I’ve what I’ve done I’m going to

Teach everyone how to play but first i’m going to fix a problem that I already found because I’m finding a lot of problems because I’m garbage at Minecraft servers like I just realized now I mean I didn’t just realize now because like I’ve known it my whole life that

I’m garbage at running Minecraft servers like I’m horrible at running Minecraft servers um I should not be allowed to do it I’m just that bad it’s hard it’s hard so um yeah anyway I’m waiting for this server to boot up I’ve separated this into two different

Servers so we have the lobby server and the actual game server and I’m going to talk about this more in my next video I’m gonna bring a video out on this server in a minute am I late only by four minutes don’t worry um hello Andy Gunn welcome uh anyway I’m going to

Do a video but this basically allows me have multiple games going in one so which is cool anyway nobody really cares about what I actually did so I’m going to basically show everyone how to play just because the first time I didn’t really do that and I feel like it’d be

Good this time to actually make sure everyone has an even playing field by teaching everyone how to actually play the game properly before everyone joins so I’m not gonna start this also gives people time to get into the server so I’m going to teach everyone how to play so we have these

Chests and they generate these items I’m gonna talk about all the items in a minute but um one thing to note is that these Center chests do not spawn enchanted books and the ones out here they do and enchanted books are pretty common so these enchanted books you can hover over

Them obviously to see what they do and they tell you pretty pretty clearly what they do so this one uh let me just Boop this up so you guys can read if you’re on mobile um this one uh it blinds in it it blinds enemies

When you attack them and you put it on a sword it says apply to sword and these over here these also tell you how to use them so this one triggers when you right click it it levitates you into the air for five seconds and then

Makes you fall back down so these are all the different isn’t this just survival games yes I’ve done this uh I made a video on this you can go check it out on my channel uh this is basically survival games but with custom items based around Magic

So uh this is these are all the different spells I’ll go over them briefly so this one shoots a beam of light when you click on it when you click it it does damage and there’s also three different power levels you have powerful strong and weak and they

Obviously are better like if week one we’ll only do six damage and a powerful one we’ll do eight damage so you know it’s a little bit better and it also won’t go as far if it’s the weak one pixie dust makes you fly storm strike lets you uh strike lightning on people

Blast jump makes you fly backwards in the direction you’re facing zombie wither skeleton and skeleton minions these are basically they just spawn mobs to fight for you wow they disappear though uh Fireball you shoot a fireball wherever you look Apple of regeneration it heals Health this Sonic shock wave launches everyone

Away from you the return Pearl teleports you throw it like a regular ender pearl and then it teleports you back to where you threw it from after five seconds the witherball uh I think it’s best if I show this one it shoots a wither skeleton skull and it sort of Withers

Everything around it as well as giving the Wither effect to players the staff teleportation uh you teleport depending on the strength it teleports you in whatever Direction you’re looking um we have the backstabber which lets you click on someone to teleport behind them you have the arrow strike which

Just dumps arrows wherever you click you have the TNT uh which is this no this one’s the arrow strike and then you have the TNT which is the airstrike which does the same thing but it dumps TNT wherever you’re looking we have the quick paw which gives you uh

Speed and jump boost blink which makes you invisible and I’ve also coded it custom so that it also hides all your armor so nobody can see you even if you’re wearing armor uh it doesn’t work on yourself like if I’m wearing iron armor and then I do this and I browse it

Looks like to myself that you can see my armor but other people can’t see your armor just just so everyone knows it’s very good strategical strategical Advantage anyway web Slinger this uh it shoots a bundle of webs wherever you look uh and that’ll obviously stun people

They get stuck in the webs and then they disintegrate after a while like that um we have the fangs of Fury and this has two different abilities so if you left click it makes a line of evoker fangs wherever you look and if you right click

It shows a bunch all around you in a circle like this uh we have disarm and this only works for someone else but you look at someone and whatever they’re holding gets heated towards you like it just gets thrown straight towards you so that you can

Pick it up hopefully if you’re good at games um the magic magnet you click on someone and it launches them towards you fluffy cloud is kind of useless to be honest uh it just gives you slow falling and this cool particle effect so you don’t take any fall damage and then once

You land on the ground it’s removed Spear of fire it’s the Spear of light but it does less damage and it also has a chance of setting you on fire so that didn’t work uh but I’m gonna just find things to test on something we’ll get there he’s on fire

So sphere light uh doesn’t set you on fire and spiritfire does and the slow ball it’s a snowball except whenever you get hit by it you get slowness for a while so you move slower that’s it that’s the whole that’s the whole thing I’m gonna turn my GUI back down because

I don’t like it like this how many people we have okay we got six people this is good to start um everybody can uh once I turn off the white list let me just white list off um all right everybody I mean again I’m changing this back down let’s get

Started uh so everyone type or click on the NPC and just pick Lobby one everyone join Lobby one hi fungus I’m glad everyone’s here I’m curious did you build this server from the ground up there’s a template or program that makes it easier um I built this all from the ground up

Using uh yeah everybody get in otherwise it’s gonna start without you um I’ve also from the ground up using Java so and and the paper API so I didn’t really build this like full from the ground up obviously I made this um this is all custom like I did this all

Myself but then there’s um yeah there’s like the paper API for spigot plugins um if if you don’t know what I’m talking about you don’t know what I’m talking about but basically um it’s an API that’ll let you do things it makes a secret code stuff into Minecraft that’s all it does

So basically yeah I did it from scratch I’ll just take that credit and and leave you know I did it from scratch and this is similar to what we saw last time I didn’t really uh do much with this but this is the new map that everyone made last time so

Be proud of me I made a new map I’m a God gamer so yeah survival games enjoy uh okay so I’m trying to what don’t I want I think some chests are broken probably I told you I’m bad at video games uh if you oh and we have a death okay

Am I stuck in here can I straight up knock it out cause there’s a hefty chance I straight up cannot get out well I can pixie dust down but you know whatever okay we got one death oh that’s not a person come here zoom boom come here zoom boom

That’s not actually in I don’t know who that is but I mean whatever I’m ready to die infinitely again yeah please don’t I mean it didn’t break it any it just screwed things up all the chests I put things in are Brokey yeah um none of the original things are there yeah um

I did forget about those so they should still be in the original World file but uh I’m gonna add I’m Gonna Make a list it doesn’t let me in okay well sorry too late for now um we’ll come I’ll I will take a look at that in a minute three kills three kills

Like an anvil so if I uh I’m gonna go into creative someone kills me um if I get a diamond sword and I get uh uh leeching sure you put that insult one that in slot two and it enchants it that’s pretty much all it is but it’s an

Enchanting table not uh Anvil because enchanted table felt more magicky I’m gonna redo the whole system because I don’t like it but I will yeah anyway um what monster hates giraffes that’s not true anyway I’m gonna I’m gonna redo the system but not it’s not redone so that’s

How you enchant stuff also one chest has uh one chest has a enchanting table in it one random chest in the map and you can place it down who’s alive right now we got love hearts here and we have Nolan ah oh my gosh that is a good that is a good strategy

Wow that’s a good strategy okay that’s a good strategy all right oh oh he’s going where’s he going I’m spectating Nolan here oh he’s going down where is he going well the border is gonna shrink so you’re gonna have to be stuck I’m surprised this map isn’t unplayable it’s true

This map is a mess but I’m leaving it in the game even in the final release just because like come on it’s everybody made it together it’s like a it’s like a sign of community oh oh fight fight fight fight fight fight 26 seconds and you guys are gonna have

To fight because it’s gonna shrank well Piper’s gone where’s Nolan going they’re just trying to hide oh and all and you’re gonna get stuck Nolan gonna get stuck why is there random Minecraft with the Sheep I don’t know if someone put it there why someone put it there I don’t know

Did Piper win the first one yes if I ever won the first one all right I’m cheering for Nolan come on Nolan two minutes and 39 seconds and then the Border just shrinks forever until everyone dies wait what Nolan won oh love hurts when invisible okay

I thought you died and it just glitched but no Piper went invisible okay cause you looked at the tab list and it just wasn’t there oh my gosh no one’s got this I think got two minutes left and then you’re gonna GG we call the mob stayed in the map where

We put them yeah is there a place where you can just see the Spells um no not right now um I’m gonna make a Wiki probably right click right click fungus also yeah the anti-sware chat is still so sensitive like what is this even why I’m dumb

Yeah why did that to censor yo anyway um yeah so a place where you can just see the Spells that’s gonna be in the future I’m gonna have probably a Wiki page like on my website where you can do that but right now right now no right now there’s not anywhere like that
