shared even more information about not only the hidden dabs dlc but also the free features like the raid captains And the adversary event all dropping on the 26th of may so yes there’s gonna be a lot of stuff to talk about but today i wanted to talk about the red captains in this video i will share everything you need to know about them so guys let’s get right to it before we Get started it would 26th of may for every single one of you guys literally if you own the game guys you don’t need any of the dlcs You will get your hands on the raid captain’s feature just like with the ancient hunts so this is gonna make the end game for minecraft a little bit bigger it’s pretty much gonna expand it so i’m very excited to talk about this one so before we get started we should Definitely have a look at what the devs have to say about the great captains this ocean’s dlc not only includes all the oceans biomes but comes with a new free feature for everyone that i think everyone is going to enjoy very much which are the raid captains Raid captains are new very strong mobs that you can find during regular missions and if you beat them the mission becomes extra hard but the rewards at the end are super good after so there you have it a little teaser of what we can expect of the raid captains I already talked about this in a previous video and i actually nailed it pretty much guys if we go back in time here is exactly what i said the brand new feature called raid captains right here that is the thing that i’m very interested in if you look at for example the Howling pigs dlc you have those guys with their banners on their back rights when i think of a raid captain i definitely think of those guys from the holly pigs so there you have it they are pretty much illagers and on this little teaser you have a pillager raid captain I’m not exactly sure if there are going to be different variants of those raid captains for example um an illegitimate captain and also the guys with an axe as raid captain they’re gonna be so many different for ryan’s but like i already said in my little uh breakdown from a couple weeks ago I think that the guy with a banner on the colossal ramparts is also gonna be the type of raid captain you will be able to find during these levels so how exactly is the rate captain mechanic gonna work well i was lucky to attend to the minecraft creator summit some days ago And here they actually talked a little bit more about what we can expect of the raid captains so they are pretty much going to be in levels which you already completed so probably you’re going to start hunting for these bad boys in the end game so if you’re farming for the Best loot in the game pretty much you want to continuously repeat levels that you have already played and you have a chance of finding these raid captains while you encounter them it’s probably going to be a pretty tough fight to deal with them if you manage to defeat these bad boys They will drop their banner and these banners will also have an effect to the gameplay in this mission it will probably make the mission even more challenging so it will add modifiers which you can see also in the top right of the screen on this little teaser So right here you see the modifier’s threat increase and also the player health is decreased by 20 percent so it’s definitely gonna add some extra challenge to the mission and then in return as a reward at the very end of the level you will get your hands on some extra treasure I am not exactly sure how this is gonna work out so usually after completing a mission you will just get one reward for example an artifact but then i think just like with the seasonal or with the daily trials you will get your hands on a second item If you also defeated those raid captains and maybe it’s also possible that the more raid captains you defeat the more loot you will get in the end so it could be possible that at the end of the level you will not only get your hands on an artifact as standard mission completion But also like two or three items depending on how many raid captains you defeated so i think this is gonna be a very awesome new feature to get your hands on it’s literally gonna be entirely free it will be introduced on the 26th of may to all Platforms so not just the pc but also the xbox the playstation then of course the nintendo switch but it’s always very important to have your game up to date because otherwise these guys won’t show up that of course also counts for the hidden depth dlc so if you want that to be Present in your game make sure to update it on the 26th of may so guys that is clearly everything we know about the raid captains i think they will definitely drop even more teasers it’s going to be a very awesome new endgame features just like the Ancient hunt pretty much so um i am really looking forward to this one i’d love to know what you guys think of this new feature definitely make sure to leave it in the Raid Captains are a FREE new game feature coming to Minecraft Dungeons. On the 26th of May, the huge Hidden Depths DLC update will be launched, which includes brand new missions, mobs, gear and more but also free content like enchantments. Raid Captains are coming alongside with the DLC as well as the Anniversary Event which I covered yesterday. Today, I talk about everything you need to know about the Raid Captains, which is going to be a similar end game feature like the Ancient Hunts. Everyone will be able to encounter Raid Captains, as they are entirely free. These Illager or Pillager minibosses will drop banners and make missions even more challenging with extra modifiers, just like Daily and Seasonal Trials. As reward, you will get very powerful items when completing the mission.
