I realized that enchanting isn’t for everyone but for those survival players that want to make a good looking enchanting room you’ve got a bit of a challenge on your hand because you have to mix 15 bookshelves with one enchanting table and try and make it fit and look nice and that’s exactly what We’re going to try and do in today’s video let’s get straight into it so as always we have our 10 room designs in a line that the crew and i have put together for you and we’ve tried to cover a whole range of different scenarios so the first enchanting room is this Cave room now i want you to ignore the outside just pretend that we’re underground this isn’t like a room on the surface this is actually in the cave style house that we did like a week ago and the problem with making enchanting rooms is that you have to use all of these Bookshelves along with the enchanting table itself now they tend to stick out in many different situations so sometimes for example right now when we’re in the cave it’s better to just make it look like a bit of a mess like someone made it in a hurry because it Actually fits better than trying to put it in a uniform square but you still get the same effect next up is the library this is probably my favorite one in the entire list because this is where you would expect an enchanting table to be you can build the library fairly easy What you have to look out for is all of the proportions to be correct you build the walls around it and make sure that they’re nicely detailed but it’s this height here with all of these bookshelves intermingled with some normal oak planks that really sets it apart the detail is fairly simple it’s Got a couple of slabs a few ladders and a bit of redstone lamp but as you can see the enchanting table is in the middle but it’s the overall scene that makes it work really really well making sure that you have exactly 15 or a little bit more bookshelves to make sure You can get the highest enchantments this one is set in a forest scene these are all custom made trees but you could edit some that are already there we also did some editing to the leaves by adding some stained glass panes to it making sure of course that they are Intermingled along with some jungle leaves themselves but again the idea is very very similar to the first one where we take the bookshelves and the enchanting table and make the surroundings work with the shape of it rather than actually integrating those bookshelves which are quite difficult to Make work in a lot of situations because of their texture so we really have to try and work around that and this is another example of that if you have a nether house or in the survival world that you have or maybe you’ve made one in the nether you want something that Looks a little bit more demonic and i would suggest trying out some of these spikes whether you’re making it in the nether or not it shouldn’t matter too much but if you wanted it to make it seem a bit more like witchcraft that’s what i would suggest next up is a very Similar idea but in a desert scenario we’ve got a couple of palm trees that are decorated these are of course handmade and i think that this one actually fits in a lot nicer because there’s not the clash between the block choices here like there is with the red And the bookshelves you can actually use fence gate to integrate the sandstone with the bookshelves really nicely next up is an idea that works for a basement now the actual bookshelves are just hidden in there and there as a formality the whole point of this is to make it Seem like there’s actual magic coming out of it and in block form what we tend to do is add stained glass panes particularly the purple and the pink and the white ones mixed in with some end rods to give it a sparkle sparkle magic glow it could have been done a bit Better but you get the general idea now this one is my absolute favorite it’s a garage example it looks like a hoarder’s paradise the bookshelves are actually the main attraction we have sort of a modern setting and a garage half open with a whole bunch of rubbish in there for your Eyes to feast on and i love the effect when a build is done correctly you create a story you create an atmosphere and this is one example where it’s just perfect if you struggled to get an enchanting table into your modern home maybe this is how it’s done Next up is a method rather than a design this actually tampers with a bit of redstone see we have no bookshelves here at all that’s because they’re actually hidden in the floor i know people probably know about this and you could move the lever where you want i’m no Redstone expert but the idea is they’re hidden in the floor you whack the lever on and up they come providing all 15 bookshelves that you need to enchant from the idea is incredibly simple and i’ll show you the redstone at the back just in case you don’t know how to do it It is actually very very simple redstone indeed you just need some sticky pistons some redstone and a few repeaters and bada bing bada boom you’ve got yourself a fully functional hidden bookshelf for your enchanting table you can of course adapt this to any situation even ones that i’ve already shown you in this Video this is a proof of concept to show that you can hide them if you hate the bookshelves that much this one is more of a little fun project if you made like an igloo house town or something you could just have one dedicated to enchanting like this i’m Not going to show you too much of it it’s really really simple anyone could make a little igloo like that lastly we have a sort of magical floating island one this is end themed and you will need to go to the end to pick up some of these blocks but as you Can see the example here is very simple to create although the blocks that you need are a little hard to acquire it’s just a bunch of floating islands with a bit of magic around them which is in the form of glass panes particularly purple and i think it looks pretty nice So that’s all 10 designs the garage one being my absolute favorite and secondly the library one i think these ones in particular just outweigh all the others because the design requires the bookshelves to work most of these designs are sort of just trying to mask The fact that we got a couple of ugly blocks there but those two in particular are just amazing for utilizing the block itself so we’ve got 10 designs i’d love to see what you guys come up with as always you can tweet your pictures at me and i’ll Give you some feedback there thank you very much for watching everyone i hope you enjoyed this video a big big thank you to the crew for putting these together for me and their names will be in the description thanks again for watching goodbye Video Information
