I’ve been playing Minecraft for over 10 years and you know what I’ve never gotten bored of it I’m about to tell you 10 different things you can do to make sure you’ll never get tired of playing Minecraft again so settle in hit that like button if you find any of these Tips useful and let’s get right into it in no particular order my first tip for all you Builders out there is simply try a new build style it might sound obvious but if you gravitate towards always building and say a medieval style try pushing yourself to do something new Maybe some Asian inspired builds or go for something modern you could even push your imagination a bit and go for a futuristic style there’s plenty of options out there and I bet there’s a style you have yet to try tip number two tired of building why not Tinker with a Bit of redstone I know Redstone can be scary for beginners but if you start small you’ll get the hang of it in no time in fact I’m planning on doing some short tutorials for learning Redstone soon on this channel so make sure you hit that subscribe button so you don’t Miss out tip number three Adventures are always better with good company do you have any friends that used to play Minecraft or maybe still do hit them up see if they want to play in a world with you it’s easier now than ever to fire up a multiplayer server either through a Hosting company or even right in Minecraft via Realms playing in a world with others opens up a lot of room for more fun I mean you can’t really prank yourself now can you I mean well I guess you could but why would you want to blow Up your own base when you can blow up our friends TSA don’t blow up your friend’s face number four try a new map there’s loads of maps you can download from Planet Minecraft for Java players and also on the marketplace for Bedrock I’m currently playing a Skylock map here on My channel that puts you in a world with next to nothing to survive on top of a floating island in the void and I have to figure out how to generate blocks and make Farms to build up the world and survive it’s a really fun Challenge and A unique way to play the game tip number five challenge yourself to see how long you can survive in a world with only one life there’s a Mode called hardcore and basically if you die your time in the world is over it really gets your blood pumping when that creeper explodes Leaving you with half a heart after you’ve just finished building your base tip 6 collect advancements Minecraft has a list of a lot of different things you can achieve in the game and each time you do one you get this little Badge of achievement for them some of them will Even give you some XP for getting them done anytime you’re bored and you don’t know what to do next just pop open the advancement screen and pick one and go after it some of them can actually be really difficult require a lot of planning to get number seven learn new Skills like PVP parkour or movement in general I recently started competing in MC championships where these skills are put to the test against other competitors and now there’s a free to play Java server where you can do the same thing it’s called MCC Island and It’s now open to the public and you can test your PVP skills against other players in battlebox or sky battle you can learn parkour and parkour Warrior or just race others and to get to the other side and if you’re not on Java there’s still plenty of options for PVP parkour And movement training maps right on the marketplace tip number eight put see how fast you can beat the game this is called speedrunning there’s a number of ways you can attempt speed running but the general gist of it is that you start a brand new world and see how fast You can go from having nothing to killing the ender dragon you can even try different variations like how fast can you conquer an ocean Monument or kill a Wither boss want to make it even harder on yourself add hardcore mode to the mix and then you have to do it with Only one life the options are endless and you can have a lot of fun putting yourself up to the challenge tip 9 use a game to make a game sounds crazy right but you can actually make mini games inside of Minecraft take for instance derail the game I created many years ago That launches Minecarts in the air randomly and you have to try to shoot as many down as you can before the time runs out the most carts destroyed wins I know you’re thinking that sounds like some complicated Redstone and it it was but not all games have to have Redstone Involved my friend vintage beef designed a trading card game in Minecraft and technically you don’t need any Redstone to play it although it did help with randomizing the card draws most of the work was actually designing the cards which brings me to my final tip number 10 make map art a map in Minecraft is just a picture of the ground around you like a satellite view of the earth if you place blocks on the ground they show up on the map meaning you can virtually paint whatever you want and then later those paintings can be put in item Frames to decorate your walls I’ve seen some amazing artwork done by my isv community and many others and they can get insanely detailed take a look at this one for example now let’s look at how they accomplish such detail that might be overwhelming for a beginner but even flat 2D art can Look pretty cool and I have one more bonus tip for you maybe you’re just tired of vanilla Minecraft and none of these actually sounded good to you well you could try your hand in modded there are plenty of Minecraft mods out there for you to try one that’s really caught My eye lately is called the create mod and you can do tons of machinery and things like that in it and as a former engineer myself that one’s definitely right up my alley so let me know in the comments if you plan on using any of These tips or if you have other tips that I might have missed I’d love to hear them if you’ve made it this far in the video I hope that means it was helpful and if so please hit that like button before you go it’s free and it Helps me out a ton have a good one everyone Video
