2 HOURS OF BUILD BATTLE! [Minecraft Minigame]

Hello my name is green and welcome to the two hours of build battle video this has been a long time coming ever since I did the one hour of build battle everyone’s been saying do two hours do two hours and I’m going to be playing a

Bit by myself with some fans who will join me in TeamSpeak and actually play Team build battle with me and some YouTubers which have nicely agreed to come along as well so let’s get into it straight away with the first round Hello help help we’re off to a great start okay oh well we’re in uh so the theme was submarine uh this will be fun this one will be fun I’ve never done this one before so I’m gonna take the gray block and then I guess like hmm maybe light gray for the windows

Um so yeah I pretty much only need to use one block for this I’m pretty sure so this is the first round I don’t know how many we’re like gonna win I’m not really like here to win we’re here to have fun today normally I’m like yeah

Winning is pretty important but today we are just going to have a lot of fun and we’re gonna see like who we can meet so there’s gonna be a bunch of YouTubers joining me later on as I said but also a bunch of fans and hopefully we’ll meet

Some interesting fans will ask them what they do like if they go to school what kind of things they like we’ll get to know well I will get to know some of my fan base which is the idea behind this I feel like YouTubers don’t really invite

Their fans on at all uh like for for videos and stuff and I mean that that makes sense is it’s fair enough but at the same time like the fans are everything there’s like the whole point your channel exists this whole point my channel exists you guys are here

Watching the video so it’s kind of like a it’s kind of like a win-win I get to get to know some of uh fan base and they get to know me and being a video which I’m sure is going to be pretty exciting for them I’ve been talking way too much and not

Enough submarine so this is meant to be the front and I’m going to just try and like shape it up first I’m gonna have to make this twice you know once one on each side so that’s gonna be a pain let’s go that there so this looks like a

Fish what am I doing in my life I need to go round down down so actually this might be possible I’ve got three minutes left and this has taken me a bit but I’m still like trying to get the whole thing to work so this is this is kind of working oh dear

So you’re not going to be able to go inside my submarine um but hopefully I can get a symmetrical build and then over the top I should be able to make I’m gonna have to go keep like going around each side to make sure that I have got the shape correct do

They even have fins like that I’m pretty sure they also go outwards like this that would also help because that’s going to make it look less like a fish maybe that’s one of the problems I’m having here and then yeah I’m gonna have to make it symmetrical then I’m gonna have to make

The telescope which I think is going to be cool well it’s not called a telescope is it what’s it called Periscope something like that I’m not that well adversed in the ways of the submarine if I’m honest uh I kind of know what they look like

Although some of you who are familiar or like big submarine fans will be like what the hell is he making right let’s go ahead two minutes left two minutes okay so if this fails gonna have to wait does that did I go another one over no I didn’t don’t be stupid green

All right we’re gonna go one more under I believe and we have another layer here cool it’s looking pretty good I think oh whatever it doesn’t matter too much that that and then we can add just a small thing on the top here and we can add finally the Periscope I

Think it’s I’m gonna I’m gonna sound like such an idiot I’m gonna like look it up after this I’m gonna like such a fool so there’s the Periscope um oh yeah yeah here’s a good idea I could take an item frame and then I can take a glass pane and oops

We got ourselves a periscope there and actually yeah we could add a propeller like a little one so like so cool oh oh oh I could add a water floor oh all these I’ve got like I’ve got a minute just to make it look pretty now there we go

Trap that I did with the fins and stuff but I’m gonna go good because it’s nice shape they’ve got inside uh this guy’s done a pixel art whoa it looks like a submarine uh like monster with an eyeball hey look here’s mine let’s see what people think

I can actually like see there see them oh that guy’s giving me poop what legendary hey nice my guy gave me poop that’s a bit mean uh as a YouTuber you do I’m gonna give it okay it is a submarine the water was probably a bad idea

As a YouTuber you both get people giving you legendary and super poop just because you’re a YouTuber is that a Hugo anyway uh another another one that one looks almost identical to the one we saw earlier okay so I’m gonna I’m gonna go good I’m gonna go good it’s got shapes got inside

Pretty good and I like the squids The Squid Army there uh it’s got some shape it’s got inside it’s a different it’s a bit different hey game first by a landslide whoa 115 points nice so that’s the first one we got one win that’s awesome What’s the what’s the thing here the theme is River okay we can do this it’s going to be boring but it’s gonna look good so what I’m gonna do is lay out the shape of the river with meanders and all that kind of stuff however the majority

Of this is going to unfortunately have to be terrain because obviously it’s a river so hopefully I can make up for it with some content you know just talking about stuff like terror training is pretty horrible without voxel sniper and I know that a lot of people have been

Asking for like more intense voxel sniper tutorials but the thing is not many people have access to voxel snipers so I feel like it would be a wasted on a lot of people so if you’re like need to train and probably watching this is going to help

A little bit so I’m actually just using uh green play rather than grass because I don’t know Green I I feel like everyone’s going to be using grass so hopefully by using some green clay I can actually stand out a little bit and hopefully you’ll see why I’ve done that

I mean lots of build teams and big building you know epic scale stuff they actually use clay for pretty much everything including the floor it’s just a nicer texture I’m gonna put some like trees and stuff in if I’ve got time and what I’m going to do is actually texture

It with some mainly light green but also with some dark green just interlaced into the clay itself so it gives that sort of like nice texture and you’ll see that I often do that with like the walls and stuff uh like if there’s a so like

What I’ll do is like like that so yeah if I’ve got like a stone wall I’ll often put stone brick in laced in in in in interlaced into the wall itself to try and give it more texture and it’s just so simple to do like it doesn’t take

Much and it the the effect is instant so I’m gonna try and do that I haven’t really been painting oh I’ve got three minutes this is gonna be a tough one I’m gonna have to make the other side perhaps not as big so essentially what I’m doing here is

Just making Minecraft like natural terrain it’s so stupid um so if I just probably that up to there will do so now I just got to fill in all of that with some green clay man I might not have enough time I’m gonna have enough time at all so that’s not that’s

Not ideal so I’m gonna try and speed up the process so I’m gonna put sand on the bottom and then I’m going to get some water I’m going to get some water and I’m gonna actually fill in the river itself hopefully this shouldn’t take too long sure let’s finish and filling finish in

Filling this man try saying that really fast finishing filling in filling it finish filling this oh whatever I give up so this side actually isn’t as big so hopefully we can fill this in quicker the river is not complete so that’s not good and there we go nice and we got a minute

40. this is going to be stressful so after 40 seconds I’m going to stop what I’m doing and I’m going to paste some trees and stuff and like try and decorate it a little bit more so I’ve got 30 seconds to fill all of this in not gonna happen

I don’t have the fastest fingers in the world so I’m gonna have to have to give up at some point it’s 15 seconds so probably a good idea to go up a layer now faster it’s like Cookie Clicker at this point is like uh look we’ll call

It clay clicker shall we playing some clay clicker today on Hypixel one minute okay this is where you know what I’ve got to finish this otherwise it’s gonna look so dumb so so dumb right that’s probably enough if after I’ve done that I can get rid of that okay so quickly I

It’s so so boring but at least mine is different this is this is okay they didn’t add any terrain but they’ve all gone for a waterfall they went very simple I probably tried to overdo mine a little bit definitely try to overdo mine with the the whole uh Terrain

Uh they’re happy I use clay oh oh oh they like it because uh probably because I’ve like done so much uh terrain there okay I feel like this person did not make the effort they did not make the effort on this one oh everyone agrees look at that poop

So probably next round I’ll explain how I work out my judging okay so I’m quickly just going to explain how I do my judging because I didn’t actually do it in the next round super poop I don’t use poop is for the people that have not

Covered the theme at all okay is for people that have covered the theme but the build is not very good at all good is for your average build this is what most people will get epic is for blew my mind with some form of creativity legendary is blow my mind to the point

Circle I don’t think so okay well that’s how’s that is that okay for you is making it um dumb the the art of making a face is making it dumb yep I’m gonna make it a bit a bit of the mouth taller than the other okay

We got loads of time this is gonna be like ridiculously easy for us we kind of knew what we didn’t hold let me check let me check the bottom of it is it okay um I don’t know about this handle I might actually make this a bit thinner while

Add that on the top and we can get a red stained clay uh and add that there see that’s cool right and we’ve got 30 seconds to spare so we could probably add a few more of these things on top just to make it uh look like this one missing and it’s huh

And we could probably add another one here 15 seconds we’re doing okay could add a little detail here probably not a good idea to mess with that at this point just so it’s completely it’s good it’s fine it’s completed hopefully they understand what it is that’s the main thing if they

With you so it’s a giraffe so of course I have to make something kind of cute so I need to make sure that I have the right balance so do I want something sweet and simple or do I want it kind of wide you know what I think I’m gonna go

Small but simple I think that’s probably the the best way to take this one so they got tall legs they’ve also got quite knobbly knees to be honest with you so I could give them I could give them some knobbly knees but I think it probably would be a lot cuter so I’m

Gonna go for a cute build because as I’ve been saying the throughout my build battle experience that you know the blush makes the build just making a cute build gets you points and I’m going to keep that tactic up so I got the body of the giraffe actually that looks pretty good that

That’s not too bad in my opinion so we can make the tail they actually have tails then I was thinking some spots like that that’s not bad hey this is going a lot better than I thought so yeah these guys uh I will Point them out

As we come to the uh the judging part I’ll say that this is a this is a crew member and you’ll know you’ll probably know why they were chosen hopefully they’re not gonna disappoint me and I’m gonna be super embarrassed uh because obviously like I chose them because they’re good they’re even even

Right now they’re just like suddenly forgets what a giraffe looks like so I’m gonna probably be embarrassed uh okay right let’s get some eyes and we need some blush blocks as well so can make something like that with some blush underneath with the pink stained Clay is the oh isn’t that cute I

Need to probably make it looks a bit too horse-like right now so I’m gonna make the neck a lot bigger which I think is probably for the best and then going to make the mouth probably don’t need much more than that can add that with the blush

And another one another one I can probably did I mess up oh wow look at that I messed up entirely messed up which is a good thing actually that doesn’t look too bad it looks more like a dinosaur at this point but you know I’m not I’m not no giraffe giraffe

Builder man that’s that’s hard to say um perhaps to keep it like that let’s give the giraffe neck some support because it looks so thin let’s try and give him some ears because giraffe have ears pretty big ears actually there we go I think that looks pretty cute uh it

When I say it I really really mean it because if I got a video that got poor views I’m like why did this get poor views what what is that so I like look at the comments I see some criticism I’m like okay I could take that on board

Um so the people that do watch I have to be grateful for because they can be they can just like give up like it’s easy easy to give up on people so I don’t know it’s I find it really really important to be sincere and maybe

Because I say thank you at the end of every video it means less perhaps but honestly I mean it I mean like every part every thank you I’ve ever said has been like genuine especially as it’s been so surprising for me anyway for like for me uh YouTube is a thing like I

Started YouTube in August 2015 kind of semi-properly then in November I picked it up properly properly then started uploading a bit more regularly um but like ever since then I I just sort of like have been overwhelmed with the support I got because I’ve seen people get viral videos before and it

Does not affect their Channel too much in terms of subscribers but so many people hopped on board did you even like know some of you won’t even know this story I was on like 7000 subs and I was like super proud of myself like I was really happy with where my channel was

Going it was slowly growing I would I would check it every day like I got 7 000 Subs I got 12 subs today you know like that was cool and like it wasn’t about it wasn’t like a big deal to me I was doing it for the enjoyment of the

Channel and I still do uh but I like went on holiday to Italy for two weeks and I had one of my videos out uh like a couple of days before and I suddenly noticed like it was picking up some track got some Traction in in like

YouTube and by the time I came back from holiday I had 70 000 subscribers in two weeks that’s mental in YouTube world that is mental I mean some people do have these insane growth spurts but for me to get one was really really odd uh I haven’t actually been talking about

My build at all I hope you guys like it I have I could uh give some my feedback but this is just organic person it’s just a white Yeti so I was gonna go just for a very simple build to be honest I was gonna maybe get uh some

I’m just gonna do the blush trick now for anyone that doesn’t know I’ve been probably going on about it for a very long time on the channel but the blush trick is just add Pink Cheeks to anything and bada bing bada boom you gotta you got a very cute thing monster

Whatever you want to call it uh we could add some teeth yeah like that there we go I’m kind of happy with that oh we should probably give him some ears we’ve got some spare time so yeah I’ve kind of lost my train of thought entirely at this point

Oh dear so yeah that’s the yeti it kind of looks like a there’s a bunny rabbit thing I guess I could just put some slabs and stuff here to make it more interesting uh nothing too special oh man I’m gonna be glad when this video is over I can

Tell you like I’ve enjoyed it but it’s currently 7am I started this uh for like 5 p.m no before then it was like 3 P.M maybe I don’t know and oh six seconds I can add some toenails yeah look at that nice Final Touch that’s not bad I’m happy with that

I’m happy with that let’s see let’s see what people think the problem is it does blend into the background yeah so I’ve been it’s been a long time working like yes that’s okay that’s okay that’s Yeti oh I like that I like the the use of the color there that’s a good face

Oh that what a high note to end out on that was that was really fun I had a nice time I had a nice chat with everyone it wasn’t about the building I played with some fans just by chance and I had a really good time

Do three hours of build battle I can’t take it this took me two days like literally two days like although it’s just two hours of recording you have to set up I had to go with each person say what we got to do set up audio record

Then some rounds don’t go so well so there could have been like three hours of recording and then the editing is tremendous and oh the organization of this video was enormous so I hope you enjoyed it this is probably the longest video I’ve ever ever ever going to make
