Okay so a few things that I just want to catch up with you guys on real quick all right uh first and foremost we’re going to cover some important announcements about the server the state of the server as it is right now then we’re going to go on a tour

Around check out some of the builds and celebrate what you all accomplished in 2023 and then we’re going to talk about the future of M house and what that looks like we have some really exciting things ahead in the future I’m not going to spoil very much I’m not going to

Share any details but I do want to share a few things that you can look forward to for 2024 and I also would love to hear what your ideas are for your builds in 2024 what are some things that you want to accomplish in 2024 and just

Think about those for the next hour and at the end of the stream share them and I want to know what are you going to build in 2024 so maybe you can even share like like if you have an area that you already want to build in you can

Share that when we’re on our tour so uh it’s not even 1 a.m. yet well it’s only 710 for me so this is great okay so couple of quick things to know all right first of all I am committed to you going forward from this point on I am

Committed to you we’re going to do a monthly live stream okay just like this where it’s going to be maybe an hour to an hour and a half long everybody can pop on we’re just going to do some tours we’re going to hang out we’re going to

Chat we’re going to talk about what the server is going on any updates things like that okay I am committed to you one at least one live stream every month probably on the 1 of the month if I can make that happen it’ll at least be

Within like the first week okay so you can look forward to that the it’ll be like state of the server once a month all right so be ready for that and if you ever have any ideas for something that you think think we should do during

That live stream let me know we can make it happen so uh let’s see I’m going to keep letting High Hopes handle everything hopes you can Wrangle herd the cats is what you’re doing something else uh that I just want to let you all be aware of is that today I changed the

Rules on our Discord server and the rules on our Discord server have been changed and they will be reflected in the mineecraft server as well and these rules will be the same consistently across everything okay so the only change just one small change uh and hopefully we’re all chill with it uh one

Of our rules is don’t use your words as weapons okay and what that means we also have another rule that says respect all players regardless of uh their their race their background their cultural culture their economic status their gender their sexuality anything at all their religion we no hate speech and no

Harassment for those things okay so those two rules exist we just edited those rules a little bit today okay to make it really clear uh there will no longer we will not allow misgendering intentional misgendering of other players okay so if a player asks you to

Change to refer to them by a different pronoun uh than what you’re using please respect that that’s all that we ask because we don’t want to use our Words As Weapons we don’t want to make other people feel hurt or attacked by what we’re saying if it’s an accident right

If it’s unintentional if you didn’t know how to refer to somebody you can always ask uh but also you know apologize be quick to apologize that’s always the best way to go about it uh but the thing that we want to avoid is we want to avoid any debates or arguments or

Targeted harassment or anything like that okay so just to make make it really simple for everybody involved no misgendering of others okay I think that that’s pretty clear if you agree if you’re clear on that give me like a yes or something in chat that would be

Amazing how’s the line doing I really appreciate you for adopting that rule thanks Bor toasty I appreciate me too there’s so many of you that I don’t know and you’re going to get to know me real quick real quick yeah that’s actually High Hopes that’s a super good

Idea is like you can almost always insert someone’s name versus a pronoun if you’re unsure so you can call me stiff I am he right so you can also say he him for me uh but you can also just use my name if you don’t know or use somebody else’s name that’s really

Helpful it’s a really easy way to like respect other people without uh causing any kind of um conflict right we got some kisses I think or cat faces or raspberries being blown in the chat there I’ve always thought that they were like raspberries being blown you know

But uh yeah I appreciate you High Hopes I appreciate High Hopes as well but not as much as I appreciate myself uh uh okay so that’s the that’s the new rule thanks for hearing me out there uh let’s see is there anything else well I know that there have been some issues

With like lag right and there were some issues with Discord SRV and and chat syncing up with the uh Discord server and our uh thanks aror for the thumbs up uh our Discord server and our Minecraft server the the link of the chat was kind of broken and it still is we understand

We know that that’s a problem we want to get that fixed as soon as possible there’s a an issue with the plugin itself so we’re waiting on them to get back from vacation they’re supposed to be back tomorrow tomorrow and then we’ll see if they have a fix coming sometime

Soon so we can get that resolved we are also going to be adding very soon some other adjustments to the server relating to chat so one of them is we’re going to make it possible so you guys can actually ignore each other if you need

To uh that sounds kind of weird but I just I think it’s important for you to know so if somebody else is bothering you a lot and you find yourself coming into tension or stress or um anxiety with them right some frustration with them you can ignore them you will be

Able to slash ignore them and you won’t see their chat messages anymore now that doesn’t resolve the problem okay so if you’re having a problem if you have a dispute with the player ignoring them doesn’t always resolve the problem so one of the other things that we are have

Already done on our Discord server you can create a ticket and it will automatically ping all of the staff all of us so myself rzor High Hopes it’ll ping us okay we will be able to see your message and you can let us know in a

Private ticket if you have any um uh disputes that need resolved we want to help you with that okay so you can ping us it goes to all of us including me and we want to respond to that as quickly as possible okay so ignore is there if you

Need it really quickly uh that music is getting loud again ignore is there if you need it really quickly and after you ignore somebody go ahead and create a ticket let us know what’s going on so we can try and help you out we definitely want

Like be mature you know and respectful of others and everything and I think that that’s really what we’ve got here and you guys have been making it even better by building cool stuff and having a good time and collaborating building your collectives and towns and shopping centers and everything I think it’s

Amazing so thanks for all of that that’s really great uh so let’s see we have a few things to talk about for the future okay I’m not going to give you any spoilers right now but say cheese cheese I’m not going to give you any spoilers right now but I do want to

Share a few things that are kind of going on all right so you guys can prepare you may have noticed in fact let’s uh let me let me head to spawn because because there is something at spawn that you all may have seen uh you definitely have seen and so

Yeah let’s just get there you may not have realized that the and now all of a sudden I’m getting some frame lag the um the stories here so this portal is goes to the stories world you might have seen that where are you this is the world’s Hub and we’ve obviously

Oh that’s glass I walked straight into glass there’s the uh the battle arena so that’s the battle arena and hello Rasberry and everybody else who’s coming through welcome welcome welcome um we have the resource Overworld we’ve got uh the Nether and we’ve got the end and

Obviously these are in books so what I want you to know is that we are going to be in the future like doubling tripling quadrupling down on this all right so what that means is that this world that you’re seeing right now this is what we’re calling the stories world and it’s

Basically like a hub where you’re going to teleport to other places we’re going to start including some new things here so just be on the lookout and watch for new things popping up in here we might add them to the server before we announce them that’s a possibility cuz

We’re testing things out we get something that’s working really well hello Jeremiah and uh and then we just want to put it on here and see who notices okay so every once in a while when you pop back in here into this little resource Hub world just take a

Look around see if you notice anything different this is going to be a six-month year-long project this is going to be a really long time before we’re at a place where we’re we consider it like done in fact it might never be quote unquote done uh because we’ve got

Some really cool cool ideas but what that also means is that we will change the name of the server at some point okay so the name of the server is going to change right now it’s mine house because well that’s just the name I’ve

Had for a long time um but in the future the name of the server will change I don’t want you guys to be scared I just want you guys to know that it’s going to happen at some point okay and the reason why the name Will Change is because well

We’re going to actually like try to turn this into something that can be be kind of cool and and allow more people to join and invite more people in to join we’re going to keep the core as survival just like you guys have the world is not

Going to reset the world is going to stay exactly like it is we’re going to keep it as it is okay we’re just adding some new stuff in and it’s all based around this idea of Storytelling and stories so here’s what I’d like to see

You guys do over the next you know 3 months 6 months or whatever if you have an idea for a story a story of any kind it doesn’t matter what it is okay if you have an idea of like what would the characters who live in your Castle be

Doing why did they build that castle there why why is that town built out of uh you know nether materials what what is the point why is there nether materials in the Overworld That Built This Town right uh who loves Birch that much and what does a birch

Lover do that they made an entire Castle an epic castle out of birch and black and white stones and everything I want to know what story you would tell for the builds you are creating okay so I’m going to plant that seed I have no specific restrictions I have no specific

Request it is whatever is on your mind in your mind in your heart whatever it is okay just think about it in terms of stories okay that’s it that’s where I’m going to leave you okay there is nothing else that I’m going to share I have no other spoilers but hopefully par
