Hey guys what is up the new Cubist here welcome to episode nine my Skyblock let’s play on my very own server Neo Network you can play Down In the description below and top uh the IPS in the top 10 comment it’s also in the description if you want to play you can Play if you don’t and you just want to watch that’s chill with me too anyways guys so I am just gonna do like a chill episode it’s 4 30 in the morning um I’ve already recorded the other episodes and I feel like I wanted to show some like not behind the scenes but I just want to have like a more chill episode Okay so it’s 4 30 in the morning that’s why I’m kind of talking a little bit softer I’m not talking super loud or anything so it’s not going to be as energetic we might not get as much done as we Normally do but we’re still gonna have a good time um I’ve just been kind of grinding the sugar cane which has just been a ton of fun um it’s always satisfying to be able to like grow your crops and all that stuff and multiply them so I went around And did a full Harvest and you can see all the stuff that we have and uh we also have a pollen key you might as well go use that um but yeah a few things I wanted to do in this episode um I may not talk as much but yeah it’s Just 4 30 in the morning I feel like I’ve been in a rut liquid the same way I record every single time and I don’t know I just kind of wanted to show something a little different but let me finish putting this sugar cane Down and uh we’ll see how much we end up with it should be a good bit I went around and did the border on the outside because it’s like a pain because some of them you can’t place so I just I like this because right I can put it every Single block when it’s not near the border it’s so much easier to place so that’s why I’ve been doing that and that yeah like I’m all good that’s there’s nothing wrong or anything I’m just talking quiet because it’s like 5 a.m and like I’m kind of exhausted but I Didn’t want to quit recording so I’m just like chilling so how how’s everyone doing like I know the world’s kind of a fast Place day today and kind of crazy so let me know in the comments so everyone’s kind of faring in this world because I know not everything is great for Everyone right now and uh I hope that you guys are making the most out of every day because you know I personally I try to treat every day like a gift I know it’s kind of cliche but I mean every day you’re alive in a way it’s kind of like a It’s nice like I mean you know maybe you’re having a bad time but I don’t know I think maybe that’s too deep for Minecraft man maybe if you want a late night uh you want a late night episode with Neo we’ll do that sometime but that’s not this video I’m just playing Skyblock and chilling I said I’d place all the sugarcane down and look I came back and I hadn’t placed any like what am I doing oh yeah I finally put some enchantments on my Slayer blade so just kind of match what we had on our other one we don’t Have the Unbreaking four because this isn’t like a witheros sword but I put all the slash enchant enchantment so you can get and we’ll have to get a few through custom books but we’ll do that in a bit I don’t think I mean we don’t have any money or anything I haven’t really Grinded since the last episode um because it’s only like maybe 10 hours since I recorded the last episodes it actually has not been that long but there’s still so much I wanted to finish this weekend before next weekend to get set up so that’s why I’m recording and it’s Late at night and I may say stupid stuff but that’s okay see what I mean how satisfying it is so nice placing it in the middle of these because you can place it on every single dirt block oh it’s so nice And there we go that’s all the sugar cane took a little bit but it looks good and it means we’re going to get a ton of herbalism levels if you look at the top of the screen you see how my herbalism level is increasing as I mine like or Farm anything Well the idea is that once your herbalism level gets up to level 1000 um any crops you break will automatically replant now with sugar cane you don’t have to plant it but if I like broke a bunch of wheat on the ground for example I would pick it all Up and then it would automatically replant for me so I don’t have to plant it back down so to make that easier we’re going to make something called an herbalism grinder now this is not the most efficient one but this is the easiest one and it works well Go to your shop and go to Redstone look at some observers and buy two Observers then you want to buy one dispenser and you’re probably just gonna want to buy a stack of redstone buy a few repeaters and then you’re also going to need some grass so I’ll just buy a stack Now if you don’t have any skeleton spawners you don’t want to do this yet you want to wait until you get those I’ve gotten a few from crates and not like a ton but enough for us to definitely get enough bones to make this thing work so let’s pick an area where We want to build this and let’s have at it Um it’s kind of hard because we can’t I want to be able to get a path out around here because we have a ton of room over here to work with um but it’s I just don’t want to make a touch right here maybe we’ll have it just go off the House over here then yeah why not man we’re just chilling we’re having fun I am going to turn feet drops feet drops back to on though dude I really got used to those okay some green concrete I believe our path is made of nice also what is our Cactus masteries at now Holy crap dude 27 000 almost geez dude we’re gonna have the double cell price of cactus before too long this thing down here has been put in the work dude the mega storage device like that thing’s pretty cool you gotta admit dude like I’m not the best of redstone Or anything but I’m pretty proud of that it’s not even any Redstone in it that’s the funny part is there’s literally no Redstone in that oof okay well you know what just just just don’t listen to me man just don’t listen to me okay so let’s go build a little Herbalism grinder I don’t know what to build it out of we’ll probably just put it in like some sort of structure of some kind I’m not really sure and we’ll just make a little path over here so I’ve been building those pads man just a little bit of work You just kind of go off like this and just kind of go off to the side like that you come over a few more blocks do something like this and then if you wanted to curve it even more you can start to curve it the curve into the pads is the hardest part Like I do not enjoy this part especially when you plan like me at five in the morning and you can’t seem to gain control of your motor functions okay so something like this and that way we can build a little something over here maybe a little something over here Now the herbalism grinder doesn’t need to be very big so we may be able to just like put it right here as for the structure I’m not sure so let me think of something okay I have the idea took me a little longer than usual to Think of the idea but I do indeed have the idea okay so hope you guys don’t think it’s weird I’m like I’m not talking to my normal like YouTuber voice because I’m tired but like I don’t know it’s kind of fun for me I always record in the same way so it’s Nice to kind of break out of the mold if you know what I mean okay so these okay we need to make this go one further okay it doesn’t need to be very big like I said let’s go off like three like this bro if I see one more Global booster Dude I swear to God and keep seeing the global boosters oh it’s so funny okay so something like this and I want these to connect so I’m going to remove this here and then fill this in with moss make it look like it’s a little part of the factory because to be fair This is like something kind of like a factory herbalism factory so I’m trying to think of how to build it maybe look like it make it look like a Little Smoke Stack or something I’m trying to think of what kind of blocks probably just the brown terracotta yeah okay concrete and Yeah we’ll just use this so I’m just gonna make it look like boom boom boom boom wait oh this is too wide I need this to be three ideally so it’ll it’ll kind of connect but that’s actually okay um you can have like a little entrance over here something like this Obviously this would have to become like that here we go this can just be a little something over here you may want to make it one block wider too not a problem I have all the materials on me like I said I mean this is going to be a little slower paced episode It’s not always fun to push yourself constantly like as a content creator like I’m always striving to be better but that pursuit of being better constantly is very draining so getting to relax and make a video it’s kind of nice man I’m feeling good about it hope you guys understand Seems like my internet’s lagging a little bit let me check make sure I’m not downloading something like an idiot like don’t get me wrong or anything I’m not burnt out of Skyblock by any means I’m just saying like in general as a good content creator you’re always striving to be better And like I would have never made this video if I was burnt out I’d only record when I have to I don’t have to be recording I could just make two episodes this weekend but it’s been like kind of an outlet for me because I actually have been enjoying it So that’s a really like it’s a really important thing for me is enjoying the content I make because at the end of the day if you’re not enjoying what you’re doing what are you doing man you got one life you better live it and this server has been an incredible Journey because it’s not something you know I really ever imagined myself pursuing but it’s been very satisfying work now can I buy a campfire am I going to go buy charcoal and all this Jibber Jabber you may have to buy the hmm suppose it’s not that bad Seeing as how we already have most of the stuff to craft it I’ll make a crafting table boom make some sticks Boom okay can’t fire put that in there put that in there make sure this thing don’t look whack ah bro it looks pretty cool okay now they make the actual actual herbalism grinder so we’re not going to make like the most efficient one or the biggest one or the best one or anything Like that and we’re just going to make one that works so we will put a dispenser in the floor some grass on top of it and then I need to get down there so I’m afraid of no if I put a water bucket here it won’t mess anything up will it Nope it won’t it’s nice actually now that we got that little purple thing there because before I was afraid it was gonna destroy the cactus farm but we don’t want that so we’ll put this here build down a few blocks beside some room to breathe man Okay please don’t go off the edge oh my heart just stopped bro don’t do this to me water don’t play with me like that my guy don’t play with me like that okay so ideally what you do is I can’t even make one lever bro like I’m all out of Whack here okay I’ll make one lever and we’re going to face some observers into each other so uh opposite of that so I’m gonna need to put an observer that way and it’s going to be observing this Observer so you see they’re ticking put a lever on it oh wait I can’t actually be the whole thing wait no shot I’m pretty sure I have to do something to like be able to turn it on and off but like I don’t think so hold on home home because I’m pretty sure like if it ever were to turn off Isn’t there shouldn’t there be a way to turn it on and off but we’ll ever go gone bro I need to quit being a lazy bones too I could literally just walk right here and just go grab a piece of cobblestone I think there has to be a way to turn it off No it’s still going for sure oh I’m sorry my brain’s working slow I think I know what I can do purchase why does it activate it though hmm anyways Um so now all you have to do to fill it up is just you just break this middle block put some spaghetti bellies down and let me kill a bunch of them how much is it how much would it cost me um for more mob drops where it isn’t right Here 100K Sky Queens nah bruh I think the next thing we’re gonna get is either this or I thought there was something else we were gonna get maybe crop growth right one of those two would be really nice we don’t need a bigger wow 2.5 million Sky Queens Yeah count me out on that front okay so we have the Slayer blade yeah are they oh I was too far away well that’s okay at least we can test to see if it works Um because if so it’s a fairly easy grinder to maintain also to be fair you can only fit three stacks of bones in it anyways see we’ll get a few more I’ll go ahead and break all these okay so I put the grass up bro I’d be asked I’m just gonna buy it Okay boom look at the herbalism level up top I’ll just do it for a little bit watch this so that’s something I will be grinding because that’s pretty cool I’m pretty sure technically if I wanted it to be more efficient I could put like would stuff grow over here It would only grow out to there is it because there’s a not an AIR block above it let me check so it will grow out to here so it would be most efficient if it was like this oh that’s way quicker yeah look at that dude that’s so cool So yeah we’ll definitely have to be using this quite a bit it’s a novel Redstone contraption it’s almost kind of nicer like that because then it’ll let you come in and when you’re done you close it oh I forgot it it throws you on the ground Oh it’s funny okay well from the inside if we’re in the if we’re in this origin uh how does it look with the grass sticking out like that maybe we just uh yeah maybe just fill that and buy one more piece of brown concrete just call it a day on that The brown terracotta there we go nice and filled in I believe I just collected these guys so they don’t have a ton of stuff but we’ll collect them again you can do a little sell all I keep selling all my steak bro I like sell it All then I’ll get more and then I sell it all in seconds it’s bad uh oh dang it what’s in my overflow sell all items 16k look how many dude we need to tell the devs to Turn Down The Hoppers bro look how many Hoppers I have called it’s server now you can see it working see see I just killed 10 at once five at once I’m not sure I guess it is just random chance so sometimes it’ll look like it’s not working but if you swing long enough so if I were to go ham on my mouse That’s gonna make us kill them so much faster you can also see we’re getting a lot more souls and that’s because if you look in our masteries everyone’s been here helping us grind man it’s been so nice maybe we’ll get the next mob Mastery tonight hey cow Mastery is tier five I guess chance of souls is an increase no double the amount of souls dropped yeah for cows or cows are tier five fifty percent increase in rare drops we only kill cows see that isn’t that nice look at all those Souls man all the sky Queens too that’s awesome Um how close are we though to getting the next tier and if I had players this guy’s still up here someone up here um let’s see tier three we’d have to kill yeah a bunch of mobs like let me grind for a little bit and see how much progress I Can make so we’re at what percent now we’re at 21 let me grind okay I’ve almost killed this entire stack of spiders let’s see if we can get to the very end fingers are getting really tired okay there’s one left whatever we got two percent just like that Could do this but like that’s better spent not doing it on a video because then we’ll buy the next tier of spawners which like include skeletons and stuff like that skeletons zombies blazes are really good for XP and then piglens as well so we’ll probably just be buying blazes for the Next year if I’m completely honest with you they’re going to give you the most XP most bang for your buck for sure yes Bank shouldn’t be anything in there I know there is money in there I guess it’s from those guys the minions right or maybe notes from the auto cell chest I don’t know but the tree farm looks good which is nice see if I were to sell everything in there and go to the Overflow I use 34k so not that much but a decent amount that’s for sure okay let’s let’s finish these dang quests 32 minutes like these two bro the Smelting thing like really you know how many super smelters we can make at this point mcraft for real um well that’s right I need to make Enchanted Cobblestone to make those don’t I yeah and then Shannon Cobblestone is just yeah okay look at this boom boom boom Okay so it takes a lot more Cobblestone so much Cobblestone this is I remember doing this and making these super furnaces and thinking wow these things are kind of expensive dude and to be honest with you they’re pretty dang expensive are they op oh yeah it’s definitely a good feature I like That the managers thought of this it was a very good idea you guys gotta remember I don’t think of everything that goes in the server there’s a full team of devs managers and more behind this um so it’s not just me I have a lot of input Thanks the end of the day I own the server but like you gotta understand I’m not the only person so I don’t know about literally everything my main goal is to get people on the server and play it you know what not because I really enjoy it okay six more Super furnaces Now we can complete our goal and plus I don’t really want to upgrade the coal minions right now so you know what I say load a stack of cold all these bad boys yes sir go in our pv1 put a bing but a boom let’s get this or Crap done Can do this so quick I think we have Fortune four on our pickaxe now which is nice I’m gonna put this back down let me just one two we need six more chests okay Just make eight whatever don’t want them connecting though boom boom boom boom boom okay so now all we have to do is smelt stuff like ores iron ore gold ore does not really matter to me I don’t really care put a lot of copper which is perfect So for example put all the copper in there all the gold in there I want to take this out this out iron in there and like an iron gold copper we can’t smelt that twice although it would be kind of nice wouldn’t it nice so much copper holy heck A whole chest full of copper dude I want to separate those then it’s the end of the day we don’t even have that much here’s the gold right here cool so now I can go in here I mean these smelt so quick once I get to the End of these let’s just say these are all done right uh and the time it takes you to collect all of them it’s already done like a third of a stack so if you had three times as many even if you were like quick about collecting them like this you would literally You’d get to the end of the stack of furnaces come back and then they’d be ready to collect again it’d be an infinite loop I mean look at this Okay so I go to missions maybe we can finally be almost done with this one yeah we are Oh wow we’re actually like super close we didn’t even need to smell this much stuff that’s okay definitely better to have more of it done than not enough you know put the coal back up because we won’t need that Organize this a little bit better and then sell the rest yep yep yep okay I think yeah yeah completed blacksmith basic okay so now the only one left to have is the farming one which isn’t really hard necessarily it’s just more of like they have to build a melon farm and a Wheat farm and I just don’t have those yet but what about like the ah they’re still locked maybe we could build miniature versions of the farms for right now um it’s already 5 30 a.m I think I’ll avoid that for now this is a good way to make extra money If you put your War hoppers to go into here like you could make a good amount oh Island missions wait what yo is there a mission I can actually progress on smelter I’ve already done that one yo let’s go I got another Auto cell chest too Is there another tier yeah a small 2500 words now okay I always like to break these stack them with my other ones go four so what is like the reward for this 1.5 times Sky coins hmm we just have to stand here and collect these and like as awesome as that sounds Kind of more interested in grinding some herbalism right now let’s go do that we built this thing and never got to use it and activate dude that’s so cool Thank you Foreign Looks like I broke that at some point replace that an Envoy starts in 10 minutes so they’re actually some pretty good loot in those usually players on here don’t try to kill me uh because they like me or something know what I’m doing for the next 10 minutes Foreign Voice should be starting soon and we’ve sold about three inventories doesn’t make a whole lot of money but that’s not only the point of this and our food’s a little bit low but that’s okay we’ll go to spawn Envoy should be happening within like a few minutes if I guess you’re right Sorry I might have to move my boom arm around oh I guess we should could do could do this but it’s really kind of hard to look for the eggs and like I’m kind of scared to do it because I’m bad at finding things like I see an egg here see the baby blue rabbit okay waterless crops yeah down here is PVP so you’re gonna Watch your back down here but yeah the waterless crops would be nice to get that way when I build these Farms I don’t have to worry so much about hydrating them so it’s like one of the biggest like panes I think all the envoys are gone yeah Yep looks like it yeah everyone caught on man the envoys are so nice you can get some good stuff okay well back to our home we can go ahead and just throw all this garbage gear do not need any of that yeah we keep the wood though that’s kind Of nice to give us back in our PV one get our nice stuff out super pickaxe nice thing there we go to got these couldn’t make some nice cell wands wish you could do more than one at a time in here it’s kind of annoying yeah these are little things I can just Tell the devs and then hopefully they get fixed 24 you saw wand better than having four or six use cell ones I’ll tell you that okay well we might as well upgrade our cobble generator um this kind of design was fine for a while but I think it might be time to retire It for now so we’ll turn off the clock and we will break all this out okay so we’ll leave it as a distant memory I think this is green class right now this new kind is way better anyways the YouTuber who is a media rank on my server called Mr Data He is a good person to watch if you want to learn how to make what I’m about to make I am going to go ahead and remove all these because we don’t need these anymore I’ll go ahead and sell the Cobble only I want to keep all that coal okay break these And we’ll make a good setup down there with all these ore Hoppers and lines of chess and that’ll be really nice and this archaic machine has got to go to um you know find a place to store the coal for right now so hold tight okay okay Should be good I don’t think anything else is stored up in there you can even make these Nether Bricks so they’re pretty cool looking block but they don’t fit with our palette this season I would have been using them a little bit more how did I do that what the heck How many coal a little bit okay either way we now have how many or hoppers 24. 24 or Hoppers nice okay and this thing let’s throw out there okay so I want to move my lucky block too as much as I like having it there maybe we should put it Maybe we should put it like here I don’t know put it here for now in the middle of all my value maybe we’ll put it somewhere where we remember it like up here like I would remember it if it was up here there we go break it from down there cool okay So put multi-kill five on already did that servants I’m going to despawn you guys because I have a better spot for you we built this area for minions but to be honest 20 of them fit on a level so if we get a bunch of servants we can put them up here but We don’t really have a ton right now just these two bad boys okay yep they should keep their inventories and everything so they’ll keep on a trucking right there we’ll upgrade them eventually when we have more stuff we just don’t have a lot of Sky coins or money anything excess right now Trying to get my mining Mastery up but yeah let’s go ahead and make one of these fancy schmancy Cobble gems you can run back and forth on so let me go to the shop I’m gonna buy just an absolute ton of glass absolute ton okay and then we’ll need some water buckets Not too many and then the rest will have to be Lava buckets we’ll do that in a bit I need to make some signs okay so the premise is somewhat simple although at the same time it’s kind of difficult to understand but make a line What are you gonna make it the width of this thing go ahead and put all these signs down okay and then water is gonna fall right here we’re gonna build this up pull this up as tall as you want the materials to generate essentially so we’re going to build ours like all The way up to here probably all right and then you’re gonna have to contain the water it’ll all make sense here in a second so then we’re going to build a little way for the water to be contained last one ever right so now your water is contained up here But you don’t want to put your water down quite yet gonna need and I guess it’s kind of an issue because technically you’re gonna want a wall right here so I couldn’t break all that you don’t need all that yeah we go I have to go ahead and do That on this side too just because otherwise the water is gonna fall outside of this thing okay so the waterfalls right here and then your lava go ahead and fill all this in right I’ll explain that your lava is going to be right here then you’re just gonna need This is going to be a wall here now yeah you get to see me build and think usually I’ll just do this off camera and focus real hard but now I’m focusing really hard on building oh focusing really hard on building and barely talking I don’t know let me know if you want More videos like this I mean I don’t mind making a nice chill video where I’m just kind of really relaxed and it’s late at night I’m hanging out having a good time playing when open them up oh no more nocturnal person for sure maybe not this late it’s like 5 48 a.m I’m kind of acting like a mad lad but I dropped out of college to do YouTube full time in the server stuff full time so it’s been an interesting change of pace because I hate school I have always hated school since I was a kid I never understood the point of it but I think for most people it’s a good idea to stay in unless you have something very successful going okay so you see how the water is kind of staying in there you also don’t need that put that there if you want doesn’t really matter you aren’t going to need those signs there okay So now essentially all you got is to do is buy a bunch of lava so I’m going to trash some of this stuff We’re not gonna need it and now you’re like Neo it’s a waste but not dude we have so much money okay we’re gonna go in here An inventory of lava so swim in here put lava down see what I mean though it takes an absolute ton of lava then you can stand on the next layer and so on and so forth we’re going to go ahead and just put this here it’s pretty cool though isn’t it The principle of it is really neat because this one will work like the most efficient out of any of them okay and I think just one more layer because I don’t think you can break any higher than this right here so what we’re gonna do is I’m gonna take some building blocks build up a little bit just kind of on the edges here we’re gonna figure out how one of these bad boys works Because you can have a ton of storage for oars and you can do it in a variety of ways now I don’t know how many orders there really are to like put and filter into Hopper but we’ll see um so we’ll just put down an oar Hopper literally every single one of these Is this buddy this is funny okay and we don’t really have a proper way to get down here to be fair but that seems to work just fine I’m ready to go up here and we’re gonna break all these and we’re basically just gonna make a Ramp of Chess that’s what I’ve seen on some islands like I’ve been doing like item refunds and stuff on my staff account so I get to see a bunch of people’s islands and what other people are doing and I guess I need to break these two let me break that one And you know what I guess we’ll just break that one too since we can’t get back up there anyways sure okay so we’ll make this and then we’ll build it over so that we can build should be able to reach yep I can indeed reach that okay So the idea is you put a chest here it’s like this right especially it’s worked out a little bit too well dang okay right and then you’re gonna put another chest right here I guess you can make them a little bit more compact if you want you could technically like build them It’s a little bit tricky to get back there you can technically build them on this block this to make it more compact which it can’t be a bad thing so we might as well do it and then you go on the back side with some Hoppers and connect them and then You just set the filters only so shift right click oh shift right click with anything but a chest or just shift right click with an empty hand and just only enable one thing it’s like iron would be iron ore iron ingots and iron would be the only Thing in raw iron to be the only thing we’d like allow in that one right and so on and so forth we’ll do it for lapis and then maybe have more than one b you know like per or whatever I don’t know let me build these chests out real quick And then we’ll come back and connect them with Hoppers and see how it goes Thank you Okay so we hit our Hopper limit which is 200 I do have this staircase of chest which is kind of cool and we’ll have to build some item frames to put on the front of it but pretty nice basically you’ll just collect from the bottom chest and then if you need to You can reach up even higher and if it’s all the way up here you just hop your way up no problem you can even put stairs if you wanted to like on the sides and make it look cool um so let’s see I wanted to get a next Hopper level it’s 50k Sky coins well how many do we have in our bank right now oh almost enough I asked to pause it this guy coins like 2 000. and we should be able to upgrade it and it goes from level six 200 to 250. it’s not actually that much The island has completed upgrader is missions completed upgrader which tier this one 500 000 that’s nice I almost ran myself clean out of money here funnily enough because for some reason I decided to buy wood instead of using my tree farm because I got lazy so there you go Oh I don’t even think we’re gonna have the hopper limit to be able to do this if I’m completely honest with you dude this is not good yeah because I was 43 Hoppers so we can do one two three four five six seven and now look How much is it is it 75k it’s 100 000. okay well we’ll complete this next week uh we at least started it um but let me go back up here so we need to write some goals down waterless crops and Hopper upgrade uh okay waterless crops Plus Hopper upgrade okay 100K Plus 150k Equals 350. whatever cool okay guys
