5 Minecraft 5×5 Houses [Tutorial]

Well hello we’ll be put in welcome back to another minecraft video this is mythical sausage here what is up man today we’re doing something very very cool we’re making five five by five houses they’re all starter and they all have a different build style to them let

Me flip let me sure we got started right now look at this oh isn’t that cool starting from left to right we’re gonna be doing a medieval house we got a Nordic style house we got a little farmhouse we have a fantasy style house and we have a desert style house

Each different and it’s gonna be so cool let’s start right now with our medieval alright let’s get this started so this is the first one is the medieval one and let’s get this base started some of these are gonna see a little bit of pop outs extensions and stuff like that like

A little stairwell up a little fireplace maybe here the overhangs they don’t really count on the 5 by 5 for me the base itself the house base they’re all 5 by 5 based so let’s go let’s get this started and we’re gonna go down that

Line and to be a lot of fun so let’s start right here for the first one so for this one if you see the texturing is a little different we have some stone some cobble and some stone breaks but for now let’s just do in stone brick so

Right here the start so 1 2 3 4 5 there’s 1 2 3 4 5 1 2 3 4 5 and a 1 2 3 4 5 we’re gonna raise this up by 2 so let’s take it all the way up right here by 2 really simple if you want you can

Texture right now let’s just put random blocks random cobbles around just make it look a little more rustic a little bit more rundown medieval very nice so let’s go a little more here with some stone some stone and some stone right about there that looks good it’s a

Random texture job then let’s grab some stairs I’m gonna go up with regular steps hello you’re gonna go up a regular stair right here so one here one here we’re gonna fill in the gaps in the inside we can go texture that as well with both stones

And cob one everything and then we’re boom we have it ready to go now on the sides we’re gonna go right on this corner with some of these hope log and we’re just gonna go up one into right here in this corner 1 & 2 1 & 2 1 & 2 in

The middle we’re just gonna go with some of this oh just right there 1 & 2 1 here we’re gonna put a little window in that section right there look how perfect that’s awesome then we’re gonna put another little piece of oak plank here here and here

That was looking pretty good and then one more right there so we’re gonna make a little roof out of that now on this side it’s just gonna run a line straight down on this line I’m gonna run a line straight down and over here we’re gonna

Do the same thing we did over here but if you notice in the middle we’re gonna do a little bit of a window so let’s go all the way up like so we’re gonna put a stair here a stair here and a plank right there looking awesome look at that that’s cool

Now let’s do a little road on here with our regular oak another one right there with oak now we’re gonna do a little roof we’re gonna pop this out right here and we’re gonna go all the way down with spruce right to that point once we get here we’re going upside down stair

Regular upside down stair regular stair put it up set out stair here I put a stair facing this way up top and then we’re gonna just come back down the other way very very slowly like that they make a connect to that side now we’re gonna pretty much just repeat what

We did there repeat it on this side so stairs going up and connecting with upside down stairs going up another upside down here and then up sit down right there now super simple now on this side before we even start doing more stuff I’m gonna come up right here let’s

Actually replace this guy put a little stone replace this one let’s put some cobble let’s just go up another 1 2 3 in a wall on top and you can leave it like that or you could do a little texture job maybe like this mixing some blocks together that looks really really cool

And then we’re gonna start connecting so right here let’s go down with our regular old oak stairs and we’re gonna try to sneak in back here real fast perfect then on this side we’re gonna go1 to his face 1 this way face 1 this way we’re gonna put stairs going all the

Way down like this and then we’re gonna put slabs of our spruce on top just like that and then it’s grab a slab and we’re gonna put actually let’s go with an oak slab we’re gonna put a little oak slab right there so we have a little window

Then we can put some glass in there why not just break a little glass right here let’s pop one in we’re gonna pop one in here and we’re gonna pop one in here and that looks so good we’re done now little things you can do as far as detail-wise

Let’s pop out a little bit of details out here just for that fireplace so maybe one of those one of those and it’s grab a stair that we have right here and pop that in there so adding a little bit of detail like that and then let’s

Actually put some railings on this guy so we’re gonna put a little bit of a trap door action here they stack them stack them and then put these down take these up and get rid of those those are just placeholder blocks and that’s it that’s our first little starter house right here

Medieval look at very cool now you can play around with your floors and put details like that but the house is done what do you think like actually the house has never done until you put a door so let’s drop a door here and there you go so we have this lovely little

Area done so the house number one all right house number two let’s do some Nordic this one is really really fun to make I’m gonna show you that roof is awesome so let’s start this up play through the 5×5 we’re gonna jump down right here let’s get it lined up so Bob

We’re gonna go down with some spruce so this spruce is gonna go up by one two three and four we’re gonna give it a space right here by putting some cobble and stone base oh no no that cobblestone maybe something like that it’s perfect then we’re gonna turn this corner right

Here by putting one two three four again and then do another one too a little stone right there come up here one two three four let’s go right here with some cobble let’s do some double stone right then take it up by four again and then

We’re gonna do another stone and maybe a couple cobbles right there that looks awesome then here’s gonna be the front door so for the front this put one stone here well one cobble maybe one stone let’s put a little stair let me grab a real fast give me give me that stare we’re

Gonna put a little stair right here so that’s gonna be our little way in and it’s elevated at least by one right there looking awesome now up here we’re gonna grab some of the spruce planks and we’re gonna go up one two and three one two three we’re gonna

Put a little upset on stairs spruce right there then on this side one two and three one two three we’re gonna put a spruce there here and here we’re gonna go back here to the side we’re gonna go one two three one two three window right here then we’re gonna go on

This side we’re gonna go one two and three one two and three and we’re gonna put another window all the way around windows cool right he’s place let’s go now I’m gonna go ahead and do this let’s do right here on the tip of the tip at

The top we’re gonna go up one more across bean put one more one more up across bean we’re gonna put one more up crossbeam and then a little cross beam right there so gives it a little bit more on that spot now let’s start working on this little roof part so

Let’s grab some dark oak it’s gonna be all dark oak so let’s put putting it right here at this edge we’re gonna take this down all the way here overhang it one time I’m gonna do it again on this side so all the way down overhang it one

Time let’s go with upside down stairs here we’re gonna do the same style we did last time by taking the stairs all the way up like this gradually just like this now on this part was this we’re gonna do a little pop-out log and leave it just like that

For now pop it out right here on this corner now let’s do this again on this side so we’re gonna go with upside down regular stairs we’re gonna take it all the way up now once we get to this part again we’re gonna do a little pop out just like that

Then let’s drag this down and connect so that’s perfect now let’s go ahead and do this we’re gonna take this down one here one here let’s do a stair here a stair here and we’re doing that guy all right they look uh pretties but we’re gonna

Take this down just like so and do a little pop out just like this just like that pretty simple just do it again here so one two let’s take this one two we’re gonna go ahead and take this one all the way down and then we got that

Little pop out right there now up here this is where some cool stuff is gonna happen so let’s do this it’s got some full blocks like sure let me go over here real fast let me grab are you hiding in there foothold on that foot blocks hide anyway

I got it good so let’s put a full block here let’s put a full block right there we’re gonna put a stair facing this way we’re gonna put a stair facing this way and that’s they’re facing that way let’s do it again so we’re gonna put a stair facing this

Way stair facing this way and one upside down facing that way now here we’re gonna put a stair facing upside down this way stair facing upside down that way I’m gonna do it again so upset down here and then up set out right here now in this part we’re gonna go ahead and

Put some stairs we’re gonna put stair facing this way stay facing this way same thing on this side and in the middle we’re putting a full block and that is the main structure so let’s add some more detail so watch this we’re gonna do a pop-out

Log let’s actually do one before we do this watch come on under uses empty little gap right there just gonna fill that in with some of this log going up let’s do it again on the other side so we can fill that in so right here here

And there now we’re gonna grab this stair that we have right here but what’s this we’re gonna put one facing down facing down one facing up we’re gonna get rid of these little stairs we’re gonna pop these logs out like so let’s do it again on this side so what’s this

Take that out long take that out log we’re gonna put a stair facing down one up one down just like that look how cool then watch this is gonna be pretty fun let’s grab some upside down stairs of our spruce let’s put one here here here here

One there here so pretty much following the the line right there of that log look how cool and then watch this is gonna be awesome let’s grab some of these trapdoors right here and we’re gonna put some all the way underneath going all the way around like this none

Here just right around the side of this roof look how cool then we’re gonna add some walls and put one here here here and here and then we’re gonna grab a fence of dark oak we’re gonna put one here and here let’s repeat that again on

The back side but then we’re gonna also pop two out right here it’s gonna make it look cool trust me and then we’re gonna grab that log in let’s pop this in right here here there and there and we’re gonna put those two fences right here on the side for

Last-minute details we’re gonna drop some buttons and this is gonna go all on those exposed log pieces then another little thing we’re gonna use trapdoors for windows on these so it makes it look a little cooler especially for the Nordic style we keeping a lot of wood

See the theme is wood wood everywhere so just like that looking very cool we got one in here too and we’re right here for our windows and last but not least we’re gonna drop a lovely door right in side there we go perfect so there we go

That is house number two all right house number three look at this a really cool little farmhouse it could almost be like almost like an ass textile definitely a little Hut it’s really cool so I love this one let’s let’s build this one so this was really

Simple let’s come in here with cobble first I’m just gonna put a line or a one two three one two three one two three let’s just do that take it to this corner leave that gap right here empty so one two three one two three one two

Three we’re gonna put a little door right there actually put a little upside down stair to make it look cooler now let’s turn this corner one two three up and the same here one two three up right here so make a small simple base just

Like that to start it up and then I’ll show you how we break it up and make it look cool like that but for now let’s just do this let me do this as a placeholder block right here with and you can actually leave this if you want

But that’s fine let’s put that there for now it’s a placeholder all right now after this base is what we’re gonna do let’s start right here on the tippy top I’m gonna go ahead and start putting a mix of dirt and a mix of hay just like we do it over here

So let’s start right here on this side so just gonna go let’s go right here I’m gonna go hey let’s do dirt let’s do another Hey let’s go hey dirt no dirt dirt dirt let’s go hey hey hey all the way around like this okay perfect now

Next up let’s do this is some detail so let’s lift this up I’m gonna go ahead and just mix it around here you might see this from the inside you might not this you’re pretty much just placeholders for now so let’s take this up we’re gonna go up right here right

Here let’s put another dirt here dirt and let’s leave that just like so for now that is looking pretty cool so just like this for now then let’s grab some of these spruce slabs I’m gonna put one up one down one down one down right here

One down here up that goes in the down sex shown it down that goes here let’s take that up down here put one on the side and then we’re gonna go this way and match it so it’s all looking really really cool all the way around then

Let’s grab some of this sprue slab and put it here here here then we’re gonna grab some trapdoors I’m gonna put them here here here and there then on the tippity-top here on the top top top we’re gonna grab another slab put that right there that’s pretty much the majority of it

Done then what I’m gonna add is a little bit of texture a little bit of detail so let’s put some walls all the way around on these just like this for now okay then let’s grab some of this insight this sprinkle some insight in certain spots that we show you how to put

Windows at the end but for now let’s sprinkle the end aside and it looks very very cool like this then there’s also sprinkle a little bit of this smooth stone so a little bit here here let’s put some up top let’s put some here maybe another one right there

There we go and there we go then let’s grab some stairs this is how I’m gonna do the windows it’s almost like little arrows to look at windows let’s pop two out window let’s pop two out here window just like that one up one down one time here boom boom there

We go and then this is our front door now another thing you can do is add some stairs like this kind of flipped on its side maybe one up dude no not mmm hold on right let’s put one here I don’t want it to interfere with the actual whoo

With a window so maybe one down here too and maybe even one down here too so that messes it up makes it look really cool and unique and then you come in here maybe throw a little bit of mousey in here a little bit of overgrown

Down here at the bottom and that looks so cool and that looks awesome now last but not least we can go in here add a little chimney action maybe right here let’s break that off go all the way down pop it in hold on let’s pop this in and take it all the

Way up maybe mixing a little bit of the cobble and andesite there we go put a little wall on top and we are done with this section hit now other things you want to do wherever you see dirt put a little bit of grass in there put a

Little bit of grass on the dirt like that and we’re finished with house number three alright house number four we have this cool little fantasy style house and this is super super cool I love it so let’s get this started so right now we’re gonna go in with the

Stripped spruce base and then we’re gonna go away stripped our folks are strip dark old place and we’re gonna cut going up let’s take it right here so one two three we’re gonna take that right here two three and leave it right there then right here on the side we’re gonna

Go with our stone brick of one two three I’m gonna go up three as well take it through here one or up right here as well by three take this down to three again and one two three up as well I’m gonna put these two right here these are just for the front

Door we’re gonna leave that open and then on the top we’re gonna go up one two one two with our dark oak we’re gonna grab a stair also of dark oak and we’re gonna put that up sit down right there now I’m gonna take this down one

Two one two leave this one blank now here we’re going one two one two put a little upset downstairs right there and then one two one two put a little upside down stair right there we got windows all the way around now this also grabs his work here a little bit of

Our brick and now this is gonna be pretty cool let’s put actually let’s take this part out as well let’s go up one two three just like that for now and that’s gonna look cool when I pop that out in a second but we watch this next

Up let’s put a placeholder block here we’re gonna pop this out and I’m gonna take this down all the way and extend it out by one do it again so placeholder take it out and all the way down pop it out by one just like this we’re gonna

Put a little section right here it’s gonna look awesome gonna pop this up watch this so let’s put upside down stairs right there let’s put upside down stairs right here of our spruce and then I’m gonna put upside down here upside down here upside down here up set out here perfect now

Let’s take this up let’s go up another one two and three one two and three and now let’s put it one two three on every other one and in the middle we’re gonna get some white concrete and go up by three on all of those let’s do this

Again over here so one two three one two three one two three one two and three then right here white concrete white concrete white country right there looking awesome we’re gonna go with another log in the middle one two and three take this up and we’re gonna cover

Up job let’s put two windows right there look how awesome let’s do it again so one two and three I’m gonna put one here in here here and here and that is our beautiful windows on the back looking so so good I love that now let’s work on

This roof so for this roof we’re gonna go with an outer border just like this up or spruce now I’m gonna take it all the way down and extend it by one do the same thing on this side we’re gonna go all the way down extend that by one they

Were going upside down so I’m both let’s go with a full block get rid of you let’s go up so one up full block well full block and a stair let’s go upside down full block and it’s there and then right here we’re gonna do a little pop-out log take it out right

Here and extend it all the way until you get to this point so one away from this there right here if you see it one away now let’s repeat this we’re gonna do it on this side so full block stare upside down full block who’s there

Right here and a full block right there I’m gonna put a stair upside down right here and a stair flipped up that way let’s repeat the same thing again on this side so upside down upside down full blocks four blocks stair stair upside down upside down full block full

Block stair stair and a full block on top now let’s put a stair here flip it like that and then watch this up top we’re gonna go with a full block going all the way down run that line and in the middle we’re gonna fill it all in

With some awesome dark prismarine if you don’t have dog push meaning you’re worse as it is considered starter I put dark oak in there instead but I want to make it look cool like that so you can see it but replace it with dark oak trust me it looks just as good

Almost it’s good it’s pretty good so this was a drug-crazed marine here I’m gonna take this down take that down right here we’re gonna do some stuff let’s actually so you saw it how it looks really really cool right there but we’re gonna go ahead and lift this up

Right here so they slip this chimney up all the way up right here and we’re going to continue it till we get to right about there right about there just match it to this line we have right here so let’s continue with this darker the

Other what could be done if you want it to be it is dark prison brain right now laughing so let’s take it all the way down and connect right here we’re gonna repeat this guy on this side and we’re just gonna take it all the way down so

Just think so just like so and just like so once we get to this tippity-top we’re gonna go ahead and put some slabs every other one just to give it that nice feel to it let’s grab some walls and let’s also grab some flowerpots and then we’re gonna put

This on top so let’s do it right here so one two drop those drop these yeah you know what just for a little added Flair look what I did over here well I thought I’m fine I’m fine now let’s grab some stair but what’s this we’re gonna put a

Little pop out right here they still take that out put a little stair here for some little extra details now over here we’re gonna go up by one and two it’s called one two and three let’s put us there here and there and that just adds a little more and then

You know what what if we do one of those right in here and maybe drop one more on there that just gives it even more detail now we’re almost done the only thing we need now is some of these details so we’re gonna put slabs right here every other one right there and

Then we’re gonna put some trapdoors let me grab those and put them underneath and that just gives it a little bit of an extra bit of detail just so we can stand out a little more so every other one like this and then trapdoors every other one like that now we’re almost done

Only thing I’m have left to do I’m gonna lift this up right here so let’s get some of this stripped d’arco take that up take that up now in the middle I’m just gonna take this all the way up and down let’s put a stair there and then

Let’s run a little stair line just like that in there that’s really really cool let’s do it again on this side so let’s go ahead we’re gonna put the dark over here dark over there take the white all the way down put it upside down stair here then they connect this with upside

Down stairs last but not least we have some windows grab some shutter grab some buttons or a button button let’s put a glass glasses it’s dark just a black glass that’s all it is trapdoor shutter on the side trapdoors shutter on the side let’s do it again

And then also add a little glass in there why not over here no windows we’re gonna put a door here with dropping these two let’s put buttons here here let’s put oh I put it over there I forgot the top button hey don’t forget that table but

It’s the most important button there is and then over here is put a little clasp and then a little top button action right there and that right there my friends we’re almost done because the only thing really missing is a little overhang overhang right there and that’s about it

And you know what that’s but not least drop a door that’ll let you know we’re done bomb done there we go so there we go that is building number four all right now we got number five right here this is our nice little desert style house let’s get this started

And let’s lift it all up I started out just with regular sandstone and we’re gonna make some of the smooth sandstone some of the birch in there too oh and there’s a cool little roof right there let’s get it started so right here let’s go with sandstone so I’m gonna go from

This side let’s go one two three four five one two three four five one two three four five one two three four five then let’s just lift this up so there’s already a one right so let’s go up this is two three four five and six so let’s

Take this up one two three four five on this one don’t go all the way up this is a one two three four five six all right one two three four five one two three four five six let’s get rid of this

Let’s go 1 2 3 4 and 5 1 2 3 4 5 6 1 2 3 4 5 1 2 3 4 5 6 and then we’re just repeating that let’s just keep it going so one is higher by one than the other super simple and then take this one all

The way around till we get to here perfect now that’s awesome now let’s do this let’s texture some of this up right now but before we do that let’s make space for doors and windows so for this door what’s this let’s take this out right here we’re gonna take these all out so

We’re just leaving one two up so one two three make a little a space for you right now let’s grab a little stair that I forgot and we’re gonna put us there upside down here stare here I’m gonna grab our trap door and put one here there and there there and there

Let’s put trap doors right here one two and three one two three one two three take these down now get rid of this because we need that for our door and we’re gonna put that last look up cause look at awesome right then let’s go ahead and come on this side I’m

Gonna knock out this this this and this so this little quad right here put some stairs here and here let’s put a little trap door there and there now for this one I’m gonna put the window right on this side so get rid of these quads here

Let’s put our stair here and they’re grabbing our trap doors put them on the side over on this one let’s put it also on this little quadrant let’s do our stare here that’s there here let’s put a little trapdoor here and there look at awesome that is so cool now let’s do a

Little bit of texturing before we get to the next section so for this texturing it’s gonna bring some some birch pop it every so often and again you’ll have to put it exactly where I’m putting it just put it in a random spot just be creative don’t put too much dose there’s

Something when you put too much it might be just too much so just put a little sprinkle like that let’s go ahead I’m gonna get some smooth sandstone texture a little bit as add some of this around the sides maybe a little bit down here maybe a little bit up top maybe replace

Some of these top bits right there place that bit and I’m just gonna randomly texture it just to make it look nice you don’t have to do you can keep it all one single solitary block but I like mixing it up a little bit like this so it was

Cool unique and different look at that everything’s gonna be different every time if you put it just random like that okay now another thing I want to do scrap some stairs is to break this up maybe a little upset on stair there may be a stair in here let’s do a little

Upside down right there and then maybe one down here just to break it up again to make it a unique now let’s grab our spruce slab I’m gonna put one every one so a one every other spot anything we’re gonna put one on top of all the ones

That are popped out just like this if we’re also gonna put some on this level right there now on the top of these that we’re putting right here in there we’re gonna put some of these fences so let’s do this and you – see from yeah I forgot

You so let’s go up a – on all of these so up by two up by two up by two here up by two up by two and up by two just like that then on every corner in between all these bits we’re gonna put a slab let it

Float like that for now but don’t worry it’s gonna look connected in a second then let’s grab some trapdoors I’m gonna put trapdoors on top of every single fence post you see just like this now another thing gonna do is I’m gonna put another one in the middle so right here you see

Their directional I kind of like that right so some of these I felt and I’m fine I made it up then we’re gonna turn these into these corners just like that then I’m gonna grab some of these slabs and we’re gonna put it all in the middle surrounding it

Like so just like that and another little bit right on top and that is that part right there now we’re almost done I’m gonna put a little fence right here fence right here let’s put a string right watch this then I’m gonna grab the string and then grab the string there we

Go let’s put a string here in between the fences let’s put one here here and here then we’re gonna grab this cool little carpet I put blue and yellow you can put anything you want let’s go blue blue and yellow yellow and that is all

There is to it but wait you know what we forgot we forgot our door hook so let’s drop a door right in here and we open oh it’s high grass I broke you it’s fine and there we go let’s put our door and we’re finished there it is that’s all
