Three player creations are in the running to appear in A Minecraft Movie: Squared. Bedrock players get one vote each in an official server before the July 6 deadline with the winner revealed July 10.
The final phase of the Minecraft Movie Build Challenge is here. After submissions and internal judging Mojang picked three standout builds. Now it is up to the community to decide which one earns a spot in A Minecraft Movie: Squared.
The Finalists
- Lightning Rod Lighthouse by Francisco C. M.
- Copper Badlands Castle by Rosanna C.
- Tree Village by Ben V.
Each build was created inside the official challenge map which limited entries to specific biomes. The winning creation could end up on screen or at least in the end credits according to Warner Bros rules.
How to Cast Your Vote
- Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition
- Join the Minecraft Movie Voting Event from the server list or use the direct link
- Pick one of the three builds
- Submit your vote (you only get one)
Voting closes at 11:59 PM PT on July 6. The winner will be announced on official Minecraft social channels July 10. You will need an internet connection a Microsoft account and Bedrock Edition. Check the full rules at aka.ms/moviebuild for eligibility and geographic restrictions.
The original challenge ran in late May and early June. This current voting window is the last chance for the community to influence what makes it into the film. If you have an opinion on which build deserves the big screen now is the time to act.
