All The Mods 8 Ep. 32 Ad Astra Moon

I love you So today I have my eyes set on ADD Astera or at at Austria and Astra yeah the the Galacticraft mod uh I I’m definitely calling it that because I’m almost positive it’s exactly the same it just has a reskin and new name it it literally even has the same dungeons so

Uh without further Ado let’s get into it now one of the first things you’re going to want to do is definitely get the book that talks a lot about everything you’re gonna need launch procedures things you’re going to be prepared for how to go about getting fuel all the materials

Building your first rocket setting up the launch pad and going to the Moon which is going to be our goal for today is to of course go to the moon and hopefully get access to our space station which is honestly one of the one of my most favorite Parts about all of

These mods is just having a space station just looming above Earth it is fantastic actually like that is one of my favorite I care less about going anywhere else it’s it’s the space station that really intrigues me and what gives me the possibility to make a

Really cool space station as well now to get started with this mod you’re gonna need a lot of Steel this mod uses so much steel um you’re gonna definitely want to get that started soon or if you have the methods for example like I do with with reliquary

Uh let’s see at reliquary you can actually just duplicate steel right um using Redstone so I have some steel right here and all I have to do is put the steel in there and Bam we can continue to duplicate it so long as we have enough redstone

To exchange it for which of course we do we have plenty of redstone to exchange it for um yeah it’s pretty simple to do it’s also going to need to be converted into plates um from the add mod and plates are pretty easy to come by as well you can

Either use the hammer which is from uh add or you can use the hammer from immersive either one works I don’t know which one has more durability but there we go as you can see 24 still plates there’s also a machine in here that technically can smash everything

Down for you as well but seems like this is the easiest way to do it now one of the first things we’re going to need is a fuel Refinery so let’s go ahead and make that and we’re going to need a way to pump out oil

Um hopefully we can use creates pump in order to do this it’s actually pretty cool if we can um but yeah we’re gonna need to find oil and there’s oil all over the place I think there’s actually oil under our base which might be the first way that we actually get these materials

Um so we’re going to need a regular furnace I don’t think this furnace will work we’ll be able to find out yep nope it has to be a regular furnace it’s weird that this recipe from Cork doesn’t want to work let’s just do regular Cobble

And I just I don’t know why it just doesn’t want to determine that uh but yeah that’s a little weird weird Quirk there uh so fuel Refinery there we go um this is going to take some power so I do have a point and this mod does have

Its own cables which is kind of cool I actually want to test those out and see so we have Dash and we have steel cables still cables look like this not sure a hundred percent how they’re gonna work but this is where I want my rocket to actually be I know it’s pretty

Close to the edge of that but it will fit in here believe it or not it doesn’t require a whole lot of space for this mod to work um so let’s go ahead and get this layered out I think this is where our cable is going to go first of all I want

To get oil processed right in here and for right now let’s place this down I want to see what this cable looks like and does it actually connect to this it doesn’t unless there’s a wrench uh that I’m missing there actually might be a wrench there’s a wrench right there let’s see

How crazy are you you required Dash Okay so we can’t we can’t exactly make that wrench uh until later on so I guess we’re gonna be using this for now and just hooking it in directly yeah because we can’t uh can’t make dash out of nothing Desh comes from the Moon

Um so yeah it’s gonna take a little bit to get there now it does look like we can just put the oil buckets in so let’s grab couple of buckets and we’re gonna head down here because believe it or not I believe this whole thing is just full of oil

Yeah so we’ve got black gold right here perfect and that is all the oil that we’re gonna need right so let’s go ahead and dump that into here just like that and that converts okay so it’s one to one interesting um now apparently it takes about three buckets of fuel

To get to the moon and we’re gonna need at least three buckets of fuel to get back I think um so buckets of fuel are gonna be pretty important to us now thankfully just by holding down shift and scroll with willing with a uh basic fuel tank

From mechanism we can actually turn it to bucket mode which should allow us to yeah pick this up as if we were holding a bucket and hopefully fill this entire container with this stuff now of course that we have fuel we of course need a rocket and

To make that we need a NASA workbench um now the NASA workbench is how we’re going to put this thing together put our rocket together and kind of know all the things that we’re gonna need so I think we have just about everything right we need a steel block

That’s probably the most expensive part our plates and a regular crafting table and Boop we have just what we need right so this is the workbench and inside here we kind of get a clue to how it’s going to look I love the uh the texture work

Here that was that was really well done um now our plate our actual launch pad uh we can go ahead and make that as well the launch pad is going to go right here so as you can see there’s the launch pad pretty small all of this stuff is uh

Doesn’t take up a whole lot of space and uh is easy to get into and I love it because I can’t wait to get to a space station which is what I’m excited for now making the actual tier one rocket um we don’t need anything special to be

Able to make this as the next one though we need a bunch of Dash in order to make it so you can’t just go and make a tier 2 rocket as you can see this holds three buckets worth of fuel and we need a lot

Of Steel like I said it’s just all steel to make this a lightning rod of course steel steel steel it’s just a lot of Steel so yeah you’re either gonna be making and waiting for it to all craft up or you’re going to be getting into reliquary and getting that

Book made which is really really nice hopefully you’ve had Redstone building up over time which I’ve had prepped up and planned for a while and uh hopefully you’re gonna be utilizing that book that uh that that Tome which is just fantastic for this so after Gathering

All of your materials of course I have mine already uh it’s time to build the rocket so to build it we have our fins that go here two of our tanks which uh presumably hold fuel and of course our beautiful cone and that oh boy that was horrifying I was not expecting that

Grants us a rocket yes humble beginnings for sure so well yeah we have a rocket this is this is pretty cool looking right it’s rocking back and forth because well it’s a rocket get it get it now before we go on any sort of launch we definitely want to make sure

We have a space suit and oxygen tanks so uh there’s a couple of things that we’re gonna need aside from just getting this going and that is going to be a oxygen distr no not oxygen distributor an oxygen loader is that right that’s that’s one of the things we’re gonna

Need I believe this is how we actually get uh extract oxygen we have a collecting on a bucket so yeah we’re gonna have to definitely make this machine for sure at least to fill up our tanks um and that is just the oxygen loader itself so yeah again just a bunch of

Like Iron and Steel required for this like I’m definitely gonna run out of steel plates Let’s uh make another Hammer here uh for our beautiful steel there we go um oxygen loader see another tank and I think these tanks by the way are the same tanks that we’re gonna need to

Bring with us uh to put into our spacesuit so definitely worth keeping in mind here and there we go oxygen loader now almost positive this is going to need power itself so drop down another source of power here and hit that up and well I kind of wanted that a little bit higher

So let’s place it where it actually wanted to go which is right here and then this will go on right right on top okay so now we can actually see it um so at the moment there’s no Oxygen inside here I’m assuming that’s because yeah we need a water source

Oxygen loader so water goes in and then uh we get that out so uh I don’t know if I I do have a way of getting water to this but let’s just see if we can craft a couple of buckets here and grab just some water real quick I

Definitely need to get a source there’s a water pump in this mod um but yeah I’m gonna def yeah I have my water source over here well I I had water over here uh but my boots I believe have Frozen it near solid okay I think this can accept exactly three buckets

So if I put the buckets in there there’s water and that is being turned into oxygen so yeah I think on this I’m gonna have to hook in to my system and get a pipe over here beating this directly with water straight from a refined system while surprisingly enough there was a cable

Like right there that makes that perfect okay and then I need a importer I need an exporter so I need to export fluids and of course to do this we have to just get it crafted right there’s an external storage there’s the exporter and I’m hoping it can export onto the

Side and switch this to fluids and water water there we go and it is sending it it is sending it it’s not fast because we don’t have the fastest water setup in the world but you know what that’s all we really need is that right there I think that is perfect

Now another thing we’re gonna need before we head into space is going to be of course a space suit um in which I am definitely going to to make I guess the regular space helmet um it does seem like we could make a netherrite space suit ah but that’s

Going to require more gear so I guess the default for us is literally just going the Plain Jane route here is that specifically requiring an orange piece of glass that is literally requiring specifically orange okay even though the face plate doesn’t look orange it is requiring it now most of the parts of

The spacesuit are actually pretty simple other than of course the main body component as it required some tanks but I think that’s it space boots there we go all right our full set is ready to go and if we turn this off or take these out actually

There we go we can now see ourself look at that and we have an O2 amount um and so I’m thinking if we take our chest piece this this should charge our chess piece and so now when it’s on we have a hundred percent oxygen very nice

So after making a couple of Tanks uh we should be ready to rock and roll like I think I’m 100 ready for this um the things that you’re gonna need before you go and launch you need to make sure that you do have some more fuel buckets so it does suggest three

I’m gonna be taking a tank uh that has definitely more fuel in it you also need another launch pad so make sure you have the launch pad with you because you won’t be able to launch without a launch pad you will probably be stuck um but if you’re playing this pack to

Prevent yourself from being stuck just make sure you bring a warp Stone now some other things you might want to bring with you definitely some sort of light source such as glowstone I think Soul torches also work um but you can’t use regular torches of course it’s space and there’s a vacuum

There and well torches wouldn’t really work well would they yeah no um so we need a very specific type of torch apparently Soul torches work because of course we all know those burn off the soles of everyone who plays Minecraft oh and all of us trapped within it

Um but yeah I think we’re ready I think we’re ready to Launch so we place our rocket it looks really really nice sitting there and I’m gonna take this and okay let’s hop out of here real quick and apparently we get teleported underneath okay that’s a thing um there we go

Uh I guess we need to use regular buckets for this so how do we open up to fuel this thing that’s what I want to know ah okay okay so you shift right click on the rocket and that brings up the fuel and as you can see I can actually just dump the

Fuel in using this instead of my buckets that I have set up for backup and it also looked like there was slots for other things um I know before there used to be able you used to be able to bring chess with you I don’t think I don’t know if that’s the case

Uh it looks like you can put a chest in here yeah just it’s just some sort of storage I think but um there is another thing that we might want to get our hands on uh before we head off and that is of course the really cool Rover well I mean I thought

I thought we were going to use the Rover and then I realized it costs Dash to do that and to get Dash you have to go to the Moon first okay so I guess we’re just I guess we’re going to the Moon like that’s what we’re doing here right

Okay so hopefully we’re all set like we’re in a space suit we have fuel we have power we have our life um ahead of us kind of with space and uh we’re all fueled up and ready to rock and roll so I guess we just go oh boy

Well this is it this is what you’ve all been waiting for liftoff oh my gosh this is so cool I love this these mods are some of my favorites but this is definitely just like electrocraft can I turn I can I can actually turn my ship but notice

We are about to hit space hopefully it lets me choose between space station or the Moon definitely wanting to go to the Moon though ah okay so here’s here’s our solar system and here’s Earth and then there’s the moon and then we have space station okay so to create a

Space station it looks like we’re gonna need to have 32 Steel on us 64 iron plates and I’m gonna screenshot that um so that way I know because how else am I supposed to know um and then of course we can just go to the Moon uh but we can also create a

Space station apparently on the moon but I’d rather have a space station orbiting Earth that seems so cool like having that okay but it’s gonna require those things and we have to get Dash and to get Dash well we go to the Moon of course and so we should be teleporting to the

Moon and thus Landing after this lot has gone into this all right says one small step uh do we have to use the Thruster things or I guess we’re just gonna bounce right because this is like a bounce it says warning ah so I am able to slow myself down by

Holding down space otherwise you’re probably just going to crash into the ground oh my gosh there’s actually monsters here um okay and this contains my rocket so I think I I break it and yes I pick up my rocket oh God there’s aliens after me already we have monsters after us

Okay yep let’s let’s Get Wrecked and these are apparently aliens as well oh this is already cooler than I was expecting but we have to watch her oxygen because that is going to drop very very fast now of course I did bring myself a waste Stone I should be able to

Teleported this Dimension with a Way Stone which is 100 going to be the way to go about doing this wow we actually got a charm fragment from that GG we can actually prevent these guys from hurting us I’m interested in that Tower what is this all about

Uh we should be able to dash right oh yeah we can travel super fast this has Dash plating in the ground Dash plating uh can that be done can we do anything with this like get actual dash out of it doesn’t look like it oh man there’s no reclaiming this stuff

That’d be really useful if we could apparently not the case though huh I guess we should explore oh there’s a tool Smith so we can exchange some of these shards for emeralds that’s interesting wow this is like a little villager there’s a little librarian here channeling very nice very nice some bookshelves

And goodies you guys got anything else up here that’s worth it oh right here Dash look at that and hammers how beautiful is that perfect um let’s continue upstairs maybe there’s even more up here this is where all of you guys sleep look at that brain man that that’s a that’s a

Five head if I ain’t ever seen one holy smokes my goodness big brain boy right there and oh yes this is where everything’s at I think we just got cheese Dash and dash nuggets this is what it’s all about oh yeah now of course Dash is going to be found

Underground so that is one thing to do uh is definitely go underground I think I’m gonna just break out of here because yeah we’re still consuming our oxygen to be down here and there’s a thing over here as well what is this the dungeon if we already found the the dungeon

What are what is this is this more living space this is a village Space Village oh this is pretty sick she looks really neat yeah it’s just more villagers okay so this says Secrets beneath this was literally right next to this is this something I should be looking

Into okay I guess maybe this is the dungeon have we already found the dungeon where there’s a boss uh potentially potentially we were at 82 percent of our oxygen and uh I have a feeling this boss is gonna go down uh pretty easy if that’s if this is what this is

Oh yeah there’s there’s mobs yeah okay uh I will definitely take that in space paintings thank you and we can easily break spawners oh yeah this is definitely this is definitely a boss area look at that space painting all kinds of goodies we’re getting from this okay yeah these

Guys are they’re not really doing any damage to me however my gear is taking damage because I don’t have Unbreaking on it do not have Unbreaking probably not a good idea to be down in here with all of this stuff with Unbreaking like it is power I should probably just be going straight

To the boss but I I just can’t I can’t give up looting all this stuff it’s very important it’s very very important okay this area over here kind of looks promising yeah there’s these weird things coming out of the Woodworks who they they kind of creep me out honestly

What is going on there’s so many spawners I’m gonna die holy smokes if this isn’t a challenge I don’t know what is almost wonder if we could survive with our regular gear on if we just we would just take damage all the time this is this is Bonkers okay let’s get over here

They’re doing constant damage to us but if we get all the spawners cleared out it shouldn’t be that bad oh this is the boss this is the chamber this is the challenge is to get through here okay because it looks like this is the end room over there let’s grab all the loot

And all of the cheese and uh yeah I believe this is it the uh the globe is one of the rewards right I think um and I think that’s it is this it is this all this dungeon has to offer interesting I mean there is a lot to

This dungeon outside of everything like there’s a tree here with tinted glass that’s curling on the inside um that’s kind of nifty maybe there is still a boss I just have yet to find it but that was a globe oh it goes down oh boy it it’s even bigger than this

Oh this is cool let me go ahead and break that I’m just worried about my durability on my gear because it is I didn’t put on braking on it and I probably should have because it is taking some hits Let’s uh skirt through here real quick okay that looks like a jail cell

And then over here more jail cell stuff Yeah the more I look at this the more it’s like it does kind of look like a jail who is this Dash oh just straight up just get some right here let’s let’s get around this guy there we go um okay

So I should be able to use my fortune on this yeah to get as much as possible out of that so yeah I guess that’s it I mean I’ve looted everything there is to loot here uh underneath and that must have been the uh the challenge room was the one with the globe

Pretty sick and it is the moon Globe which shows that we have been to this destination now before I leave I don’t think I have enough dash yet to fully account for leaving so what I want to do is I want to open this up as big as it

Can go seven by seven and yeah I’m gonna go mining for cheese and dash apparently underground using using this tool it should be the perfect tool for this so I am deep underground and I believe I have found the layer that Desh is kind of on it looks like it’s around negative 18.

But the kind of spawning all over the place actually down here um and yes there are enemies so I need to keep an eye out on that there we go um yeah there’s Dash all over the place actually it’s kind of nice I’m gonna try and farm

Up as much as I can of this ore so I think I grabbed enough let’s go ahead and hop out of here man the the gravity of this situation is overwhelming though uh but yes I should be able to put a waste Stone here and call this Moon

Yeah and we should be able to just teleport back not even use fuel from our rocket and waste a launch pad we should just be able to go back home right and here we are magic now I’m gonna admit I forgot that I have a creative flight

Ring the whole time I was there I could have probably used that you know what it it just felt much better to not use it actually now of course then we have all this Dash well we’re gonna have to process it and this is what’s going to lead us

Into the next tier which of course I don’t think we have enough time for today as well we got most of this mod covered but there’s of course more places to go and now that we have Dash we can actually make a space station which is going to be something that I

Really look forward to doing oh yeah one thing I almost forgot space painting oh can these oh wow that’s uh that’s big that’s a big sun okay is can it be something else or is it always just going to be this giant face painting you know what I’ll take it it looks kind
