Hey guys it’s alarm and today i’m going to be showing you the craziness that comes with setting the coordinate scale in the old customized worlds to root to really high values now before we get into it i comment her on my last video actually asked me to visit the far vest lands And i’ve got a surprise coming at the end of the video but without further ado let’s dive into this insanity well let’s start with the coordinate skill setting of 550 million when this when this loads up you’re going to say something very strange indeed all right So if the quarter scale saying of 550 million we actually get slices of the farlands all around us notice the structures here and how much they look like the farland tunnels if we go up to the very top you’ll see you’ll see it looks like a grid And my cpu fan is going nuts actually doesn’t really look like a grid like i expected it to but but still sort of like that now if we dip down here i actually see a little bit of normal training and there are some sections of corner floor land some Very small sections of cornfields generating in between these slices of farlands and all the wat the waterfalls and lava springs around here is probably why my game is lagging so much alright but other than that there isn’t really much to show in this world so let’s let’s back out and now and now Let’s now let’s check out the coordinate skill setting of 10 billion and it’s loads up you’re going to see that this is all like the corner farlands albeit very blocky and and there are still gaps every 16 blocks in fact that every in fact everywhere the x coordinate or z coordinate is Divisible by 16 there is a gap and i checked what’s down there and it’s just bedrock and water anyway anyway this would actually look much better actually this would even look better if we set the coordinate scale to more like a trillion that would be perfect for Like a world where it’s all corner far land then you have to survive but but still there isn’t really much to show in this world now now let’s back out again and move on to the to the ins to the really really large coordinate scale Of t of 10 to the 19th or 10 quintillion and this stuff on my hotbar was just the loot from the blacksmith in this village that’s starting to load up now and and if there is a wacky diagonal formation right here and those walls those are where the x or z coordinates Are zero this is pretty much all farlands now but and with no gaps every 16 blocks anymore and there is there are slight differences in the training between blocked here and and and for the beginning chunk and four blocks into the chunk i don’t know that might be the effects of 64 bit Overflowing but i highly doubt it anyway there still isn’t a whole lot to show in this world either so now let’s back out and check out the coordinate scale of 1.55 septillion now when this loads up you’re going to see this diagonal rock formation it’s floating above the Land here and there’s a lot of diagonal lines in the turing here including including uh crack in this in this entire layer now let’s just go down down down although you’re probably not going to see much because it’s so dark there’s just a solid layer down here All right let’s get back out of there so what’s happening is that the noise value really only resets every chunk or 16 blocks so any coordinate scale above 2 to the power of 29 or 536 million 870 912 will give the slices of farlands that you saw around the beginning of the video Oh and any coordinate scale setting above 2 above 2 to the power 33 or 8 billion 599 million nine thirty four thousand five hundred ninety two we’ll give an all corner farlands world now i used this value in particular because i heard something in the minecraft on minecraft wiki talk page that the Land would gradually decay or something apparently that isn’t happening here but but when i did check this out off camera with the farlands mod the land were actually degraded eventually in the similar manner to the bedrock edition far lands and came to a stop completely at 30 000 on both axes giving way to nothing but the ocean and bedrock so there’s a little stone base in here so are we done not quite we’re almost done and this here is a world where the with the coordinate scale set to 1 quadrillion or 10 to the 15th i teleported myself Out 2 million 951 480 blocks or so and found this notice how before that before that point on both axes there is a wacky grid formation like like normal for a world of a coordinate scale setting is high but after this point that’s but that stops right here and and then it just Shoots out forever like that the same thing happened here and in the corner it’s just flat and if we dip down below here i’m trying to get night vision there there now it worked so now you can get a better view alright let’s go down below here wow how Do rose bushes even grow in the dark minecraft logic all right anyways dip down below here there’s one more layer that and we’ll get to a really interesting formation there is a diagonal artifact right here all right that’s looks pretty cool there’s a pretty cool diagonal artifact right here and there’s another solid Layer another salt there and there’s a and now look i was just flatland over there with lines running through it same thing on the x-axis and if we just down below here you’ll see another diagonal artifact under underwater and that’s that’s it all right so i believe this to actually Be what the farthest lands would look like that’s the point where the 64-bit numbers and selector noise over start overflowing but but the interesting thing is i tried this at the farlands mod and i ended up not actually finding anything interesting around here that’s weird but anyway guys It is and actually i actually have one more bit of information this would normally generate about 4.312 quintillion blocks away from spawn or 456 light years in real units so so yeah guys so yeah guys that’s pretty much it for this video leave a like if you enjoyed and Subscribe and hit the bell well for all notifications and goodbye Video Information

They didn’t completely remove the Far Lands?! In today’s video I check out my favorite way to break Minecraft’s terrain generation in the Customized world type in 1.12.2 and below. To check this out for yourself, just fire up that version and set an extremely high value of coordinateScale in the Customized world type (5.5E8 for the first world, 1.0E10 for the second, 1.0E19 for the third, and 1.55E24 for the fourth), .
