Hello everyone today i’m going to be showing you five simple redstone contraptions let’s get going with it okay so the first redstone boat will be a 2×2 flush piston door or a jet a jab door so we’re going to start off with making a wall that will Well that has a two by two gap in it like this now you’re going to go in inside place go back one and place sticky pistons here here here and here and do and place a sticky piston here and here then place a block the same as your Door and then go there all right hang on times set time set day okay and now on the other side you’re going to do the same thing but like this so two pistons two pistons like this then come here place two pistons facing this way and then Place the same block you put over here here that matches up with the wall it doesn’t have to match up with the wall but if you want it to be hidden that’s probably the best way to do it now let’s cover this up so we can um see it properly so now See the pistons here and here above above the space between the two pistons um you’re going to want to put two redstone dust see like that and also make sure this is on the side behind like where you’re gonna walk through your door not where you enter in the door like this side Now you’re going to want to put a can i do this wrong no okay so you you’re gonna put a redstone repeater on two ticks so click it twice oh i know that’s on three ticks but ignore that what i just said before that on each side like this then you’re just Gonna push put redstone dust like that is that right yeah that’s right then you just hook this up to a lever i hook this middle strip up to a lever so let’s just hook it up like that click it and then it should work this is the door fully working and if You have any problems you could get the you could have gotten the delays wrong or put the uh with like the redstone or the repeaters in the wrong spot or the pistons then we can just cover this up but okay on to the next build okay for the second build we are going To make a disco dance floor this one can be expandable like infinitely but so we’re going to start off by placing a block of your choice as long as it’s like not glass or glow so glowstone or something like that just basically a solid block that isn’t transparent Then you’re gonna put a lever on it and then you’re gonna want to put a comparator then right click it so it’s in subtract mode then Then you’re going to go like put redstone dust redstone edge you could make it like this but then they went without this stuff but it would be too fast so that’s why i’m putting in these repeaters and then to test out the redstone clock you can just turn this on you see If you pulled off a it’s flashing that will turn it off for now then we’ll uh we’ll build it out then we’ll put an observer here here and here you can make this line as long as you want and you can make um this well right hang on then well So then you’re gonna make a line right here of observers make it however long you want then probably you’re gonna want it to be the same number so it’s like i don’t know what to say just just the same like an equal just forget what i said okay and You’re going to want to place observers facing down like with their arrows pointing up and the dots on top at the so so they’re looking down at the the bottom observers and then you should see one observer poking out that is looking at this redstone dust And here’s a quick look at it all just in case you missed anything and then you just put the lambs apart on top of the red parts above where the the observers that have their arrows pointing up and then so if you turn on this the lever that’ll Move like this kind of like a disco floor and you can play around with the timings a bit to make it slower like putting putting like repeaters here and make it slower but you just have to make sure that they’re looking at the redstone here so you could you couldn’t like place a Repeater here unless you put redstone here because or else they wouldn’t be able to see it so that’s it for the disco dance floor okay so for the third build it’s going to be a flying machine okay so now you’re going to start off by getting a honey block or a slime block It doesn’t really matter which one just choose one and then you can okay so place two blocks like this then break the bottom block and on like whatever direction you want it to go it you place it on that side so i placed on this side so that means it can go that Way and that way it can’t really turn and then but so then here you’re gonna wanna come to one side and then place a piston and then and obs well then i’m just gonna place a block here so then place an observer so it’s facing out and then on this side Well on the other side you’re just going to replicate it except invert it’s kind of so like you’ll put the slime here and then you’ll put the observer and then the sticky piston so it looks like this then done each side you’re going to want to put On each side slime next to the observer you’re going to want to put obsidian or or well not it doesn’t have to be obsidian it just has to be an immovable object which could be like for example in java edition that remove some removable immovable objects like furnaces but I’m getting a little sidetracked so then you once then you put a button on one side which is what this is the side where you want it to one at one point it to be then you build the then you take off the other the other Um obsidian and then you build it to where you wanna want it to be so i guess i’ll just build it to here for the video and then make sure it’s on the side the slime will hit it and then you put a button next to that So it will be in front of where the observer will go and then to for it to go um you can you press the button and then it will go off and on the other side once it’s there you press the button it’ll come back And i’ll show you me riding it if you have honey you can just stand there like a car but for if you have slime you’re gonna have to kind of run with it like this but that’s that’s it for the build number three it’s time to go into the neck okay So for the fourth build we’re going to make double piston extenders we’re going to make a verbal vertical and a horizontal one so let’s start off with the vertical not now let’s start off with the horizontal just because it’s the easier one so you’re going to want to place two Pistons that are facing each other like this and then place the block you want to push in front of them then on either side but probably do the side i’m facing which is this and then place um two repeaters right in front of the pistons well behind them Or however you want to say it and then for this one on the right the back piston that has no no piston behind it you’re gonna want to click it once and then for the so we’ll be on two ticks then for the other one you’re gonna want to click it Three times so it will be on four ticks then you’re going to want to link it all up using redstone like this and connect a lever to it turn it on and you got a double piston extender but now it’s time for the horizontal piston extender well double piston extender which is a Bit harder so you’re going to want to place one piston and then another piston on top of it then place the block you want to push on top and then you’re going to want to place a repeater right there next to it it doesn’t really matter what Side click it once so it’s on two ticks then you’re gonna get up crouch and click on it the top with the obs with an observer then it should be looking down on your observer not not on your observer on your repeater and if Not just like try it again but like up a bit higher maybe and then make sure it’s still on you take so there’s a little bit of a gap between here and so now you just have to hook it up to a button or something and then Then you press on it then it oh oh i forgot to mention you need a block on top of the uh observer for it to work so i’m just gonna surround the whole entire thing because why not and now i’m gonna try it and it works there okay Now on to the next build the last boat today we’re gonna be building is the is a t flip flop a t flip flop is basically a machine that uh turns an input from state redstone uh like uh things like the button and turns it into like a constant output like the Lever or the redstone block and well for example let’s say you wanted to uh make the our double piston extender from earlier but you wanted to use a button and not a lever that’s where the t flip-flop comes in well let’s start building it so you’re gonna want to place a block and Put your button on it it doesn’t have to be up here i just like it being at the player’s height now build one block out and put redstone dust then place another block and put a repeater now in front of that repeater you’re going to want to put a piston under it Well not under it but in front of it and under it and then put a block on top of that piston and the redstone repeater should be going into that block and that should activate the piston now you’re going to run this out from somewhere it doesn’t have to be like in This direction but i just want to do it here because i’m running out of space now you’re going to want to run it into a piston like this and you’re in front of that person you want a redstone block and how this works is that you the this segment right here the um The repeater goes into this block which automat which extends the piston which gives it out a one tick pulse that makes in one tick pulses make um sticky pistons spit out their block like this instead of we just going out and then retracting them back in so If basic so if this will just make a constant pulse and then we’ll not pulse output i don’t know what to say but then you just link this up to something like and then the way you link it up is by wherever this uh button block is gonna go like there it’ll Connect to that so then that means it’ll just it’ll connect to that so i’m going to just connect it to a redstone lamp and so this is say it working oh sorry you also need a repeater here i completely forgot that and that’s going into the piston and then there It should work see it’s constantly on even i though i’ve only pushed the button once and there’s like no tricks going on so you just popped it out and now to let’s do it to do it again you just turn it off you just click the button and so that’s the Uh that’s the five blocks that builds we’re going to be doing today also a quick end of the video disclaimer i think i’m pretty sure none of these will work on bedrock edition you can try them out but i uh i am not giving any claims that they do work but so End of disclaimer and thanks for watching this video um please like or subscribe you don’t have to it’s completely free and optional but so thanks for watching and i’ll see you in the next video bye Video Information
