And then tweet it that’s a good idea hey and we were and not to break in but we were talking about this before the show easy’s in the audience now today we were just commenting that we hadn’t seen you in a while i hope you’re getting some sleep with the babe

Like so you guys all drink a little bit so so now you you know what some people might know you from yeti craft yes do you want to talk about that they might yeah um so we just started yeti craft and um like a couple months ago we were playing

Minecraft and couldn’t find anything really that we we wanted to do um like on the servers we were playing on so we were like hey why don’t we just do our own and we did so it’s a pvp faction server and um i’m proud of it it’s good a lot

Of cool builds and neat people and yetis yetis and yet we have yetis yeah and so you guys talked about it a couple episodes ago where you were like what is the yeti theme and um what one of the players who who helped develop the server his username is squatting yeti so we

Were like we didn’t have a theme for it so we’re like why don’t we just make it yetis and that’s kind of how how that whole thing was was born so fabulous yeah because yetis are super cool yetis are super cool um have you ever seen a yeti in real life

Yes i have at disney world especially not yeti that’s pretty funny can we count chewbacca as a yeti yes not yeti just tell her yes it’s fine [Laughter] whatever okay so you’re also doing uh maidens of minecraft i am yeah actually our first episode of maidens of minecraft is going live after

The show today so that’s really exciting for us it’s a it’s a web series with me and jade and kelly and we’re gonna take on the world and just be badass and awesome so we we’ve finished the first episode it’s coming out today like i said and then

Know jade had a dream last night that she borrowed my car and wrecked it and died it was a ferrari it was not just a car i know that i drove a ferrari that’s weird isn’t it that’s weird you know what my dream was last night what i was playing league of legends

Like i wasn’t like in the game and like a character or a champion i was actually sitting at a computer doing really badly as well like i normally do at league of legends and that’s what i was doing you might have been sleepwalking i might have been

Or sleep gaming yeah i probably played but better than i normally do then are you using the lucid dream apps on uh on iphone i’m using one called uh the dream inducer did that induce uh i didn’t use it last night league of legends but i have been dreaming a lot more when

Since i started using it it’s weird it’s like this app that it starts off putting you to sleep like with thunderstorms or you can pick whatever streams whatever uh and then it starts doing like white noise and then beeps and like just weird different because i stayed up one night

Just to see what it did i was like what does it do after i go to sleep yeah like i’m worried it’s going to be like you like jiggly puffs or something you know like like what’s it really doing when i’m asleep but so i figured it out and

It really it’s kind of cool so anyway didn’t mean to stop on your way what else is going on there did i break the podcast i think you might have it might be time to push a Button Our journey he almost missed it i was gonna say i know now i’ll just go ahead and go into mine since i was already talking about i had to dream about league of legends wow big deal anyway um i was gonna do some and i talked about last week i was

Gonna do some streaming to minecraft this weekend but uh my kids were over this weekend and uh we were just having too much fun and i didn’t get around to it so this week i’m planning on either monday night late or wednesday to do some live streaming and how it’s going

To work is have skype ready if you want to i’m going to pick someone out of chat i’m going to stream it live and let a few people come on the server with me and we’ll play together and hopefully they’ll help me learn the game better

I thought that might be fun and then i’ll put the episodes out like next week or something yeah so but that’s uh my plan and my journey uh that’s a good plan yeah i’ll talk about my week because i really didn’t play much minecraft um i was very excited to see father

Coming out though like oh that’s i’m enjoying that a lot yeah um and uh also like i my computer’s been behaving so poorly lately i like started checking out old games on my computer because i remembered how they ran you know like a year ago when i last played them

Yeah uh so i pulled out just cause two and uh did you either guys ever play that did you play it why’d you pull it out wes i don’t know just cause [Laughter] i need more wine so uh so i pulled out just cause two okay that’s good um

And uh why why did you just cause and uh and and it actually ran a little bit better because i started doing some registry cleaning on myself so i’m hoping i’m gonna be able to join you in daisy i’m gonna continue scrubbing my computer clean of all the traces of everything that’s been

On it excellent and uh if worst comes to absolute worst i’m going to do a windows 7 reinstall and see how that goes but i started playing just cause 2 again and for those who haven’t played it it’s a lot of fun i recommend it you just have to blow stuff up everything

Just cause yeah just cause so you want to blow up everything and then other than that i’ve been getting caught up on tf2 because of all the fun stuff that’s been going on with that uh so cpeers that are still around i have actually been playing uh we’ve we’ve had some big

Tf2 matches lately so keep your eyes open on uh on steam we might be playing at night and i was actually just talking uh to adam or mr e galle mr eagle you might know him on the server he just got married this past weekend he is officially married

Great pictures for the wedding congratulations uh he’s a great guy i talked to him over a bottle of wine that night and his bottle of wine he had the wine not me i have the bottle today so but uh he said he’s going to start doing a lot more things with the server

Because i saw brent was playing and i’m like i’m gonna go play some tf2 with brent and so i hopped on whatever server you were on there was nobody on it and then mr l and mr eagle no it was some other server and then mr eagle hopped on and it was

Just me and him playing for a little while and then people started flowing in you know and i was like we should change the map and he was like i can’t change this map you know we got a good r server so we went over to cp1 and

Uh and played some of the new map i can’t remember the name of it now doomsday doomsday yeah that was a lot of fun it’s a fast map it is yeah it’s 10 seconds and it’s gone so yeah i always feel like on steam whenever i see like i get the pop-up

That says like wes is now playing this game and then i join i always feel too creepy well like i always feel like that person’s like she was waiting for me to get online just showed up like out of the he originally calls me after that says you

Know i was just playing tf2 and aurelian joined like he was playing diablo and all of a sudden i’m like i see you playing that was that phone call no it’s fine i like it uh see the difference is i like and know you you know it’s it’s when people who i

Have no idea who they are do that that really creeps me out yeah i did it during a live stream once that’s when we had the table flipping idea and like halfway into the conversation i was like by the way you’re on a live stream just so you know everyone can see what

You’re saying i’ll just close that yeah first yep all my okay well i will stop you now on steam now i’m okay with that we we all love stalkers actually yeah we don’t normally say it out loud we love stalker ozzie so now eric you actually played some minecraft this week yep yep

Okay so uh this week i did uh some live streaming and uh i played a whole bunch of weird games ending with daisy and uh daisy is a fun you know streaming game because you know you who knows what will happen uh so uh in the chat room uh there was a

Bunch of people including martin and a little wood and he said hey i’ll i’ll join you so okay well here let me get you up on skype and then uh so me and martin were were clomping around and then we were joined by a few people

From the from the chat room who we actually all met together and uh cherno and uh or was the electro it was somewhere anyway it was including uh uh sweezis or swayzes and uh patrick swayzes i don’t know yeah that’s what i was calling um mcmixter mr fixit and

Vorzo and there was a fifth person but i don’t know if he was anybody that we knew i think we grabbed him on the server or something but we were like a big gang of five running around with awesome weapons are you the guys i saw in that story did y’all see

The story this weekend on day z where the guy got kidnapped by five people yes was it y’all no we didn’t do anything crazy he got kidnapped in game by these five people and they kept concerned for a minute that someone took it over the line

Yeah oh they might have now that’s the next step right they’ll make them like snort bath salts or something yeah but anyway go on eric sorry uh so anyway uh we we went around the server just owning and uh and it was really a lot of fun

And then after that uh uh martin martin was telling me that there was a a short little window like two or three hour or something like that uh in which you could play mind z for free now it’s normally twenty five dollars you have to donate twenty five dollars

Uh and there’s a couple other levels that you can donate you can donate up to a hundred dollars and you get a certain amount of uh perks but for a few hours only on saturday i believe it was or was it friday i don’t remember wait wait wait

So this is basically a minecraft server with a mod that makes minecraft play like dayz yep and they’re charging for it yep now when you say that now is that going to they’re having a kickstarter-esque type thing to do full development on it and if you if you chip in you get early

Access okay yeah huh so perhaps it might be free later after it’s out of beta or alpha i don’t know speculation we’ll see we’ll get those guys on the show and they’ll they can tell us okay anyway so uh so we got out on there and played around and martin was kind of

Showing me what to do and and uh and uh it’s it was a whole lot of fun we ended up with a huge crowd of people that uh befriended us and we went to we went to town after town just kind of like killing everybody who wasn’t us taking all their stuff

And growing our army and so but it’s it sounds like pvp on minecraft is it like daisy though is it is it really close to daisy or is it just kind of the same premise well um the reason it’s close to daisy is because uh your thirst goes down a lot faster

You have a thirst meter so you could die from from dehydration also a food meter that works just like minecraft but also a detection meter which acts like uh daisy uh whereas if you shift and walk around real slow then your detection is a lot is more minimal and then the zombies

Won’t you know aggro to you also zombies run really fast and are a lot more tough uh than normal minecraft zombies so this is for people who don’t want to play dayz uh yeah i guess so well here’s something else mind z will be free and you will not

Need a mod when it comes out okay so it’s free daisy with to somebody who already owns okay except for right now you’ve got well i guess i don’t get why you why do you have to pay for it now because it’s in development

Yeah just so that you can get in early i guess yeah and i guess they need development funds i mean you know they’re working hard um so i had a lot of fun it was it’s really cool it’s a nice little span it did kind of just feel like uh

You know minecraft pvp but with with all these extra meters that you have to watch and and be wary of or else you could die also spawns uh will spawn a lot more faster so if you go to a chest and you find you know it’s like dayz

Where you just kind of come along a little village or a building and you you go around and looting it you find chests and you find stuff in the chest and once you take the thing out of the chest the chest disappears and then it’ll respond on a timer so it

Will come back at a certain point um you also you also uh also the map is huge just like you know the daisy map you spawn on them on the island or no not an island on the beach and uh and you have oh you have bandages as

Well so you could bleed out and dive that way anyway it’s pretty neat uh so you should check it out it’s i’m gonna give it one of these you’re gonna give it a buzzer yeah you’re alone there’s a lot of people who are loving this well and i

Can i can hear that but i just don’t get the whole like let’s pay for the i mean that’s more than minecraft i’ll tell you how how it works whether or not i would have paid for it yeah so you haven’t gotten it yet or played it yet

I haven’t yet no i got it my birthday was this last week so i got it gifted to me for my birthday so um i haven’t gotten a chance to play it yet because i don’t i was like concerned about just like logging in and dying instantly

So i’m gonna wait until i can have somebody walk me through it and not feel like i’m a total loser yeah it was nice having martin walk me through it because there is some somewhat of a tutorial when you first log in uh but i kind of skipped that martin was

Like now just skip that and i’ll tell you how you know what’s going on while we play uh and uh so i had a good pretty good time in fact if you go to martin’s channel we’ll talk about this in the sightings in a little bit but

Uh there is a video and uh it’s on martin’s channel in the little wood and you can see us both clomping around also uh we thought it’d be fun to go around and uh and say like there was a part where there was a bridge and the little guy was trying to

Cross a bridge but all of us we had like 10 of us or something so we’re not going to let the guy pass the bridge unless he gives us all his food so basically like a like a bandit right so we robbed the guy

There’s 10 of us one of you what are you going to do give us your food and you can pass you’re the billy goats graffiti that’s what you’re saying yeah exactly uh and then after that it was um uh we we went as uh as far as to uh

To give like uh like trivia what was it like uh what uh asking people what did the blacksmith say to the anvil and if they don’t respond with knock knock then they’re a dead person they’re dead man that will kill you so that was kind of the code almost

So if you say knock knock you’re with us you’re good uh please i just gave that away no no that’s the thing uh we were giving it away on the stream so if you’re watching our stream and you know the answer that means that you’re one of us and you can join our

So i i did a lot of stuff on friday i played um a couple hours of daisy with wolverine casey and some of the people from the pack so that was really fun um i broke a leg and then got healed which is about as far as i’ve gone in

At this point forward did you feel stupid like crawling around on the ground with a broken leg well so the joke was that casey had broken her leg and i just thought we were crawling everywhere so i was like this is taking forever to get here and she was like i

Have a broken leg and i was like i thought we were just doing it to do it so um she didn’t have the sunshine i asked her i was like you need to crawl with me since i crawled with you that whole time so um yes we did that and then

Um i got to play the wall this week have you done this yet this the minecraft the wall challenge oh not yet it’s really really fun so we did um teams of two and there’s you know there’s four corners there’s like a big sand wall in the middle

And you get anywhere from like 15 minutes to an hour depending on what timer you pick um to mine and get your supplies and diamond swords and iron armor and whatever you need and then after the time limits up the wall drops and then you have to compete

Against the other people in the other quadrants so it was really fun i lost awfully the first couple times and then we got the smart idea to use lava as a weapon so we made an iron bucket and just threw lava on varieta and just killed him

It was fantastic so me and kelly we were like the final team standing and then martin told us that her and i had to go head to head against each other which is awful because normally when her and i play survival games together for the last two we always

Um either run out of the circle so that we die together or we we try to suicide out together because we we’re sisters we have to go out together so um she was like here i have an extra diamond sword and she gave it to me and then i mercilessly slayed her

Yeah so i did that and then um i’ve been getting and it doesn’t feel good to be slain by you i know this i killed you yes wait in uh survival games i killed you yep ah shame you did yep you chased me down the road and killed me

I did yes what was it an accident was your name west wilson and i knew it was you yeah this was shortly before we started talking and we were playing minecraft survival games and i ran to the far corner of the map you chased me the entire way with

Someone else there’s no way i don’t play that way you chased me the whole way and then i got to a building and i turned around and you killed me that’s it i play on khan i owe you a beer i don’t believe this no it’s true remember because i joked

Around with um with joe hills on twitter that that uh he and i you were the only i was the only one that had chased uh been chased by you down the street and so you know what’s really funny about that conversation so joe and i talked

About that later and he was like did you really chase west down a street like a real street i was like no i don’t know what he’s talking about it was in it was in minecraft survival games uh when me and eric were playing yep yeah martin just said in the chat

I’m i i collect apples i’m not a barbarian i’m gonna call hacks on whoever that was because it was not me i don’t kill people i usually run away it was you and someone else were teamed up and and and you both chased me down i i remember i feel

Embarrassed it’s all right it’s all right you’re a barbarian you’re right that’s a badass girl what kind what kind of person kills wes i know i would stab him in the head what kind of cruel after this podcast i will log on and i will just let you kill me in front of

Everybody oh there’s no point have your revenge kills no no no staged murder is no murder at all i’ll just pretend like i’m afk and you can get your points back uh no but it was delightful i mean it was it was a grand death

Uh oh good what did i do it well um well you killed me quickly oh good okay yeah i mean at least if i i did it it wasn’t like a slow kill no no what happened was i decided to run to the what is it the cornucopia in the middle

You know yeah and i try to beat up some people like basically i just looked for people looking in chest and started punching them you know oh yeah because i figured they deserved it for looking in a chest uh and then finally um a couple of other people started

Punching me and so i turned around and ran and then you and someone else and i can’t remember their name were following me and i ran down big streets and then and then finally i got to the far corner of the map and and i was slaughtered

So yeah but no it’s at least you got killed by a girl i know and it’s and it’s it’s how you and i met because then i i started making uh jokes with you about chasing me down the street yes yeah i didn’t know this was how we met

That’s how we met yeah i’m glad my first time so now now who’s the stalker me or you do you know anymore who’s the stalker probably still me i’m totally a stalker wes actually got up and he’s driving to nashville right now i don’t live in asheville why did i

Think he lived in nashville because that’s joe hills in nashville yeah what does that have to do with you joe frickin hills joe hills um so yeah so i’ve been doing i did i did the wall challenge and survival games of course and then last month i tweeted that i wanted to

Get into first person shooters because i’ve always been like an mmo player so i’ve started getting into um i did like tf2 and um dayz and battlefield which are all very funny i rage a lot those like most of my youtube videos are me raging at games

Which is not thought what i thought i would be known for but um and then binding of isaac of course like the whole everyone in the pack plays binding of isaac and i was like i’m gonna try this and i started playing it and it’s just me dying a lot which is entertaining

I don’t understand that game like i mean i understand but how long is the game is it procedural is it never ending or uh no there’s an end i’ve just never reached it so to me it seems infinite because i see a lot of people um playing this game and streaming it every

Day and i’m like how can you still be playing this game isn’t there an ending not like terraria every time though like every time you play it you’ll get a different boss or different rooms or you’ll get different talents so it is ever changing so it’s really entertaining to play

But it’s also extremely frustrating yeah like extremely frustrating because i i just can’t win so i’m really not as talented at gaming as i thought i was we were just discussing that before we started this as a matter of fact what how how you can feel good at gaming

My clouds like it that way [Laughter] we’re classic but i’m so excited for 1.3 i mean there’s so much if you’ve been following all the snapshots uh you’ll know of course what all we’re about to get uh speaking of snapshots though there there was a snapshot 12w 27a

Yes uh this one’s great i mean it’s got a lot of bug fixes and stuff and sure it it introduced a couple of new bugs and things which is normal but here’s something that i really like right here uh the uh okay so players are now positionable into the the mine carts

And the boats yep they’re not floating in front or behind that kicking their legs in space also the spider jockeys look correct as well so it looks like um the code now supports having having characters being parented to other items which is great because that works towards possibly having

Vehicles and things uh that are like transport vehicles right right so all five of us can jump in a bus or something see that’s sad the big are not sad but the big thing i was excited for was stackable signs oh okay and you get more you you make more

Uh with the same amount of materials because there’s like i don’t use them right now my single play that much because i don’t want to like it fills up everything but right now i can stack them now can actually go down and like be like okay

Uh so it was very complicated to maybe kratos yeah and i’m the jerk who has no clue who kratos is really except for hearing y’all talk about them so like a minecraft 3d rendition of them yeah oh yeah and the kung fu guy but the kangaroo was awesome

Yeah i built the kung fu guy and the the shoe on one day and i was building the kangaroo behind you while you were yeah yeah you were right next to the back lot yeah we called it the dwp back lot that lasts a long time brother all of a week
