hello welcome the start of my return to
Minecraft Survival
version I don’t even know but I am here
to have some fun and explore everything
about Minecraft since well a long long
time ago I imagine most players come and
go and in between tend to miss different
little updates and nuances about the
game that change and that’s kind of what
I’m making this series for it’s been a
long time since I’ve really played this
game and like sat down and just like
explored everything about it maybe build
some things along the way and who knows
we’ll see what happens so let’s dive
into my first video where I built this
small Woodhouse with this copper
[Music]
roof pretty much starts out like it
always does I’m just punching trees hey
there little guy so let’s just get a
wood axe made maybe get some wood
gathered and while I do that I kind of
wanted to talk about some of my goals
for this
series so there’s three main goals um
really just building some big cool or
even Mega structures use as much
Redstone as possible maybe build some
cool stuff that is automatic or has some
um lifelike qualities to it by using red
stone and the last goal really is to
just have a good time I don’t want to
rush anything I kind of just want to
immerse myself in the game and just you
know have fun and build things that are
fun to look at fun to explore and
revisit not your basic average stuff you
know often in the past I would just
immediately set up like a small shack
just hunt for diamonds and then go into
The Nether get netherite and so on again
what I really want to just do in this
series is just kind of take it easy
build some cool structures
kind of like build maybe like a little
town maybe like a farm or something like
that and basically that’s just going to
allow me to kind of relax and enjoy the
game rather than Rush myself to you know
get the best Loot and gear and not
really progress and enjoy um you know
every little bit and piece of the
game okay now we have a little workbench
to serve as a sort of home base area and
it’s getting kind of dark so I should
probably build a little dirt Hut to kind
of hide away from the mobs for the night
I really should get a bed though so I
can just sleep through the nights for
the
[Music]
future all right we survived our first
night let’s go out and find some
materials to make better tools and get
started on building our actual house I
don’t really want to live in this little
dirt Shack forever
[Music]
[Music]
all right let’s get some coal so we can
cook this
pork and make a simple campfire and
voila we are cooking some
[Music]
pork
good morning still Gathering wood out
here I’m making sure that we get all
these blocks so we make sure that the
tree leaves actually Decay I don’t know
about you guys but that is such a huge
eyes for to me I guess it kind of
depends on the player cuz I’ve
definitely seen some people that don’t
care so I don’t know let me know which
side you on are you on the clear the
tree gang or the trunk only
gang do you think there are too many
blocks in
Minecraft I’ve seen some players say
there are too many and wish the game
went back to more simple version with
less blocks but I’ll be honest I feel
kind of the opposite I like all the
blocks I feel that I’m finding new ones
all the time and it allows for so much
more customization in your world what’s
not to like about it what do you think
all right enough of this waiting through
the night I need to get a bed here are
some sheep this should be pretty easy
wait I can make shears
instead all right let’s get some more
Stone and start laying the foundation
for the
[Music]
house maybe had a small porch
area and of course it’s getting late but
we do have this bed so we can use this
really quick and Skip through the
[Music]
night
[Music]
yeah this is really coming along nicely
but I’m not sure what I’m going to use
to build the roof I guess I could do
wood but it doesn’t really have any pop
and we could do dyed wool but I don’t
know I don’t feel like wool is really a
material for roof you know what how
about copper I’m yet to ever really use
this and I know I can find it fairly
easy and I believe it turns green over
time which should add a nice touch as
the series
progresses all right so let’s get a
little kit together some dirt and food
and tools I’m just going to keep it
simple for now and start with what will
be our future M shaft hopefully
hopefully we can find some minerals on
the way maybe some iron Some
Coal okay it looks like we actually
found a cave and it looks pretty big
okay that was a mistake he does not like
me now let’s clear this other stuff out
first and then we can go down there and
deal with
that
[Music]
of course and this is why we’re not
playing hardcore let’s get our stuff
back really
[Music]
quick okay and let’s gather up some of
this iron and copper and get
smelting okay wow we’re going to need a
lot of copper so the best fuel that I’ve
noticed for early on and correct me if
I’m wrong here is lava from a bucket now
this is going to save all of your coal
for torches and it is a very long
burning fuel source as you can see it’s
going to pretty much cook an entire
stack and more of this copper which is
super efficient early on in the game so
while all of that is cooking let’s get
started on shaping some of this
landscape and I don’t want to take too
much away from what’s already here and
let’s make this small little river
that’s going to keep our dirt blocks
nice and wet for our
crops and maybe place down a few flowers
to add some
contrast all right and it looks like
this is done
[Music]
smelting
and that’s the final piece to the roof
let’s add some
[Music]
lanterns I think this turned out really
nice hopefully the roof starts to change
color soon I’m curious how that will
look in the rate which each one will
change I’m not sure if it’s random or
set time for each block I don’t know I
guess we’ll see as time goes on thanks
for
watching
