Well it was bound to happen you had to play some catch to the flag in the desolation map it’s going down today so PvP we got two teams is pretty simple the red team and the blue team you got to go to your opponent’s flag and line It out it’s a block of obsidian you don’t have to bring it back to your base your team has to pick axes three players on each team so you have to decide who’s gonna play offense using it play defense pretty standard stuff for playing in front of Aubrey Plaza’s there’s plenty Of opportunities for flanking and hiding in buildings this is the first game we’re playing this was a warm-up match we have respawns on for the rest of the game we do not have responsible for this game we’re just practicing we’re getting warmed up the teams are me I flow and Night fury we out the same day so check him out we are the red team we Were wearing red skins and today we have power 5 bows that’s right powered by these are one shot for the most part if you have ten hearts you might not die if it’s not full power but these arrows hurt so this is almost hardcore mode if You want to call it that so I’m not poaching up I’m advancing and I gotta enemy here IDL down right off past your head lesson learned now we are playing with Power 5 bows so it doesn’t matter if I have nine hearts or half a heart I’m gonna die regardless so rather than wait for my heart’s to regen I go in night dearies hurt pretty much Spartan down I help my teammates back we’re pushing up don’t worry about this we got this I Don’t know who that is but I seen him first before he sees me I got a free shot on this guy oh he’s dead he is dead he’s focused on Night Fury right now so he doesn’t even know I’m coming oh that shot was a little low I got another one Poke your head out again Chi poke your What is Desolation?
Armageddon has hit the city of Coveton. Portals to a dark dimension ripped open throughout the city, spilling blood-thirsty monsters into the streets. For thirty days, lawlessness ruled. The gutters ran red with blood. Humanity failed.
Now, you are one of the few survivors. Your goal is to scavenge your way out of this forsaken city. Players will loot the thousands of chests littered throughout Coveton for food, clothing, and weapons. The first player to find 5 key cards and take them to the airport will unlock the hangar doors to the only working aircraft in the city. The game will be played on Hard Survival, so players will have to worry about starving to death, getting gored by monsters, and the other players who will no doubt be foaming at the mouth to get a kill and increase their survival supplies. Watch your back and keep your eyes on the prize or find yourself forever locked in the grips of … Desolation.
Gameplay is one part Day-Z, another part Hunger Games, and a sprinkle of Adventure Map. Started in January of 2014, Desolation is a group project on the XBOX One. It’s a work in progress that will eventually cover the entirety of an XBOX 360 original map in dense urban landscape. Every building has an interior that players can loot, scavenge, and explore as they battle each other in order to leave the city.
