Bedrock Addons – Testing out some world generation stuff (Minecraft Bedrock)

Rain um what would we want it I’m going to set it put at 6 and then the temperature we can set to I don’t know what’s um thank you the higher the temperature temperature is used to define things like water freezing and rain turning into snow Minecraft controls everything climate wise

At least the eightball works um I’m going to put the temperature at 15 TR is it doing that for everything like if I go to this oh CU it lets me add component group that’s fine um guess we’re sticking with the raw text which is no big

Deal tree editor would have been easier but what else can we add to um climate do we want it to be able to snow in the forest I don’t I don’t think I want it to be able to actually no we’ll add we’ll add the um the snow

Oh I don’t think that’s what snow accumulation is I’m pretty sure that’s how much snow like builds up pretty sure if I’m right all right now we’re going to do over World height there’s a lot of stuff that went to World Generation I don’t really remember all of it too

Much CU it’s been a while since I’ve done it but we’re still going to try noise pams is how high and low I think it’s how high high and low the the biome goes pretty sure noise progams is an array of the top level of noise and the lowest level

Of noise allowed in the biome okay I’m number 10 for a second then I know what that means we could just get rid of this and do we could do noise type right think I’m doing this wrong I think that’s how you do it I think that’s how noise type works but

Again I do not know I guess we’ll find out once I test it um we’ll add the Sur surface perameters next if anybody’s got any like suggestions or anything because I don’t 100% know what I’m doing um if anybody’s got any tips or anything please let me know

Because it’s a struggle out here that’s for sure pretty pretty sure let’s do Foundation um let’s make it dude I I could have just done this some vs code CU I didn’t even need to use um Bridge because the tree editor wasn’t even working for me um that’s the foundation

Material which is the the bottom level we got to think of a way for it to stick out so what would we make the let’s make it um let’s make it Black Stone CU that stand out um what else can we add to this one uh we

Got to do the the C material right with that we can um you know what let’s make it lava just just for the jokes and then what do we want the sea floor to be not that it really matters cuz it’s lava and I don’t think anybody’s going down there

Is your proximity server free um that would be a question for SE vector and um I don’t think we have a proximity server if I’m correct I’m pretty sure it’s owned by somebody else the one that you’re talking about the one that uses what did that say you’re talking

About the one that uses the um the voice craft right the one that they showed off in that one video all right forgot to add temperature oh my God I spell a lot of things wrong okay um we’re going back to bridge give me a second actually we’ll just stay in

Got I want to say it was this success for a basic biome quote unquote biome um I don’t it just looks like a complete mess which like this part right here like one touch and it just turns into obsidian D that’s pretty cool yeah

So so does that mean that the rest of it just Stone like all the way down to bedrock no cuz it goes into deep slate okay okay well we successfully made something um it’s definitely something bro my game is absolutely been destroyed lately like I don’t know why I can’t run

This stuff but bro recently this stuff’s been awful is this normal cuz I didn’t do that is that normal in Minecraft I’ve never seen that in my life I know it’s cow site but like can it just spawn like that like is that a thing is that a thing

Like I’d be curious to know that because frankly I’ve never seen that before it can spawn like that that’s crazy um all right so I’ve got my basic understanding of World Generation down um D why is my render distance so high maybe that’s what’s going to kill

Well you know what I you know what we could do let’s go over to World Generation testing as advic from Discord this is the stuff I really needed what World Generation please make more custom biomes oh work on more custom biomes but um one thing I do want to

Test before I make another custom biome on stream is I want to um custom ores like custom ores and like messing around with how they spawn and stuff cuz that would have to cuz then we have to get involved in uh we have to get some features going

Like we have to get a features folder and then we uh work with some features like spawn features and stuff like that so um and then the other thing that we could add to biomes is structures obviously which I’ve never really was able to figure out structures when I

Used to use bridge in the past but maybe things are different now cuz I took quite a long break um so we’re going to go over here we’re going to new file we’re going to go with a new ore um you know what I’m just going to name it the viewer the viewer

Or and we got okay so this is what a feature is we got features and then feature rules oh shoot you’re right the live is stuck on uh Minecraft all right now I just switched to back over to bridge so in about 30 seconds you guys should be able to see

It then again I said that 30 seconds ago before you guys could see it so okay um one thing I’m going to do here is switch back over to the tree editor cuz if I wanted to use a raw Tex editor I would have just used vs code all

Right we got the the blocks here destructible my mining seconds to destroy 1 second seems a little short destructible by explosion okay map color I don’t not going to get involved in that um we’re going to add some custom loot obviously so we’ll add something so we’re just going to get rid

Of that for now and then we’ll add like a or an Ingot or something I don’t know we’ll add something but um let’s go to textures what kind of texture oh my god you’re kidding me right all right I’m GNA why he’s not using bre Bedrock Tools a bread loot you want it to drop bread I I never tried Bedrock tools before I’ve known I know that se vector’s done plenty of videos on it but like I never I haven’t even tried it yet should I try it where’s the um where’s the download
