Collect to build your sheep farm today no matter what version you’re on it’s all really straightforward the only thing that might get a little bit misconstructed and confusing is the building blocks right here depending on where you’re gonna set up your farm you might end up needing a bottle sack and a

Little bit more of building blocks but if you’re not building this in a complete and total void you might end up needing less building blocks for the best rates from this Farm if you could get your hands on 64 glass and a little bit more well that would be wonderful

But technically if you can’t find the glass you could sub this out for other just normal building blocks rights won’t be as good though additionally for this Farm you’re gonna need to get your hands onto 16 sheep a decent supply of shears so maybe set up an iron farm or

Something and then dive for whatever color a wool you want two other things that might be great to have when building this Farm a trap door to get underneath this thing so you can start the minecart and a light to make the grass grow a little bit faster at night

Now in today’s tutorial I’m not only going to show you how to farm the wool but also how to sort the wool too okay I’m sorry but for auto sorter that we’re gonna build today it’s expensive I know but it is technically optional keep in mind that the auto solder I’m going

To show you how to build there’s only one way to build an auto disorder there are other ways and in the first place you don’t even have to build it if you don’t want to ah location location just like how we start every other tutorial it’s all about the location for this

Farm this time we have two specific requirements when it comes to the location of this build requirement number one and this is the tricky part hey you’re gonna need to find a location inside of your world where you can plant grass but also grass will regrow

Okay yeah that’s not hard at all that’s like basically every single biome in the entire game the other location and actually the real more important one is build this Farm wherever you’re going to be staying you see if you build this Farm like theoretically let’s say over

At that portal and I stay over here by me well because I’m staying over here by this handsome lad I’m so far away from the farm it’s probably not really going to be loaded in which means the farm won’t work so once you have figured out the

Location for your build today it’s time to crack on with them we’re gonna start today’s build off by falling into the void foreign build off at the bottom of the build with a chest if we’re going to hook an Auto’s order up to this thing we’re

Going to come back and change this a little bit later but for now we do a chest and three Hoppers going into it just like that after that it’s time for a platform from one of the Hoppers we needed to build a 16 blocks up in a

Straight line This farm when we’re set and done with it is going to end up being about three blocks wide and a little bit more in some parts and 17 blocks long total a little bit more again in some parts now these blocks that you’re using for this part of the

Farm doesn’t matter at all as long as there’s solid building blocks you’re good to go with the platform that is three blocks wide and 17 blocks long including the Hoppers now we’re going to go on one side of this thing and find the approximate middle we’re going to

Jump over to the other side of this thing and again find the approximate middle we’ll Place three powered rails right next to each other and then we’ll come up with some kind of way to power the powered rails maybe like a lever after that we’re gonna take normal

Classic plain old rails and loop them all the way along the farm we need these rails to create some kind of strange elongated o shape along this farm that means when you’re all done with this part of the build you end up with something that looks like this and also

I guess technically you could come back in and take these blocks out I guess you never really needed them in the middle no it’s totally your call at this one in the build if you don’t mind noisy Minecart sounds you can put a minecart

In and walk into it push it and then let it start running alternatively if you don’t like the sounds I’ll show you how to put it in later with the grass block somewhere above one of these rails place it down Nisha plays right above the rail that’s gonna be perfect now with even

More grass blocks specifically 50 more 51 total with all those grass blocks we need to cover the entire Farm the Sheep will reside and work on these grass blocks at this point in the build today we now have something that looks kind of like this now if you’re extra clever it

Might not be a bad idea to take this rail line and have that sit underneath the ground if you’re gonna do that remember to light up the middle though it will be terrible for mobs to spot in here later and mess up the minecart now next up for this Farm today we’re going

To build this thing piece by piece the first piece we’re gonna put in is The Observers we’re gonna skip that front corner and then we’re gonna put an observer looking at that grass block right there we’ll skip a block then we’ll do another one another one and another one we’re gonna continue that

Process until we get to the other side of this farm that in total on this side is going to to be eight observers looking inward then we’re gonna flip over to the other side of the farm and do the exact same thing these observers are gonna power the whole Farm The

Observers will see when the sheep eat the grass and harvest them next up it’s time for our building blocks these building blocks need to sit right behind every single Observer now these building blocks is really important what you use here actually and for the most part you

Can use almost anything in the whole game grass if you wanted to dirt that’s fine however you cannot use a non-solid full building block if I put a slab here the farm actually isn’t going to work for the signal to actually carry throughout the whole Farm you need a

Full solid block next up with our building blocks Behind The Observers it’s Redstone time we’re gonna come in with redstone dust on every single one of these blocks and drop it down nice and easy really straightforward this will carry the signal upwards next up is time for dispensers dispensers are the

Ones that I think are crafted with bows eye you know what I don’t know I’m building this in creative mode you figure out how to craft a dispenser yourself anyways we need dispensers placed directly on top of The Observers looking inward if you stay in the middle

And Crouch and place these on the Observer Red Zone dust it’s really easy to place them in next up it’s time for our building blocks and specifically the glass building blocks inside of this Farm we need to make basically a bunch of small Chambers in front of these

Dispensers right here now technically if you wanted to like if you don’t have the extra glass you could use these solid building blocks however with the glass right here we’re gonna allow the grass that is outside of each sheep’s soul to actually spread in a little bit faster

Because we have glass right here the grass right there is not going to go away but long story short the more grass we can have inside of this Farm around where the grass is the Sheep is standing on well the better we’re gonna be and that does all technically mean that if

You wanted to like kind of like almost supercharge this Farm probably won’t make too much of a difference but you could come back in with even more grass blocks and fill in right next to The Observers too now when I just built this thing in here I used a bunch of glass

And I put it in the middle two blocks tall We have basically a chamber in front of every single dispenser just like this to make sure the Sheep stay in the pen we are also gonna need to put blocks on top of the dispensers except only this time because it’s a dispenser

You don’t really need to worry about having it be like glass or whatever you can use anything in the world and so at this point in the build today and if you’re not building the auto sorter you’re actually almost just about done I have a contraption that looks something

Like this for aesthetic purposes I decided to come back in and put a wool on top of the dispensers I think that’s a nice option that’ll look really really clean next up it’s time for sheep inside of your world you’re going to need to go out and find sheep lure the Sheep back

Over to wherever you’re building your farm if you don’t have enough sheep from the start it’s not a bad idea to set up like a small temporary holding pen breathe the Sheep up nearby to get a sheep inside of the Farm Place a temporary black jump up while holding

Wheat in your hand crouching back up once the Sheep jumps up on top of your farm with wheat still in your hand all you need to do is move around this thing and try and nudge it into the hole hopefully eventually it’ll just drop right in it might be a little bit easier

To get baby sheep in the hole actually you’re going to need to repeat this process for every single cell of your farm in total you’re gonna need 16 sheep inside of this thing now my friends it’s time to die I’m going into your world and find all of the dyes every color

That you’re looking for with 16 sheep inside of this Farm that’s enough for one sheep of every single color two of the best places in all of a Minecraft to look are gonna be option number one the flower forest biome all over this place you got flowers different dyes but

Another really good spot to check out would be the meadow bile and because of how metal biomes generate typically you’ll find tons and tons of flowers here as well however you want to do it before you put any shears inside of this Farm you’re gonna need to go out into

Your world and Source every single dye color that you’re looking for from this Farm alternatively if you’re not really worried about color then you can skip the step next up the very final step that you need to do if you’re not building an auto sorter on this Farm is

Come back in and put shears and every single dispenser if you have access to more iron it’s not a bad idea to load each dispenser up with more shoots with the Observer Redstone dispenser Contraption setup just like this as soon as I put shears inside of this thing and

Something changes with the grass maybe sheep eats it the Sheep will be sheer and a wool goes right on the ground however one thing to know is every single time this Farm runs one durability is consumed from the shear if you haven’t put your minecart in now is

The perfect time to do that you place the trap door on this block right here above the chest move over to the chest stand on the chest hit that block and then you’re crawling all of a sudden play some Minecart right here crawl forward and push the cart the card will

Start to run then you can remove that trap door you don’t need it anymore with the rails placed correctly it’ll run forever this chest that we plays right at the beginning of the build today is gonna be your pickup chest all of the wool will be sent right there and so

Just like that you’ve done it you built your fully automatic sheep farm Contraption let this thing run for a little while in your world and you’re gonna be overloaded with a wolf in fact you’re gonna get so much wool from this thing that it might be a good idea to

Double that up at least or maybe string even more Hoppers to it another great idea to do this Farm is come back in here in the center blocks and place a light source by placing something like a lantern or a torch on top of the grass we’re gonna make sure there’s enough

Light for the grass to grow always with a bunch of torches in the middle this is never going to get very dark by this farm so this Farm building this is beautiful and it will definitely work but we’re gonna get a lot of drops next

Up let’s level it up with an auto sorter to start stop the minecart we don’t want to clog this thing up next up it’s actually time to change this whole setup right here those chests that have to go we’re gonna have to break that for a second then we’re gonna come down here

And place temporary block temporary block temporary block we’ll go ahead and remove those and remove that middle Hopper we’re gonna place a hopper right there for a second and then two more Hoppers going right down into it now we have Hoppers that funnel towards the middle and then go straight down after

This we’re gonna use temporary blocks and build all the way over to the other side of the farm for this first row of Hoppers that we’re setting up here The Hoppers all need to point into each other and go along the top of the farm that means we place a hopper right there

Place one right there and so on we’re gonna go all the way down this Farm stopping at exactly the end now we’ve got a bunch of Hoppers running across the farm that look kind of like that we’re gonna swing back over here and change this corner one and turn it so it

Goes just like that like the other ones then we can remove this block we don’t need it next up with a temporary block we’re going to place one right there and and place one right there then we’ll break that then we’ll place a whole line of temporary blocks right here now for

This Farm because we have 16 different installers we’re gonna need 16 different sorters if you start right here you should be able to go along the whole length of your farm and you’ll have 16. make sure these Hoppers go into these temporary blocks after you have your Hoppers pointing in towards your

Temporary blocks we can come back in and remove all the temporary blocks oh and uh by the way you don’t technically have to run this underneath the farm if you wanted to you could run it like long ways like that if you’re having your Hoppers Go a different direction just

Like a like rotated however many degrees you would want to now I hope that’s not confusing anyways back over here at the farm and the other way that these Hoppers are placing we’re gonna place a temporary and a temporary block then we’re gonna do a chest and a chest like

That then we’re going to remove these temporary black swing over here and place a hopper going into it and going into it then we’re gonna basically do the exact same thing all the way down along this farm this part of the build today is going to be very very expensive

When it comes to both wood and iron and it’s very consuming if you’re a little bit low I’m saying maybe water or something you could leave this in a single chest but ideally you’re gonna want all of these jests in here to be double chests as well

So now in total what I have in this Farm is 16 double chests 16 double chests and then a bunch of Hoppers and packed four rows of Hoppers stacked up behind it that’s a lot now it’s time to get a redstone in to begin at Red Zone locking

Sorting system we’ll start by placing a temporary blocker there then a permanent one right there we’ll remove the temporary and then we’ll place a full line of permanent blocks all the way along this Farm after that with our line of blocks right there we’re gonna move

In here and place a Red Zone torch on every single block sitting here except the very last one the very last one because it’s the vinyl line in our sorter here doesn’t need to be sorted next up we got another temporary block right here and then a permanent one we

Remove the temporary and place another full line of forever blocks now it’s time for Red Zone repeaters we’re gonna place a redstone repeater on every single block here facing into the block that has the redstone torch on it this system is the beginning of our Auto sorting system I believe this Auto was

Originally designed by impulse SV like years and years and years ago next up we needed another row of perverted building blocks now we have something that looks like this and remember we’re skipping the very last one on our farm every single time we need even more building

Blocks for this next step this time we’re gonna Place three building blocks coming out from the hopper right above where this Red Zone torches now like I said earlier on when it comes to Auto sorters there are technically other ways than other circuits that you can build

For this auto store this is just the way that I like to build an auto sworder but you do whatever you want maybe use La if you want next up it’s time for comparators comparators need to come out of The Hoppers that are kind of like facing backwards if that makes sense you

Place the competitors coming out of the backwards Hoppers kind of like pointing out towards the rest of the sorter finally to finish everything up over here when it comes to Redstone is redstone dust cover redstone dust on every single other block over here once I’m said and done with my sorter I end

Up with something that looks like this from the side we’ve got a chest we’ve got Hopper we got a redstone torch block repeater over here a block dust dust dust comparator and then a hopper just like that now this top line of Hoppers is going to transport all of the drops

From this Farm across the whole sword the next row of Hoppers is gonna be the hopper that will be used to lock this farm and actually sort the thing flashback rewind when we were taking a look at the building materials for this part of the farm there were slabs right

Here great news these slabs could technically be anything that is never going to end up inside of your auto store maybe you got a lot of extra wood buttons well you could use that what we’re going to do is we’re gonna place four random locking blocks inside of the

Hopper right there then we’re gonna put a sack of whatever we’re trying to sort in that first slot because of this Redstone circuit right here that stack of blocks is going to be filtered out of this Hopper whatever we put inside of this one right there is going to end up

Inside of this chest right here so the first one is gonna be red for me for this Farm I’m just gonna go in and color medical order where I’m going to basically do the same thing next up we do orange after that we’re gonna go ahead and do yellow drop a little sack

In there we’re gonna move on and go to Lyman and so on and so on now don’t worry if you’re just setting up this Farm to actually get the wool and you don’t have all the wool quite yet it’s no big deal you could let the farm run

For a little bit of time until you actually have enough wool to lock all of your hoppers you’re going to want to continue this process with every single Hopper until you get to the very last one on your farm once you eventually make it to your final Hopper you can

Actually skip it because this one doesn’t have any redstone on it at all there’s no Locking System every single piece of wool that doesn’t end up sorted is gonna go through your whole farm and drop off in the very end after that it might be a really smart idea to come

Back in and place like item frames on the chest so you know which color is which but yeah there you go that’s your auto sorter hooked up to the bottom of this Farm there’s one final thing we need to do to this thing to get it up

And running to get the farm back up and running and in action we’re gonna place a temporary block right there in another trap door right there we’re gonna hit the trap door jump down hit the trap door again place a rail right there place a minecart with a hopper in it and

Push the mine car with the hopper then we’re gonna go back and break the trap door break that block and get out of the way the minecart is going to run and start picking everything up then if we look into Hoppers right here things are gonna get filtered in here really really

Quickly this order if it’s working should be filtering every single piece of wool into whatever chest it’s meant to go into I think I saw magenta which should be like yeah right there magenta 26. whatever block you use for locking the system make sure none of them fall

Into this Farm I might use Cobblestone slabs if I drop Cobblestone slabs in here for some reason it’s gonna break my whole sword it’s not gonna be good to expand your disorder like if you’re using this long term it’s so easy all you need to do is come back in with

Another chest and another Hopper theoretically this thing can expand near infinitely downwards it doesn’t matter at all and so your fully automatic wool cooker 3000 and there you go the Minecraft is Java the Minecraft the Bedrock it should work no matter what this thing is beautiful make sure your
