Birdtross – Thaumcraft 4.2.3.5 with Birdtross – E76 – Tenebrae Farm (Modded Minecraft)

Hey old ah syndicate oh hello and welcome back to another episode of thumb craft 4.0 Woodburn trois i ambered trois and this is our base and thaumcraft still looking like an absolute pigsty but things are starting to move along quite nicely let’s go ahead and enter

Inside our own mind once again and come down here been doing a little bit more mining here on this second live on clearing out the space basically I’m using the dimensions in case you’re wondering how I’m measuring out how far I want to go I’m using this block here

The ones that have these paving stones are travel I’m putting the cane ball on there and then I basically mined out that way as far as it would go in and I mean just using there as a as a general basis for half-hour mining out so and

I’m doing that for these bits eventually for the one that’s over here and over there as well and with that in mind I’ve got the arcane balls in the right spots so now that area over there is the corner let’s suppose a corner of the base but yeah things are coming along

Pretty nicely here of course so that’s what I’m gonna be probably not gonna be any building out here at all to be honest just this is just to have a nice HEPA space underneath the ground it looks like yeah there was a bit of water here which is why all this cobblestone

Because the mushrooms when you put a mushroom on the ground it needs to be armed do it I think it we understand actually but you put it on the ground and then you bone meal it’ll turn into a giant mushroom and I’ve tried it with a

Tripe golem and the truck goal and which normally lives here I think I put it away just to stop and work it in here the truck golems will not chop down what is it called mushrooms there we go so how are we going to solve this problem then well there’s only one other

Way to automatically break blocks and thaumcraft and we’ve been using it a heck of a lot it’s our cane balls and I do happen to have a spear I came ball here I mean we’re just using it just to tee up we’re the next one’s going to be I can

Second time by the people in the comments that making a repair to unbreaking 3 pickaxe or any tool you with repair to an unbreaking 3 is impossible it’s absolutely impossible to do it cannot be done yeah so it turns out the problem there was that updated version of thorn Forge I have downgraded

The thing about mushrooms I was looking on the Minecraft Wiki and it says that the mushrooms can grow up to seven blocks in height so that means that you need to have a wood extender so I’ve had to make an excavation focus here and

Dump 24 levels I’ve had to do a bit of the Glen off-camera here as well to get some enlarge on there unfortunately you can’t get in large on the first level and we’re just throwing this pickaxe of the core in there as well we’ll just go

Ahead and get a log rated pickaxe like a thorny and pickaxe and get repaired – and breaking three on there we don’t need anything quite as epic as a pickaxe of the core for something so menial as mushroom harvesting probably gonna need a little bit of juice coming from our

Nodes as well so let’s get a couple of relays so this thing can repair itself it’s just getting this mini we won’t be using all four of those but it’s better to have more than you need they’re not enough so this should be out of reach across here it goes about eight blocks

There’s no silk touch because we need the system to be renewable and it’s just a lot easier to not have silk touch on there okay I see now you want to try and put the bonemeal on there but the problem that we’re having at the moment

Is that I know that just because the system is a bit laggy and it’s way I’ve tried I’ve tried putting the are Kenmore up one block so that I can actually reach this bottom block and I was thinking the only other way to sort of move it then would be with a sticky

Piston so we have a sticky piston underneath the dirt but there’s it a little bit of redstone trickery that would be involved in doing there wouldn’t this we’ve got 20 Oh mushrooms oh they’re not too bad but okay that’s good so that’s for the episode let’s

Completely renewable but maybe should we need a way to get a majority of these mushrooms out so that we can harvest that’s a neat beret that’s inside figure I haven’t really thought that far ahead as far as the design for this thing goes I’m gonna need to work on that
