Hey guys it’s Bri for and today we are on the metacraft server Fury and I for a long time have been wanting to start a project where we try to get the best horses on the server and we finally got around to doing that I’m on a VPN now I’m like uh rerouting Through oh whoops I changed my keybind so now everything’s weird um I rerouted through the Netherlands so I’m like technically closer to the server now cuz it’s coming from Amsterdam uh it might be rering through Amsterdam I don’t know I thinking excuse me I’m thinking Mike’s internet is taking an L uh that’s that’s my guess just oh my gosh that’s funny uh I wonder if that was an accident or if it’s just like I can barely join so I’m going to type one letter at a time go find some horses that’s what we’re after right yeah well You could always breed them like you said but I kind of want to go like rustle them up right like Cowboys H yeah I kind of looked in this Savannah and didn’t really see any before so I see some horses but it’s really close to Minis land I see you yeah so I’m kind of thinking maybe that’s uncool so um I’m just going to come back and why don’t we just focus on breeding because I’m not gonna yeah there’s there’s not many this guy’s 2.5 this gu 2.1 okay so this is our Highest jumper the one I’m on right now the one that you’re on yeah do you want jumpers or do you want uh speed I think we want the maximum that we can get of each thing and also height or uh uh not height uh health so this guy is The best health but his speed is six which is like can you work on one at a time or just as many as possible as you I think we can do it either way oh uh if we get sugar we can speed up their growth I’m pretty sure like we can grow Them up instantly oh that sounds familiar okay why don’t I go fetch some stuff I’ll try see if we can get some sugar and some golden carrots this guy is 10 so he’s our second fastest guy and his jump Height’s a little bit better so this guy’s good by the way I’m I’m interested to breed some because I’ve I’ve not really done that before mean i’ I’m sure I’ve bred like one or something but I’d like to uh try to do some of the scientific breeding oh the colors first and then the markings are separate yes interesting okay and apparently the White horses can have White markings as well all right I’m going to try to start moving the other horses into a separate pen oh my goodness this guy is so slow so yeah I did really well cuz uh the fastest one we’ve had so far is the One that I got literally day one on the server cool oh there we go wow that was quick oh my gosh no that was that was a lag Spike there’s no way that was real okay he’s our fastest guy yet but no that was definitely a lag Spike like I I went so fast like I was like like I went like as soon as I got on him he was like from one side to the other like within a split second oh my goodness huge Improvement really like 6 m/ second faster nice normally it’s like less than like a Tenth so I’m going around collecting sugar in your desert biome but uh we can either spend it on the farming or we can spend it on uh oh about that um remember I think it was you really early on you’re like there’s a crazy amount of sugar in this desert Biome y uh yeah that’s a thing it’s a real thing it’s like the game actually justes generated more in deserts yeah interesting I never like knew that or heard it before but like I saw in other worlds too and I’m like I guess it’s not just the Area but no it’s it’s a actual thing because I see it in the when I’m doing the data pack stuff it’s one of the things that comes up it’s like it has a accelerated sugar growth oh interesting I wonder why specifically in deserts like that’s interesting that’s cursed um the spots Apparently go through the the horse armor the horse what the horse the horse armor ar oh weird yeah I think it’s a rendering glitch it might be a fabric thing because I feel like that’s not something that would fly in vanilla oh you’re oh my gosh this guy is horrible of a Jumper it’s less than 1.5 blocks I literally can’t even jump over the fence don’t you dare come in here no no all the horses are getting out oh I made I made a mistake okay it’s just one now can you see the floating horses no oh so it’s a it’s pure client Side then okay oh interesting so you’re currently seeing them flying huh uh they glitched back down eventually but uh if I do this they float up in the air yeah I’m not seeing that I am absolutely seeing a floating horse right here I can even make them move by pushing them it’s so Weird I brought a villager over oh what for uh for golden carrots cool I kind of want to ride them around a little bit though and and um see which ones need to be bred try the diamond guy okay it’s really fun the diamond’s always going to be on the fastest one Huh yeah this is awesome yeah that’s the fastest guy this is the second fastest he’s a little bit slower oh so you have two now oh oh you just brought them over from this nearby Village huh oh yeah okay there’s a glitch where when you trade cookies with them it shows That it’s fully leveled up but when you close out the UI it like unlevel them up I thought it was user error the first time but it’s definitely not cuz it happen twice now honestly the cats should just be able to fit under the fences let’s go new fastest horse no way 4.5 jump height too oh yeah I can’t believe it was that big of a jump especially after that long of not getting faster horse so this is our new best horse so fast and also jump really high that’s awesome oh my God I oops I’m I’m feeding my things Shoot I might have reset them I hope I didn’t it shouldn’t I’m going to take him right into this uh trench oh that’s so so cool I love it he’s so fast it’s hard to control is he really well like we are 0.4 off of the highest speed Now okay he’s back safe and sound cool how are you braer good how are you a little busy I I will be off in a few minutes oh okay no time for a gas Farm then no you want to build the GH Farm yeah why why today oh we don’t have to Do it today now is your gas Farm like for gas tiers and gunpowder or is it like it uses Ghasts to push other mobs it’s for gas tiar and gunpowder okay it’s for fun mainly I I can be online today later in about 2 hours I think maybe something Like that but uh right now I need to I need to go unfortunately okay I mean I guess you could smelt it down into iron nuggets but uh most likely most likely somebody why what in the world huh we definitely have more than enough did some did somebody replace replace what somebody replaced One of my Mesa hoodo with an enchanted hoodo I was going to say I was going to say how in the world did they enchant a literal a literal land form it looks Enchanted that is so cool hudo is one of the the Mesa deacti things yeah if I remember Right what enchant you got to come over and see it it looks Enchanted from a distance I mean once you get up close it’s obvious what it is but from a distance it looks Enchanted you are no longer at the horses right I’m like right now I’m on That Plateau area between the horses and my like base area oh it literally looks Enchanted that is so cool I love that you see the enchanted hoodoo uh I see hudo coming oh yes I see a like many colored striped when I first saw it I’m like how In the world did they enchant a literal land form like what enchant it looks it looks Enchanted doesn’t it uh oh it’s got red on this side yeah it says Barbie that’s such a bizarre prank is this the magenta Bandit that definitely sounds like magenta Bandit do you want to hop into A into the server and try it in like a creative world or something oh yeah we can do That yeah I notice they don’t really move they kind of just chill yeah they seem to not and it looks like it’s really good because that’s really easy to take advantage of what’s this let’s why we put one in a cart and start roaming a rank let’s go all Right I love it that’s awesome yeah that’s great let me see if it pushes me it work let’s go these guys are stuck okay so then that works 100% yeah okay so we need his this this is awesome it’s like this is the best thing I’ve ever [Laughter] seen he’s just going back and forth forever now oh that’s great oh if it’s just up top then our guy will never get hurt right um it’s only cuz he’s moving we have to make them so what I’m thinking is we have to like make an opening here and Then so we moveed this out like three blocks can’t escape from here right like this oh did that that one must have despawned so like we put one here this guy gets pushed and then now he’s in the powder Snow Yeah well I was just going to make The track shorter but this is better works perfect oh my gosh this is going to be so noisy this F I love it I love it now I got a question like what if you just put these like all over the place I think they won’t spawn inside of Them I think that you’re right but I’m wondering let’s just fill the entire thing and see if they spawn at all in it okay true yeah do you want to do half again so it’s just like we can have a control side and the experiment Side I don’t think we have to let’s just go like 24 blocks away but then like how long do we wait to oh wait I got to be in a I’m going to free can gas spawned they they literally will spawn inside powder Snow wow okay too easy we don’t even Need yeah we don’t need the cart well we will for to have a hopper mine cart pick up the items probably yeah we need that they spawn inside I can’t believe they spawn inside powder snow that’s ins fantastic I love it all right I’m hopping on to Metacraft okay hello hello all right so this is probably a good starting spot right here yep uhuh so we are going in this shape yeah yeah do you play chess yeah so you can you can do a a chest move uh off to the to the side aoon and then it’s the sugar Cane pattern it’s how you place sugarcane less efficiently so if one is touching two then it’s less efficient I don’t though is it here Fury uh coming yep right there so long as a knight could move there from one of the other ones than it works so next one should Be here here no oh my gosh uh yes I think that’s right if you open up your uh light display it should be eight on all the Blackstone and nine on all of the uh oh our first cast Farm is working GG F how much did it blow up anything um Nothing everything’s too uh too resistant huh that’s cool yeah I hope yep I think black Stone’s the same as like Cobble or well it’s uh same hardness as regular Stone right oh hey we got our first gas here and gun hey the farm is working Farm’s working closeup shop dub done we Can go home it looks so pretty actually it’s good choice with the black stone Yeah this looks this reminds me weirdly of a like a laser tag I don’t know why just the color scheme yeah laser Tagg it would be better if it was green but Oh my gosh they’re loud and with that the gas Farm is officially done so let’s hop back into our uh regular camera here uh actually we can hop into free cam again we’re going to turn it down it’s so loud um so yeah I was very impressed To find out that the gas just spawn inside powder snow so pretty cool um then we have these little storage systems here that aoleon put in uh we’re going to switch these out with droppers and drop the items down have a mine cart collect them at the bottom down here but That’s going to be a project for another time maybe between episodes we got to work on our mini game that we’re making so let’s head over there right now all right so here we are at the game area and you can see that I’ve built this little machine uh if you’ve seen Actually I don’t think I’ve showed off this design yet but this is a design for a mob farm uh that I made a few months back I built a design very similar to it in the spawn chunks um doesn’t run too well now cuz no one’s ever there but it Run really well at the beginning of the server like within the first month but yeah the way this works is as you can see there is water uh on every other platform and it switches back and forth and if we go over there we could see Mobs uh will spawn from it all right well glow squids seem to spawn in here quite a bit uh okay all right so I uh made it daytime and it looks like mobs are actually spawning um and I designed this really in a really interesting way so Right now I just have them burning up on magma blocks but basically this is the first design of a mob farm I made that like supports spiders really well uh oh these got left open whoops let me uh fix that so the idea of this is we want to Sort out creepers so I do have a way to do that um so yeah that’s going to be set up eventually uh but as of right now don’t have that put in yet um but if we go down here we can see how all this works um basically this Supports spiders really well we don’t want want spiders getting into the game area just cuz they’re big and they would break things um not necessarily because they’ cause problems in the game just they’d cause problems with like transporting them and stuff so this Farm works the best with spiders of any mob Farm I’ve made so far um of all of them and that’s saying a lot um they completely jammed in the ones I made at and the one I made at spawn chunks the problem with that was I had these two close together this actually has an extra block of distance more than it Needs it really only needed to be three blocks space between but I messed up the design and had to tear out one line of uh perer and because of that it now is uh four blocks wide and if we go down to the bottom the way the spiders are Handled is they get pushed on top of these magma blocks and they just burn CU they can’t really get out from here uh so yeah so yeah there there’s actually uh the problem problem with it is it’s quite slow at the moment so I definitely have to spawn proof caves and maybe up The size of the farm honestly the size of the farm should be good enough if we get the caves uh spawn proofed I think the biggest issue is slimes uh so for one there’s like six slime chunks just in this area Alone um just in this like big box on top of that There are a lot of other caves around that I’m sure they’re also spawning inside of all right so let’s move on to the Redstone part of things so if you don’t know this game is like phasmophobia based um it’s like there’s going to be an entity I guess that can Spawn like mobs and stuff on you and just from the mobs system that we have set up and uh as you’re going through this you want to collect the evidence that you find and figure out what type of entity it is either from that or from like weird anomalies you find but one Thing that we are trying to figure out last time we were here was how exactly do we have our entity picker that selects which entity we have well we devis this little system here that lets you basically turn this on the items go around and it’s just like randomly Selects between them in these four droppers here uh we go ahead and shut this off and hit this button that’s too close to that uh I’m going to have to move that over here uh we hit the button and it pulls an item out and there we go we have our Torch so that is whatever the torch entity is that’s that’s what we’re going to have as our entity so beyond that we’re going to have a system which allows us to actually output a redstone signal based on that so it’ll go to like an item sorter um and then return back Into this thing right here and basically this is what’s going to come after the item order is this device here so we have a selector this is a seven-way selector system um if we flip up the reset line it will power all of them momentarily so we have to find a way to Make sure it doesn’t do anything during that time so it’s got to not try to Output items or whatever during that time or or else it’s going to get confused and think like that it’s every entity at once and just be confused but the way this works is that we have um Water logged um the the actual state of the water doesn’t actually determine anything um it just determines whether or not they’ve been triggered an even or odd number of times so the ones that have been triggered odd number will have water and the ones that have been triggered an even number won’t Basically um so there might be water here but it won’t actually be that entity that that’s completely unrelated to whether it is um but yeah so let’s say we hit this line this will cause um there’s an observer back right here which detects the water going into the Leaves and then outputs a signal a one tick pulse to this which then Powers this Redstone line so it’s pretty simple um this allows us to continually get a pulse from a from an item filter basic basically without locking the item in the filter for the whole time it’s there Um and then allows us to reset it whenever we’re ready and there we go and then it allows us to do another item whenever we’re ready for the next one and there we go and then this is just a trapo which allows me to give a two tick Pulse to all the Pistons so that they are regardless of which position they are they will retract their blocks now you might be thinking this would be an excellent job for the copper bulb and you’re right it is it’s a perfect job for the copper bulb but we’re still in 1.20 we’re not at 1.21 yet so we can’t do that as much as I’d absolutely love to use copper bulbs here for that that’s not an option and it only really simplifies things by making it so I don’t need these purple blocks here and I could just put the buttons directly on The copper bulbs if I try that with dispensers they power Diagon so if I put the um the button here uh go ahead and reset this if I hit the button here it’ll power both dispensers and that well it didn’t break anything there because we were Um we had already triggered it but if I do this it’ll trigger both and that’s not good we only want one triggered at a time so we actually have to have the perple blocks there copper bulbs don’t diagonally power so that’s why there useful in this way but uh it’s a pretty Minor difference all right so my idea of how this is going to work is when you’re ready to Guess What entity it is there’ll be a hopper a barrel or something that you throw an item in and it’ll be like renamed and everything you throw it in and it goes into a system And that system will be able to detect whether or not the item you put in was the same item that is in the hopper or not and that’s actually pretty simple to set up so it’s right here uh just these six Hoppers here like this plus this Little this is just a uh mono stable um allowing this to pull one item out so yeah we go ahead and let’s put in the slime ball first of all so let’s say we got it right so this is whoops this isn’t functioning as an item sorder basically except it doesn’t output a Signal when an item goes into it um and clear it out immediately it saves it in so we put the item in and it goes into here now you might be thinking wait a sec this Hopper is facing this way how come how is that possible that it went Directly into here well the way that works is Hoppers have two functions they have a push function which is like this Hopper going into here and they have a suck function which is this Hopper pulling an item out of here so basically in this particular setup this Hopper can push the slime ball into here but because of the setup of it this Hopper sucks from this Hopper before this Hopper pushes into this Hopper which is so weird because it doesn’t even look like these are connected but they actually are so this Hopper is Going to suck first it weirdly enough when I did it with um my testing in creative mode it seemed to depend on the orientation of the entire Contraption um but with this particular Contraption this one’s facing south um so that seemed to work okay uh so if we put the Uh the item in it’ll go into that first slot there and these other pearls are just here so that nothing else can go in uh we hit this button here and it’ll pull the item out into the bottom and if we hit the button again it will suck the Last item out and it’ll be ready for the next uh filter to be put in so let’s say this time we put in a dirt block into the system so now it’s going to look for the dirt block let’s say we guess the slime ball again this time instead of Going into here since it’s full this Hopper can’t suck so this Hopper is able to push before this Hopper can suck just cuz it’s already full so that goes into here and it goes into the bottom and we can detect that um in one way or another Maybe we can detect If an item goes through here for example um with a comparator and if it does we’ll know that the player guessed wrong so let’s go ahead and throw in scaffolding and if you watch uh it might actually be going too quick for it to pick Up I didn’t see it let’s do that so that way we’ll at least hear it okay yeah it did trigger so it’s just because it’s uh really dim because it’s only a signal strength of one uh but yeah it does work so that way we can detect if the player guesses wrongly so Yeah so that’s pretty cool anyways guys that is about all the time we have for today so I will see you guys in the next one have yourselves an amazing
