village but we did so we’ve got a good amount of food and then finding diamonds was interesting as well wasn’t It we’ve just put our portal together so I’m just going to get ready and build the things that we need to go into The Nether and uh hopefully everything is not too far distance wise um it’s nice to have some spare gold in case we get un alived and I might just Wear one gold item instead of got iron at the moment which is rare what am I actually wearing trousers okay just so I can remember let’s make the that’s all we can’t do the boots as well but that’s fine that is oh I didn’t think at least We’ve got one piece left in case we need another Shield I’ll take that with us as well oh my gosh what am I like didn’t think that one through did I we’ll keep we’ll have one of those in case we’ve got some wood there’s not very much wood though but that’s Okay we don’t need loads hopefully hopefully it’s not too far we might need loads you never know who knows what it’s going to be like by the gas hasn’t it I don’t even know what that spawn is um maybe I should take some blocks and dig myself in or something I don’t know um Make a stone pickaxe I don’t want to take my diamond one in there because I’m not sure we’re going to survive this we may have to just give up all that stuff and move which means we’ve now well I mean we’ve got food but we need to Um well maybe we’ve got um Community games sometimes and when I do those I’ll let you know I’ll post a video on Tik Tok and I’ll put a message in Discord a couple of days beforehand so you know when I am doing doing that so you can sort of plan around and the community games everyone can join so When I do those Speed Run yes I know it’s not a speedrun is it um the luck how unlucky is that spawn there’s nothing Speedy about this speed run but we’ll get there we’ll beat the game so you know um that is just the most ridiculous spawn Ever but yeah we do need to uh move and I think 300 200 so if we move more over towards the positive then we’ll spawn closer oh oh nope nope nope that obsidian’s just all burnt up guys what is this luck how how much bad luck can one person have and my my Pickaxe my pickaxe guys at this point we might as well just start again Bosley go away go and lay down oh my gosh you have to go pretty far to get a new spawn guys I don’t know if we should just restart like we’ve got five the stream test run yeah that was a test run This is the actual Speed Run oh what I mean yesterday it started horribly and then it just got worse from there that may have been one of the worst speedruns we’ve ever had although actually I think that one where we got to the end and we searched For a couple of hours and there was no portal um it can happen on Bedrock it’s really rare but yeah that happened on stream and we were searching for a couple of hours for this portal and yeah there was we couldn’t find it cuz it wasn’t there we ended up digging out the Entire stronghold to make sure we went into creative and we were like we’re just going into creative to do this we’re not like collecting any anything or taking any blocks or any of that um yeah there was there just was not one okay food bed bed H there’s only one Sheep we’ll get white ones cuz they’re probably more likely to give us um you know three of them I can say hi Vicki as well do you play on Xbox yes I’m on Xbox series X at the moment so yes this is bedrock Edition um I have played Java um and we Tried to do a stream I don’t do keyboard and mouse and I was going to do a stream and you guys were going to help me learn the keyboard and mouse buttons that you need cuz I haven’t got a clue um and uh but it was just lagging we could barely Move so it was just like okay well we’ll give up with that um and we’ll we’ll try again another point so yeah you have arrived welcome in you’re not late no one’s ever late wow maybe Seth is late but no one else is ever late um um yeah you’re just fashionably on Time right do we have do you think enough wood now I think probably should we find a village let’s see if we see some white sheepies as well if not we will hug other sheep but a village is good because there weren’t many watermelons there to Be fair it was not a big jungle but we do have some food so if worse comes to worse you know we will still be able to run unlike yesterday where there was no food and no sheep no Villages although we actually did get the three sheep as It just got dark and was able to sleep that was the only lucky thing about that speedrun t your back hey K how we doing bullet that time time there’s often Villages isn’t there in enaa biomes you on J builds stream yesterday I was I was on Jay build stream Um like I found Jay a month or Village a month or so about a month ago um I was just randomly scrolling Tik Tock and um I saw him live and his builds are amazing um um it’s been a very long time since I’ve looked at someone building in Minecraft And sort of been taken back and been like wow um but yeah so that was pretty cool so yeah if any of you don’t know who J builds is his buildings his his you know Minecraft ability of building is really good so you could check them out Um I was yeah I saw them live I just jumped him for a little bit um I actually joined the server as well but I haven’t done anything I haven’t claimed a PO plot or anything um I probably need to do that at some point but it was Quite late yesterday when I joined um so uh I was just heading off I finished my stream and yeah oh Lindy with the treasure box that is so kind thank you for putting that up there guys Lindsay has put a treasure box up there so when that timer I I Don’t know how long it is cuz you can set the time um is at zero you can click it and you might cave and I don’t know if we should hug golum while we’re here we’ll either find a massive cave or we’ll find an abandoned Portal um We came from that direction didn’t we so I mean let’s go this way because we’re more likely to see something we haven’t already seen 16 hay bales makes stack it does it okay see we’ve got we’ve got uh it’s good to know stuff like that so How many have we got we got 14 so we’ve got nearly a full stack that should be enough to unless we’ve got a really bad um nether that should be enough to get us through the game but you never quite know sometimes the nether can be awful sometimes it can Be great abandon portal straight away that’s nice I wonder if we’ve got enough obsidian around and in the chest to rebuild the portal without actually finding diamonds um it happens sometimes doesn’t it normally not but sometimes you get a bunch of obsidian in the chest and sometimes the portal is quite built like This one oh though we no it’s not we need to move those out so we can’t make it anyway unless there’s a ton of obsidian which there isn’t but um having this location is good so actually I’m going to go down in that cave and find diamonds There um I did not hug the Golem but I think if we go down into there we’ll find a lot of I think there’ll be a lot of stuff there okay so we’re going to put our bed up here um and sleep here so we are by the portal this this is Our this is our new house um okay super Decor there’s the bed no we want to set the spawn point okay that’s our house finished pretty right um okay where’s this hole and can we just I did see water down there do you reckon do you reckon Guys or do you think that would be a little bit crazy just to leap off should we take the leap of faith or shall we shall we not why is why is torches beginning of January because Once the speedrun is done we’re going on the Christmas world so that’s that I’m looking forward to I really enjoyed the Christmas World last year I I enjoyed building it and I still when we stand there and fly around that tree it feels really magical I’ve got my Christmas jumper on today as well so it’s a little bit big for me but um I’m going to keep keep my these Chrismas jumpers for this year um and uh we don’t have a shield yet and see where see where it goes for next year I I have actually bought a Christmas T-shirt and a Christmas Jumper in my uh size so yeah we’ve got some iron there let’s let’s make a shield I think that that would be a good idea we don’t have too much wood do we that was probably a something I should have thought about I don’t really want to use the wooden pickaxe we can use that when we smelt this iron is it just one piece oh no got a couple of pieces that’s cool and there’s some more coal there as well cuz we used our coal to make our torches which we always need don’t we I’m just going to grab some Stone while we’re getting that as well so I can actually make a furnace to cook the iron in cuz we don’t have a furnace either but it we’ve only just started so we’re not expected to have everything as soon as we start because it’s survival Not creative so everything that we have we must make but yeah no you need one piece of iron to make a shield um so you do need iron for a shield it’s only one piece though so it’s not an expensive thing but yeah you do you do need it Um so I will get this a cookie whilst we are collecting the rest of this coal I should have used my uh pickaxe shouldn’t I cuz I don’t want it all this sword I’m going to get rid of it as well that’ll be good to give me a Shield need to make more wood okay we’ve got a shield that’s going to be useful for skellies and creepers cuz creepers love me too much creepers love me too much all right I’m going to do another couple of these before we go well well this is still Out and might as well do one of those as well okay it looks like a is that more iron it is it looks like a relatively easy path down there because of all the water but that also means there’s going to be mobs able to get us In weird locations as well so it’s kind of good kind of not good but I like big caves um I mean I like because it means resources are generally easier to get like the iron on the edge um and hopefully it goes all the way down to the bedro we can get Those diamonds and we can sort that portal out nice and quick Nicole thank you for well um so hopefully it’s a little bit better than our last one um we have only just started we found a village quite quickly really um got ourselves a load of wheat for bread or hay bales for bread um we’ve also found an abandoned Portal and now we’re just going down in this cave to get diamonds so we can uh dig the portal because it’s got like crying obsidian and it’s not quite complete so we will complete our portal and uh yeah but we can’t do that without diamonds you like Minecraft me too me too Um ooh ooh there’s light that way do we go that do we go down the water we go down the water I’m going down the water I’m trusting the water path is there anything through here there’s nothing through here I’m not trusting the water path we’re going the other Way oh my gosh what am I like at least we didn’t have to travel too far to find it was a dead end um hey Des you I’m good how are you how are you you’ve been on Minecraft since 2019 okay well this actually doesn’t have a Route either so I think the water path took us slightly lower so I’m going to go to the water path and then start digging down cuz yeah see where we end up right let’s go oh I might as well use this one while we’re here cuz it’s not Not a lot there’s some more iron which is great I’ll use this because iron takes forever and you don’t get it with the wooden one so might as well have it we like iron I like all that water it’s actually helped us out a lot hopefully we can dig into a deep slate cave and there’s just tons of Diamonds on the wall right there for us or not even tons just five I’m not being greedy just five five will be nice five is a pickaxe and a sword isn’t it so not being greedy just five just five diamonds will do I don’t know if I’ve ever done deep Slate with a wooden pickaxe it actually doesn’t take much longer than a stone does it with the the wooden okay no get down that hurts go and lay down lay down uh excuse me stop ignoring me and lay down my dog ignores me all the time do you play Roblox I don’t I Don’t um I I did years ago when Tyler was little but I haven’t since he was really little Tyler’s my son if you do not know um Roblox sucks does it I used to in like I mean it wasn’t the or the ones I played wasn’t weren’t that Challenging but um it was quite fun um I enjoy we did the weather one like natural disasters or something where you have to avoid like floods and tsunamis and stuff you guys if you play it you’ll probably know the one um play fortnite I don’t play fortnite Either again I did once with Tyler didn’t do so good um but I reckon if I learned fortnite I could be good I reckon I could you play it do you do you like it Everyone likes different games don’t they I I like quite a a wide variety of games um And some games I’m not so keen on but I’ll play every now and again um hopefully we’re going to dig into a cave and we haven’t got to dig all the way down to like really low we’re at five now so we’re into the deep slate hopefully no man’s Sky um so and I like being challenged like I have complete completed no man sky on perade death on my Xbox and on my PC because doing it once wasn’t enough perade death is it’s it’s like hardcore In Minecraft you you die and it’s done the game is over so that’s kind of what it is um so yeah yeah the idea is you have to reach the center of the Galaxy so yeah that’s cool um you’ve been playing over 15 years that must have been right at the time it Came out I it’s it’s probably going to I mean I don’t know if it’s 15 years but it’s not quite 15 years for me not quite that long but um yeah I remember when it was just uh forest trees and that was it and uh before you Could play the game you had to go onto that like tutorial thing with the chest and it was just like you have to do this it’s just like you can’t play otherwi you know until you learn how to build a chest test or I don’t know it’s a long Time ago or something like that though um you’ve never heard of that one okay new man Sky it’s it’s quite fun if you do have um XBox game pass it was put on there free about a year or so ago um I I I don’t know if it’s still free um or Not um I’ve got it because I I purchased it before it was on there unfortunately um if i’ have known I’d have waited but um but yeah it’s a Spacey game um you start on a planet and you have to mine and you can build stuff it’s got like a Minecraft building creative type thing to it you can just go on creative and build stuff actually um and you have to buy spaceships you have to sell buy and sell stuff to make more money um or just mine loads of resources and sell them to make money to buy Better ships and stuff and please be five of these beautiful diamonds one no no no no we’re not doing the one thing again like yesterday okay so we can knock the obsidian out and make it a actual portal and go through to the Nether and then uh go hug the dragon I don’t have the coordinates anymore do I cuz we started a new one so when we in my kidney it was started off with tons solitis actually and I lost my Voice it was uh interesting I had uh a super cool voice um but then my kidney decided it was going to hurt so yeah yeah um but I feel I felt better enough good enough to stream yesterday I feel good today so we’re all good everything Is good the world is great and uh yeah can I talk you through a speedrun what you need and such there are a few different ways to do a speedrun um so I’ll talk you through how I do mine um because some people do theirs different And there’s no wrong or right way I mean there is a wrong way you know not actually completing it that’s that’s not really a speedrun then but there is no wrong or right way um a speedrun just basically is just completing the game in quicker time as possible some people are Amazing and can do this sort of thing in like times that are just ridiculously quick like you just wouldn’t know that it’s possible to do it in that amount of time um I’m not one of those I uh I like to take my time I don’t know if I like to take my Time but I do you’re going to need food uh and wood they’re the the things that you’re going to need and probably a bed unless you can uh get into The Nether in day one and have all your food and your bed and all of the stuff that you need resources in that Respect um then you’re going to need to make a portal um I often find an abandoned portal and do it that way like I have this time but say I there’s a big lava pool on the ground and I’ve got diamonds to mine obsidian with and I’ve Got some water I would just you know make the obsidian and mine it and do it that way um yeah so that is basically what you need then you need to come to the nether in the nether you’re going to need to find a fortress because to Find the stronghold which is where the end portal is you need uh Ender Eyes of Ender and to make eyes of you need uh blaze powder and um ender pearls and ender pearls are made Ender pearles you get from Enderman and blaze powder you get from blazes and Blazes only spawn in a fortress so you must go to the Fortress to get that um Enderman spawn anywhere but they’re more common in Warped forests so whilst you’re in the nether you may as well go to a wared forest you can get them by trading with piglins but but um if you Have my luck and I I I’ve done it before and it just didn’t work they it was just ridiculously bad and then on I don’t know if it was my last speed run or the one before that people were saying you know give it a go again give it a go so I did and it was just ridiculously bad again like I get so unlucky with the pigs they’re just like ender pearls no we don’t have any here have some gravel that’s um yeah May you ask me something of course you may of course um and then you make the Eyes of Ender you throw them and they go towards where the stronghold is um and in the stronghold you find the Portal go through to the end and beat the dragon um yeah that’s how I do it there are many ways of doing it and there’s many ways of fighting the dragon I don’t take Out the towers I just go ahead and go for it bit mad bit crazy but it works I you know it’s all good that’s only a small drop out there right guys if we were to fall oh my gosh I just need to be careful that you know If we go up and there’s a bit where there’s no floor that happens sometimes and you end up falling way way far but I’m going up because that it looks really difficult to uh go across and um Overland so I could go up or down and as we were already at near You know really quite high up I figured going up was easier than and above the lava and everything was easier than going down below the lava so we’ll go to close to where the coordinates are of the Fortress and then we’ll start to dig down hopefully straight into the blaze Room ding dong ding dong Arthur thank you so much for the rose and the Heart me G as well for the rose I’m not sure GI when you put that in it did not make a noise sometimes it’s making noises for me sometimes it is not I don’t know why It does that sometimes I get none at all sometimes I get them all the time and sometimes it’s a bit sporadic um so if rods so we need to go hugs uh hug some blazes to get blaze rods to make the blaze powder for the Eyes of Ender um so no I’m not after the ancient debris that’s why I did see it I did see It but um I don’t think I even brought my diamond pickaxe with me I didn’t it’s still in the chest safe because when we go to the stronghold obviously we don’t know how deep down it is but when we get to um if we end up getting to uh deep slate it’s Easier just to kind of do a little um use the diamond pickaxe cuz it’s just quicker isn’t it breaking the block so because the diamond pickaxe here isn’t actually that useful um it’s just easier that way to to leave it there so just in case to Make it a bit quicker later on in the game to save you guys having to watch me dig really really slowly through deep slate I mean it’s still not quick is it deep slate is a pain to dig through but it is a little bit quicker than you Know the other ones and the chances of us actually having netherite on a speedrun is so slim because even if we get it we’d have to get the uh template and then be able to add it and have all the armor the diamond stuff to add it on to And it’s just yes it’s not it’s not worth it on an actual World definitely so worth it we actually purposely go netherite mining to get netherite but on a speedrun I just leave it all h i if I want to go down there a bit we’re about 100 blocks I think I do I think I want to start going down and that looks like an okay route to to go down we’re going to have jumpy hoppy boys at us though jumpy hoppy boys be bouncing these are my biggest if without an Enchant on it it makes any difference what type of Sword it is but I always find that is easier with the diamond I get more drops of the ender pearls are you excited for Christmas I amount of wood each time I’ll make a uh pickaxe as well once we’ve got the wood from here so we can actually got some sticks to make the pickaxe with um horses don’t give us food so I’m not going to un alive the horse but we do Need food we’re we’re desperate for food because a magma was right there waiting for us sheepies sheepies will do sheepies will do sheepies will do I’ll eat this piece of book that we got from the Advent calendar so far we’ve got a book and a pen I have actually opened the calendar cuz I reviewed it on my page before it back in October um but yeah it’s got quite a lot In really and it’s like proper the proper Minecraft stuff it’s not like it’s it’s uh yeah it’s quite good if you like Minecraft no drama llama see you later we’ve got to go back to where we were where did you get it from um I got Mine from Tik Tock Shop but you can get it from Amazon and it’s cheaper on Amazon um and on my link on Amazon it is actually linked um so if you go to my link drink if you in there as well um so if if you know like I Pro I would never use the wallet it’s not something that I would use but I would uh like the pen and the Paper and stuff it’s handy to use isn’t it ding doing a speedrun because I enjoy the and I haven’t done one for ages although this One I mean I am enjoying it but it’s not exactly being kind to us is it and the one before that could be my worst one
