Minecraft: Building a Stable at Matsumoto Castle
Part 61 of the Minecraft series features the construction of a stable at Matsumoto Castle. The planned construction site is marked with andesite and stones. Before the building process begins, a report on the results of the past month is provided, detailing the preparation of the planned construction site for Ninomaru Palace.
Building the Stable
The stable is not a very large building, with a height of 3 cm and a site of 2 ken x 1 ken. The construction starts with the placement of pillars, followed by the framework. The building is designed to have a wall for temporarily tying up horses and a partition for horse stalls. The facility is completed with the addition of a roof, creating a functional and visually appealing stable.
Building the Large Stool
Following the completion of the stable, the construction of a large stool at the end of the planned construction site for the stable begins. The building process involves creating a framework, building a wall with white plaster, and adding a ceiling and roof. The large stool is based on the tomo stool at Okayama Castle, and the construction is completed with attention to historical accuracy and architectural detail.
Building the Stable Based on the Large Stool
The stable based on the large stool is the final construction project in this part of the series. The building process involves creating a framework, building pillars, constructing walls, and adding partitions for horse stalls. The stable is designed to resemble the stable at Hikone Castle, a national treasure in Japan. The completion of the stable marks the near-completion of the buildings in the Honmaru area of Matsumoto Castle.
Future Plans
Looking ahead, the series plans to focus on building a fence and turret surrounding the main enclosure, as well as creating the upper part of the stone wall that surrounds the existing buildings. Additional construction projects include the Tamon turret, the north back gate, and a black gate at the end of the Honmaru area.
With a commitment to historical accuracy and attention to detail, the Minecraft series continues to showcase the construction and recreation of iconic landmarks, providing an engaging and educational experience for viewers.
