Got read tomorrow and currently have two in it two exams in one thing um I I got to skip biology because uh in my school you could choose um to do a technology course instead so I did a technology course which meant that I got to completely

Bypass all the biology nonsense so I never took biology GSC are big exams oh those are the ones that Tokyo took like last year so you’re you’re probably a year younger than Tokyo I would say then okay let’s get rid of all this this is going to be so

Compl you have to do it for 13 years interesting I wonder why it was 12 for us or if like we had to go to kindergarten so maybe that was year one so it might have been 13 years plus kindergarten so you have two more years

University and do like a master’s degree or you can go into the workforce and then after a master’s you could go for your doctorate uh would rather go 64 my school because his school must require n I’ve got to choose six form is just 12 just year 12 and

13 okay so you so you get to choose then so you’re you’re choosing to go to to the next two years of school where Gavin is choosing to go to college I guess this is going to take forever I’m only a y 101 I’m going to try and get all of this

Down to like y 100 and then I think I might just blow everything up uh American so simple Island dude I’m I can’t deny the accuracy of that we do keep things very simple here uh basically from Age 4 to 11 is primary school 11 to 16 you’re in

Secondary School 17 18 is college or six form 19 to 20 is University okay so for us uh Elementary School is basically till um I think you’re like 13 and then junior high is like 13 through well no I guess Elementary School would be till you’re 12 and then junior high

Is like 13 14 15 then when you’re 16 you’re in high school which would be grades uh 9 10 11 and 12 and then you graduate around 17 or 18 depending on the age so college for us is your secondary is your 18 your 1718 is college so we go to

College a little later than you guys I want to get into my school but the requirements are so hard need at least eight fives also individual subject requirements at what point do you go to the school based on your chosen like what you want to do in life like which

Version of these are like you go for a specific reason so like college when I went to college at 18 that was a choice to go to like do media study and film so at 18 I chose what I wanted to do and where to go there’s only like 26th formers in my

School um tells you everything you need to know about it that it’s a little bit more difficult to get into okay we don’t need the water here apparently I have sea pickles we’re going to can I silk these we’re going to grab all this that will eventually go somewhere

Else uh uh okay we want this um mine has like 2506 Farmers better than the school over the road my school’s got some number one school in the country for sports two 10 for public education at 16 at 16 you choose what you want to do see that’s

Specializes in the field that you want to do that’s really what it comes down to too college is just for the people who can’t get into the school well thanks well so here it’s like trade schools almost is like the like the other form of it so like

You go to a trade school if you don’t go to college and there you specifically learn like the the exact trade you want to do uh no just letters I you guys are just saying letters what does kmt mean I don’t even know what does that abbreviation stand

Honestly all that matters is happiness at the end of the day so if you think money can buy your happiness go for it I am not one of those people I rather be doing what I what I want to do I rather be doing something

Lose durability so quickly I might be more inclined to use it um but then again I guess the spear uses durability pretty quickly too so I don’t know I made sure to have like a bunch of extra um Spears and stuff ready to go before I got there so I could craft like

10 spears if I wanted to at this point I don’t know what’s cheaper to build I don’t know if um it’s actually hold on we got to clear out that water before it gets back I don’t know if it’s actually cheaper to construct a bow and arrow

And a bunch of arrows or if it’s better to um do the spear I feel like the spear does more damage though um as you go on you can make a different material yeah right now I have a metal um spear that I’ve been using like I

There’s there’s the guy on the ship who figures out that like the animals are being infected and then he takes that concept up to what is like the the city not the city but like the um the place with all the trailers and shipping containers and then he starts

Messing with like the um the pigs and starts getting all the pigs infected and then people are getting infected uh and then obviously the people from that City that like um shipping container City go and attack the people at the really nice city or so it seems like they leave there on a

Mission to go to the other place or at least that’s that’s kind of how I’m interpreting what’s going on I could be missing some of the story beats but I think for the most part that’s pretty accurate um I was there was a moment where I almost gave up where I was just

Getting like absolutely wrecked and frustrated um but I got past it after a little bit I got past it but there was definitely like a lot of aggravating aspects uh when I first was re getting into it um I forgot how punishing it is like when you die losing 2third of your stuff

That that was rough uh I had debated a few times um whether or not I should just start over on easy mode so I wasn’t like losing so much stuff um I didn’t I didn’t and I uh I’ve I kept with it on normal mode um but still I feel like

It’s it’s more punishing honestly than I think it needs to be just my personal opinion uh okay let’s put this away yeah that’s why I use my friends because because of like losing stuff on death yeah I mean you could you could just go easy

Durability stuff in a chest so that way like if I die and I need to chop down a tree okay I still have an axe to do it with you know what I mean um and I keep some food and some stuff in the ship at

All times just in case like bad things happen so I I’ve I’ve gotten um I would say I’ve Gotten Good at preparing I thought I saw this in the background I thought it was a cre for preparing for my eventual death um and I take as little as possible with me when

Like I go out on excursions uh to the various um locations that you go to in the game so I got to get this that the beacons and this whole thing up there before I like accidentally destroy all that stuff okay I should go and

See do you use armor so I would use armor but I haven’t been able for the life of me to get um wool yet I keep having struggles getting wool like I have shears um but I haven’t found any animals to actually shear and I don’t know like every time I

Kill an animal that I could think I can Shear after I kill it it won’t let me Shear it and I can’t catch it while it’s running around to um to Shear it either so um there’s definitely like a little bit of that stuff that’s been slightly a struggle um

Also haven’t figured out how to get like eggs there’s just certain research items and things that you need to progress that I’ve just been uh struggling more than I think I should be uh with the progression yeah but how do you get it to the raft though I don’t even know how

To get it to the raft um me too I killed so much until I learned okay so do you know how to actually get the animals to the raft you need a net catcher so I got a net catcher okay I got a net catcher but my

Next issue is um killing the puffer fish has been a pain because in order to actually use the net catcher you need the ammo for it in order to actually make the ammo for it you need the blast stuff that you get from the puffer fish

Um so that becomes the pain so it’s it’s just like this NeverEnding nonsense with the tech tree going back and forth trying to get the stuff you need to make the stuff you want to use you know um I’m getting better at it I’m getting better at like

Figuring that stuff out um but you don’t get the resources handed to you fast enough so it’s like not worth it and I didn’t um by the time I was able to finally kill a puffer fish and get the stuff I needed for the blast stuff I was

Far enough along that I haven’t actually been to another Island where there are any animals for me to catch so that’s that’s a thing now as ridiculous as that sounds okay I’m going to light this up so that way nothing spawns over here so I can come down here a little bit easier

Um there are so many places that provide like you bring scabs div like it always it always make back um I do I do find myself backtracking a lot to different things if that’s what you’re saying going to get this copper in here I really I really used bow with the

Puffer that’s what I ended up doing yeah I ended up using bows with the puffer fish for sure oh oh it went back oh I’m in a bad place I guess I’m not making a perimeter this is not a perimeter um because I am going to be stopping

It once it gets down to deep slate um didn’t was easy work because it was timer see the other thing that I run into so I’ve got my entire raft fortified at this point so the stupid shark can’t deal with it um but uh I still have to

Contend with oh no the shark and this like a whole lake I’m going to have to clear out um what am I trying to say I still have to contend with the shark when I’m like trying to get puffer fish and stuff which is obnoxious I think I’m going to let the

Lake stay there until the rest of it gets down to this level like look at how far down deep slate is I don’t even I’m so far up here it’s absolutely crazy oh yeah then use fish bait but the fish bait only lasts for like a short period of time it feels

Like like if the fish bait lasted longer it would be better I think it would be better if the Fish Bay lasted longer it holds the shark for maybe 120 seconds yeah which is like barely enough time to get underwater and get what you need

Um so I what I usually do is I wait till the shark’s dead and then I go under and get stuff or at least that’s that’s what I attempt to do it doesn’t always work um or you know what I did I went to the story made Island then go back far so

The shark doesn’t oh the shark just chills out at whatever The Last Story Island was really so like if I went backwards from where I’m currently at uh he would stay at taruga or whatever the floating island is Oh you mean go to a different part of the island because the shark generally

Stays around the raft because if you go far enough away from the raft the shark I don’t think follows you yes yeah yeah yeah yeah I’ve I’ve done that here and there as well that is a decent strategy for sure we let’s see here I’m trying to like get some of
