EPIC GLIDE MINI-GAME REVEAL! Minecraft Console Edition

Gameplay you can currently see I took it from the official minecraft livestream where they showed us a preview earlier on a link the live stream down below in case you guys want to watch it for yourself but this video I’ve kind of concluded the most interesting things

That you guys need to know before we get into this we’ve also been given an official screenshot from Roger carpenter showing us 16 players yes 16 the bigger multiplayer in the battle minigame as you guys can see here on this screenshot that is 16 players in one battle map

It’s gonna be absolutely chaos now this is only coming to Xbox one and PlayStation 4 unfortunately 360 ps3 Wii U and PS Vita is unable to support a bigger multiplayer so it’s only going to be an Xbox one a Playstation 4 now the maps haven’t changed in size the

Maps are exactly the same which is going to be very interesting and how this is going to work along with that I’ve also got this as well which is the official changelog for title update 51 March 27th which is today added the glide minigame added new minigame lobby fixed for MC

Time is the time attack so basically with this game that in currency it’s all about getting the best time which is going to be extremely competitive the best time I think I seen on stream was 1 minute 16 so it does happen quite fast and the games are

Really really fast and I do think some of us in the community are gonna absolutely smash the leaderboards now just to explain too about this game a little bit more something else we got a small glimpse of during the livestream was the pregame Lobby so the pregame

Lobby as of tomorrow is going to be changing for the glide minigame battle and tumble this is going to be happening on all console versions and the pre game lobby is like four times bigger than the lobby we currently have this is mainly to support the 16 players on Xbox one a

Playstation 4 however it does come with a ton more secrets the pre game lobby we currently have the secrets where you have to find all of the the mob heads and that was about it now this one has a ton more secrets which they really didn’t show us anything at all along

With that the pre game lobby has massive walls and this is mainly so no one can escape at all we’ve all escaped the battle minigame before obviously they don’t want us going to explore outside now something I forgot to mention to you all is that it’s only gonna be warm-up

Available tomorrow and that map is called cavern it’s completely free to play that map was inspired by the battle minigame map also called cavern now looking on the screen right now you will notice that there is the start to finish line on the bottom there’s also three hearts there’s also 1/3 starting with

The hearts basically if you hit the sides and take a bunch of damage you will die and how will work is you’ll be taken back to a checkpoint and those lines throughout the start to finish map are the checkpoints I think there’s 9 in total instead of it

Sending you all the way to the stop it was send you to a checkpoint and you can continue from there as for the 1/3 well each time you play the glide minigame you have three rounds obviously you have the first round which will start your score then you’ll have the second round

Where hopefully you can beat that score and the third round is hopefully where you smash both of your previous scores so the game you can currently see is of the time attack to get the best time but what you can currently see right now is the score

Attack and this is where things are going to be very competitive the score attack is all about the Rings so you’ll notice the previous one I showed you did not have any rings at all this one has three different rings and those rings are green being emerald gold which is

Yellow and diamond which is blue and they all represent different points so if you can hit the best one which is diamond you will gain seven points if you hit the gold one which is yellow you will get five points if you hit the green room which is emerald

You will gain three points and that is why the emerald is on the right-hand side that is the score which we kind of guessed it in my video earlier on as well so at the end of it you’ll have a combined score if you’re an xbox one a

PlayStation 4 it will go to a leaderboard this is the leaderboard that they did show us and at the top the best time I seen was one minute 16 for the time attack which is going to be absolutely blown away tomorrow it just says that you can filter between friends

You can actually check everyone who’s online as well so actually there’s gonna be world records for everyone in the world or you can just condense it down to you and your friends so I wanted to make this video and just explain everything you needed to know because I am super
