EPIC Minecraft Outpost Epsilon Build!

Hello my name is jog and welcome to another exciting episode of jog plays minecraft and where we left off last time we have ventured to the edge of the world out here we’ve got our bed set out well my bed sit out hmm uh plop down some chests got some fun

Eye on the go i was cooking some oh it’s done cooking some stove i’m gonna need that uh i might need another snack don’t know i’ve also been cooking some glass i definitely need that so whilst that’s let’s take that out now and do that because

I’m going to need glass panes at some point oh hang on i’ve got two lots of that and i badly placed them good and what we’re going to do is we’re just going to build a little place out here this is just for general blocks and such um

A little place out here which is nearer to these other caves than someone that we found and there’s that abandoned mine underneath that we want to have a look at and there’s probably other caves over there and over there in the swampy bit where they’re kind of where it’s flatter you can see

Them a little clearer because remember the point of this is i need more iron iron got a stack and a half from the previous sipod but i’m gonna need more so that’s what we’re gonna do today possibly is finish up the little shack i don’t need anything that massive so

Um probably not going to need all those resources i chopped down a couple of trees whilst i was waiting for uh daytime not waiting for daytime waiting for things to cook that’s what i meant um so let’s think about this how do i want to do this i want

Um well this is going to be foundational oh gosh one two three four five nine and it goes all the way well i guess that’s actually going to be large enough isn’t it i don’t need it square necessarily um let’s grab a stack of that and deposit that away

Good good right um what am i doing yes that’s right so cobble outline standard house that that was one two three four five maybe there give me a single door oh let’s go for that replace those replace yes replace those in a minute oh there we go there we are

All right so we have the foundation i’m going to do stone bricks for the floor as usual so i need some of this there we go that’ll be fine i think that might even be enough um actually no i don’t think it will oh yeah

So let’s put that back so what oh come on what’s this one two three four five yes okay good good okay splendid i should do the get into doing the floors before i put all my business down uh i always get this the wrong way around

Oh gosh opening the chest you see that’s exactly my point random things occur all right rest of that glass is cooked me i don’t really have room for a mine inside here if i want to dig down and see what’s underneath but hmm i guess any one of those open caves might do

Let’s see let’s grab this out of here i don’t know that i’ll need more of that so i’m just going to plank that down there for now i have more dirt than is needed by any one man so let’s put that away keep that bit on me good for towering up and whatnot

Don’t need the stone bricks now what do i need logs right so um let’s see where are the doors going i guess that’s the question isn’t it really um certainly a question where did i put those logs huh useless good good now let’s see well i don’t want to go too far

Too far up too far up apparently with this so let’s go there and let’s put in the middle this length and there and we’ll put the door boink right there i think nope there that’s where the door’s going right there okay so in which case uh as usual i’m

Going to surround it with one of these thingames and i’m not gonna be able to reach that one of my um or am i am because i’m amazing don’t know that i can reach that though only i can again probably because i’m amazing uh but can’t do it again oh i can

Evidently i’m better at jumping than i thought all right so let’s get some torches up in this business because oh i didn’t entirely mean to put my bed right against the door however it is done so fair enough um as soon as that touches there that’s the time to sleep so boop

All right now see if i can do the rest of this without problems obviously it’s got to go higher than that so all right i think it’s got to go two higher oh well okay fair enough maybe my skills jumping are not quite as as good as i thought

Let’s go up here probably stand in the middle and reach it all yep typical uh let’s see so that goes there i need one come on pitch it two nope oh gosh flailing medley uh there and there and there to there bit of this and a bit of that

Okay now let’s just get rid of the randoms and there we go okay getting quicker at this building business it’s the same thing each time i guess it’s uh understandable i want to get a door on that uh yes even though there is no house around it

At the moment i’m going to start with the door and it’ll go i don’t know which way around i want to put it that way let’s go that way this time standard porch thing that i do normally in fact i know i’ve just placed that door

Well what you’re gonna do let’s get that there grab that okay and all i want is just i’m not going to put fences but i’m going to do that and that there i think that it’s going to look okay give me the door back boop yep that’s

Fine i’m going to do torches on the outside of this one i don’t normally put torches on the outside of the buildings i’ve created in in this so far however i think oh did not mean to convert all of that into torches oh well i think this is my last

Bits of coal as well so i’m going to actually have to go mining indeed um so okay what do i need next i need this and let’s start plonking in some of this business and oh gosh apparently dumping a block of it outside because that’s clearly what i wanted to do

Do i want to put another pillow in the middle here yeah i think i do let’s do it let’s do it what’s the worst that could happen i could fall off it and break my legs gonna happen anyways now yep okay good oh my goodness right

Well i take back what i said about being quick rebuilding this because clearly i am not there right and then this goes across that extra one is so that that’s where the ceiling would go if you’re wondering why it was five high at that point normally i forget about that and i have

To go back and oh dear did not mean a full stack of that oh well go back and add the extra one normally but i’ve done it before so i know what’s what there lovely very nice very nice indeed uh right i want to get the windows in oh

I want to eat apparently because i haven’t been oh gosh open the furnace at random and that’ll do all right another torch there that’s light enough inside good good good i’m going to need this next so it’s on the go and there we are it’s so quiet out here by the water um

Not for the moment anyway oh once again open the furnace i seem to be obsessed with what might or might not be in that furnace go on there we are uh i guess someone said this is going to be a new outpost so i guess it is really uh where are we

Up to now for epsilon next i think that’s the next letter i don’t know um well if that’s the next letter that’s where we’re up to so fair enough welcome to outboast epsilon not finished yet obviously i’ve gotten there nothing right i’ve looked in both fernan now i don’t need to look again

Um all right so where how what let’s go one of these has got to be a ladder i don’t want it to be this one because that’s the only light that’s near this side so it’s going to be this one here this will be a ladder so i need to make some ladders

Uh it makes three these days doesn’t it so that should be enough i think i can get rid of the glass now so let’s do that there we are and i missed oink oink oink there uh and of course i have one extra that’s the way this works

I will deposit that in there oh oh i thought that was existing ones craziness all right let’s get up here again and whoa and let’s plop in the other layer of planks as i say this is the ceiling row so um don’t think things spawn on trees anymore

They used to but uh i think they do i guess we’ll find out that’ll be fun um and i do not have enough logs huzzah i might as well chop down that tree then in fact let’s let’s do that let’s do that come on right

Wow good grief oh did not need to do that oh well i guess i did really i needed to get the rest of that tree um oh there we are i’ll take all of that thank goodness for tree fella wait i got all of it nope come on give me more

I guess i got all the wood it’s pretty amazing thank you very much oh it’s still caught on something apparently there we are i got that one don’t know well i’ll get all the bits in a minute if they’re going anywhere and hopefully i’m not going to get explodilated by a creeper

Uh hello tree oh can’t get in there where’s the door for goodness sake oh yes uh in oh gotta have a oh let’s do that now um i need two of these oh dear let’s go in there wait a minute do i have one no oh it’s walking apparently oh no it only

Makes one i was going to say i thought it made two and therefore i was carrying one around from the rail boop boop perfect right wait do i have enough bits and bobs on me oh stacking one what i always end up with a stack and one that’s a little

Crazy uh i just want to go and put one of these saplings outside as well where that tree used to be oh there we go more than the second one now excellent still going yep oh and now it’s the sapling i thought it was another bit of wood all right

So now we definitely have enough wood to be doing the the business i’m gonna do a wooden roof or a cobble roof enough to fall for i don’t know is that enough cobble for the whole of the roof i don’t think it is um i may have to use wood

Oh fair enough saplings falling into my house i guess i don’t really need that or that on me at this moment let’s put those there that will do all right let’s get back up here where had i got to with this oh right so i just need to go back here grab the

Logs and maybe have a sneeze and then carry on all right um where did those logs go there they are boop all right i’ll take that point wolf’s wolves oh wolfy lights yes wolfy things all right no that’s wrong let’s take that pop those there and there we are

Oh right it’s opposite isn’t it i remember okay looks all right to me okay so i need to get over to the other side again of course and it’s almost night time again down we go down the ladder there we are need to get the floor in otherwise that’s going to

Start to be quite dangerous i guess i should not put this in until um until the daylight i was thinking so i haven’t got any torches up there well it’ll be fine it’ll be fine oh gosh it’s kind of cramped in here with that uh ladder there whizzing up to the top

Floor by accident okay come on oh sword just in case don’t want to die death is for the weak the weak i say morning all right and oh there’s bits and bobs out there that i apparently must go and collect hello um i thought there were cows and such out here

Um maybe it’s just wolves right so question is what do i need next i guess i need i’ve got a lot of wood and not much so let me just let’s try it out of cobble but i don’t think i’m gonna have enough because a couple stairs take a lot of resources um

But then you do get four out of each set but then it costs right let’s oh dear well it’s done now isn’t it so oh and it’s an odd number so i need some slabs to go across the top i can make six each doesn’t it so i need nine

Oh no i don’t i need a couple more than that don’t i um what am i doing that’s what i’m doing boop because of course it’s got to overhang at either end so all right wait i need more of that i need more of this i knew i needed it

For something as i put it away i thought gonna come back down here and i did and the reason was because i need to finish my floor and there we go i don’t know quite how i’m going to do this let’s just do the whole rafters thing again

That looked quite good last time and then go across here temporary light okay that’ll do that’ll do um not bad at all and how splendid is that eh all right so light there like there and there that one in the middle can stay why not all right so now we’re ready to do

The actual roof this is the bit where i i always seem to fall off um i place a block wrongly so let’s see if for once in a lifetime i can create this roof without derping we shall see um that goes there this goes up here i’m just going to do the

Edge ones these are the ones that are the most tricky i find oh that went all right i’m going to need these as well i think i’ve got way more these stairs than i needed actually um that tree i think is going to be my way down with at least damage

At least that’s the plan let’s get that oh there and there good good all right dare i say it jagger’s finally got the hang of roofs huzzah all right well of course i’ve got to go all the way across here but uh well oh you’re going to be on the top of it

To actually place it so there we go if you’re standing on the second half of the step the bottom part of the step it does not place um and there we go oh down down uh oh there we are oh hello tree quite a large tree are you not

Uh not that’s a bad thing tree that’s a bad thing all right well we’re doing well so far and now it’s just a case of getting the sides nope there it is the derp has begun now maybe i’ll leave that one there just to irritate people um actually i don’t think i will

Irritate me more than anyone else i think um there we go and oh there’s another one good good because i fell off that step okay and then it’s just slabs across the top doop doop how are we doing for time midday all right looks like a whole day’s work here

Of the roof and then it will be done uh let’s see yes i had one free slab because i needed nine to cover that whoops to cover the the main part of this one each for the extra for the overhang and uh and that’s 11 and i made 12. so that’s

How it works whoa whoa there we go right yep yep good good well welcome to the floor again i guess oh that tree grew again but very small this time okay fair enough uh let’s go in here let’s get oh actually let’s uh save people the trouble of reminding me okay

Uh oh yep this is looking good looks good basic but good so we can get up here and we can just finish off this roof boop boop boop deep boop all right oh get rid of that one as well while i think about it oh apparently and that one good once you

Start derping uh you can’t go back oopsie there we are and there we go roof is done with an additional one good there we are right half knives nothing can spawn on stairs i don’t think anything can spawn on so i should be good to go on the house

And where did that oh up here norm take those spare ones got space up here for whatever i need space for i guess i could put a little window up there why not let’s do that get rid of that and those i guess thought i had some glass left over oh

Yeah all right now let’s see where would i like to put this i guess right there is actually the right place for it okay uh one there one there oh and apparently it’s not so attaches i don’t even think you can get that with silk touch can you

Poop uh this side i think i’ll try both of these this time did i lose another one i don’t know hm oh i don’t know if it connects to the stairs properly does it oh gosh i guess we’ll find out it does not oh that’s rubbish all right

So we’ll just have small windows this side which will look very odd i think actually that’ll do that’s not bad that’s not bad i like that all right let’s go and grab those let’s go and put this away first used up all of the cobble i had craziness craziness um

Oh there’s that plank yeah that looks okay to me in fact missing a torch but uh other than that it’s all right oh it wasn’t missing before i was not gonna have a pillar there was i originally said okay we have a house get in the house it’ll be good

All right nothing in there no nothing in there no okay good all right so let’s just organize this a bit take some cobble with me uh because i don’t need that many logs if i’m going randomly outside somewhere i’d like any spare wool so i can’t make another bed i didn’t see

Any sheep around either it’s kind of awkward um well it’s getting night time so i guess what i’m going to do is leave it off here and we will pick this up next time where i will make sure i got stocked up on whatever it is i need these flowers for instance

No and do some mining i need to get at least 10 stacks i’ve decided 10 stacks of iron uh might as well simply cook it i don’t have any coal do i nope good um advice would set that cooking that would be quite useful to do in the meantime but no

Uh so i’ll get stocked up on whatever i need and then we will go to whatever caves i can find hooray thank you very much for watching and goodbye
