Oh snappers here we go again everybody it is episode four already man time just flies and good times with scar always dies that’s season seven for you and what a journey it’s been already guys so much has happened wise master beef taught us how to survive the challenges Of the early game I surrender hey camera not me eventually we found ourselves the perfect base location with very green grass and way too many trees and best of all this location comes with the perfect neighbour azuma who lets me use his firms whenever I choose as long as he Doesn’t find out about it last episode we masterfully took down a wither allowing us to get a haste to beacon and resources at an unprecedented level those materials along with the Zuma’s farms meant we were able to get geared up in no time which is what brings us to Our main challenge for today for you see recently I acquired 9 mending books from our buddy ischial for a mere 38 blue shiny rocks a steal of a deal if you ask me now the problem is we have mending on most of our gear now but no experienced Farm and as you guys know without an experienced farm we’re unable to repair our mending tools and armor which are falling to pieces so I got to thinking guys we need to build the ultimate experienced farm the most amazing overpowered thing you could imagine so I Went to our local lectern and I started drawing up some plans and then suddenly the idea hit me like an ugly brick thing villagers are the ultimate experienced farm yeah so that might be a bit of a crazy statement but I think there’s some truth to it honestly like not only do You get tons of experience just trading with villagers you get great items as well have you got enough emeralds you didn’t even just buy bottles I’ve been chanting from them stop fighting me but I think the the big thing that will catch on more in the future people might just start buying like Enchanted tools from villagers or like efficiency five books disenchant those at a grind wheel and then you get dense experience like that will repair your mending tools faster than hostile mobs can’t even this is gonna take a while ah come on joy what are you gonna do now We’re gonna do now oh oh you bumped into it yeah so there’s actually a village pretty close to the ice farm you see it over there so I just set up a rail to it and we’re gonna snag a couple of these guys alright you are gonna be a Fletcher You really want to be a leather worker wouldn’t you rather be a tool Smith aa tool Smith sir the talk of the town yeah I think I like that one more all right it’s very good so I cycled the tool benches back and forth here a few times until we landed On the coal trade for this guy and I wanted the stick trade for the Fletcher it’s like really really easy in the early game here because it’s like oh I just I just need some sticks here um last episode was kind of bad because we built this ice farm and then I like Couldn’t even use it or test it out really cuz our silk touch pick was so close to breaking and I didn’t really have a good way of doing experience so I’m kind of hoping this will we’ll cut it now allow us to get our gear back in order alright let’s do some trading Level 41 Wow so I found a zombie spawner under the ice farm here when I was when looking for poles oh that’s a little on the zombie sounds okay wow that a lot of zombies they’re spawning when I met them here look at the size of this cave too by the way This is crazy name tech record excellent so I just got some cold in the area here so we can check out what kind of trades this guy’s gonna have and very good very good so we got him just a bit at master level here let’s see what his final Trades are gonna be okay so we got the unbreaking 3 efficient Stewie three acts by the way that’s pretty good and the pic I just tuned to okay awesome so we did a bunch of trading with the villagers we even got a Mason here now with the brick trade and the stone trade Is incredible eventually he has a quartz trade as well when he’s a master rank so that guy is pretty good but we we were able to get all our armor repaired our picks I don’t have mending on our other tools just yet cuz I’m not gonna put Mending on a beam of arthropod sword it’s just not gonna happen even though it is my best sword at the moment I think we’re able to get to work here now we got our tools repaired let’s start doing some work on the ice farm again today so I talked about wanting to Get some snow to decorate it a bit more so we’re gonna get a snow golem installed and I think we need to get carved pumpkins right yeah let’s get them in there and unfortunately we did not get a diamond shovel trade with that tool Smith villager so I’m gonna be Using the iron shovels to collect our snow here oh man I don’t know what I’m doing here really I thought this is gonna be a lot like to spamming leaves and it would look great you know but I’m finding it’s it’s not working out like that actually I’m gonna need to be a Little bit more thoughtful about how I do it you know I’m just kind of spamming snow blocks right and then you go underneath you make some of them kind of droopy kind of droopy like a sue mix in the snow and then every so often in places I’m just Adding ice make it look like icicles are forming let’s go take a step back it’s not turning out quite like I thought I’m not sure if I like it or not to be honest but yeah that’s what we got so far huh come back here come back come back No I think I made it worse actually doing that I got rid of all the ice because I thought I was making it look too chaotic but even like this it’s still too chaotic I think probably because it’s a white block and it has dark shadows and they don’t go well together Is that what’s doing it okay maybe I need to unify the snow a bit better instead of doing this chaotic pattern as normally I think this would look good with most blogs also I’m kind of thinking it’s not unique enough if you look over there it’s like kind of all Ending at the same place I think we need like big patches little patches big patches kind of mix throughout and we’re not getting that right now it’s definitely not perfect but maybe a little bit better now and now we have some snow columns thrown in the mix there for structural support that makes A lot of sense and finally this is about the final product here because I went through and did the whole thing yeah it’s it’s a little strange didn’t quite turn out like I expected but I don’t necessarily hate it it’s just a little odd and odd can be good right I don’t Know maybe you guys have some ideas on how to improve it I think I’m okay with it as it is so yeah we built the columns up here to cover up the little spaces we had between the pattern I did not do the outside I’m not I don’t think I’m going To do that day I’ll probably simplify the outside because this inside part took quite a bit of time to do the cascading effect uh-huh actually you know just looking at this I think that what it really needs is something for the eyes to focus on like maybe I need to redo these columns And make them a little easier a little less chaotic you know maybe some pattern that’s easy to see on it or maybe at the top of it we we do something that’s easy to focus on some of you mentioned I should make it like a castle and build Up the corners higher that’s probably a good idea as well yeah I’ll see what you guys say about it maybe we come back to a next episode I think we’ll go do some other stuff now get a little change of pace each bamboo ok so I thought this Might be a good time in the episode to go check out the shopping district again there’s some stuff we got to do here and look how much it has changed since the last episode it is crazy there has been so much went well that was a Good session so we did it we did a little bit on here you know it’s it’s a good start but I feel at this point like we’ve been trying to tell the base what we want it to do at this point we got to Listen to the base I think we need it to tell us what it wants so we got to start adding some contraptions into the base and then form the base around those I think I think that’s where at right now or I need to wait a little bit and get Some more inspiration but there’s another thing we got to do today as well and I’m kind of want to get to that because it might take a bit of time one last project we got to build a nice shop guys we got all this ice we got a nice Farm we’re the Ice Man but we got no way to sell ice so if we don’t sell it soon we might get competition arising taking our place okay we’re back at the district again and now we got to figure out where we’re gonna put our shop I did Get some stuff together here for building it we’re gonna go for like a ice themed ice shop I know a shock I didn’t expect it myself either that looks like it’s taken this is actually kind of tricky finding a spot I’m imagining there’s a road that’s gonna Come up to here and then it must go like where I’m walking right now down here eventually because this is the shop entrance here and then end up at crew else’s shop and then branch off scales and I think there’s gonna be another road here so maybe we just build Next to Corrales is shop might be the way to go like right over here all right I gave it I’m starting to use the light rose even though they’re not enchanted yet I have to go all the way back to our home base to get acacia wood I forgot it Apparently how do we start this how do we start this we want our entrance to stick out a little bit past the growls a store like around here maybe and we don’t want to get too close to a store that we could probably go a little closer a little closer he’s not Contagious is he I don’t know maybe use let’s go one two three four and then I think we’ll go one two three four five yep yep and then something like that we got to be like an army build now this is gonna take a little getting used to I think I’ll mostly build the walls out of packed ice actually so I want like a 2×2 door entrance maybe we’ll make this thick out maybe we will put acacia in the floor as well really get our money’s worth door what are we doing what are we doing Here okay I kind of want something like that I think actually yeah so let’s let’s bring this forward one more maybe very good very good so I think that’s what we want what we’re gonna do we’re gonna keep those built relatively simple actually just like a little snow cottage Sort of thing walls are gonna be made out of packed ice and then we’ll probably have windows with blue stained glass panes like so yeah acacia it goes really well it’s like ice and blue colors ah we’re gonna go fill this in another five long one here probably Could even do the exact same thing honestly do another three by two window let’s get this over yeah for all you young entrepreneurs out there this is the secret to a good shop you have to have the pressure plates on the outside so that it’s easy to get in But then none on the other side so they can’t get out brilliant works every time as nice as the multi floor is I think we’re gonna replace it with birch wood spruce roof where do we put it is it over here I think we got to put it there That window looks a little weird now maybe let’s take out the top to here it’s like the roof is too close to it now or something that’s better and as usual doing the walls the floor the ceiling all easy but now I got to do the actual group and that’s gonna take Me a while I think I’ll just spam snow blocks on top of it do the droopy thing like we did before I’m gonna add a little bit more structural stuff to that maybe some fences under there add the fences underneath here probably education there I think what we’ll do With these windows I think we will add some braces to them out of spruce and do it like that it’s it looks bad now but I think what we’ll do is like try to droop snow over top of that so you don’t see much of the Spruce and I think that would be okay cool so check it out we got it pretty close to done now at least the outside here we added in a bunch of finicky details also the roof was a real pain you can see I did the snow slab thing on Top of there so if anybody plays as a torch up there the whole thing’s gonna disappear right that’s still a thing I think the snow melts I’m sure let’s just put that there to check it um yeah we added a couple details we got a lamppost welcome to eat Those ice shop take off your shoes Canadian customs so you gotta take off your shoes before you enter the store and now we still need to set up like a counter and actually stock it which is the tricky part also I think we need like a sign on top or something to catch People’s attention feel like it needs a little bit more still but yeah it’s still little walk around here we have some glass panes hanging in areas as icicles the droopy snow effect turned out a lot better here than it did at our ice farm and I’m not sure what I Did differently maybe this is a scale I don’t know uh-huh yeah we definitely need something look at everybody else’s shop they got like glass blocks Dimond giant bookshelf big slime cube crazy lasers our place is this like a big flat roof so we need some kind of sign for sure to grab People’s attention I’m gonna try some a B just spell ice in quartz and we’ll create like a ice background and just see what that looks like Ellen see guys late night crew the best crew you got that right scar so it’s scar tango and myself and anybody else That wants to work late who wants to put on top of this up that would look a lot better Probably well maybe we just keep it simple actually for today I can come back later and change things around make it fancier maybe we’ll just do two double chests on top the counter for now and throw some signs on explaining what we’re selling and how much and all that Stuff oh I got to think about what we’re actually selling here I know ice for sure that’s definitely gonna happen there’s one diamond for one stack sound fair I’m not even sure what people would pay I wanted to sell snow as well but I used it all so maybe I Gotta go farm more well actually before we do that let’s settle the price on of our shop so if you guys didn’t hear the way we’re doing the shop down this season by the sounds of it is see that big giant pile of diamonds over there everybody’s paying for their their plots When they build their shop and then the diamonds are going into a big fund and who knows what’s gonna happen with those we’ll figure it out eventually I’m sure but we got to pay one diamond block per hundred blocks of the shop so we counts this is like one edge of the shop Yeah signs at the very edge there too so 1 2 3 4 5 15 16 17 wide the land use by putting diamond blocks here the pricing is 100 blocks X and Z equals 1 diamond block note this is only a suggestion not mandatory everybody’s doing it though so we’re gonna do it too so 17 times 19 is our Shop which equals 3 23 we round up to the nearest hundred block so that equals 4 diamond blocks spelled correctly yeah whatever I think it’s a little shocking to me because I think Estelle paid like seven diamond blocks for his shop and ours looked kind of similar in size So I might have done the math wrong but I think maybe it’s because he’s got all that slime around it just bulks it up so much okay so we’re back at the fortress of solitude here the main thing I want to farm up is snow we can get that he’s Pretty quick as well but I gotta get a shovel I got tired of using the iron ones I just decided to do the diamond shovel I got a crummy ed Chapman here only an efficiency three oh we got unbreaking 3 though ok good so that’s that’s perfectly fine for harvesting snow oh Yeah so he farmed up a bunch of snow a bunch of ice we can actually stop this pretty good I should probably sell packed ice here too right maybe a diamond to stack I don’t have any on hand right now so maybe I’ll add that later for now we’ll just sell the snow Nice snow I’m gonna sell for one diamond per stack it takes a bit of time to farm out it in ice for one day I’m gonna stack this will probably get cheaper as time goes on and and the server progresses because ice is usually pretty easy to farm but right now people need It so we can charge a fortune uh-huh anyways guys I hope
