Insane Caving Adventure: Back to Beta Days!

Hello everybody and welcome back to back to Beta days I’m beanan and today I have a special plan well I don’t know why I stopped there but like I promised last episode we are going to be working with the cave down here and overall just having a

Mining Expedition uh it’s been a while since we’ve had one and you know I think it’s about time we do uh so I’m just going to start getting prepared here okay I don’t have any sticks luckily I have that all right so let’s go ahead make a crafting table for when

I’m down there let’s make all this into sticks go ahead and make a fresh set of tools with some extra pickaxes uh let’s see yep do that I don’t all right and then get an axe I don’t really need that that but you know we can figure out make a sword I’m going

To take my shield with me don’t worry uh I’m also going to take my water bucket and I’m good on Armor so that’s good all right and I’ll keep the sticks because uh torches and for now I’ll take half of that oh and all of that and then I’ll throw this in

Here uh where’s my water bucket there we go and then let’s create some torches awesome okay and there we go uh go ahead and throw that back in there um let’s go grab some water real quick and let’s let’s head down into the mines uh I don’t know I’m excited should I try

An MLG water no no I’m not going to do that all right I’m coming down so surprisingly enough I’m going to leave this here oh boy oh I forgot the shield oh I forgot the shield okay we’re already off to a bad start okay Shield thank you all right uh

So all right there it is all right all right everybody just calm down let me light this up real quick oh that’s a lot of monsters okay I didn’t really have much time for an introduction C but I mean it’s kind of self-explanatory about what we’re doing well number one we’re trying not

Normal H I was going to say I don’t have to worry about a bunch of Clips because when you’re caving it doesn’t get too boring but they didn’t have to prove me right that much I was like why do I have bad Omen I still had it hold on let me focus

On lighting this area up okay yeah there’s a skeleton up there which means going to have to go up here light this up where is it there he is okay the last thing bro thank you okay hold on hold on pause pause bro give me a break okay let me breathe for a

Second okay thank you I I don’t know what to say man um oh I’m going to need more food this is on normal okay this is normal all right let’s just go ahead and do this I’m going to light up over here so I don’t absolutely

Die I knew this like okay I knew this was going to be a challenge I didn’t know it was going to be like this coming down here uh let’s see oh yes also nope if you haven’t noticed I still have the smooth lighting off um don’t worry it’ll just be for this week’s

Had now that we have some breathing room um let me introduce the full plan of this episode uh it’s basically to Adventure cave um and stuff like that I know that earlier I said all right hold on I know that earlier I said that I’ll do the uh what’s it

Called uh digging out a chunk but let’s be real that’s that’s boring that’s yeah that’s that’s just boring so this will be our way up and down um from the house and there’s where I found the wi W the there’s where I found the witch last time um so we’re just

Going to go ahead light up this little area and kind of take a look around maybe we can turn this into like something cool in the future because it seems like this is one big oh my God I can turn this into a batcave could you imagine this being

Like the Batcave um I could turn it into that and there you go there you go um yes but this up okay but this episode is mainly all about caving and getting resources in it so I’m going to go ahead and clean out all of the resources on the surface

Of this cave and I’ll hop to it and we can start exploring you know bigger areas hold on there wait there but yeah I’ll see you guys in a minute all right so I’ve stripped this Cave of every easily accessible resource um and and I think it’s time we go up I

Might need to make another pickaxe might need to restock I only really plan for this little area but this is a nice area oh let me go ahead oh I forgot about that coal up there but this is a nice area um let me light some areas some

More areas up real quick so I can not die the next time I come down here I think we can turn uh this into something later down the line um don’t know what but I mean yeah and and huge bonus that there’s already like grass down here let me just go ahead

And do that and you know what I’m going to look at you yep yep yep there we go I almost died there for a second yeah I get some more food and then I’ll uh head up and we can prepare for another Excursion into another cave all

Right so I went ahead harvested uh my Farms they’re already paying off pretty well uh grabb some food and some sticks and that guy’s on fire um going to make a few more pickaxes just cuz you never know how many you’re going to need uh that should be

Enough uh and then we’ll head out let’s see I can’t really go over by any caves by The Village um so once I put this little piece of sugarcane away uh we can head out that way um what you are thank you uh yeah I think this way will give us some good

Um how do you say caves uh and then you know also give us a chance to explore I see an opening to a cave over there which looks pretty big but then I also see it opening to a cave over there but then I think that’s a giant hole

Like right there I know we’ll just go ahead and check out our options ow okay so I think this is oh M shaft we’re definitely going down here oh um question is is there an easier way or am I just going to have to oh I see gold down there all

Right let’s do it all right uh see how can I dig this out okay yep no this is made everything worse uh there we go hold on got to do this real quick and then we should be good to explore the M shaft um this is like infuriating dealing with this stuff

Probably even more infuriating to watch thank you uh and then no thank you okay SP finally done all right so let’s go ahead grab this gold right here uh see if there’s any goodies in this cave so far I mean obviously there is because M shaft

Um and whatnot this would also be a good way to get uh what is it uh melon seeds okay oh more gold so down here is the abyss which is good I oh is that diamond that is diamond oh you know I have to do it I’ll find my way back

Up all right let’s see oh and there’s diamond right there but the water just disappeared all right figure this out I see two SP like spots of diamond all right um I want that diamond I think all I have all right so I figured out a way

Down oh but that was also part of the risk okay he spawn camping me get out stop it nope okay he’s dead okay he’s definitely dead what is that oh it’s Diamond over a piece of wood okay stop okay so I see the diamond over there but I have to go ahead and

Get uh okay this is a m shaft right here can you don’t okay I’m just going to go ahead and light up this area before I die o lapis hold on wait I might not cut it just yet okay yeah I’m just going to go ahead

And try and light this area up as best as I can I’ll meet you back in a sec okay so there’s diamond right here and then right there and right there wow okay uh oh all right watch this th IQ move right here nope thank you I’m not surprised if that was the

Only one all right I’m going to need to venture over here though to light it up ow uh and then I can Venture down because I don’t want any creepy crawlies jumping on on my head yeah attack bro these skeletons need to chill like when did skeletons get so hard

And then you have the creepers into the mix oh my God okay bro can you die oh okay hold on hold on I’m about to Die okay thank you bro I skeletons so annoying all right making sure this whole area up here is lit at least the immediate area there’s glow squids always make me think that there uh there’s diamonds over there but there’s not okay you go away okay right Uh lot of resources I just got to light it up and for some reason the sun decided to be extremely bright right now so there’s that that’s fun I have my shades closed too that’s the crazy thing okay dog these caves are so big now oh diamonds that’s always a pleasant surprise h

Okay can you stop stop stop stop thank you ow woo all right I think that should be good for this immediate area uh I’ll fix that up later but now I can finally start collecting some oh my why are there hold on Bro oh my God oh I wish I had face cam so you could see the face I’m making at these skeletons okay let’s take a breather everybody calm down I hate skeletons in this game uh now back to what I was trying to do getting the gold thank you

God okay now I’m able to light up this lower part which for some reason no never mind oh there’s diamonds over there too bro where is he this is normal difficulty damn I hate skeletons so much I’d rather take a thousand creepers and a thousand skeletons and you know before you say oh

This cuz you’re bad yes it’s exactly because I’m bad uh let’s see okay can I please harvest my diamonds where did they go okay there’s here’s some right here oh come on I even more than one I mean I’ve got three is good but I want more you know uh let’s see

Okay all right I should be able to handle things from now on okay I’m going to this water is annoying me thank you all right back to where we are I liked it better in the old caves you know this is just beyond Madness all right all the water doesn’t help either

Okay let these guys kill each other oh more diamonds oh more diamonds sweet okay oh yep I knew there’d be some right here eat of my thing uh give me some of that okay where’d he go oh there he is bro you have got to be the most annoying mob I’ve ever

Met everybody hates him all right uh let’s see go away now before I was so rudely interrupted by the freaking monster family reunion down here um what I was saying was I enjoy I don’t even know what I was saying you know what let’s just keep looking for diamonds uh hopefully next

Time we can be set up for enchantments um that’s a good goal to have uh if this is going to take me into another huge cat oh but diamonds I was like if this is going to take me into another huge Chasm I don’t want it but then I saw

Diamonds so you know always got to have it I like the um I don’t know I like caving now better than strip mining now all all I need is to be able to get um like Fortune three oh it has three diamonds in there alone let’s see how many am I oh 10

Diamonds nice okay let’s head down here stop it and I think once I finish up in this area see I don’t care about Creepers he you just blow up oh wow I’m out of torches okay uh give me that actually no we’ll head back uh to the main area and

Then I can pick up some wood and start a little base camp yeah all right so I’m setting up a temporary base camp here okay that didn’t work and oh I didn’t even see those diamonds let me go get those but I’m setting up a temporary base camp right here on this m

Shaft um to make sure that nothing goes wrong and that I can you know start a well a base so that if I die I can keep my ultra valuables safe and I don’t have to worry about them despawning um give me that there any more around here hello

Diamond uh yes yes I knew it see so what’s that 12 diamonds that’s pretty good I mean look at this I haven’t even like put a dent in this cave and I’ve already had to make so many torches that’s like one thing that I enjoy about the new Minecraft Caves but also

Hate um but for now since I have access to this m shaft I’m going to go ahead and you can collect some things uh yes a creeper blew up and there is a whole cave in so that’s fun kind of realistic honestly uh oh perfect okay so then just

Like a little oh see what we got in here okay take the bread always take the bread uh is there anything down there oh don’t want to eat that okay no but I’m going to go ahead grab some of these can also grab some fences don’t know why don’t think I’ll

Need them but hey uh okay sweet so I think uh Act oh wait if I break this don’t I get the chest yes I do don’t want that don’t a I only get the mine cart never mind uh right so I think I’m actually going to

Okay I think I’m actually going to head up towards the surface and explore working my way down mainly because uh I found diamonds down here but there’s also a lot up there that I haven’t found um I guess the best way to do this is just the oldfashioned pillar

Up but I’ll meet you guys up at that mine shaft section one site okay well that’s good at least I know I’m safe in here once I get up okay now let’s just pick a quick look right in here see what all we’ve got to work with shouldn’t be too many creepy

Crawlies this looks like a small area oh I spoke too soon okay this is just looks like more of a gradual route down yeah oh wow that’s a big cave okay well I’m gon to put a bookmark in this one make sure that I don’t have any creepy crawlies

Coming at me and then I’ll come up here and explore the things I want to explore I’m going to work my way down because when I jumped in I said let’s explore up here and surprise surprise I got distracted oh okay they’re all interconnected well that’s good that’s

Good because that means I won’t be leaving the same cave should I grab iron yeah you know what could never hurt but right here I want my is where I want my base camp to be so let’s go ahead and establish that uh need some more wood can you thank

You how many do I have 18 perfect uh let’s see yeah this can be my base camp right here uh okay let’s put down the crafting table build double chest for all my valuables that would be this that that uh iron yeah let’s go ahead and get enough for a furnace there we

Go and start exploring let’s see I hope I find a lot of oh this is one of those rooms I hope I find a lot of like mine carts um for obvious reasons that sounds like does that no that doesn’t sound like a c eh who knows could be a cave

Spider all right but I’m going to go with the approach of just light everything up H yeah see uh hello ow little bugger okay see this is why you worked your way down okay this one might be a two episoder okay okay calm down calm down let’s not do anything we might regret

Uh I always hate those rooms like these ones always got nothing in them it’s a whole lot of stone up in here oh hello is that double aay no all right let’s head down here and like I said just light everything I can up for now uh okay

Okay stop following me oh boy okay well die knew that was going to happen a lot of iron in here wait okay H oh don’t like that sound all right what’s down in here uh okay nothing I’ll let you guys know if I find something okay so it turns out this is a

Very very very big cave um this is just the top layer honestly just boggles my mind but it makes sense okay let’s get some more coal cuz I need to make torches um and I think I’ll work on lighting this area up up here I think this episode will be more

Of lighting up the cave and the next episode will be collecting the resources just like we did earlier um in the episode because I’m not going to be able to do this all in one uh take and that’s with our run time okay more torches please thank you awesome and let’s just

Start spamming it what do you guys think about like the new caves I mean obviously I’ve told you and you know from experience I like how I like how they are but I think like they they ran too much with them oh boy like I think they need more like a mix

Of like caves like this after a certain amount of you know uh like old school caves would have been perfect you know cuz that way you can just I don’t know not have cuz like as it stands right now there’s like every cave is like this

Now and it’s fun but it gets really annoying to Traverse that makes sense okay okay no can I make it all right I’m just going to go ahead and there we go I’ll just make a little Bridge right here and then I’ll open up this or not

Open it up light up this Little M shaft area uh hopefully and sorry if I’m quiet um I don’t know this will be a good falling asleep to episode did I use all my sticks not yet but that doesn’t matter because we got wood but this will be a good falling asleep to

Episode lot of lot of concentrating there we go sweet oh boy nope going the other way all right all right let’s just get that there and then where’ the skeleton go huh must have despawned all right you can knock it off you are even worse than him stop thank You okay now we’re back up in here perfect I think I want to focus I think I’m getting too wide of a range I want to focus on like like one area at a time but the more I light up here the easier it’ll make my

Job down the line like like a job but the easier I’ll make it to harvest materials quicker all right so that looks like this I guess shelf is good to go let’s let me hop over here and we can figure out where to go from there all right so this is the

Cave okay okay there’s one below me which means I can just go like here drop that in here oh yeah look at that all right let’s make sure there we go and I’m not worried about getting lost um yet uh that usually comes when I’m harvesting uh materials

But I don’t see that happening too much with this one because it’s such an open m shaft now if this was all like closed tunnels then yeah I’d get lost a lot but I don’t know uh okay parkour Death from Above baby uh okay yep oh look wow a geode

With a M shaft going through it interesting it’s a very interesting formation sweet all right I got to eat food just forgot about that okay I’m just going to take this out seems pretty useless and then I hope to find maybe like a spawner that’d be kind of cool all right and I

Got to remember can you oh this is pretty uh oh hello but I got to remember that my diamonds are in the chest oh wow oh nope okay you know what okay uh let’s see space above us it’s all it up yep okay so oh is this one lit up there’s one above

Me let’s just take this let’s take the express way up aha yeah I knew there’s another culprit ah some peaceful music see yeah we’re getting closer to 400 subscribers too I know that was a random thought oh this is up here what the heck I know that was a random thought

But hey each day we get closer um it’s been a lot of fun so far and I don’t know I don’t think I’m going to stop having fun doing this it’s a great hobby uh for me now let’s see uh okay now that we’ve gotten this area lit up we’ll have to figure

Out a safe way down from there let’s go check and make sure that this side over here is all right there’s any areas that need our attention there’s some below me though I’ll go ahead and light these up this is a lot different from the uh little farm episode we

Did but I don’t know um all right so I think that’s this layer done oh no there’s a little bit up here let’s go ahead and grab it boom nope Nice okay scanning I don’t know why I said scanning uh looking around here it looks like this whole area is lit up which is good um can’t tell if that’s vertical no that’s well no there’s a shelf down there uh some of those shelves I don’t know if they’re worth

Like a shelf like that is worth you know lighting up then we got M shaft down there ah okay yeah well I’m going to go ahead and what is it grab that was risky grab my valuables from here uh and pay a visit home to just put

Those away uh and kind of reassess everything o hold on I found another little cave go ahead and see what’s down here o see this is the cave I was looking this is the cave I miss okay well I obviously don’t miss that but like caves like this side that kind

Of twirl and wind around those were good like the old Minecraft Caves you remember the like I remember when the like the biggest Minecraft cave aside from like The Ravines was like the one on the worst seed ever um I remember like all the videos were like guaranteed 12 diamonds and

Everything like that and I was like oh yeah I’m getting that one uhuh all right I kind of want to take a look in this cave too uh okay there’s not much in here oh wait what’s up here cuz sometimes in these caves you can find uh uh spawners which

I know you know but yeah and a spawner up here would be really nice like a nice little mountain spawner uh let’s see what’s this cave look like oh bigger okay more coal uh good thing is that these are all close to home so if needed I can make trips back okay uh

Yeah I’m going to still continue to head up here and drop my stuff off um and then I think I’ll start on let’s see how much time do I have left on this 3 minutes I think I’ll start on marking out my chunk that I wanted to work

On or that I wanted to dig because surprisingly getting something like that is an easy source of cobblestone deep slate and dirt again don’t know why I’m telling you all this you guys know this all right so I’m going to go ahead and put these things away and I’ll get right

Back to you all right so we have a total of 13 diamonds now which was a pretty successful hunt yeah a pretty successful mining trip and I managed to make a bow so now skeletons won’t be too much of a problem uh let’s see yeah this is go take a look down

Here okay hold on see this cave is nice because there’s no monsters in it um but my goal is eventually to turn this into something and we can honestly start turning it into something soon which I’m trying to think like what we could do in here you know I

Think up here I would like something like an area on this elevation like flattened out um and like a kind of like ethos cave and then like a tower up there um or like you know a a tower but it’s kind of like a wooden thing I don’t know

Like staircase almost or Elevator Shaft something like that but we’ll have to figure that out and eight more seconds seven more seconds six 5 4 3 3 2 1 I think we can go trade with some villagers now so let’s go see what I’ve got I’ve okay yeah I’ve got

Plenty of carrots going to leave that stack there going to take my potatoes can take my beetroots um because well I can use the um emeralds to buy bread and stuff let’s go see if we can find our buddies go away piggy let’s go see if we can find our buddies

And uh trade with them I don’t know where they’d be oh there they are see which one are you again buddy you’re not a carrot guy no you’re a potato guy come here really huh oh yeah give me the yeah give me the beat all right um oh you hello what do you

We’re at uh because I know I did record longer clips for the caving I’ll look at it and see how it turned out um and then obviously record accordingly all right well that should do it for me today uh we got a ton of diamonds did some trading laid up the
