Hello everyone sonny here and welcome back to another bedrock edition tutorial today i’ll be showing you how to build an addition to your existing villager training halls that will allow you to take advantage of the zombie villager curing on bedrock edition zombie villager curing just means that you turn A villager into a zombie and then save its life resulting in a massive discount to every villager in the area this can result in you buying anything from villagers for just one emerald or selling anything to a villager and receiving one emerald this is truly the best way of using villager training Halls in your world and if you’re not using this then you’re seriously missing out on some great opportunities so as you can see this system right here is incredibly basic all you need to do is a flick of the lever the zombie will start immediately attacking your villager it Doesn’t really matter what kind of villager you have in here and then after a couple of hits he will turn into a zombie villager all you need to do from there is to flick this lever once more that will give the zombie some weakness you can click on him with a golden apple And that’s also going to prevent the zombie from seeing your villager and prevent him from turning him back into a zombie villager after a couple of moments he will turn into a regular village again and that will give you the discounted prices to everyone in the Area if we open this guy up you can see that instead of charging us nine emeralds of per bookshelf he’s only charging us a three and instead of needing four books per emerald we can sell him a single book for one emerald so if we do this a couple of times we’re Gonna get incredible prices on basically everything now it doesn’t only affect this villager it affects every villager in the area so if you have a massive villager training hall every single villager in here is going to get that discount the more that you cure your zombie villagers the further and further Down the prices will go and the greater the discount you will get because every zombie villager your cure increases the amount of discount you have we can convert multiple villagers at one time and then cure multiple villagers at a time as well to get an even bigger Discount faster so as you can see we can convert four of these guys and then we can cure all four of them at once as well so this villager right here was charging 24 paper per emerald i cured one zombie villager and now we’re gonna see what his prices are after we cure All four of these other ones so now that all four of these guys are cured we can see what his prices are and as you can see if they’ve gone from 24 down to only 18. so if we keep on curing all of these guys a little bit more we’ll get that Price even further down and as you can see his enchantment book went from 17 emeralds down to one as well so this truly is an amazing way of doing villager trading this tutorial is meant to be an addition and an upgrade to any villager trading halls that you might Have in your world and no matter how advanced or basic it may be you can use this with literally any villager training hall you have however one thing i would suggest doing is when this is not in use don’t keep your villagers as actual villagers let them stay zombie Villagers that way they’re not going to be linking to any beds they’re not going to be linking to any workstations they’re not going to be taking up the village cap or trying to breed or causing any issues and as long as you don’t have any random iron golems Walking around they’re just gonna stay there until you need to cure them so that is my recommendation keep them as zombie villagers the majority of the time and whenever you need them cure them so there’s another trick up our sleeves that we’re using for this as well we are not using the weakness Splash potions we are using arrows of weakness and these are incredibly easy to make all you need to do is brew some basic potions of weakness so a fermented spider eye and some water bottles and that will give you three potions of weakness we’re gonna put all three of These into a cauldron which will give you back your bottles and then click on that cauldron with an entire stack of arrows and bam we now have an entire stack of arrows of weakness you can now cure 64 villagers with this it is incredibly easy to get tipped arrows Using cauldrons and this is a vanilla feature of bedrock edition it is not a bug so of course this is an incredibly flexible design you can build just a single cell right here or you can expand that single cell into four however that requires more resources than it should So you can also make this little design right here a zombie down in the center and then four villagers around it and this requires significantly less resources it only requires one zombie and it’s also a smaller build footprint as of 1.17.2 there are three important bugs to keep Track of when doing zombie villager curing the first one is that if you log out of the game in single player these guys will instantly cure the second one is nitwits will not remain in nitwits if you turn them into a zombie villager and the third one is the fact that sometimes When curing a zombie villager even if it’s name tagged it can despawn so don’t leave the area as these guys are curing anyway as you can see we can go ahead and cure all of these guys real quick and then simply log out of the game upon logging back into the world you’ll Notice that all of them have instantly cured and our nitwit is no longer a nitwit so two very useful bugs and one mildly annoying bug and one final note about this little design is you need to be playing on hard mode for your villagers to convert to zombies 100 of The time if you’re playing on easy or normal difficulty then sometimes these guys will just die instead of converting into zombie villagers so make sure you are playing in hard mode whenever you go to kill them and turn them into zombie villagers keep in mind you can switch Your game difficulty at any time and it does not affect achievements you can even go to peaceful mode if you feel like it but of course that’s going to delete all of your zombies so maybe don’t do that and let’s hop into the tutorial shall we for your convenience There is a materials listed down in the description of the video you can use that if you need to but we need a four block wide area that is three blocks long this is going to be going one block beneath the surface and four blocks Above the surface as well so pop out a hole right here that is where your zombie is gonna sit and then surround this with the three solid blocks like so we now want two a glass blocks right here a temporary block above that and then crouch and place in a dispenser Facing downwards right there you now want a sticky piston facing downwards right there as well and put a glass block on the bottom of that like so placing yourself a lever right there and then you can remove that block and place the saw block above that piston like so That block is simply there so that your zombie doesn’t burn from the daytime if you’re building this underground it’s not necessary go ahead and put your two other glass blocks right there and now it’s time to install your villager how you get your villager in there is up to You but i would of course recommend using minecarts it is the best way of moving around villagers you also want to name tag this guy so just click on him with that now getting a zombie is a pretty easy thing you can wild harvest it anywhere in your world during the Night time or you can simply get it from a zombie spawner whatever works best for you so get yourself a zombie into a mine cart and then simply push him into the hole using a rail line and then he will immediately start attacking your villager which is what you want once He’s in there go ahead and place back that block remove any of your rail line and other temporary blocks and your build is now done we simply need to fill in the dispenser with some arrows of weakness which i showed you how to make earlier and whenever you want to use This thing simply flick this lever that’s going to shoot your zombie with the arrow of weakness click on him with a golden apple and naturally don’t forget to also name tag your zombie as well for the quad zombification and curing station you want a layout like This this as well is gonna be going four blocks above the ground and one block below the ground we’re gonna start off by placing in three temporary blocks to the left of that hole right there a sticky piston facing downwards and then you can remove all those blocks and Place in one dispenser facing downwards on all sides of that sticky piston like so place a glass block on the underside of that sticky piston and a temporary block right there you now want to go ahead and place a lever on the front to left side and you can place in three Pieces of redstone dust on those three dispensers a saw block in the middle so your zombie doesn’t burn and then another piece of redstone dust on top of it that is going to power all of your dispensers and your piston as well and now it’s time to get yourself a zombie So of course get this guy into a minecart shove him down in there on a rail line name tag him and then you can remove your rail line and any temporary blocks that you may have in the area to make that possible remove that temporary block on the back side there and now We’re going to place glass blocks along this entire edge of the zone and this will contain all of your villagers once you are ready to get your villagers in there simply flick that lever so the zombie doesn’t attack any of them and then put in one villager on all four Sides of that zombie you can add these guys in there slowly over time or you can add all four at once while you’re building the machine either way make sure that all of the villagers that you put in this thing are name tagged that way there’s no chance of them despawning When they shouldn’t and that is your build done go ahead and fill in each of your dispensers with your weakness arrows and voila you can now get four times the curing discount extremely quickly now of course giving your zombie a sword or other weapon is a good idea Because they are kind of slow at eating villagers and they’ll just kind of randomly pick a villager from the wide selection that we’re offering them so giving them a sword to make sure that they don’t play with their food and they actually get the job done quickly two Quality of life tips that i have for you is make sure the zombie actually eats its food and converts them into zombie villagers before you flick this lever otherwise the arrow that you shoot them with it could kill the villager before it’s been turned into a zombie and then You would have to replace this guy furthermore do not flick this lever like a whole bunch because then you’re just gonna be spamming all of your villagers with arrows and that could result in a permanent death and again you would have to replace them it takes about seven to Fifteen arrows to actually kill these guys so this isn’t something that you really need to worry about i’m just trying to cover my bases here if you got any questions comments or concerns about today’s build let me know in the comment section down below but otherwise hopefully this serves you well in your World if you enjoyed this video make sure to leave a like or possibly subscribe to the
