The Botany Trees mod allows for trees to be planted in botany pots. Simply add a tree sapling and grass block for soil. They will drop logs, sticks and saplings. Some trees have special drops. The oak and orchard tree will drop apples. The Baobab will drop baobab fruits. Lament will drop shroomlights.

Joshua drops Joshua fruits. Skyris drops green apples. Nearly all plants from the 2 biomes mods can be grown in botany pots with a grass block as the soil. Hence I will only show which plants use a different soil type, or cannot be grown in a botany pot.

The following plants need Mycelium as their soil. Purple Bulbis Oddity, Bulbis Oddity Fungal Imparius, Imparius Mushroom, Sythian Fungus Embur Wart, Soul Shroom, Death Cap Shulkren Fungus, Green Mushroom, Weeping Milkcap, Wood Blewit The following plants need sand as their soil. Barrel Cactus, Flowering Barrel Cactus Golden Spined Cactus, Mini Cactus, Prickly Pear Cactus

The following plants need a water bucket as their soil. Tiny Lilypads, Water Silk, Cattail, Sea Oats The following plants need netherrack as their soil. Bramble, Burning Blossom The following plant needs blackstone as their soil. Blackstone Bulb The following plants need flesh as their soil. Hair, Flesh Tendon

The following plants cannot be grown in a botany pot (as of now). Holly Sapling, White Mangrove Sapling, Purple Bulbis Anomaly, Bulbis Anomaly, Fungul Imparius Filament Imparius Mushroom Branch, Ether Bulbs Block

Fun fact, ether bulb blocks can be eaten. It does not restore hunger, but will give the player a glowing effect for 8 secs.
