Progress of the mountain to maybe streams I feel like doing them on stream it would be a lot bags it means you guys can actually sit around and watch me build this as well and then all I’ll do is probably time lapse it and try and finish the mountain that way when it

Comes to texturing it’s mainly things like at making the like sort of dirt and the sort of like Stone towards the water base actually look wet I guess is the best way I can put it we also made this lovely city square with a big old

Christmas tree in the middle of it I’m still so proud of how this one actually turned out I was not expecting it to be as good as it actually is but with that little recap out of the way I just want to make sure you guys remember to like

Comment and subscribe and let’s get into today’s projects the first project I plan to work on today is actually finally creating a ourselves a blacksmith I’ve been meaning to actually try and make one for ages and again it’s one of those things I kind of just kept

Putting off I think what I might try and do within the city is try to get all the like important like buildings with purpose in put in place and then we can start working on all the other houses and streets after that I think that’d be

A very good way of doing it cuz it means I get the important bits down and I can sort of just fill in the rest so it doesn’t look hugely empty in a lot of different places that being said I’m going to need a few resources for this so I’ve gathered a

Few bits and pieces here already but I’m definitely going to want some more things like Terra Cotter and that because in all fairness I don’t actually often build with Terra Cotter but I really want to get better at using it more often I’m trying to get to the

Point where I can utilize almost every single block in this game whenever it comes to me building something cuz I went for a long period where I would kind of just avoid blocks I didn’t like I guess is the best way I can put it but

In all f once I actually learn to use every block no matter whether I like it or not I’m going to open my like I guess creativity up so much more so let’s grab these boxes and let’s get straight into some resource Gathering right that should be enough to get us

Started so let’s get straight into the build for this blacksmith I decided to actually use a good old friend of mine Pinterest I highly recommend if you guys are struggling with ideas or need inspiration for a build Pinterest is such a useful tool cuz so many people

Have built so many different things and just part of it might give you an idea to something that you may have never even thought of before but I took some of my favorite ideas that I’d found from Pinterest and decided to fuse a few of them to create this blacksmith I decided

To use a foundation of a mix of Cobble deep slate basso and smooth Bassel mainly because I feel like it would bring a much darker feel to the build and I feel like a blacksmith would have a much darker sort of theme to it which

Is why I’m also using the same sort of color palette for the roof as well I decided to make the building out of diorite and birch logs because I feel like it gives a nice contrast against so much Darkness going on with the build but it looks very industrial so I

Actually do really like how it turned out I also really like the little overhang I did on the left hand side of the build it’s meant to be sort of I guess like a cover for where the sort of um the smeltery would go where they would actually Forge the weapons to and

It also gives a bit of cover for when the weather is not all that great outside you also can’t forget to add a bunch of sort of little chimneys on top as well because it just makes it feel more alive and very much more industrial so I decided to use brick and granite

For that the next set we to start adding in the smeltery so I decided to use brick granite it and some terra cotta for that as well I also decided I wanted to add sort of like a shop sign to the build as well but I kept on having a

Hard time and being indecisive of uh where I kind of wanted to put it so I kept going back and forth with that in the end though I decided that a single Anvil was some string underneath it attached to a chain was more than enough to signify a blacksmith feel free to let

Me know a name for the blacksmith that we could use down in the comments I then decided to add a few more details to the smeltery and then decided to build an aing made of dark o slabs and some logs then I was able to get onto the decorating

Part and with a bit of time and a bit of detailing later we finally have our fully furnished blacksmith finished that includes an interior as well I decided to make it that it sort of had like I guess a purpose is the best way I can

Put it I want to make it so going forward that every sort of build I have has purpose I don’t want all of my storage and everything else to be in one place I kind of want to split the them up throughout the city so the entire

City is my mega base and it gives me a reason to go and explore the things I’ve previously built it’s nice to revisit some of these things but I decided out here to make a little bit of I guess sort of like a showoff area of some of

The stuff that they’ve made you’ve then got some stuff which is in production the place where they decide to make it stuff where they can sort of cure it I think is the word they use for it where they decide to put it in water after

Taking it off of the flame but yeah I’m really happy with how this turned out it actually is giving it purpose I put my armor trims in here I’m going to be using this for my upgrades I can then also go inside and as I go inside it’s

Again a lovely little shop which just shows things off we’ve got the counter over there with some storage around some shelves some more uh I guess showing off areas of some of the uh lovely tools and weapons that they’ve made I’ve also decided to put some armor cases here

Because just in case in the future I ever need them I plan to upgrade these eventually to netherite use armor trim stuff like that but I am very happy with how this build turned out and I can’t wait to move on to the next one the next

Project that we’re going to work on is one that I’ve been wanting to work on for a while in all furnace very early on into oakwind I built this quote unquote Bakery and if I’m entirely honest it’s bland it’s boring I just dislike it so

What I think we’re going to do is we’re going to go ahead and rebuild this thing let’s go to start off this time lapse I’m going to do our next question of the day the question of the day is what’s a build you would like to redo I think

Honestly it’s kind of funny that I decided to choose to do this question next because funny enough the exact build that we are currently working on the bakery is something that I built quite early on in oakwind sort of I guess history and it’s been something I’ve been meaning to rebuild for like

The longest time and I’m glad I’m finally getting around to actually doing it it just always seemed a little bit Bland to me and sort of I guess like it I guess merged in way too much with everything else maybe it was the Deep Sleep roof I gave it I’m not really sure

But it’s something that I’ve wanted to improve for a long long time there are so many different builds around OWI that you will probably see change and improve or be rebuilt over time just because my skill has improved a lot since I I guess initially built them so it’s something

You’re probably just going to see a lot just because I want to make them the best they can possibly be at my current skill level it’s a really nice thing to every so often as well because because you change so drastically over time when it comes to skill level just through

Playing this game it’s kind of nice to see where you came from and I guess to where the level you’re at now it is also sometimes kind of cringy to look back at some of my old builds and realize what the hell was I doing there but it the

Sense of accomplishment I get from actually completing one of these new builds it’s a feeling that I can’t really just describe it’s one of those things that you’d have have to do it to feel it as well but it’s just so great knowing how far you’ve come so

Can finally get into the actual construction of our brand new bakery I decided to use a of brick and granite as a foundation because in all fairness it’s one of those kind of blocks I don’t really ever use for foundations it’s sort of mainly just for the actual I

Guess first floor of the house I feel like for a bakery it’s one of those sort of blocks that you definitely would have around I was actually debating between using stone bricks as the base because I was thinking of making the actual I guess ovens out of normal bricks but I

Decided to actually flip the idea on its head instead so I actually managed to use some of the stone eventually for the oven I decided then just use brick and granite as the base instead I also add a little room onto the side because I kind

Of wanted I guess a bit of a storage room maybe where they keep some of the ingredients or maybe some of the excess stock they may have I then decided to do the classic of filling in the floor with some Spruce planks and some Spruce logs that were stripped down I also then

Decided to use some of the strip Spruce logs as well for the supports of the actual building so I used some polish granite slabs for sort of I guess like an outline around the very edge of the inside floor make making sure that I sort of left enough room to put in the

Counter as well on the floor for the R I decided to use a mix of Mangrove planks red concrete and red terra cotta to try and make sort of a gradient going up the roof I also decided to use Oak planks and stripped out logs to make the walls of the

Building because it sort of gave a very like rustic feel to it and I feel like a bakery would feel almost a little bit older I then started to decide where I wanted my windows to go in the building I also decided to use some note blocks

As I guess a bit of a trim around the lower half of the building if you don’t already note blocks are a very good way of getting some detail in there whilst using very minimal I then decided I wanted a bit of a raised catwalk sort of

Going along one of the side of the building because there would be a canopy that would actually go over that side which would I guess sort of be like an open shop window that people could come to they could come to the side of the building grab their shopping and sort of

Go also you may have noticed here there was a creeper that had spawned on the roof cuz apparently nobody decided to tell me that apparently string doesn’t spawn proof anything as of 1.20 so thanks to a lovely creeper from the roof we had our third death in this world it

Sucks it really sucks but it is what it is and after that Fiasco and a little bit more work we finally have our new and improved Bakery I’m actually really happy with how this one turned out I decided to make like a pixel art slice

Of cake on the top as a sign I actually think it turned out not too bad I might tweak it and fix it a little bit in the future but I’m really happy with how it turned out so far I like I don’t know I

Like the amount of red I don’t know this building feels like red fits it very well we have this lovely bit here which has a little bit of an overhang which has a lovely sort of like shop front which they can also like close off for

The day and open back up in the morning which is really nice I really like it as you can see from here we actually did an interior for once I am trying and trying my best to get better at building some interiors and I actually decided to lean

More into some of the cookery mods that I had for this one as I used a bunch of the different sort of like different bits you can make from some of these mods like we have different pies we have different bits of slices of cake we have

Some cookies that we can make we have different types of bread around we have different sort of like donuts and things around just a bunch of General things you’d probably find in like a bakery sl Sweet Shop sort of area we even have some like chopping boards and stuff

Around we come through here into the back we also have our lovely kitchen which has some dough for somebody making something our lovely ovens at the back these are very big ovens but I feel like they would be very useful and honestly I’m just very happy in general with how

This one turned out I also have this lovely little storage room in here which I’m actually growing some cocoa beans in here as well but I’m probably going to fill this up a little bit more as I go with some other items but currently this is pretty good that’s another project

Done I’m trying to get a lot of build progress done in this video so what we’re going to do is head straight over to the next project the next thing I want to work on is this little part of the city it’s been very Bland for a very

Long time and there’s things I need to try and cover over and it would also sort of fill in off just this lovely little area over here so I’ve had enough of speed builds today we’re going to do this one with a little bit of editing

Magic so in a 3 2 1 and just like that as if magic is done we have finally got the next street in place honestly it took way longer than I thought it was going to but I’m super happy happy with how this street has turned out so far

I’ve even decided that soon I’m going to be adding in a few extra buildings where the some of the Farms are I feel like they might be a little bit too big but I’m going to do them at a different time I’ve already spent the last like four or

5 days working on planning all these builds as well but like I say I’m very happy with how it turned out so let’s get down to the street view so we can go through a tour of the place we can start off over here I finally actually managed

To get a building around our lovely glow lyen Farm I decided to also cover the build with pretty much as much glow as I physically could with it still looking decent but as you can see in here I haven’t done anything sort of hugely impressive it’s just a very basic sort

Of interior we have a lovely Farm here some storage for maybe some in the future as well uh I haven’t done anything really with the normal homes’ sort of Interiors yet I will probably do something at a much later date but I kind of might even just do an episode at

Some point where it’s just Interiors we then move up here to a little little square area I’m still thinking I might put like a small well here in the middle or something but it’s just a lovely place we can get a bit of a look at all

Our lovely buildings around here like I say we’ll probably got a few more over on this side but I put all the texturing into the roads around here I’ve added some more Street lamps in like I said though with the glow lien building I did something very basic used a bunch of

Stone variants to sort of create a foundation and then just use some Oak planks and oak logs that were stripped down on the top as well uh I also decided to give it sort of a Blue Roof because I don’t know why but glow liing gives me a blue sort of cooler vibes

It’s cuz you know the idea that it comes from a cave but I’m very happy with how this building turned out it was kind of just something that was put in place kind of just to cover the build cover the farm so it didn’t have to look great

Like perfect but I am very happy with how it turned out on the right hand side we then have a lovely little house just a very small one-story house which is using a bunch of diorite and birch logs for us some variant in the walls with a lovely brick

Chimney again just something small I haven’t done any interior to this building yet either most of them haven’t really gotten interior other than some of the shops like I say I’ll probably just do those at a later date but that moves us on over to our lovely

Stonemason shop in all fairness this is one that I was actually a little bit unsure of when I first started out because I didn’t really know what I wanted to do for it I was trying to look through Pinterest and look for references but there weren’t very many

References for stone masonries so I kind of just I guess took some initiative and decided to make some palletes outside with some different Stone materials that we might use to try and cut down and or turn into other things we’ve got a wagon out here which is also to transport some

Of these lovely new stones that we’ve made uh we’ve got a saw here which has got a hammer and chisel with it as well uh this lovely Little Oven type thing in here just in case I need to heat up any of the rock to make it easier to break

Maybe uh if we go on inside I have done an interior for this one we’ve got some lovely shelvings going along just showing off some of the new fancy stones that we’ve actually made uh just yeah just basically a bunch of cabinets an almost empty pallet here

As well and just piles of bricks in the corners and stuff lovely little desk at the front as well but quite cozy I like this one we’ve then got another lovely little house on the left hand side this one’s a two-story one again just sort of a basic stone foundation with some

Variants but then decided to go with some of the mangrove logs and planks for the upstairs uh I decided to also leave the logs on the edges unstripped I think might do that randomly throughout some of the buildings anyway and if we actually go ahead and fly on up as well

I also decided to just use some lovely Spruce Wood and some jungle wood to actually create the roof for this one with a little tower jutting out the middle as well but overall very happy with this one just something a bit more rustic I guess looking very sort of

Basic whereas everything else is a bit more bright this is a bit more I guess casual a bit like it’s been here a while compared to some of these other houses we then come around the corner to where our lovely Tower is our potion Tower we have my wonderful partner in there Mimi

Is currently sat in um you know working on their potions we built this in a different video actually no wait hang on we didn’t build this in a video this one was something I built off any kind of content I think I just built this on my

Own cuz it’s also a nod to an old server that I used to be on called The Box smpp because I had a tower like this that I was making potions in that had like all the burnt at the top but that will eventually have some story that will be

Written into it something to do with the Wither King and uh let’s just say he wasn’t very happy and he trying to claw his way back to the Overworld so he can take it over and uh that was part of the uh I guess cause of him coming back but

That’s going to be developed more in the future we’ve then got this lovely house to right I I’m not going to lie I I used a wood type I don’t normally like using I used some Birch strip down with some planks as well with this one gave it a

Mangrove and sort of a lovely like Red Roof as well so it sort of makes it pop of color against that whitish sort of background but just a lot of interesting shapes little canopy over the side just very sort of basic but also very just

Nice to look at in general we then walk through here we have lovely little Street Lamp in the middle and some benches on either side lovely little planter but just I guess a bit of an Overlook so somebody could be like down there and waving to somebody whilst

They’re coming by as well but you also can have like a lovely little look at the storage houses and some of the other little like gardeny bits that I put around here as well I still need to make a few more custom trees but I’m starting

To like how it’s looking over here one other little thing actually I wanted to add that I added to this corner I’m not going to Mid way through building all this stuff I I I kind of came to a decision that eventually I wanted to put a sewer system underneath Oak wind and

So I put in this little like guttering type bit which has some water which would flow through and there’s this lovely little area here which you can just open up this and come on down and as you come down I have built I guess the first room a

Very basic room of the start of a sewer there’s going to be a tunnel to go that way and it will connect up to a bunch and probably a much bigger system later on down the line but I just kind of like the idea of having a bit of an

Underground area maybe we have some like Rogues or something which have like a black market type area under the city eventually but that’s all for a future project right now I just wanted to get sort of like the idea down that I had in my brain and like I say I’m quite happy

With with how this one turned out and finally that leads us on to our lovely last shop that we built this shop is sort of I guess a bit more like an adventurer supply shop is the best where I could put it if you come on inside

I’ve actually done an interior for this one using a bunch of Mangrove and some just Spruce give it some red carpets around but you just get some general supplies in here you get things like axes some supplies to make a tent some beds camping supplies Shields bits of

String just general supplies some rope ladders barrel of arrows uh bit of clothing as well just in case it gets a bit cold I guess Saddles uh we also got yeah some more boots over there random Trident because maybe that could be a more of an expensive item who knows and then some

Bows and fishing rods but just like say just a bit of a like you know General Store I’m actually very very pleased with the interior of this one cuz like I said I’m not very good at Interiors but I’m very proud of this one I sort of put

A bit more thought and effort into this and well I definitely want to do more stuff like this in the future but with this shop building I did something that I haven’t really done in a while with in this city I actually decided to use some jungle wood that

Both being planks and logs but also mixing in some mud bricks I haven’t used those really much since way back early on but just to create this I guess sort of like not quite a dark sort of I guess Upper Floor but something which has a

Little bit of difference to the strip uh logs around it and then decided to give it a bright orange roof and I I tell you what I had to play with some of the shape of this roof because to actually add the little like detail on the top

That I do here with like the um trap doors and all that it kind of just didn’t work when I initially had it cuz it was just initially like round so I ended up tweaking the idea and adding some more little jutting out bits at the

Top of the roof but again I think that it turn out brilliantly there’s still a bunch more detailing that I need to do around this place but in all fairness that can be done at another time because I’m not going to lie like I say I’ve

Just spent a long time trying to figure out all these builds and making sure they sort of fit in together I also need some ideas for the names for the shops we have a stonemason shop and we also have our lovely adventurers supply shop behind us feel free to leave me some

Names in the comments down below but with that we have got a lot of work done today I actually got way more building done than I thought I was going to going to get done and it took a little bit longer than I thought it was going to we

Got an entire Street made a couple of shops a blacksmith and even got around to rebuilding our Bakery I decided to try something new with this video and try and actually get a bunch more building done within the video I’m trying out a bunch of different styles

At the moment trying to find something that fits and something that works for me but honestly I’m pretty happy with how everything has turned out today both build wise and even in the editing process I really think slowly but surely I am starting to get the hang of this

Like I generally enjoy making content like this just seeing a lot of progress within my builds as well really really does make me happy because sometimes I procrastinate a hell of a lot as some of you may have already noticed but please please please let me know down in the
