Ultimate Minecraft Survival Challenge – Can Jackson Survive?

What is up Geralds welcome back to another video so today is the official day that we put out the Explorer challenge full video now a few months ago I came up with this challenge for Minecraft Survival and executed it uh over the next 2 or 3 months um in the

Seven different streams and uh here we have the final product all edited down now the Explorer challenge to basically put it in simple terms I need to find every single major biome that I’ve deemed a major biome and build a base in every single one of those biomes each

Base needs to have an interior of at least a 3X3 and have a crafting table and a furnace inside from there I decide what I want to build and uh we just kind of go off from there so if you do enjoy the video like subscribe follow socials

Join the Discord this whole editing thing took a very long time time so I hope you enjoy I’m just going to do random world seed all right here oh okay we got a a snowy snowy biome here let’s just get we’ll just get wood we’ll just started

Off here we’ll make a little Igloo here you know what we’ll do a wooden pickaxe I’m going to grab some Stone we’re going to get a a bunch of stone shovels we’re going to get a few and then we’re just going to we’re going to

Dig up a bunch of snow then make a little Igloo we’ll have some some of the utilities you know like chest uh crafting table furnace the usual stuff now I can start digging up some snowballs Here uh let’s see we’ll just go for a small little circle honestly we don’t need nothing too big yeah this is a good size for a uh small igloo oh we’re almost there oh my God okay yeah we’re almost there see got two here we just need one more and then we’ll just

Add the floor almost done the first one already which is actually perfect we can uh include this door for another biome there we go let’s add a furnace And there we go that’s our base it’s a very small base but it is a base nonetheless let’s make it over here maybe we can start work on our our base for the snowy Tiga oh this actually this will actually work oh [ __ ] Skillet bone uh we got we got Wolves okay the the uh this is not how I intended uh this to work but I’ll just I think I’ll just stick it here all right now we can stick a door on it you want Torches at least a few it’s like going to be like a a villager type of house I guess Actually this might look pretty good just like this alone without stripping have it like this we’ll have a nice little roof here place that not twice preferably okay now we bring it across back up we go perfect I love to see that love to see that and it’s snowing for

Me how kind there’s our nice little base Let’s uh let’s put our glass panes in boom there we go okay that’s actually a pretty nice base I actually I actually like that for a nice little quick base okay let’s get out of here oh perfect we can get some food here we can

Get some food here we’ll make a we’ll make a TW story base sort of we’ll make one because I kind of want to have like a balcony small one to start it off so we’ll put one here like four three not there there now we can build it

Up there I’ll make that and then back here will be you know what we won’t have a window for that and then here we’ll have a double then here we can put a door and honestly why not it actually kind of works all right I think we’re going to do the same

Thing I think I’m going to grab a bunch of Oak we’re going to add a bunch of L oak logs as the floor same as the spruce one all right on two there we go that actually doesn’t look too bad we’ll add the crafting table uh we’ll add craft or

Furnace am I making that yeah that’s that’s right that’s right ow forgot about that here we go we’ll just uh we’ll just make a nice simple little roof design I’ll probably use this roof like many times unless I want to make a more creative roof there we go that’s our Oak Forest

Complete maybe we can find the Birch Forest that’ll be uh that’ll be a little better perhaps oh there’s a village perfect let’s go to that perfect yeah I was I think I said that uh earlier you might not have been in the Stream or uh listening or something

But yeah it said that it reminds me of my uh my old old series that I had oh boy oh boy a notcha Apple I love the N Chaple all right we actually have like gold armor right now [ __ ] blast protection it’s going to probably break like really fast But I’ll do this and I think I’m going to add some la here add a little bit of depth kind of all right and then three what is this yeah we’ll make it I’m probably going to try and make most of my bases pretty symmetrical so let’s put some logs on this

Side okay we’re going to need a lot more we’re going to need a lot more Cobble um yeah okay then I’ll grab a oh actually I was going to grab ladders but I think I’m going to make a staircase make Spruce staircase I want the window

Here uh now this one I think I’m going to make it we’ll make it oak logs and Whatnot go one Higher here this one I’m kind of kind of stumped on Here okay that works oh this is actually pretty high up wow okay we can just build it up here and now we build Z wall and now we got to got to actually smell that cuz we definitely need stuff up here I don’t want it to look super flat that’s uh that’s

Boring I could put it like this again that could work actually just to make it flat there okay so now I think oh we’re almost done there and okay this is a very interesting thing maybe we just put a 2 by two that’ll work I think that’ll work

We’ll put it on the other side too okay H yeah we’ll put it right there let’s put some random stuff that we don’t actually need it could be worse but we’re going to oh actually you know what it looks a little weird here I think so let me close it

Up okay that that kind of cleans it up a little better but yeah there there’s our there’s our ples biome got the river I didn’t count the river as a separate biome cuz it didn’t really seem like uh it wasn’t really worth it but at some

Point I will have to do the the ocean biome oh this is a birch Forest oh this is I I counted this as a separate thing as a separate biome to a regular Forest we’ll make it a very small one yeah I agree Birch sucks so I’m I’m

Going to strip it it looks it looks better stripped but it it doesn’t look good let’s be let’s be real that was actually Clean oh that sound is actually really nice we’re not going to talk about the sound we’re going to we’re going to talk purely uh Birch actually maybe we don’t want to talk Birch cuz Birch sucks but we’re going to we’re going to make this very simple house like I said

I think that’s I think that’s it for the Birch the Birch little Hut it’s super ugly but we had to uh we had to do it for the for the challenge all right where shall we build our base this actually might be a really nice place to be honest but it it’ll

Work we can just make it we can just kind of like wall it off we don’t have to make a big structure or anything uh we’re going to we’re going to just let you blow up thank you that gets rid of a lot of snow that’s pretty

Useful we’re going to block off to start over here there we go start it here and we’ll just go along the natural line Here and then build it along here that should work probably uh where do we want it where do we want it we’ll put it here so I see that’s a good spot and then here we can just place that down and then I think to make it a little bit more cost effective

Uh we’re going to make a bunch of slabs uh we can add a where do we want the where do we want a window I kind of want a window but maybe we’ll put it on the other side instead this is just a general line probably adjust it a little bit here and

There nice BL there and we’re out of regular Spruce that’s wondrous do That this will be kind of like a little walkway I guess move this and have it like that that should work let me check how many torches I only got a couple we’ll just light up this and we should be able to make a furnace there we

Go put the furnace in the corner here it’s uh it’s pretty nice place all right now I can mark off my Mountain oh Savannah finally yes finally have a different biome holy [ __ ] we got like cite up here that’s so dope hold up we’re going to make this

The floor we’re going to make the acacia a little special something special because I don’t I don’t use uh I don’t go into Acacia very often yeah this is this is good this is good okay so I’m going to dig this terrain out we want a big bigger

Entrance we want a decent sized entrance but we also want it to I also want it to look a little more natural I kind of want it to look built into the ground and you know I want I want it to look good too we’ll add yeah we’ll add a Cas up

Here uh no no no no extend this we’ll extend this 1 two three two three that’s a good size then we can grab we’re going to have cobblestone in this because it’s I want to be a kind of Cobble like b um build we’ll add this along the top here this will be Nice go this way I think this is a good spot more Acacia and then we’ll put it along here this will be kind of like supports uh in like a M shaft kind of and then in the corners here I think we’ll put some ACAA as well add it in these Corners

Too yeah I think that’ll work uh and then for the floor maybe maybe in maybe I can make it polished di right oh that’s right we were going to put the calite here looks kind of goofy but it actually kind of works too um okay now let’s transport this stuff

In we can put our things here and then actually I think we are done with our things here we can just put torches there boom now we’re done our Acacia now we’re done our Acacia biome so now we can move on to whatever our

Next biome thing is oh is that a Jung oh that’s a jungle oh that’s a jungle let’s go we’re going to make a treehouse that is the most like basic jungle thing ever but honestly I don’t even care cuz cuz I like building the tree houses in the jungles it’s what I

Always do so might as well continue that Trend oh is this a desert oh my God we found a desert too oh that’s perfect and a Mesa biome we just found three like really close to each other this is actually like perfect we’ll try oh God

These are like tough to tell I think we’ll try this one over here set it up around here and up here we can add some more slabs and that’ll be like our first kind of platform here once we get up we can grab it around up there perhaps and then

We’ll just make this the next platform there we go all right so now we kind of have like a staircase up sort of but it’s going to be bu a bunch of platforms let’s start to craft our trap doors so that kind of like blocks us off

So we don’t have to worry as much as falling off let’s uh do this one more time here we go now we don’t have to worry even more perfect kind of like a privacy wall if you will and then we can just put whole bunch of fences here here think

We’re going to have more trap doors so now when we walk up here got safety safety safety safety it’s all safe we need a few more and then that’s safe all right I think this Base is almost done I just need to add add the furnace right

Here that’ll work better all right now we can mark off our our jungle I think what I’m going to do is just grab a bunch of sandstone we’re going to try and build mini desert temple maybe I that that would be fun I think this is a good spot okay let’s grab This does that work I think that works I think that’s good I think we’re good we just make a little bit here and then along here want it to be pretty Symmetrical but I don’t want it to be like super big that is off by one block there we go that’s the start of our mini Temple and then we can just start building up oh this is actually I mean I said mini Temple but this is pretty big

I think we should shorten it it looks a little better I think that’s just one more layer up before we close it off uh do this and then I think that’s it that actually doesn’t look too bad honestly I actually really like this I think uh we’re going to do we’re

Going to we’re going to place a chest in here it’ll be like treasure all right now in here I’mma place this and then we’re going to put some Sandstone everywhere and then we’re going to also Place some orange terracotta there we go and now we got now we got our our

Base done our little mini Temple pretty nice looking I’m not going to lie a little goofy but it’s kind of like it’s like a baby little it’s a little baby Temple we’ll put it up here I think I think yeah yeah we’ll mine into here there we go we make

A artificial Little M shaft some of those smooth stone blocks do I still have it no it’s in my chest um there’s like Smooth Stone I stole from a village like really early on uh last night when I was streaming and uh I kept it just to

To have armor stands so maybe I can add a couple armor stands of guys mining that’ll be cool we’ll have a guy mining here uh there so he’s mining there then we could have uh one of the guys placing a torch perhaps and then we’ll have we’ll have with the leather boots

And then the last guy will be maybe mining just Here this way and where’s the wooden there’s the wood there we go now now we got some some minor guys here put the crafting table there and the furnace there that’s kind of like our Central Point here and then all these guys are mining or in the M shaft at

Least so I think that’s I think that’s our I think that’s our base here oh it is cool but like how do we what what do we build here I think I built it in my Series where I built a starter base in every biome but I don’t

Remember I think it was I think I just built like a little pod like a wooden pod and then we’re going to oh if I had chains I don’t really want to waste my iron that’s the only thing maybe we can just make like a a small chain here that just attaches

To the top of the Pod and then maybe we could we could just make like a a big ladder maybe there we Go crafting table up here now our pod is almost done we just need first off our Tru door and then uh last thing we need is we need to grab one of those flower things that go on the ceiling there it is I don’t I don’t

Remember if we need silk touch if we do then that sucks we don’t let’s go that is a little little nice actually this is a lava pool I am not very good at the uh speedrun thing to make the Portal a flint and steel I can just turn fire spreads on which I haven’t had on do we maybe do this and then put the lava here oh there we go that worked all right let’s get in we’re in Crimson that’s that’s not the worst that’s not the

Worst I’ll be honest that that it could be worse and honestly this is probably the best option I’m just going to make a very simple little Base okay let’s go here instead of Windows we’re going to put like shroom light I probably make the exact same design of a house um for the Warped Forest but with the Warped logs and whatnot honestly I’m not sure how many I need but I’ll use this to gauge how many

I’ll need for the other other One having this on the top would actually be nice you think it would look good stripped I haven’t actually seen the stripped version in a while oh yeah this will work that works well Actually there we go I think I think that’s that’s our Crimson our Crimson house done and now we can move on to the Warped Forest which is going to be the pretty much the exact same thing this is a lot safer of a location definitely glad that we spawned

To where we did uh in the nether can get a couple without any problems from piglins or anything and there we go there’s our warped Forest Base it’s pretty similar to the uh Crimson one that’s just over there somewhere can I do Return to Sender oh okay yeah we’re going to just Escape here gas are annoying without a bow dig in I want to make I want to dig in to this little Hill here to make the nether

Waste house honestly like the nether waste is like super boring so we got to like spice it up a little with our Cobblestone okay that works I guess there we go got to make this a little bigger then we can place our crafting table in we can make our furnace and

There we go that’s our base it’s not too bad considering it’s the nether waste there’s not really much going for it that’s that’s a nicer floor that actually kind of adds a little bit of color pop to it so yeah I think I think that’s all we really need for the

That one all right let’s get out of here I was really hoping for a quick nether Journey a fairly quick nether Journey when I first went in the nether but it’s turned out to not be very quick that’s okay where no no we on nothing no come on where

Is anything I’ll even take the Bal deltas just to get it over with you know that’s probably my least favorite biome of all time it’s got It’s actual hell like more hell than regular nether because it’s got all magma cubes it’s not even like the lava and the the magma blocks or

Anything that’s that bad it’s it’s literally just the magma cubes oh well speaking of BT us here they are we you know what should we just like build up here I think this is probably the best spot to build is up on this little platform cuz like this still

Counts as part of the basal Deltas all right right we’re here and it’s very small so that’s uh kind of unfortunate U you know what when me get out of uh blackone here and we’re at two stacks of Blackstone that’s all I’m going to take for Blackstone could try and

Get down there that’s pretty flat okay well this is a nice flat piece of land got some some good real estate here so we’ll go up three and then yeah so then it can be on stilts and then we can build a small staircase up maybe two three we need some

More uh how do we do this that should work yes sir that’s a nice little staircase up to our our base here okay one two three one two three okay that’ll be a good floor there bricks that’s the basic like wall and whatnot room right you want protection all the

Time and now we can build a small roof there we go that should be our thing done I think I’m going to put a shroom light here actually there basically that work I think we should put more Basalt though just like rise it all the way up there there we

Go and that should be our balt Delta’s house done got our uh our slanted little roof there and then we go inside with our warp door we got the requirements small little cozy house to protect from the uh the harsh harsh environment of the basalt Deltas oh

[ __ ] that was a CR but we take it we take it buy is useful oh yeah it is the Fortress damn we got like all that we need very close to us now that’s awesome God just constantly on top of me so I’m going to place my crafting table down CL

My furnace those are the those are basically the only two like main requirements of it and O that that looks good that looks good we’re going to have that ow God damn Gs are on top of me right now this is not good there we go that’s our little

Doorway now we got to figure out the roof here you know what we’re going to we’re going to save time we’re going to save cost we’re going to cut the cost here and we’re we’re going to kind of cheap out let’s clear the dirt out of

Way through the Overworld then I got like a hope I got the hope of an ocean cuz it’s uh I don’t see anything through my river and then it’s like oh know it just goes to more River oh this might be ocean I’m going to I think this is ocean

Enough yeah this is this is ocean enough just go out here go to some kelp that’s like pretty high up like this you’re very high up so we’re going to stick you there and then we’re going to make a pirate ship boat this will be the front of the boat place

Stairs along here go up a few Blocks there we go that’ll be our like decorative piece I don’t remember what it’s called that’s on the front I think I’m going to do a little step up and then it’ll have the Captain’s Quarters we can go up into this which will be a little Doorway here the little Captain’s Quarters and we’re going to have some stairs going up here and this will be where it’s being steered there we go so we can go up here here and then this will have the steering place we need to take punch this out

There we go that’s our captain quarter Captain’s Quarters not Captain Quarters Captain’s Quarters what’s a circular object we’ll put leather that’s our steering wheel a piece of leather I do need to make the big old thing in the middle here we’re going to make it out of this all Right that might have made I might have made that too tall no that’s that’s a good height that’s a good height let’s go here There we go now if we needed to set sail here we could uh put a sail on there but we don’t have much wool okay we’re almost we’re pretty much there I’m going to definitely have to put some finishing touches on this this front here it’s uh it’s a little rough at the

Giant forest I’m going to still conserve wood I’m going to put wood here I’ve decided might have grabbed a bit too much but and then we can we can add our our little storage down there there we go now we have our secret storage all right that’s that’s that’s

Actually pretty nice I might not put anything under here ooh a farm under would actually be nice I think that’s what I did before when I made something like this I might do that actually yes it is okay that’s excellent news we add the bucket of water

Here and then we take these guys out and then I think I’m going to uh yeah I can just add some fence gates oh but I’ve now trapped myself use my golden hoe six there we go there’s our little farm ah there we go there’s our

Spruce or Spruce uh or not Spruce Tiger Tiger base is done oh I get the trident oh my God diamonds yeah baby it was one Diamond that’s great went mining we got a bunch of iron we got our Diamond our one Diamond ooh we got

A tropical fish but a we got a m shaft Diamond there we go axotal here they are we got little babies oh my God okay we’re making we’re making a bucket immediately there’s four I want this one and I want I want the pink one oh my God we got two whole

Axelos we got the what the Lucys is that like that must be the color it must be what the pink color is but then we also got a baby Canan one all right now we’ll go on our way and find the end this way I didn’t even no oh my God

Yeah it was literally like off by a couple blocks and I got oh my God I was off by like like two blocks Yippe no more ooh and it has one in it and I have 11 exactly 11 so I got the perfect amount well we might as well make our Diamond chest plate our smithing table place that all right we can we can get this let’s see what that’s like oh that’s pretty nice I want to see what the iron is that’s not that great actually we’ll go for

That can I put coal in this I can’t that sucks um maybe I can try and find other things well we’ll put the Redstone on here that actually looks really nice and then I think on my boots let me check helmet I don’t really like helmet put it on boots then this is

Egg let’s let’s do this and then yeah I think I’m just going to do like a kind of small simpler kind of thing we’re going to put it we’re going to put it right here on this iron bar this is is um a Lamp probably there we go why is that not working there for a second I know that’s our that’s our dragon egg it’s going to stay here in the in the end where where it belongs Okay there we go let’s add this we got a whole lot of like depth here oh I actually kind of like this it’s kind of round but I like it hold up put this there we go I actually kind of like this I’m not going

To lie now we can move on to the end Islands Put here we go an ender pearl oops Boom Oh my God that’s great news why did it put it put me right on the edge we got a small one here that might be good to just have this kind of smaller thing if I can kill off a couple of these shulkers then I can use them for a

Shulker Bo the two shulker boxes and then I’ll just mine a [ __ ] ton of the perer yeah there we go we should be good on that and then we’re going to need a lot more more purple just regular old purple purple I think I want to build it closer

To the portal thing to get back this is probably a good spot three let’s grab our crafting there we go okay should be good we can make our shulker boxes actually you know what I’m I think I’m only going to have one that’s going to pretend to be an actual

Shocker and then I’m going to take an actual shulker box because I’m basically a nomad so I need I need to have the shulker come on here we go you can probably do something like this and then yeah like that have an interesting little design there all right there we

Go that’s our end Islands complete yeah we’re not fighting you end let’s go it pays off the ice pays off ice spikes let’s go this is like one of the rarest [ __ ] biomes we’re going to need a ladder huge ladder all Right uh oh wow okay we’re quite high up then there we go okay we’re at we’re at our distance that we want this is going to be a little Watchtower and it’s going to be cool No furnace crafting table uh let’s actually mine this stuff Out yeah that looks that actually kind of looks nice I’m not going to lie I’m going to take it cautiously I say that as I spam and it’s okay I’m going to hold on to it there we go now we can watch out on our beautiful landscape it’s actually kind of like in

Inconspicuous but it it’s nice all right we’re going to indoctrinate someone into the phography uh job all right who wants to be indoctrinated oh you even trapped yourself there that’s perfect we’re going to put it in the water indoctrination indoctrination there’s green Sparkles why didn’t you take it there he is Mr fancy

Monacle there’s a door yeah there’s a door did you know that okay I am going to Paper we have a decent amount there yeah we’re going to need we’re going to need a little bit more all right there we go so we started on our cartography Journey uh the glass is to trade with the Villager where the Cartographer trades uh a map that guides me to uh

What’s it called um The Mansion the wooden mansion and I need that biome for uh one of our build our last biomes okay we’re going to need actually we might need another of these trades there’s redstone excellent right sir oh that’s right I need one more um Emerald all right we got It uh okay I must be lagging or something oh there we go okay must looks like it might be pretty far are cherry grows like really rare cuz I feel like I I found them pretty easily in my uh actually it’s kind of ly

My let’s play it was a bit tough to find it I think it kind of just depends on the world I guess oh speak of the [ __ ] devil there’s a cherry growth do I just got to keep saying that like huh I thought swamps were a lot uh

Less rare as I like stroll down I’ll just like come across one I think I’m going to build mine over there in the middle of that so we can cut down some of these trees I also really like these flowers little raised flowers they’re very nice little decoration up here it’s

Like is this enough in the CH it’s not really the cherry blossom biome the cherry blossoms are like right there and this is like the pur perfect spot for it get like a smaller kind of version of it that looks really nice holy [ __ ] should it be like a an open no I

Don’t know uh is this going to I think this will be good yeah I think that’s a a little goofy we need to raise this up this this needs to be like raised up that looks much better right I think I think that’s all we really need

For this this looks pretty nice actually you know what oh actually I’m going to grab some trap doors there we go now we got our our nice little uh base here it’s this actually is is really Temple like it’s like on top of a hill overlooking the land this looks very

Nice swamp hold up let me swamp let’s go I’m going to make a a sort of like witch hut style thing here huh and we’re almost done this here I think I’m going to just use slabs cuz I kind of made an excess amount excess excess excess good amount of window window

Edge there we go that works we’ll do that that’s good we could technically make it under there place it here and there we go we got our our swamp base done get the raised little house we got a nice little step up here and then you know we get into the nice small

Fast CH oh we’re getting there wait we’re almost there I was right about it it’s literally 15,000 this has been a super ad Venture just to get to this one spot oh my God now we got to find a spot to build what do we like how do we build in this luscious

Uh dark oak forest maybe I put something here in the trees building on trees are a is a little annoying but I can deal with it should I make this like a multi room maybe yeah we’ll make it like two rooms here there we go so we got this long

Before we get into any more of the biomes uh we got to go into this I want to get a totem oh well there ah don’t want you to spawn the vexus oh should we just book it out we have one totem I don’t really need any more I

Uh bit of a bridge perhaps we make a ladder it goes up this we put a little floor and then we make a door here a bridge that goes over there and then there’s a little bit more up there that’s perfect we made our ladders we added our platform up here

All right and then let’s start making our Bridge thing over there there there we go that’s a nice little very skinny Bridge so we should probably make some more and make it a little wider H how am I going to make it though we’re going to make this the furnace the furnace

Room wait is this going to be enough this might not be enough stairs for see it might be I think it is actually there we go regular at least this part and then that we can make a slab and there we go I think that’s all

We’ll need for our thing we that’s our mushroom done we got our tall super tall red mushroom that we climb up the ladder to then we bridge over to our super tall brown mushroom that has our uh what’s it called Cherry Grove the Cherry Grove wood structure

Rure I like that we’re going to head this way because this is the same direction that we came and then found the Mushroom Island so hopefully we can find [Applause] it in this general direction just start mining down here 50 that’s where I want to be

Right here we are I decided to get out of the mine and travel a little bit uh we’re going to we’re going to start mining back down to our our level Oh wait we’re here we’re at uh the level oh whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa wait we actually found deep dark hold

Up this isn’t much wait we found a little pocket oh my God wait never [ __ ] mind we found the ancient city boys wait what we could do is just make sure there’s no shers or anything that is in like the direct area enough to where it’ll make any noise and then we

Just start like mining or building stuff I think we’ll we’ll plop it here a nice little almost Outpost in the deep dark let’s just make a nice interesting little roof here I’ll try and make it interesting at least I think what I’m going to just do is make

Them as like supports sort of and then I can put slabs as the roof with this little cross shape and that we’ll add one to the top here that’s actually not the last one last block there I uh might be stupid the last blocks placed on the
