Winter House Build in Snowy Biome! + World Download

We’ve crossed the ocean to the desert we’ve conquered a cave now it’s time to go to the frozen ocean because we are going to build a cabin in the snow don’t you go anywhere Good morning good afternoon good evening and good night and welcome to another episode from me and that’s in my walk about world series walk about world is about when i build one epic build every single episode and then download the entire world with everything in it

Playlist go and have a look at this it is entirely mental episode 13 however is a bit of a walk away strange that with it being a walkabout world episode 13 it looks like it’s doubling back towards episode 11 which is quite interesting around this oasis and down back towards the sea

I wonder what’s down there And here we are not an awful lot here yet which is unsurprising because we haven’t built it but this is gonna be a bit of a snowy wasteland a tundra esque style because i’m gonna be building something that about a bazillion people have asked for it’s gonna be a winter

House a house that you could build not a little cabin but a slightly larger house that you could build within the snowy tundra so this is actually going to be quite interesting because it’s not an area that i’m really used to building in so it could be quite a challenge a bit like

The desert one was but that came out all right so let’s have a crack at this shall we first off i think i need to expand out the snow just a weeny bit we don’t need as much space as we need with the desert base because this build is going to be a

Little bit smaller but i do want to give myself a little bit of room to breathe so we’ve created ourselves a space that looks a little bit like this we’ve got nice enclosure a gap at the end for us to be able to go out to episode 14

But pretty much an open flat white snowy space it won’t remain completely flat we will put a little bit of detail into it the inventory we’ve got looks a little bit like this so this is the kind of palette that we’re going for quite dark sprucy i think it’s going to

Be quite strong with a bit of stone this isn’t going to be a cabin but it is going to be a decent size and then a load of decoration blocks let’s crack on with the build should we so we’ll start as we normally do when we’re doing a freestyle build and that

Is by putting in a few dots on the ground to know exactly where it is we’re going i’m going to go for seven by seven squares on this one i think so it’s one two three four five six and seven and this is going to be a better size if

It was a cabin i’d go five but because it’s a larger house i’m gonna go six not a mansion one two three four five but a decent sized house so as we’ve got a little bit to play with i’m going to crack on get these dots in

The ground so we’ve got our template it’s a relatively simple build we’ve got a few small bits jutting out with a five by five square off the back of the seven seven at the left the right and the bottom not at the top and then we’ve got

An arrangement of logs all around the middle let’s crack on with the build Ah So So We’ve got most of the basic structure on this house now the footprint is complete it still needs a little bit of work on the outside and obviously we need to landscape it up inside however is looking a little bit sparse let’s just spin around and have a look

Inside and see how it looks so we come inside you can see we’ve got quite a decent amount of space the way the roofs lean up sometimes look a little bit quirky and the second level is definitely going to have to come in across here and the steps are going to go in

Just up that wall which is why i’ve not put a um a window in that one so we can go up steps up to the second level there which will then come across the top now i think i think we’ve got plenty of space but not entirely sure

How we’re gonna fill it we’ve got obviously the two entrances there i think i need to separate out some of the rooms because we’ve got this differentiation here of the two types of walls and in here this is where we’ve got our fireplace which i think

I’m going to pop out and do as a as a corner plot i think for the fireplace like that that might work quite nicely if i get rid of that pop that up and around and then we can make something quite pretty there i’ve got some thoughts let’s do it right

So outside again i just want to come back outside again and just have a look and see what else we need to do here now because it’s a frozen wasteland we’re not going to be overly bushing this because bushes don’t really last that long if you come

Into the snowy tundra it’s not really what they like but i need to put a little bit of green in just to break up the eye because that is a lot of oak a lot of wood and it needs something extra so time to crack on do Now this one was a lot of fun but i do believe i have finished it is a really nice large cottage in the frozen woods and i think we’re going to have just a quick look around it now coming up the path running around to the pumpkin and melon patch with a little

Bit of farming because you’ve got to eat there’s not a lot of places around here to eat although you could punch a hole in there and try and get some fish around the top here we’ve just got lots of textured up snow because snow doesn’t really lay in blocks of one

Meter cubes does it and it’s all textured around the sides as well we’ve not gone too far around the back because it’s the front that we’re really really interested in i’ve brought in some spruce trees i kind of associate them with the tundra and a winter cabin so it kind of makes

Sense to do that and inside which you’ve seen mostly already we’ve got a relatively nice looking place it is fairly spa so if you wanted to come in and have a go at it and make it look like your own you certainly will be able to do that

You’ve got your bedroom around there and then when you come through you can sit out on your balcony looking out at the exit towards episode 14. this whole world is now available to download for you the link is in the description below it’s absolutely free
