We we really really sped through the game there um and so with all that there was like you know we just couldn’t cut anything because we were so fast and there’s just had to get through all the footage no we had to cut so much with eight eight perspectives okay so and

Then M swamp died after his footage was like 9 minutes so that was easy to incorporate and then Joel died like an hour in and then everybody else survived until the Ender Dragon pretty much so we had like six uh six pieces of footage that were 2our plus long and

Then me having to come back in and do all the voiceovers to like make the narration process go smoothly it was it was a big one it was a big one Lulu Goblin thank you so much for the 10 months happy to be here since all

To go and rewatch and I was there for the recording process and I was like this is fantastic just hanging watching all my friends try to do this whole thing again it’s cool huh sad that MOG died so fast I was looking forward to getting to know him a little yeah

Hungry and it is uh stuck in my throat but uh yeah so we last stream ended off on Wednesday with getting we had did we did this the previous stream and then we connected all of this over here to kind of seal this whole Corner in so everything from the end of

The mountain range there back to here is completed and one thing I’ve been thinking while going through it all is I was looking at it this morning hey Looney how you doing thank you I appreciate it yeah the Mountain’s been super fun to build but I I’ve

Realized when we’ve been going along the we’ve been losing a little bit of the element that made this mountain peak so cool of all of the rock faces working up together we’ve we transitioned more into you can see it over here where it’s more just overhanging Cliff coming forwards

Which is fine as we’re merging back down into the vanilla train and this this is just kind of going up but when I had originally done the mountain it was a lot of big bold geometric shapes and then having those big geometric shapes and really cutting back into them to

Create these like crevices for things to fall through or stuff like that where it kind of just forced itself back a block or two so today I want to try and focus on really building out the stone sections and really getting a lot of those parts established and the mountain was less

About these inner crevices here we still have some of them but most of the mountain building that we were doing was really about bringing it out instead of focusing on like where it’s going back in we had these larger Rocks coming out and where they would naturally end off

Is kind of where that would happen basically the idea that I had originally was piling up rocks on top of rocks and seeing where it would go so I want to try and get back to that a little bit in what we’re working on today and my wow

My chose a bad snack to eat before stream apparently uh if you have not my friend please be sure to leave a like on the stream it helps me out a ton and I very much do appreciate it uh let’s just grab a ton of stone to get ourselves

Haven’t been following this I we’ve been working on this for a long time that mountain the front was built probably four or five months ago and the back here we’ve been working on on streams and all we have is from there to there and then everything else is everything else is

Finished uh so we we started off and we did all of these Rock shapes over here which I think kind of fit the vibe I’m going for I think they’re going to need a lot of molding as we come back in and add the texturing but so everything not textured

Is all brand new for those who are kind of jumping in so from there we connected back to this mountain cuz this connection through here didn’t exist we covered all of this and then the point we’re at now is bringing all of these things around and this needs to stay as

A big massive Rock because it has nether tree farm on the inside of it and so we’re kind of confined by not touching the Redstone right there and then also giving room for the nether trees to grow up on top uh because I want that to keep

Running but yeah so that’s the plan today we’re going to see what we can do on getting a lot of these big rock faces in and hopefully just have a good time I really just want to spend time working on it uh and see where it lands from

There so I think First Step here is we can bring ourselves a little bit of the dirt coming out this way and then in here I want to we’re actually going to take that back back a little bit and my goal is to kind of start lining out a few shapes that we

Can use for like the outline of some rocks and then see where if we want to like thicken them up you know and then see where it’s going to go from there so this is where your true 100% real legitimate mountain building tutorial is going to come into play uh just follow

Building with a story I I I don’t know building with a story is just the way to keep having new build ideas that’s honestly that’s honestly the the secret to what like what makes it successful in any way of doing Minecraft building whatever the world might be is uh just literally

Building with a purpose and a really easy way to find that purpose is to have just a a story some something along those lines I I love it’s great makes a lot more fun okay uh let’s go here and then I want to bring this out a

Touch and then this is going to kind of loop itself back in here so this is the very important step of your 100% real legitimate tutorial today everybody of we’re going to be taking all of of this and then probably up here we’ll just bring in some dirt

Thing that I I I can’t remember how spread out your season one world was but I know a big thing for me is I keep being like oo this place to build like 3,000 blocks that way oh man it would be perfect for this that’ be so cool and

Then I have the thought of oh the only way I’m going to ever travel there is if I go through the nether I can’t remember if you had a really spread out world like that or not in season 1 uh in for your season one but man every single

Time I’m like oo I could build here this would be so cool then I’m like my my limit that I will go away from anything I’m building is it will be at most 1,000 blocks and two yeah yeah two is I know I can terraform and build something I want to

Build on top of like a mountain range like this and is one I have to be willing to build a road there before I actually build there that’s that’s one of the rules I have and then two I have to um oh that turned out really weird with that let’s do a little

Sure yeah so one I have to be willing to build a road there and two I have to be willing to commute to it it’s my work commute getting to my Minecraft build I’m working on um I’d be willing to do that on horse and do it often th those

Are my two rules I have before I pick a build location it has to be able to meet those two requirements uh and then if it meets them then it then it’s a go like the desert where I have right now with Pap like new Papyrus that is pretty much

At the limit of where I’m willing to travel on like a consistent basis by horseback and that’s even like that’s like a 2 or 3 minute trip I realized I took my fastest horse over there and so I need to bring it back and we need to

Keep breeding new horses so I think that’s going to be a stream project soon or I need to find a time to do that um because I took I took my fastest horse because I was like hell hell yeah we’re going to take the really quick course

And I can get back and forth really really fast granted I have some other ones that are really close to maxed out on the speed level but I’m like oh I probably shouldn’t have done that because if something happens to him I can’t breed another one right now so I

Need to I need to bring him back he’s got to come home we need to get more I still want to I I know uh Etho has been working on it for a while but I want I would love to try and get the fastest mule that sounds

So fun cuz you can just attach a chest to it I do wish there was more colors for mules then right now you kind of just have the one right this is a spooky song we’re not doing that yeah we’ll go back to exciting rock music

Yeah okay so we’re going to kind of bean shapify this out here and then let’s bring you out Here that’ll work actually I guess I got to bring this up a little bit more to meet up with this dirt line I guess this dirt could come Down and probably we can have the dirt like rush back over there so we can give ourselves a cool little ledge or something and loop this dirt coming back around I don’t know I don’t know we just vibing cuz that can kind of turn this

Into a little bit more of a bluff oh that’s really steep there we’ll make that work we can figure this one out this is our block by block tutorial remember we we this is already all very pre-planned remember if you don’t plan every single step of the mountain you’re

Building it’s not even not even worth continuing you got to make sure every block is perfectly placed like all of these every single block we’ve placed here absolutely perfect definitely will not change a single one ignore those we didn’t change those that actually was a misplace from the

Beginning that was not with the plan it’s been a while since I watched flip Chloe welcome back okay I think I like that ignoring the giant pole that’s right in there but you know we we’re getting there we’ll get there we’ll get there that’s that’s what’s

Just with better Graphics like no contest S6 yeah dude I have I have like 600 hours in S6 if not more SI 5 I have well over a thousand hours in I love I used to play that game so much in high school slime Rancher that one I’ve never checked out

Skyrim yeah I got like 4 500 hours in Skyrim I want something chill I want something that I’m not going to get invested in for a really for like a super long time because I know come November 30th I’m going to be playing the new WoW classic patch that’s coming out like I’m

Very excited about that so like I don’t want to get like a game that I’m super invested in but I tried checking out wild Hearts that’s like a monster hunter Vibe of a game and it was it did not play well the it might be one of those

Where if you’re like a fan you’re a big fan like I could see that but it was just not fluid I the combat was so clunky uh and that is one thing that I just I can’t I can’t if the combat like you press a button and your character’s

Like sword slashing that way you know like attacking this way and then you can’t like mid Dodge and turn your direction I just don’t like it I just it feels very old feel in a lot of I was getting a lot of those vibes when I was

Trying to play Wild Heart and then the game just didn’t run well on a PC I was it’s like how is this how am I getting 40 FPS in a video game with my computer I and the graphics aren’t even that great like if the graphics were

Like R tracing quality Graphics sure I can see getting bad FPS but man that thing was rough have you played Monster Hunter oh you play Monster no I’ve never played it but I wanted to I just never have picked it up it’s one of those that’s like been on

Really love that how that castle turned out I’m definitely in like I Want to Build Another Castle Zone uh so I I I don’t know if it’s going to be a December build or what but I I’m definitely in wanting to build castle mode and I saw this really really cool

Diorite Castle recently and oh I’m I’m that’s kind of where I’m leaning right now I’m really leaning on diorite Castle mostly because I think a lot of the build palette that I’ve been working on in the last while has all been really warm color

Based like a lot of bricks a lot of mud brick a lot of granite and so I’m I’m interested very interested in seeing what I can do with kind of where current build styles are of doing like a really cool diorite calite some some maybe Blackstone in there just almost like a

Very mono like monochromatic is that the right word like Black and White Castle like I think that could be really fun to try and do for a bit okay so what we’re going to do here is just make a Little Rock so we can force this terrain to be

Up farther and we can have some dirt behind here maybe connecting up to there um so I’m thinking about doing that uh we’ll see though we’ll see I’ve been really I’ve been really enjoying a lot of the uh different builds I’ve been able to do

Recently but I think a lot of them and I’ve seen a few comments on it of people saying you’re kind of building in the same build pallet I’m like yeah that’s true because I’m working in the same region so I’m thinking for that I’m also thinking a lot of people have been

Wanting me to redo the the Pillager Outpost over there as like a Pillager Fort so I think that could be kind of fun to build like a cool Fortress and I’m thinking like wooden Palisade walls and that type of vibe for it could be really cool so we’ll see where it goes

Evergreen and what that means is all of the content that I’m recording is stuff that you can watch any time of the year so I tend to not do too many things that are like today we’re doing a Christmas build or today we’re doing a spring build or or something along those lines

He made his he made his money he got all his views and everything early Minecraft YouTube times and all that stuff and he really got just crazy growth on his channel and he doesn’t like if that guy manage manages his money well he never needs to worry about

Like he’s good on retirement for sure uh and so he would be a YouTuber retirement mode where like you don’t need to worry about how many views you’re bringing in or anything like that again like you’re just making content because you love to make content and for the way he enjoys

It right now is streaming and just kind of interacting with his community so I that that’s kind of what I consider YouTuber retirement you know that sweet spot where you’re just kind of making content because you’re like well I got this is what I enjoy doing so let’s let’s keep at it but

To really get there and establish yourself like you have to that is difficult to do uh and that all happens when you’re starting your channel especially for the fact that a lot of times when you’re starting your channel like you’re not making any money like you’re putting in hundreds of hours

And you’re not making a single dollar I think it took me a year of uploading videos to make to get my first YouTube paycheck which happens when you earn $100 in AdSense I uploaded videos for an entire year before I made any money off of it and then I instantly put that $100

Right back in and I think I I think I bought myself a new microphone yeah I think I think my first thing I did was I bought myself a the a Yeti snowball not not snowball what I one of the Yeti microphones just so I could have slightly better

Audio I’m playing in my world with challenge without killing mobs but yesterday while building it my hit boox collided with a sheep and it fell and died how do you resolve this well obviously you murdered a helpless sheep and how could you you must now as penants build an entire Shrine to this

Give me any insurance or anything like that so until like my wife and I got married like I was paying out out of pocket for insurance and everything like that and so you have to like you have to be very smart with your money to be a YouTuber healthily cuz you’re going to

Be getting paychecks and you’re like wow look at all this this is great this is fantastic and then you have to mentally be like no this much this percentage of what I just got I have to set aside for taxes because uh government’s going to be com and asking for it

Eventually so you have to be you have to be pretty money smart to and you also have to really account for down months like YouTube in January I like last January I didn’t make as enough money to pay any of like the the mortgage or bills on the house or

Helps yeah feather falling great elytra great uh you can get a lot of good stuff done if you’re using like scaffolding but I find it to be a little cumbersome to work with just for the fact that you have to uh like crouching on it is kind of

Annoying so I don’t tend to use scaffolding all that much probably as I definitely don’t use it as much as I should or as much as like Minecraft I think intended for us to use it I very much I I’m still on team dirt like team dirt so much better than scaffolding

Like dirt is still the scaffolding block for me um so it really just kind of depends on where you what works best for you I’d say that’s that’s a really big tip is just figuring out how you can what you want to build and thinking about it before you get

Started or going fully on board with you know what if if I can get the shape in here like we’re doing at the mountain like that is number one priority if the shape of this looks great then that is totally fine with me and I’ll come back

And texture the rest like that is a skill to learn in itself on how to do that if you can figure out how to do that in a way where you’re okay kind of spending the time on doubling up on the build like this definitely takes more

Time but I think it gives a better result cuz I’m basically going to have to place all these blocks which God knows how many we placed on here um but not only do I have to do that and figure out that and then I and like go

Through the process of getting the shape but then after this I have to go through and texture and really bring everything that we’ve already done like I got to basically do it again with a different block but I find for me that gives a much better result and something I’m a

Lot happier with so I’m happy to do it I definitely don’t play this game to go fast like I find the minute I start going fast and channel my inner Sonic of getting build done as quick as possible that’s when I get a build I’m not happy with don’t like that

Recently and I think people have been enjoying it um it seems like it so I think slowing it down is a good way to go and really explaining your process in a short term like I’m I don’t I think if you were to put a Minecraft video out

They merge together and come all the way down and then we also have this one right over here coming all the way from the top of the mountain so I think I want one somewhere on the back I think to balance it out and bring that home

Here uh but I haven’t figured out where yet honestly L that channel right there where that’s coming down that we just created we’d have to redo the dirt at the base but that and then like coming down and snaking down this Valley kind of that could be really cool that could

Be fun so we could look into a doing something there or we have something more random like just like I don’t know we could have we have this whole open space here I’ve honestly thought of like one coming down here and going through this set C where the train

Is low cut that down a little bit further and bring it through the river to here so maybe that’s the vibe we go that that would probably be it will you open a server I have a supporter server but I will not be opening a public server make it big water big

Like that I do still at one point want to build like a massive Dam I think that could be really fun to try it’s like a massive Dam somewhere like if we fully build out a mountain range and then we have a big old

Mountain lake on it uh and we can have a a dam like holding back the lake that created it and that could be somewhere where a whole fantasy maybe like Mountain Dwarven civilization exists like that could be pretty fun to work on but who knows maybe some other fantasy race we

Going have build a giant Dam you add some ORS block or blocks into the wall of the Mountain uh to look like or blocks no but that being said I do use coal ore for texturing coal ore is such a good block for texturing because from close up it might look like coal

But from far away that just looks like a darker Stone and it is so good I love using coal Ora as a texture block like the duno one in wow oh jeez I was like oh we caught ourselves no we didn’t uh yeah the big old like lock modon

Uh thing out the dam they have out there that’s kind of where I’m envisioning it from my original plan in building with flip was to finish off the back of that mountain range and have a dam over there that led down into a lowered down terrain section because we’d surround it

All with mountains and then probably dig it down another 30 blocks and like below water level which would have been massive to do that for an entire biome but then do something very tropical like very tropical like all of this warm moisture gets trapped down there um little like UNG gr crater inspired

I’m tur it into like a big panda sanctuary we’re fine we’re fine professional Minecraft player over here we’re fine I’m on season three my reflexes are they’re good hi dog hi doggy R will you build a farm out of the mountain I’m thinking about filling it with a creeper Farm currently

Mostly because if we’re flying over the area that means it’ll still be working and then we’ll just feed the storage directly down into the gas Farm storage so that it all will just go to the same place I think that could work out really well and that would help with

A lot of the shortage of gunpowder I keep running into cuz I just don’t go to the nether that often granted I’ve been living in the nether recently um but I really don’t go to the nether that much unless it’s a quick trip somewhere else so my gas Farm doesn’t really do much

Unless I AFK at it and because I triy to not AFK in this world that much unless I literally have to AFK for a resource because that is the actual fastest way to get something uh I really try to not I’ve been doing I’ve been being a little bit more laxed

On that recently with some of the Farms I’ve been building but I really do try hard to not AFK too much in the world so I just I I’ve always had the idea that like the lower I can keep my day count the the cooler that is because I like

Afked for 600 of them at their creeper Farm so I limit my AFK sessions at most to an hour and if I don’t get all the materials I need within an hour then I need to find some other way to get them if there’s a way to get it

Um the only one I’ll allow myself to AFK at longer as the guardian [Applause] farm and at that I kind of limit it to two hours unless I need like a absurd amount of resources but I also don’t sleep during those times like I just put my character

In a box so the day count goes pretty slow I’m going watch any lives or videos recently waiting for time to binge them no worries get to them when you got time welcome on in Dave welcome on in I love the sound of blocks getting destroyed

Probably almost done uh but if you want to get a really cool screenshot to impress your friends with your build drop your fov to like 40 or 50 most of my thumbnails I take at 50 fov uh and it just makes the build look so much better oh it a lower

Fov uh can will make your builds look a lot like it’ll bring that so much more to the FL Forefront like right there in front of you I don’t you’re talking about there’s no floating trees here they’re very attached to the ground the ground’s just invisible I would never leave a f
