Building A Witch Farm | 12 | Minecraft Bedrock Infiniverse S3 (MCPE/Xbox/PS4/Switch/Windows10)

What’s going on everybody this is cap and welcome back to another episode in my minecraft infinitverse series so today what i want to do is i want to start the witch farm or build the witch from i should say but we’re going to need a couple things

We’re going to need some more drip stone we’re going to need uh i want to get a way to get up and down so we’re going to need some bamboo because i’d like to make some scaffolding so we’re going to look for drip stone we’re going to look for some uh a forest

A uh not a a jungle i’ve kind of been in that direction i’ve been in that direction and obviously i was over there when i went to the mushroom biome but i haven’t really been out here so we’re just gonna sail across the ocean

And uh and see how big it is now i did do this as a seed video which is why i chose this seed for this play through so i do know that in this direction it is a little bit changed though actually there’s supposed to be an island right here somewhere um

But there is a um there is another ocean monument i believe it should be right on the other side of that it’s been a while since i checked the seed okay we got the ice there which is good we have the witch hut which is right to in this direction right here

It’s literally just beyond the point where we can see we do need ice for the farm so that’s good and i only need four drips down so i have one i’m sure there’s probably a ton underneath me right now so we can get that on the way but there should be a

An ocean monument over there we already have one over in that direction too but yep there it is right there you can see it so that’s pretty cool this is not the island i was talking about this sounds a little different okay so we are coming up on uh another ice

Um kind of continent over here a little ice river and i do hope that a silk touch shovel will work because that’s all i got that silk touch so i’m not positive one i don’t think it’ll work on blue will it work i’m louis or packed ice i should say but i

Actually need this i need regular ice because i’m not sure if packed ice works with what i want i’ve never actually tried it oh that’s cool i’ll just freeze over right now oh hey hey guy don’t go all the way down how much ice do i have five that’s more

Than i need i only need four oh a little axolotl okay tube let me get that ice real quick too bad i don’t um i don’t have anything to take him in i guess my mine car i guess my boat but okay there’s a polar bear i’m

Definitely going to be doing something a polar bear if you guys have ever watched my um my let’s play series i always you know usually get a polar bear or two as a pet put them in some kind of uh enclosure my first infinite infiniteverse series

Actually was really funny i made a polar bear commercial like to save the polar bears i actually thought it was you know pretty pretty funny and didn’t really get a lot of views probably because it’s just the polar bear but um i think if you actually watch

That i think you’d enjoy it it’s a pretty in my opinion it’s pretty funny okay let’s oh does that mean there’s a lush cave underneath there’s one here there’s one here and there’s one over there and there’s a popped why is this why is this popped why is this here that’s totally random

Okay cool i was like did something chop this down now it’s just the way it is that’s so random uh let’s see okay we’ll get this and i want to try and dig underneath and see that means that is where is it yeah that’s rooted dirt awesome

I’m just gonna dig straight down all right so this is kind of the point where the rooted dirt stops so i’m wondering if the cave is somewhere around here i’m just gonna dig out a little bit this was unexpected but i’ve never seen a lush cave at all yet

So i kind of really interested in seeing how it looks okay so i actually kept digging straight down from where we were before i decided that going out was not the way to do it but we still have some rooted dirt so i’m going to keep digging

In hopes that oh this this looks promising this is opening up so i actually found a lot of clay which is really interesting i still have not found a lush cave yet but i mean look at all this clay i don’t know if that’s something that’s a part of a lush cave but

I’ve never seen a denser vein of clay than this it’s still going i just had to step back to show you i mean look at this it is still going i may have to convert it to regular clay like blocks and then turn it back because there’s just so much of it

Look at all of this clay one two three four five six seven eight full stacks i threw away some rooted dirt i threw away the the packed ice i threw away both of my pickaxes i threw away so much stuff to get this it is insane and i think i would have

Been stupid to pass it up uh to be honest with you so i could not do it even though that’s not why we’re here sometimes you gotta just go up track and there’s still oh no there’s none over here that’s right uh i did not find the cave though so

I’m gonna go back up use it i don’t even know where the up is using the regular dirt and i’m going to try one of the other ones and i’m just going to show you if i find the lush cave if not i’m going to just start gathering the the drip stone

Okay so i went down pretty far i didn’t find anything but then i realized that up here there’s actually some water so i went inside and there’s actually some drip stone in there so we can get our drip stone at least uh which is you know which is good

There’s also an axolotl i don’t have any uh i don’t have a bucket i wish i did okay so after getting that drip stone i wasn’t satisfied so i decided to follow that moss down and i don’t know if you could tell first i went straight uh and there was nothing there

But i went i just looked down i didn’t actually go down yet but look look we did it we’re inside this looks pretty lush to me so what i’m gonna do is i’m gonna throw away unnecessary stuff that i don’t need right now like the wood i can always get

Um i’m just gonna throw away stuff i do not need because i want all of this so i’m really really happy this is very cool that i was able to actually find it uh look at this oh it’s so pretty here’s a better view of it inside i mean

Look how cool this is this is pretty neat this is really really neat and it goes you know goes on for a little bit i tried to light up some of it for you to see but this is totally unexpected i’m really happy that we were able to find it

And i was able to share it with you and now i’m going to collect all right so we are back at the base and i actually have to get some more iron i don’t have any iron at all besides these four and i need three more hoppers

Actually i need a lot more than i need more iron for more stuff because i need three hoppers plus i need uh four hopper mine carts so what i’m gonna go ahead and do is i’m gonna go around killing some of these golems i’m hoping that there’s more in the water because

Those are the easiest to kill yeah there’s one right there like a shark damn it dude actually this is he’s gonna be easy to kill oh no yeah he’s gonna be really easy to kill and this is uh what is this the uh looting three sword so

What do we got now eight okay so this is gonna be a slow process because i need to kill um quite a few gollums to get what i need and the question is how quickly are they going to spawn oh this guy’s stuck i killed one

Over here before the way my base is some of these little um corners and over here like these little nooks are uh hard for them to get by yes okay we’re already at 13. so check this out i was like let me just see if any iron golems

Went into the nether look at this i got villagers i got iron golems i got a whole plethora of guys here look at this this is crazy i have an army an army of iron columns right now this is absolutely nuts i’m afraid to kill anything if i kill one of them

Can you imagine what they’re gonna do i’m going to stand right near these iron golems i’m good shot yo this is nuts i don’t know how long it’s going to take for this guy to kill his iron gallon but i’m all about it now these villagers i

Don’t i wonder if they count for the village because i noticed that uh i have a lot of villagers missing in my village and i don’t think these guys i think these guys count for it oh no that’s the wrong dirt but isn’t this crazy like this is nuts this is absolutely nuts

I don’t even know what i’m gonna do okay so a couple of these villagers came back with me i think what i’m gonna end up having to do is add fence gates in front of this oh zombies are here that’s what i’m gonna have to do i’m

Gonna have to end up adding fence gates to cover this so no more of my villagers going but that is just absolutely insane how many villagers and gollums there are okay so i uh i got everything i needed that took a while i have not seen another iron golem spawn here though

Which is a little alarming but i ended up putting this i’ll make it look pretty you know another time uh for now i just put that there although i think they can still get there like this but um i’ll i’ll fix it up at a later date

Uh but i wanted to stop the majority of them from going in there so yeah there’s no more there’s no more iron golem spawning out here which i don’t like but i ended up getting two of these so i’m just gonna fill this in and then we’re going to head over uh to

The witch hut and then finally this has been like a three day project so far for me finally start the uh the witch hut okay so there we are at the witch hunt over there you can see how far it is uh from base really

Not that far at all i am obviously gonna have to travel over here to get the stuff it’s not like i could sit in my base and uh you know this the witches will spawn but again not too far so i don’t know what we’re gonna

Actually have to clear out if anything i really don’t think much to be honest because the way that bedrock spawns is like a sphere okay so it’s not like a square it’s a sphere and if we go high enough and i just realized why we ended up going out there

We went to go get bamboo and i literally found that lush cave and got so excited i completely forgot that stinks i knew that there was a reason we went over there and it wasn’t just for drip stone and i just realized that ah okay that’s fine that is absolutely fine

So yeah i mean look how look how clear this really is around it oh i want that i want that cat too i want to bring that cat back to our base oh i’m getting this i’m getting this cat i’m going to complete my collection i actually don’t know how many cats there

Are but i’ll have six different variants yeah so i put this here remember the last time we were here i ended up putting that here come on come on kitty you know what i should do i should get the boat put the boat up here put the cat in the

Boat and then push the boat into the water now come up here get this cat come here kitty come here did did he just fall out the window okay let’s see if he fell wait wait wait a second where did he go is it this window let’s

See if he fell out the window into the water or or what yes he’s in the water oh you’re mine kitty is he in he’s in okay now he’s gonna be ours forever and ever oh wait hey yay what are you doing here buddy very

Very uh new york for a second i just went and now what i’m gonna do is i’m gonna fill these up obviously with some dirt okay i don’t i think this let’s light through i’m not positive but we’re just gonna fill it in with dirt here and here

Because we’re gonna make it look pretty after this okay here and here i don’t know if it’ll spawn with this door here you know what just to be safe we’ll get rid of the door yeah we’ll just get rid of it not needed and then i

Think we could fill in this top as well and now i believe we just fill this whole thing in with these glass panes here yeah i think that’s how this works oh i didn’t bring a map we also need like the south whatever southwest corner just like the bottom right of the map

Um but i’m gonna be using all four blocks anyway actually it doesn’t even matter because i’m gonna be using all four blocks so i don’t need to know oh no i do because i have to know where to put the i have to know where to put the ice all

Right so what i’m gonna do really quickly is i’m just gonna head back to the base get the map take this guy and i think i’ll name him too all right so i decided to actually name him jinx with a y instead of an i so it’s j y nx because

He’s a black cat i figure that’s perfect but i think what i’m going to end up doing is lighting this little island up right here uh just getting rid of that island breaking these three trees uh breaking pretty much all of these trees and then also just getting rid of those

Islands they’re not they’re not too bad okay as the moon rises we are uh gonna go check now and see see what we have now if nothing spawned what did that just spawn on oh he spawned in the water i was like you spawn on a lily pad if nothing spawned then i’m

Going to break the top yeah see now this worries me because now i’m thinking that maybe this level is the ground level and they need this space up top okay so i wanted to test out a theory real quick in a creative world so i just

Made a copy of my world really quick right i raised the floor this is the normal floor i raised the floor and instantly a witch spawned remember i remember when i was going through it i said it look like they’re spawning a block up and then they’re like disappearing

I’ve never seen that before but they’re actually spawning say where it says y66 now when we go back into the survival world it’s going to be y65 they’re actually spawning one block up so if we open our map let’s face up for a minute okay it’s going to be this block right

Down here so this is the top corner it’s going to be this block this is the block that they are that they spawn on right there so if we break all of those okay we can even kill him i just want to test this out

Just want to test this out to make sure that that’s the right block because then i would have found it out but i mean i was running i was running tests for well over two hours and i couldn’t figure out why none of these witches are spawning i’m

Like it doesn’t make any sense so let me just test this out and um i think i think i figured it out i cannot believe that it’s actually one block up so let’s just drop let’s oops let’s get rid of this really quick let’s just go away for a second and see

If that’s the if that’s the block where they spawn on or do we need a block underneath it maybe they do spawn on that block but for some reason they were actually spawning hold on so let’s try let’s try this okay so this is what i was talking about remember how

Back in the day i used to have to make these forms this is the only way i was getting stuff to spawn and i couldn’t even put anything on top of it so like even slabs i tried putting slabs on top of it and nothing spawned

I don’t know what the deal is i don’t know if there’s glitches right now because i’m in the beta still um where you know regular blocks are being counted as non-regular i don’t know like like transparent blocks i’m not really positive um the reason i

Left this open by the way is we can just go in here and clear this water because then what i have to do is dig completely underground so like that boom boom boom okay cool uh this can stay right this can stay actually the wood blocks we’ll just oh get out of

Here here we go all right so we can just put wood blocks on that side so just keep it up to i don’t know i guess here we’ll be all wood and then everything else going down there we go like that will be um i have this i have

Uh logs and i have oh you know let me make some make some more of these and make some of these some sticks like a full stack of sticks so that way i can continue digging but this is where we’re going to make the drop

Right here so the drop is going to be like that and we’re going to come out this way with it and we’re going to go all the way down uh to the ground so what i’m going to do is i’m just going to dig down okay uh and

Until i get to a stopping point that i feel comfortable with in terms of the why i actually forgot what the height was so we’re at 61 now i forgot where i had to go down to so i may go test it out really quick but i’m really happy with

With how this is coming out right now so let me just dig down and i will show you uh show you a little bit more okay well as you can see from the bar right here i did get some redstone dust already i already had them fall so i went down to

Y equals 35 and then i went back all the way over here to what is that the z coordinate of 185 i believe it was yeah 185. so that should start spawning them because that is where the when i where i was when they uh they fell

I did this as excuse me as wood just so i would know which way to face because if i if i just left this you know as i was digging down if i just left this as whatever the blocks were then i wouldn’t know which way to

To dig my hole so i know that it was this way this is the way i want to go okay and now what we’re gonna do is um actually let’s get rid of this for one second move that back to here i just put those torches down just because i had them in

My hot bar and i really wanted to pick up the redstone so now what we’re going to do is we’re going to take here we actually only ended up needing two of these off instead of four which is nice so i could save some hoppers for another project okay right there and there

I’m gonna break this and then i’m gonna put down oh i don’t i don’t have chest yet wow i thought i made some pop that down um yeah that looks good and then uh before i do that before i decorate it because i can just decorate it on my own

What i’m going to do is i’m going to put down pointed drip stone okay so they fall on it but again sometimes the items stay on top of the point of drip stone so that is where these um rails and minecart come into play so we’ll get rid of that let’s see

Boom now i can break that okay and then we’ll do the same thing here put that down there and now we’ll get another nope nope we don’t want you and now we’ll get another minecart with hopper and put it right there break that and boom let me just pick up my rails

Okay now my little killing chamber is uh is ready so now what i’m gonna do is i’m just gonna go with like that oh you know what i need i need to make actually i can put the redstone in here for now i need to make this

Just like that and i’ll tell you what let’s let’s even make there we go just make oh i already had some whoops i’ll make two of those real quick they’re not gonna they’re not gonna be alive but just in case somehow one of them is alive we’ll uh we’ll be

Able to kill them okay but that looks good so then what i’m gonna do now is i’m just gonna decorate it nothing crazy but i’m gonna end up using the wood that i have so i’m gonna do the oak logs here okay i’ll do the same thing on this side and

Then i’m gonna open this up quite a bit i’m gonna run a bunch of different chests because what i want is i want a section i want to do maybe one two three four high of chests for each item and i think there’s like seven i want to say like seven

Items that the um that the witches drop let me just see if this works really quick so we got two redstone dust right let’s just walk to the end actually let me walk now let me not even run so we’ll walk to the end and then we’ll walk back

And we’ll see just how um how well this actually works let’s see so we’ll just count to five maybe on one two three four five and then we’ll walk i didn’t see anything full yet but while i was digging obviously something fell so i don’t know if it’s going to fall that quick

Let’s see not just the tip okay well hopefully as i’m doing this they will uh they will start to fall it’s gonna be nothing crazy like i said it’s just gonna be i’m gonna actually probably have to go up top and get some oh oh yeah going up top so what i’m gonna

Do is i’m gonna build i’m gonna use the magma blocks to go up and then i’m going to take its soul sand i think i have some from when i went to the nether i hope i do otherwise i’ll just run to the nether really quick i literally just need some soul sand

And i’m going to do the the combination the soul sand and um magma block uh ladder that i’ve made in other videos and other tutorials and stuff that i’ve done okay so here’s what i came up with and i’m actually really really happy with the design

So the sections right here with the beds on it these are gonna be like offshoot tunnels i want to connect a tunnel to my base okay that way and then this one i want to connect the tunnel to the other um witch hut because i’m going to make another witch farm

And then eventually what i’m gonna do is probably uh have some mine carts going back and forth between everything so that way it’s kind of constantly going in and out of um activation so hopefully it activates uh and i’ve i’ve taken the time to you know take out some of this

And put it in here so we got some redstone some glow stone dust what’s that gun powder sugar uh we got spider eye and bottles and then i also have the sticks up in this one okay and the rest of these are actually just things that i used to

Remove the you know remove the blocks that were down here and also the islands i’ll show you that in a second okay and then i obviously have some more stuff here so i’m really happy with the design i think it came out really really nice i used some

Moss carpet some moss blocks we got what is that grass i have some most carpet up here which i really really like i have all hidden light in hidden lighting which is underneath uh not those it’s underneath yeah it’s underneath these right here it’s underneath these and these uh and

Then here as well you can see the spots okay and look i also put in the up and down like i said okay using those two blocks so now we go all the way up boom and take a look at this i eliminated the island that was right here

I eliminated most of the islands that were over there like with the trees and stuff i just have to get rid of that one uh but i’m really happy with with how everything came out you can you can go away um so yeah so eventually i want like i

Said i want to get a tunnel from my base to here and then we’ll dig another one just kind of over there to where the other uh witch hunt is and i’ll do the exact same thing so overall really happy with this design let me know in the comments what you think
