Cobblemon 1.19.2 (Minecraft Mod Showcase) Pokemon in Minecraft

Pikachu The complement mod is basically Pokemon in Minecraft now there is another mod that introduces Pokemon into Minecraft and you might all know it it’s called the Pixelmon Mod which has been around for a very long time but personally this mod I think is better I’m saying it

Right now I think this one is actually better the reason I think it’s better is because pixelmon’s models just don’t fit the aesthetic of Minecraft they’re just two like not blocky and not pixely I don’t know they just don’t fit the theme of Minecraft for me but this mod has

Such nice models and they’re all textured really really well so for that reason alone I would pick this mod over Pixelmon any day so what does this mod actually have well if you’ve ever played Pokemon you’ll know that when you load into the world you get to pick a starter

Pokemon this game has that it also has the ability to evolve your Pokemon it has Pokemon from different Generations there’s Pokemon battling you can build your own pokeballs the Pokemon all have custom animations and they’ll all spawn in a specific biome based on their type and their environment so when you first

Load into your world you’ll be greeted with this screen which says press M to choose your Pokemon and begin your journey so if we press M here as you can see these are the starters from the first gen of Pokemon we’ve got Squirtle we’ve got Bulbasaur and Charmander but

It’s not just the first gen Pokemon we’ve also got the Hoenn region the Sono region the Anova region Kalos region alola region and Gala region so we can choose a starter basically from any of these and they’re always going to be water grass and fire type so I’m

Actually going to choose I think my favorite might be like Mudkip um Mudkip or Charmander I think Charmander is a classic we might have to shoot Charmander here yeah I want to see the Charmander okay so when we spawning immediately we can notice that there are some Pokemon

Wandering around and they look fantastic look at these models this is so so cool man custom animations and everything they look absolutely beautiful I think they look so much better than the Pixelmon Mod I have played Pixelmon in the past but as I said I would pick this

Over at any day and if I was gonna do a let’s play I would love to include this mod in it but Pixelmon the models just never the model just threw me off so much that was the main thing for me it’s just the models look too like 3D like an

Actual from a Pokemon game instead of from Minecraft and these ones fit the game so well like just look at this so anyway let’s begin um basically the first thing you want to do when you start off as you can see we have Charmander in our party over here

On the left and if we open uh if I press my P key minus P at least or minus M sorry I have to press my m key I can see all of charmander’s stats and stuff so we’ve got a level 10 Charmander at the moment he’s got a blaze ability I think

This is his only ability at the moment maybe or maybe no he’s three he’s three he has Ember scratch and grow so we can change the moves over time and you can also learn new moves um you can get like different upgrades and stuff I will get to that in just a second

Different items to make them learn moves and this kind of thing and there’s also like ways to evolve your Pokemon using like stones and things so we’ll get to all that in just a second as well hello sir it’s a ditto there anyway I’m getting like distracted by all the cool

Pokemon this is so cool uh anyway so let’s get into the um setting up basically first so first thing you want to do is make a computer and also a healing station this is how you can heal your Pokemon and also you can store your

Pokemon in here if you want to so if we put our Charmander in here as you can see on the left side there’s no no longer a Pokemon there which means that our party is empty um and uh that means that Charmander is not in it so take them back and our

Pokemon are back you can have up to six Pokemon as you can see there’s six slots so uh we can collect some more Pokemon over time and um maybe we’ll even pick up you Mr Marowak and to craft these you can actually use just iron and copper

For the healing healing machine and for the PC it’s going to be just iron and two glasses so pretty straightforward to craft and next up some of the most important stuff of the mod to actually catch Pokemon you will need to use Pokeballs and the way to get pokeballs

Is from apricorn trees and apricorn trees will generate anywhere where there’s grass I believe so like it could be Savannah or forest or even mountains and stuff like that um but they’re pretty common I think and they come in seven different varieties seven different colors and you need to

Kind of get all of these seven colors to be able to craft all of the Pokemon in uh pokeballs in the mud so right here we’ve got some regular pokeballs these are crafted using four red apricots or apricorns and uh one copper ingot and that will give us four of them but

If I go into the creative menu here for a second you see there’s a lot a lot a lot a lot of different Pokeballs and some of them I don’t actually require apricorns to craft like the master ball for your example a union netheroid and gets another star two shulker shells so

Pretty expensive and but we’re just gonna start off with some regular Pokeballs and we’re gonna catch some Pokemon in a second but as you can see this is basically what the apricorn trees look like it’s just a kind of standard looking oak tree and then apricorn scroll on the side when they

First spun in uh they will look a bit like this just like a little tiny black ball but they will look gradually um kind of grow into the fully formed ones so this is a white one with a green one over here and we’ve got the rest of

Them planted at the moment and now we’ll take a look at the evolution stones and these will basically evolve that type of Pokemon so for example if I have a fire type which I do Charmander I can use a fire stone and this will cause him to

Evolve if I use it on him so my key is set to why so if I press my y key I can said no Charmander how’s it going buddy when it comes to actually evolving your Pokemon and getting to level up there are some commands you can use so

As you can see right here got slash level up at P which is my player like the nearest player and then the slot so slot one is Charmander so we can do this and as you can see he received a bunch of experience and it changes the level

Of your Pokemon and you can learn a new move as well so if we give him the Firestone and we go into the um interface as you can see there’s an evolve button down here so if we click this you can see there’s an evolution Charmeleon and they can click this

And our Charmander will turn into Charmeleon and finally we’re going to take a look at the ways that you can heal your Pokemon so we talked about the healing station over there of course there’s also these which are like candies I’ve got like experienced candies here as well uh it’s got some of

The calcium HP up iron protein this stuff all the kind of builds um or gives extra stats to your Pokemon if you use the item on them so we can actually take like the zinc for example if I right click Charmander with it so if we keep giving him zinc basically his special

Defense will go up like crazy amount and we can do the same thing with HP up iron protein all this stuff so if we’re giving the HP one at the moment his HP is 29 if we give him this or sorry out of 30 out of 30 HP it was

So if we give him the HP up he gets more HP every time so now he’s 32. you can keep giving him this and he loved 34. so that’s basically yeah how you can kind of raise the stats of your Pokemon all right so enough of this like uh kind of

Super effective so yeah it is probably grass right surely so let’s go another Ember and then we’ll do one final Ember hopefully it doesn’t create it okay so 17 health um and the what is miraculous doing it’s not doing very strong attacks okay so now we can try user Pokeball uh at the

Miraculous because it’s low and because it’s low HP it should be easier to catch and three shakes usually means it’s working yeah we got it okay so we got an achievement uh or an advancement because we caught a Pokemon uh but we where did

It go oh it’s right into my party okay I didn’t capture in the Pokeball it goes straight into my party fair enough I can use my arrow key section on the keyboard to do this and then we can toggle down to maractas on the left side and if we take him out

As you can see this is our own miraculous fantastic are you still low Health actually because yeah you are so low health because of the um the the fight so they don’t actually heal when you capture them so we have to go over here and use the healing station and

There we go they’re all fully healed perfect um now we’re gonna fight someone else let’s go over here what are you oh you are a um this is like Gen 2 I think right uh yeah that’s correct okay I haven’t like done Pokemon stuff in a

Very long time but Pokemon is like so much fun honestly I love the games I’ve played like the old ones so let’s um fight this guy too so we’ll start off with Charmander so I’m assuming it’s whoever I’ve selected in the party uh is the first one to battle

So we’ll start off with Charmander here and we’ll go for uh yama’s like a bug or a bug and flying type maybe I think so we’ll use an ember that should be good no uh super effective oh my God he’s burning actually okay let’s try to catch him so let’s use the Pokeball

And this should capture him I think because he’s pretty low and he’s also in burning effect and no he broke out what let’s try again this is crazy um so yeah it’s like there’s like a I don’t know I don’t know what the chances are usually it’s like you if you lower

Them a lot it’s a lot easier to capture them there we go we got him the second then nice so let’s go and heal this guy up now and we’re gonna go uh get someone else so we’re gonna go basically for a party of six and then the way this works

Is basically you have like type advantages and stuff so for example my Charmander is a fire type so it’s going to be good against like grass uh insect um I think flying as well and stuff like that so it’s all about picking the type advantages it’s kind of a thing and make

Sure that your attacks have the same type advantages to beat the uh Pokemon you’re trying to fight so maybe we’ll fight an Atkins next and there’s also a sancho over there I saw a Gyarados in the water here earlier actually when I first was uh setting up the mod and

There’s also a basket in here uh I don’t think I have anything to play against that dude oh I have a grass type we could use miraculous maybe on the on the masculine so maybe let’s try that so we’ll start off with maractas um it’s only level five should be really

Easy fight surely um I do have a grass type move this might actually finish him off I don’t really want to but we can see um it actually didn’t do that much damage crazy surely the basket is a water type no um I would have thought at least let’s try sweet scent and

The evasion fell okay so I didn’t actually know what sweet scent does I’ve never used that attack before I don’t think let’s try a pin missile oh my God okay whoops uh that attack is very strong I guess it just kind of destroyed the bat he dropped the raw

Salmon it’s also a Magikarp let’s try The Magikarp I didn’t think that would finish them off oh my God that was a strong attack so pin missile does a lot of damage actually it does four different attacks it just wouldn’t shot him what that’s insane

Okay what level are you can you tank a fight yeah you can okay let’s go so we’ll lose pin missile again but our buck or uh Ekans is like poison so that shouldn’t even be that strong against them right yeah um oh no he’s poisoned okay well let’s switch off to ianma maybe

Might not be good here but we’ll try out the attacks anyway because I don’t know what attacks Yama has so let’s try uh foresight I think Force Hunt is like an evasion an evasion attack no uh we’ll try a quick attack okay 59 we can tank one more hit Maybe

We could talk and 26 okay let’s try catch them now try to catch the Ekans I also saw an arbuck over there a second which is the evolved form of Ekans the ball is glitching I think it’s open but we caught it anyway okay nice uh

Okay so there was an Arabic it might be there it is okay we might try the Arabic I don’t know what level it is though it’s level 26 it’s pretty high okay and all our Pokemon are healed beautiful let’s go and look for some more I would

Love love love to do a uh a series on this mod just this mod uh maybe like a mod pack with like a few add-ons or something and then just like OptiFine and this mod it would be so so cool I think this would be a fantastic series

Pidgeotto here that could be very cool it’s also a mil tank and a Pidgey uh maybe we should go for the Pidgeotto that could be a good one to catch actually all right let’s try so Pidgeotto is a flying type what do we have uh maybe poison I think is good

Against flying or am I incorrect I know that fire is look at we could try Charmander um let’s send no Charmander and see if we can beat this Pidgeotto uh so we’ll fight this we’ll try an ember see how that does didn’t do much damage oh my God the

Pidgeotto is very strong actually okay let’s switch to someone else because uh uh miraculous I think my miraculous is actually very good because that pin missile does a lot of damage um let’s try pin missile I don’t know if it’s good against flying type but we can try

No it’s not okay I’ll try a leech seed maybe or a sweet scent let’s try sweet scent first it missed oh my God my attack Miss crazy all right let’s try uh growth oh no that is not great and let’s switch to I don’t know what Atkins has let’s try Atkins

Oh my God immediately half of my health okay that’s crazy uh right I need to probably run because I don’t think I can catch the Pidgey here or the Pidgeotto um unless the Yanmar has an attack that can but again yanma is a bug type I think so

It’s gonna be like kind of rough let’s try let’s try uh uh a double team that do anything oh evasion Rose that’s it wow okay foresight or let’s try a tackle no Yama fainted no no okay this Pidgeotto is ridiculous dude you need to choose an

Action no I don’t I can just run away surely can I go heal real quick the battle is flat yeah that’s fine that’s fine by me let’s go heal and go back and fight somewhere um yeah that Pidgeot is very strong actually I don’t have any Pokemon that

Can really really do much damage there this Pidgeotto is just insane for some reason let’s try the Pidgey instead um we’ll go for oh I picked the wrong Pokemon uh let’s go Charmander all right come on this guy’s just watching you know what you did you know what you did

It broke out let’s try again yes we caught the Pidgey let’s go uh this is a deerling what I don’t know what generation this is from definitely not gen 3. I’ve never seen it before I don’t think uh we could try to get it maybe I don’t know what type it

Is but we could try get it the only issue is I’d have to go back to heal and I don’t know if it’ll despawn or not but we can you can see anyway oh there’s a Psyduck here actually never mind I’m gonna go for the Psyduck let’s go all

Right who should we send out let’s go uh grass type against the water type that sounds good all right so we’ll try a leech seed wasn’t very effective what it’s grass no at least we’re regening Health against the side dog now which is good uh growth I don’t exactly know what

Growth does it just raises an attack I think right yeah probably and we’ll try a sweet scent uh uh wait was solok use disable I’ve never seen that before sweet scent and sadok’s evasion harshly fell okay that’s good I will try another no Victoria uh and missile oh my God oh

My God we almost killed him oh my God pin missile is very strong and all right we can try to catch him now level 16 Psyduck this should be a good Pokemon one two three yeah nice very nice okay so yeah of course I won’t be going through

Absolutely everything in this mod it’s a very very big mod a lot of content but it’s very cool I just wanted to give you a little taste of what is in the mud it’s basically the same thing as the actual Pokemon games just in Minecraft and it’s got crafting recipes and stuff

Like that of course so it’s a very very cool mod I would love to play more of this and I do plan on doing that in the future uh whether it be just with friends in my free time or uh for a video or a series or something like that
