Hello everyone and welcome to another tutorial today we’re going to building a silent magic button which is a in essence just a normal button but it’s actually way much cooler because it actually floats above the ground like this and as some of you might have noticed There is actually a piece of carpet here and that is to hide the only visible part of the redstone which is a dropper but other than that all the redstone is hidden and it actually just acts the same as a normal button so this torch is just going to turn on When you press the button and then just turn off when the button is released so yeah exactly the same as a normal button but it’s just way much cooler as it is floating above the ground so let’s just have a quick look at the redstone as you can see it’s very compact it’s Only three by four and it’s basically one high so very easy to build um the cool thing about this design is that you have uh both inputs so an inverted input and a non-inverted input which work as good uh both uh but other than that let’s just go Ahead and build this so you’re going to place a dropper facing up like this dig out this block then pillar up three blocks place a button on the top most block this is going to be your input remove the bottom most block place your dropper while standing in This hole so it’s actually facing down place an item in the topmost dropper remove this block if you want to fill in this gap again place your comparator like this facing away another one like this then three pieces of redstone dust a block with a torch on the side and now Place this comparator in subtract like so so it’s going crazy that’s what we want then a piece of reds on the stair with a repeater and then just another block next to the dropper and if we now press the button you’re going to see the redstone doing stuff so Let’s just get our outputs going like so and as you can see that is your magic button done now you can just cover it up like that and then you can use a piece of carpet a piece of snow a half slab to cover this thing while you keep the button still floating Or you can just use any block you want if you don’t really care so much about the button floating or not because it’s yeah it also looks a little bit weird if you have it like this because that’s also an impossible thing but other than that I just want to thank you for watching and i will see you in the next video You Video Information
