What’s up guys it’s crafty Fox and today I’m going to show you how to build a railway signal bridge so this is another piece of infrastructure for your railroad and use it on your freight train lines here we have a CSX train and this has enough clearance to go past it And you can also have the double stack containers there should be enough clearance for at to pass as well so yeah this is what it looks like and we’re going to be using these signals which are a redstone torch and stone buttons and also we can use wooden buttons for The yellow I guess so if you’re using vanilla minecraft you can use that as your signal but if you’re on my server fog shot you can use the skulls like this to make it so yeah let’s get started on this so first off we’re going to take cobson wool skip to away from The tracks and let’s start over here and just make an X like that and then you want to make it so that it is 14 blocks long so 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 and do the other other ones as well you Want to match it up so you could do it like one by one maybe try do whatever I want to see my in-game shaft forgot to turn it off for this time oh well do the other ones all right so once we have that 14 blocks tall we’re going to take iron trapdoor Just add that on the top layer at it sticking out fill in the middle here like that like a little platform and we’re going to make this one 14 blocks long so 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 I hope I get that right so let me check it 10 so 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 all right good and we could just fill in the rest of it the floor with the iron trapdoors and then we’re going to take iron wall on The eye wall iron bars just add it one right here and after it go downwards straight down it’s going to be like a ladder system and then after that let’s go over here and let’s start adding iron bars every other block along the sides give you like this railing and like a Support and then we’re going to place a cobblestone wall between like that and also let’s not forget this part has iron bars as well so then the rest of it and cops the wall then we’re going to make the cops in wall to block stall it’s going to be a Little bit hard to do since it is a small target much smaller than a regular block alright so once you do that let’s actually add the support beams I guess so going to use iron trapdoor for the bottom one so right here just like barely off the ground with a place iron Trapdoor for that and the other support stick it to be a stone slab so there’s going to be one on the third block the bottom third block so go to the third one and the bottom of that just play stone slab all around and then we’re Going to have we’re going to skip a block and a half so right there that’s what it’s going to be like and we just want to keep doing that just skipping a block and a half maybe you can just do one side of time so maybe like that till We reach this part here where we can’t do it and let me see if that’s correct all right good so it should look like this let me do the other side you just do the same thing you want to line it up because this is actually the second time I’m recording this because I didn’t realize you have to get this really perfect and this aside right so that’s a short after that let’s take up some Walsh make this two blocks taller so we’re here two blocks all right and then we can also add a bit more just add one Right there alright so next we’re going to take I trap George added cross over here both sides just fill it in all the way so you can do the middle part of this armed branch of the signal bridge and if you want you can actually make this Longer like if there if you need like three rails they need a signal so you can just extend it or even like a whole branch you can have another one of these columns on the other side of it so long alright so that’s the top part uh we Could add a little bit more on top possibly only what I really did right there okay so I did extend it by another block so do that it turns out this actually goes up to here let’s add on top door right there and then we could Take a black wool and we’re going to make our signal so we’re going to take like we’ll go to the third space so like one two three right there black wool and then we’re going to put another brick slab on top and then black wall again on Top another brick slab and then another black wool for the very top one and then we’re going to add another signal over there on the edge for this track and that’s going to be in the last space right here black wall a slab black wool Slab and then we’re going to take I need to get this another brick slab I mean another brick fence and just add it to the back of this tall one like that and we’re going to add our signal so usually at the bottom there’s going to be Redstone I see not redstone just red like that so it can add it and the other ones you just put whatever you want for another redstone maybe put a stone button for the green yeah all right so the next step let’s add this top railing So that’s going to be using iron bar so just go across the iron bars on the sides you don’t have to do the very edge of that leave this open cross like this and when you get to here you should make it as tall like that because that’s going to Be like sort of a ladder to go up to that signal pulling the rest of this and we’re actually going to leave some space alone like right over here we will leave a block of space without any iron bars like that and we can actually take a Light gray or if you want to add them to the sides like so so we don’t have like these whole thing if you don’t like them can’t add it like that and yeah that should be pretty much it on how to build a railway signal bridge you can also Modify it to make it
