To all the geeks and nerds out there welcome back to another episode of simply minecraft this is a series where each episode we take a design and we try and make it as simple as we can now this week we are continuing with some more villages shenanigans Today we are looking at trading halls so we already have done a breeder infinite villager breeder we also have a crop farm so now we can get our villagers into place here and trade with them for some more lucrative goods but this week we have not just got one design We’ve got two we’ve got this simple one behind me another one over there which has got a little bit more work to it but has some added features so let’s get into this this is design number one so let me give you a quick overview of this one and Then we’ll get into the block blow block tutorial and then we’ll look at the second design which is very similar just with a bit of extra work and that gives you some added bonuses which we will talk about in a bit more detail later on so first of all this is a villager Trading hall now why would you want to build one of these things well this makes this makes it very convenient for trading with villagers so depending on which workstation you put in front of a villager they will take up a different profession there’s all sorts of different workstations and Different professions you can look them up to find out which ones you’re interested in but let’s look at let’s look at this guy for example he has got various trades here and as you trade with him more trades get unlocked now this guy will take 22 Carats and will give you an emerald in return that’s pretty cool now last episode we bought a crop farm so we can get our hands on tons of these uh these carrots so we can trip with this guy and get more and more emeralds and the same Goes with uh all these other all these other villagers as well we’ve got so these guys are farmers we’ve got these guys over here this guy is a cleric and then we’ve got uh some librarians over here they trade for books so these are really good for trading with and we’ve got another Guy over here we’ve got a uh we’ve got a butcher so we’ve got one spare slot right over here for another villager so the purpose of this is to make it nice and easy to trade as i said before but also you want to get your the night make It nice and easy to get villages in here when you need to fill it up so how does that work well here we have a villager in a mine cart so imagine this comes from your villager breeder so a couple of episodes ago we did a villager breeder just over there and the Output of that is a is a villager on a rail so imagine this links up to your breeder so here what we do is we send the villager across he goes to the farm he gets ejected and then as if by magic he walks all the way over here just by himself no Problem at all and when he jumps down here he’ll fall down here and he will then become the profession of this workstation which is which again like this guy is a butcher and now we can trade with him now all of these slots are now filled up and that Is basically it that’s all there is to it so when this where this starts off all of these slots will be open and you can just dispense as many villages as you need to into here and this will give you a villager trading hole now this design Here has got 10 villagers you can make this a lot bigger than this we’ll talk about a bit more of that in a bit more detail later on but this is a good starter size to get you going and to give you an idea of just how simple this is let’s have a Quick scoot around just so you can see um all the redstone well it’s basically like a couple of redstone dots so we’ve got a couple of redstone dots we’ve got a couple of we’ve got an observer and we’ve got a piston and a piece of string and that’s all you need For each slice that’s pretty much it and the rest of it is all done so we don’t need any special rail contraptions or anything like that for managing minecarts that is all gone so this is based on a design i did previously but i’ve made it much more simple for One 1.16.2 which is the version that we’re currently in currently latest version now let’s talk about a few details of how you’re going to use this farm now we’ll talk about it in the context of this this version that’s the stuff we’re going to talk about now is also apparent for this Second version as well so let’s cover it now so i’ve written a whole bunch of notes over here to remind myself all the different things that we need to cover now i don’t want to go into too much depth about all the villager trades and how they Work and all this kind of stuff there’s lots of detail to that that’s stuff you can look up and i did cover that in a previous version of this farm a little while ago and a lot of that stuff is still correct today so first of all as i said before this is For job edition 1.16.2 if you’re in bedrock this probably won’t work um but yeah this is just for java so take that into account now when it comes to picking the workstation so you saw over there that uh we uh we ejected the the villager and he uh he stood right over Here on this block and then he immediately started walking over to the empty slot because he detected the workstation now they will detect workstations within within 48 blocks of them so this could be pretty big actually um it’s much bigger than this in fact and You could also make this in a shape of a u as well like a u shape here um you could do that the villager will will pathfind all the way around all the way back even if the the last slot is all the way over here so That is an option too now when it comes to picking a workstation they will only do it during the day so at night time if you ejected a villager he would just stand there and wouldn’t do anything but if you do this at any time during The day once the sun has risen then they will work and they will detect their uh to their workstation and walk on over to it and jump into their pod now that we’ve got our villagers into place let’s talk about trading so first of all um there is no bed required so sometimes I get comments uh people asking me do we do these villagers need to sleep no they don’t need to sleep there’s no bed required just having a workstation is all they need and they just need a better path fine to it so these villagers can can get to their workstations quite Easily but can’t get to any others and so they won’t they won’t lose their trades or get mixed up and in one point 16.2 the villagers have been vastly improved so we shouldn’t have any more issues like we have in past versions now the other thing is that villagers Will trade twice a day now what does that mean well if you uh trade with a villager eventually um the the trade that you try and do with them if once you’ve done it enough times you’ll get a red cross here which means that this this trade is then locked out Now twice a day that will then unlock so you can do it again so that’s the limitation of some villagers now the other thing uh when it comes to villages is there’s a thing called profession cycling now what does that mean well that is the first time a villager comes to a Workstation he’s given some trades like this guy here but you know what you might not like those trades you might want to try and get to get something different that’s uh particularly important like when you’re doing with a when you’re trading with a librarian for example maybe the first book you’re looking for A mending book for example let’s see if any of these guys have got a mending book no nothing here no so let’s say for example we’re after a mending book from this guy but what we can do now is if you don’t trade with them if the first thing you do if you Replace this workstation they will indeed refresh their initial trades now the way to do that in this farm is you can do it once they’re all in their in their slots no problem at all but put down a slab on top of the workstation just like that That means this guy can’t get out and then you can break this workstation and you’ll see he loses his trade then you get the workstation of choice put it back and then he should again gain his profession now we can right click on him and see his trades Now they haven’t really changed so now we can do this a few times and he should get some different trades eventually until we get one that we like oh quick charge two yeah maybe that’s the one i want so you could do that over and over again and tell you the initial Trade is correct then once you trade with them then that trade is then locked in and that is the same for all the professions for all these villagers now all our villages are in place the next thing to talk about is gossip yes these guys like to talk They gossip about all sorts of things positive and negative so let’s talk about the positive first of all so whenever you trade with one of these guys um they will recognize you as being a good guy and they will tell their friends so this guy if i trade with him He will tell his neighbour that i’m a good guy tell this guy as well and they will also lower their prices they’ll give you a discount on the trade so that is a good way to to lower some of your your trading prices there’s other ways To do it as well which we’ll talk about in a bit more detail later on but that is the reason why we have these slabs here to give these villagers eyesight between each other and so they can see each other now if you were to put a block in here full Block you can do that if that’s what your design would would look better at but um yeah if you did that you’d miss out on that positive gossip now the other thing they’ve got about is negative things if i was to hit one of these villagers and cause him some damage He would tell his friends eventually and yeah i wouldn’t be too popular and that would raise the prices so you need to be very careful with that now one of the things with this farm is it’s very simple this trading hall and one thing you need to be careful of Is what happens if i want to remove one of these villagers obviously the way to do it would be well one way to do it would be to kill him now if i was to kill this villager what is in place here these guys would see it and they would Think i’m a pretty good bad dude and they would raise their prices and that would be bad news so we don’t want to cause any damage or any death anywhere near these villages so if you want to remove a villager from a pod just remove his workstation And then if you put another workstation elsewhere he will come over to it and once he’s well away from your other villagers you can then take care of him you know in whichever way you see fit now i actually did that far too close to the villagers and to demonstrate look at This guy his trading prices have gone way up so make sure you do this well away from the villagers so they don’t detect that and now of course we have this empty slot the the roof has opened uh we have detected there’s no villager in here so put put your work station Back again so the guy will be locked in place once it comes in and then get another villager from your breeder and he should as long as it’s daylight he should come on over get ejected as before he’ll detect his workstation there he is he’s walking on over And he’ll just jump down here nice and nice and easily and then the roof will close up behind him yeah locking him into place and now let’s get into the block by block tutorial but before we do here is the material list of everything you’re going to need To build this simple version of the villager trading hall now the as before some of these some of these blocks are interchangeable so here the top three items these are just building blocks and i’ve used glass here so we can see the see the villagers walk across the stone slabs again just building Blocks same as the planks you can use any blocks for these two here they are interchangeable um any stair here will do and then any kind of slab here is just fine i’ve put torches here just to highlight the fact that you need to light up your build Make sure no zombies can spawn anywhere near your villagers so they don’t get converted here we have 10 composters that just means any ted workstations depending on how many cells you have if you’ve got 10 cells you need 10 workstations and then after that these are the other Items you need so i’ll just scroll this down so you’ve got observer a little bit of some observers some redstone dust some sticky pistons some string uh various rails bits and pieces there and that is it now i will also put this list of materials in the description so you can Check that out for yourself as well and so here we go with the build you need to start off with a platform here which is three blocks three blocks deep here and then 21 blocks long and that’s that’s the kind of minimum you need and then once you’ve Got that in place we can start building up the cells so start off with placing down some solid blocks with some slabs on top every other block so just do this all the way along uh just like this this will give you all of the pods for your for your villagers Then come around the back and then place us a block at the back just like that to keep them all into place your trading hall should look something like this now with a place for all of your villagers and then you go along the front at a Work station in the front of all of your all of your slots so depending on what workstations you want you can mix these up they don’t all need to be the same then get yourself an observer and come around the back and place an observer on Each one of these blocks just like this and so your villager pod should look something like this now now what you need to do next is get yourself a sticky piston for each of these cells and place it on top of the observer just like this facing you Just like that so do this for all of your cells then come round the back put a solid block behind the observer just like that and then get a piece of redstone and put a dot on top of all of these just like that so for your training we should look like This if i just scoot down here you’ll get the profile that’s what it should look like from the side and then from the front this is what it should look like now the next thing to do is to add the walkway and the roof before the villagers so on all Of these sticky pistons and joining along put your put your stairs so you’ll have to you have to click on the side of the stairs just like that to place them but obviously on the sticky pistons you can place them on them directly so do that all the way along For all of your sticky pistons and then get some other building blocks and then around this uh this platform we’re going to build a two-high wall all the way along so start in here then build a two high wall all the way along and all the way around your villager Walkway should look something like this now with your stairs in the middle and then a two high wall all the way around the outside then come around the front and grab some string and place a string on the front of each of these observers and you’ll see That the the stair above is pushed out that will open up the the roof so the the villagers can walk on in to their pods with all of your cells open the last thing to do is to deal with the the mine carts and the ejection system So to do that first of all get some blocks i’m using slabs here but it doesn’t have to be slabs and this is going to have your round on top of it so this should lead over to your villager breeder so put a slab there and then runs across There then get an activator rail and place that next to this block right here now the important thing here is as we did before in previous episodes um the the activator rail will eject a villager to the right so i’ll make sure your minecart is going in this direction this way And so when it gets ejected it goes that way into the farm and not anywhere else then get yourself some rails and this should lead all the way over to your breeder wherever that may be then you can get another block place it next to your activator rail and then you Need to give it some kind of power source so a lever is just fine or a redstone torch something like that is pretty good then get yourself a chest and put it next to this block just like that that is going to capture all of the minecarts once they’re finished with Put a hopper pointed into that chest and then put another rail on top of that hopper then underneath get yourself another block so come under here under the slab like that then put a sand block on top of the top of that block and then a cactus here So what happens here is that so the minecart comes along ejects the villager over there and then the minecart will get broken by this cactus fall into the hopper and then go into this chest for collection later then get yourself another block put on top of the Cactus to stop it growing and the last thing we need to do now is we need to put a temporary block in here and then put a uh a transparent block here it could be a gloss block i’m using a trapdoor uh either will work just fine and now your simple trading Hall is all done so let’s give this thing a test so imagine this villager has come from your villager breeder along the rail line so now we can get this guy going he’ll get ejected and he walks straight into his cell just like that and he’s in place And he’s got its profession ready to be traded with and now let’s move on to the second design this is still pretty simple uh has a little bit more to it but yeah it’s still it’s still pretty good and has a secret weapon this guy we have trapped a zombie And he is part of this uh trading hall uh why’d we do that well we’ll talk about that in a second but yeah this is still pretty simple if we look at the profile of this thing uh still pretty easy and you’ll notice that most of this is exactly the same as The simple version we have the villagers in the same pods with the the the slabs next to them the observers and string behind them workstations in front and around the back the same the same piston single piece of redstone on the block and of course the walkway along the top Is exactly the same and our rail system on this end this is all exactly the same as well the only difference really is a little a little area here for the zombie and a piston underneath to move the villager up and down that is about it so why is this important let’s Talk about that for a second so we’ve already talked about gossip and and in particular positive gossip so let’s look at one of these villages so let’s look at this guy for example the first one here he’s got a trade here for 26 potatoes for one emerald now maybe you think maybe that’s Too expensive i don’t want to pay 26 uh potatoes for an emerald wow dude but what we can do is we can make this cheaper um the positive gossip we’re talking about is if you convert a zombie villager into a villager he will vastly discount his prices and we Can do that in this farm we can flip this lever just like that he gets lowered down the zombie can see him and gets attracted to him and then starts attacking him just like this uh he jumps up and down and the the stair above does go up and down but That’s okay and now he is converted into a zombie villager now we can raise him back up again and he’s now part of our farm now to get our discounts we need to convert him now to do that you give him a splash potion of a weakness Like that then get a apple and click it on him like that and we get that sound effect and that means that he is now converting he’s going to convert back into a villager and when he does his trades will be discounted our guy has now converted he’s back to Being a villager and look if we check his trades he’s his original trade the 26 potatoes have now been discounted to only 20 and of course this this counts for all of his all of his trades not just his first one so this is pretty good So again we can we could uh cure him again and get further discounts now when it comes to the gossip these two guys are talking and if we look at this guy’s trades his trades have also been reduced so it does doesn’t just affect the villager you you cure it also affects The villages around has it talked to this guy yet no he hasn’t discounted his trade yet but i’m sure he will in due course once they start chatting and they’re spreading the gossip and for good measure why don’t we uh convert this guy again for a second time let’s slow him down Wait for the zombie to come over and then we can cure him and then we can talk about a few more details about this about his trading hall uh some things you need to consider before you start building it so just wait for this guy to be converted almost there couple more hits And he should be done there he goes he’s converted click this lever to release him again potion and a golden apple again he will get converted and we’ll check his trades right so while he is converting let’s talk about a few things so first of all What uh what difficulty you play on is going to be very important for the use of this for this traded hall here it doesn’t affect the previous one but only this one with the zombie so first of all let’s look at this i’ve got some notes Over here that we need to look at so first of all zombie conversion rates now if you are on easy mode i’ve got zero percent there that means zero percent of the time your villager will be converted that means that on easy mode if if a zombie attacks a villager they Will die every single time so if you’re on easy mode this a trading hall is no good because all your villagers will die if you’re on normal mode half the time your villagers will die and half the time they will convert to village to zombie villagers so again not sure how Useful it’d be for for if you’re in normal mode something to think about there if you want to do that but you will end up losing some villagers hard mode is the mode you want to play on where this is most useful because 100 of the time your villages Will be converted and they will never die when it comes to zombie attacks the other thing to consider is the zombie in terms of making sure it doesn’t despawn so i’ve got some stats here so zombie holding loot so you’ll notice that this zombie we’ve got around here He’s not this spawning and that is because he’s holding an item i’ve given him some some zombie flesh to hold and because he’s holding it he will not despawn now the rates at which um those zombies will hold loot are different depending on your difficulty so if you’re in easy mode It’s zero percent so uh zombies will never hold an item so that means that you’ll have to use something else like a name tag uh to get him to uh to not despawn uh normal and hard difficulties they’re better they will have you know anywhere between zero for normal and 55 Or between six percent and 55 percent um and it’s gonna depend on what’s known as your local difficulty that basically means uh the local area you’re planning the the longer you play in the area your difficulty level increases and so your your percentage chance increases here so um Username tag that’s a safe way to do it but you can also use an item uh to uh to do that now the other thing to talk about is that the discounts these discounts are per player so if you play on a server and you uh discount One of these guys trade for example they will be for you personally only uh other people on your server will also have to do the uh the curing to get the discounts and those those won’t be shared with other people so that’s something to be aware of That’s one of the benefits of this design where we don’t sort of we don’t do the zombie conversion first and then put them in we leave the zombie in place so all everyone on your server can uh can do this and get those get the benefits of those discounts The last details to talk about is the zombies line of sight now you’ll notice that uh in this design we don’t have these solid blocks underneath the slabs that is very important because when the villagers are lowered their head is in this area right here And we want the zombies eye line to line up with the villagers eye line so we can see them so if i scoot around the back probably get a better view you can see here that no matter where the zombie is if he’s here he can see all of the all of the Villagers if they if they’re lowered down one block he gets eye contact with them and so that will attract him and he will go after them now if that if there were solid blocks in between the villagers here that will break that line of sight and Your zombie may well not uh go over to the villager to attack them so make sure you don’t have uh solid blocks here in between the villagers at this level make sure the zombie has got eyesight now one thing to mention on that front is that the zombie will also track the player So if you’re in survival mode um and you’re standing over here somewhere um if you try and do your conversions your conversion here the zombie may be tracking you as a player and won’t attack the villager so what you need to do is you need to move away Break the line of sight with a villain with the zombie and then he will lose interest in you and then he will attack the the the villager um as you saw where we converted these villages it took quite a few hits for the zombie to convert the villager One thing you could do to speed that up is to drop a sword and give give that to the zombie and then he’ll have more power when he’s attacking the villagers and will convert them more quickly the other thing to be aware of is that something i’ve seen is that if you build This close to other villagers sometimes the zombie gets stuck so he might stand over here for example because he is attracted to another villager uh somewhere else nearby so when you build this don’t build it anywhere near other villages make sure it’s well away now in this case we’ve got Villagers over here and he’s not too interested he’s not too bothered but when i did some testing earlier i had i put a villager over here and he actually got stuck he kind of stood around and didn’t attack the villager so something to be aware of make sure you Build this away from other villagers the last thing to mention in terms of line of sight is that you may want to build this in a in a u-shape so not just have a straight training hall you could build this over here like this and then Another one along here and then one more along here to create a u-shape uh you can totally do that that will definitely work and the the villagers even if you drop off over here we’ll walk all the way around the u-shape and come all the way over to a cells all the way Over here now if you do that for this design i would recommend having a zombie on each on each side because if you just have one zombie for the whole of the trading hall he may well not be able to see the villagers over here and may uh May not go and attack them so yeah have one one zombie for each side of your trading hall now before we do the block by book tutorial let’s check on our guy so we’ve converted him twice now let’s look at his trades now one thing i’ll notice is his number Has gone way down but also his trade has changed it was a potato before and now it’s wheat that is because i haven’t traded with this guy and so his trades can change so the way to lock that in is to trade with him first and then do the the zombie conversion Uh that will be important if you want to keep these initial trades that you find with your villager so let’s build this thing up block by block and here again is the material is for this version of the design as before very similar we’ve got some building blocks here that Interchangeable you can pick whichever suits your design same with the stairs any stay will do again any slab uh that’s the same now if i scroll this down obviously you can pause the video if you need want to have a good look at this and also i’ll put this list of materials In the description as well so you can look at that and get everything you need so scroll it down here there’s that’s the bottom stone button is at the bottom so there we go that is all the items you need so a lot of this will be similar to the Previous design but we’ll do it in detail just in case so again start off with your your 21 long by three blocks deep of platform and then we’re going to place down a block a missile block and then another block and then do that all the way along just like this but Place a slab on top of all of these like that and then remove the block underneath so you end up with a floating slab every other block just like this so your trading hole should look like this i’ve left the blocks on the end just for aesthetic reasons to make it Look a bit nicer then get your your workstations of choice and place them in the front of all these gaps just like that because that’s where the villagers are going to stand your trading hall now should something like this so what you need to do next is come around the back And uh wherever you have a workstation place a trapdoor on this block here and then open it just like this and do this all the way along uh just like that for every single workstation and then once you get to the end if i do this super quickly Get to the end and then get another block and come diagonally down to here so it’s like that and then place these all the way along the whole length of your trading hall these blocks is where the zombie is going to walk up and down so we need to Make sure he stays in place so now you need to build a two high wall all the way along this walkway right to the very end and then enclose it at the end as well at this stage your trading hall should look something like this so you’ve got Your two high wall here for the zombie and then you’ve got your workstations and whatnot around here now the next thing to do is to add a lever in the front of all of your workstations just like this do that all the way along and then come underneath and then place A temporary block underneath the lever just like that and then another block under there remove the temporary block so it’s like that then you can come around here place another block next to that block and then get yourself a sticky piston and then place it next to this block just like If i move back just like that so it’s facing there then get yourself some redstone so you need two redstone dust one there and one there so now if we flip the lever the piston should go up there it is and now if i bring this piston down again you’ll see that uh The piston retracts bringing that block down and the villager would stand in here and it’s the trapdoor here that keeps him into place so he can’t get out once you’ve added all of your pistons and redstone underneath for all of the workstations and you’ve also added your levers Make sure you flip all of these levers to put all the pistons in the correct initial state and that is that all the pistons should be up like that which make sure all the blocks are in place for the villagers to drop down onto next come around the back of your trading hall And place a solid block behind all of these uh with all of these slabs just like this that’s to make sure that there’s no skylight so the zombie doesn’t take any damage then get yourself an observer and place it next to these solid blocks for every single workstation Then as before place a solid block behind all of your observers for every single workstation then come round the front and then place a uh a piston sticky piston on top of each of the observers just like that then come round the back again and place a redstone dot on top of all Of these solid blocks and just do that step for all of your all of your workstations here all of the observers until they’re all done next we need to build the same walkway as we did before so you might be getting some deja vu here We need to place down these uh these are stairs just like this on the uh on the sticky pistons all the way along to the very end then you can build a two high wall all the way all the way around this walkway so the villager can’t get out With the same walkway done we can now come around the front again as you did before and place string on the front of all of these observers to open up the the the doors above to allow the villagers to drop in and for the last part of the build just Add the rail system just like we did before with the detector rail the hopper the cat does all that all that jazz just like we did earlier on in the video with the previous design over there that is exactly the same so the next topic is how do we get a Zombie into here without too many problems well let me show you one method to do this so first of all come around here and remove these two blocks here so we have access so we can walk into this area of the trading hall and then if you need to add add some Kind of pathway up to it um if you build this at the ground level you may not need it but yeah just add a pathway up so we can walk up and get in likewise on the other side take away these two blocks at the end And then again put a path all the way down so you can walk up and down this if you need to just like that and then take a trapdoor and then come into one end of the farm here and we’re going to place it in line with One of these trapdoors so we place it on top of this observer just like that now the reason for that is that we’re gonna have a zombie chasing us from this direction we’re gonna run this way we can go we can run past the trap door here but the Zombie can’t he’ll get stuck and then that means that he he can’t get past this truck door that’s above us so he’ll be standing on this block right here and he’ll be aggro to us we’ll be standing right here that means once the tr once the village once the zombie sorry is here We can then from behind hopefully we can reach we can flip this up and also flip this up which means he’s trapped in here he can’t get out then we can remove this trapdoor all right let’s go to survival and give this a try okay we’re in survival it’s night time So the zombie will not burn and i found one lurking around in the woods now luckily i tried i thought it threw an item at him and he is now capped she’s now holding it so he’s not going to despawn but now we can run up here and hopefully he should Follow us here he comes well done buddy now make sure you don’t get trapped by these trapdoors on the side try and walk over to the on the on the other side just like this we just walk past this trapdoor here and he’ll keep coming and then he’ll get Stuck behind this trap door there he goes so now we can just go behind him and we can reach and flip that one up also flip this one up then we can get rid of this trapdoor that’s no longer needed of course i need an axe that is better but there we go There he’s gone now he is trapped in place now we can replace the the glass on this side plus the other side and then we are good to go now that the sun has risen we can see our captured zombie in place and he is not going anywhere because of Those trapdoors but what we can do now is let’s place the the glass back as we did before we removed the the walkway we don’t need that anymore that can go same on the other side just scoot around here remove the temporary walkway you may have And replace the glass just like we did before there we go and then the last thing to do is now you’re pretty safe so you can come from behind and you can just remove this gloss block open this up replace it again same with this one remove this glass block Open this and replace it and that is it that is our trading hall all complete well it’s almost complete there’s one more thing actually we need to add a roof on top of this walkway in fact you don’t need to have a you don’t have to have a solid block all the way You just need to make sure you have a solid block above where the villagers stand so just above here you need to have soda blocks here so but it’s probably easier just to do this all the way along now with the example over there i’ve only got Them uh just over the uh over where the villagers are the reason for that is that once the uh once you do the transformation process and you get the zombie the zombie villager um obviously they they may burn in the daylight as the as they get converted so To prevent them taking any damage just put some kind of roof on top of this that will block the sunlight and so for good measure let’s give this thing a test let’s come over here we have our villager so i assume he’s coming from the the villager breeder he comes into The farm just like this and he drops down and get he takes his workstation as before let’s lower him down and hopefully our zombie friend should see him here he comes he’s all over there but he is attracted to him already you can see his arms are raised that means he is aggro So he’s going to come over to this guy and you know give him a little a little love hug you know and he’s going to turn him into into a into a zombie there we go so now he is there we can now lift him up And we can cure him and go for that process again so there we go all working and all complete so there we have it a very simple villager trading hall in fact two variations along the same theme and of course you need to adjust this to Your needs you can use the the blocks and the designs that you need to make it work but hopefully i’ve covered all the details you need to to make this thing so yeah pick the right one that’s appropriate for your weld and how you play and then you’re good to go don’t forget There’ll be a list of all the all the materials uh in the description as well and check out the rest of the series if you haven’t already we’ve already done a villager breeder and also a crop farm we’ve got an iron farm to come and more things in the future as well So i hope you enjoyed the video and if you did then please hit the like button and if you’re new then feel free to subscribe and if In this tutorial I show you how to build a simple villager trading hall. In fact we have two different variations. The first is ultra simple and will work for all players. The second includes a zombie which allows for big discounts in your trading prices. This version is only really useful for players on hard difficulty as in easier modes, zombies may kill the villagers. This trading halls are a variation on my previous design but we’ve made it even easier to build. No complex redstone or rail systems just nice and easy.
