Welcome back everybody to another episode of project ozone 3 kappa mood oh yeah guys so i have started moving some of our machines from down in our basement upstairs here trying to get things more top side we’re gonna eventually get rid of that basement level we’ll probably make a new one so We can house some of our plight and argistix stuff but for now i moved our power up here i’ve moved our thermal expansion machines over our ender io machines are one nuclear craft alloy furnace that we made last time and then the little bit of a plight energetic Stuff yeah these are all being affected by our astral sorcery tick accelerator yep so everything should go quite fast including our magnetic dynamos they should produce power faster and I have upgraded the flux ducts that they are sending power with with the hardened ones so these should send more power as Well previously we’re using the let’s tone ones it seemed like some recipes like the alloy furnace I think was running out of power I think it was a limitation because of these particular flux and ducts well now we can do four times more power through it so I feel Like we should be okay obviously we want to go up to like the ones that have unlimited RF particular connection or whatever but we’ll worry about that later so for now we have this stuff up here now we were going to make this refinery well in fact you want to be like for These and each one requires a steel frame and this hsla steel ingots and the hsla steel is only made through the alloy furnace with iron ingots and some carbon manganese blend well I think we just finished off last episode making the carbon manganese we should now be Able to use that to make the hsla steel you know I was really expecting this P going at a decent speed since it is being affected by the astral sorcery ritual you know the ritual goes faster at nighttime let’s make it nighttime there we go so now it is nighttime so we Should get some better tik acceleration but this still is going kinda slow as better it’s definitely better but it is kind of slow okay well we got 16 of those and that’s really all we needed for the four of these that we wanted to make so now we need to do some Compressed iron ingots now to make compressed iron the first thing you have to do is take iron and explode it now I am curious to try something here last episode we set up a mob farm those sounds though he set up a month farm down here and it has been working really Well now one thing I would like to point out is uh the amount of iron that we have collected over 31 stacks of it almost 32 stacks whoops 24 stacks of gold we’ve gotten a stack and a half of diamond so far so working lots of just regular resources 75 stacks of redstone holy crap that’s a lot of redstone but anyway well we were looking for down here was I don’t remember so I’m going back is compressed iron ingot I wanted to see if the creeper trophies well allow us to make compressed iron the way you make Compressed iron is you’re supposed to put iron into an explosion and you get like a third of it back or 3/4 of a stack or 3/4 the amount you put in there back I think I don’t know if you can use the creeper trophy if it has to actually Be TNT so let’s grab a little bit iron here oh we put it over here didn’t we let’s grab a little bit of iron let’s put it by this creeper trophy right click it look at that so we put 50 or no it was 63 and there we got 46 back so yeah we still lost some even though this explosion doesn’t really hurt this yeah anyway so compressed iron we got that so that’s pretty easy to do so compressed iron with the hsla and then we needed I guess four of these steel Frames and those require tough alloy and steel ingots all of that’s pretty easy to do so tough outlay we made last episode steel I can spell that right we have the steel and then we need some bronze cool we have all of that so if we Come over here we can give her this in bar and do four of these yup so there’s four those that we want to turn those into the refinery’s boom there it is cool so a little refinement it’s gone through all this stuff into here sorted and don’t need the manganese Or the tough alloy either okay so this guy we’re not gonna keep it here but you can stack this for tall as we saw before you can see that it shows four different tanks but does have a temperature so we need to get this temperature up in order For the oil that we put in here to get refined into the other materials so that’s something that we’re gonna have to work on there’s also the thermo pneumatic processing plant that we’re going to need to make this requires harder to carbon alloy and that is me With graphite plus diamond so we can do that I think advanced plating requires tough alloy redstone and then basic plating which is just graphite and lead so that is pretty easy as well I’m trying to remember in pneumatic craft the easiest way to to heat this I think You can do just like a fire underneath it till I get some temperature but if I remember right you have to use a vortex tube to do the best this stuff right here but this requires us to have pressure being made so we have to make Some kind of a generator so there’s a liquid compressor advanced liquid compressor I think they’re flux compressor 20 bar this block can convert Forge energy into compressed air by default has an efficient forty percent the input Effie rate is twice the amount of fe used per tick to Generate air is that expensive that looks expensive okay so that requires printed circuit boards which means we really have to already be into pneumatic craft before we even look at that so liquid compressor if we wanted to make this require small tank air compressor the air compressor itself OOP that Requires an old furnace of course it does some compressed iron pressure tubes so a lot of compressed iron some class yeah this isn’t too bad I think we might just end up doing this circle boy what is that 10 and zirconium oh okay I was thinking that was inking something I was Like so weird name to call it I think we might just end up doing the regular air compressor to get us started this will only go to 5 psi I do believe that yeah max pressure 5 bar and then the advanced one does 20 so you eventually you want To get to the 20 bar versus the the 5 bar stuff but we gotta start somewhere so we are going to just make the regular air compressor I’ll go ahead and craft this up we’ll be right back guys alright guys so it’s fun with pneumatic craft time so we have the refinery set Over here by our other machines and our power so this says temperature 53 C and if we look at the problems tab it says we have no input fluid and also says machine is poorly insulated 18 of 24 block faces which are exposed the air which wastes Heat and sure no neighboring blocks our air blocks insulate the machine for better performance so we can place these compress iron blocks nearby you can see they kind of change color they change color based on the temperature right I don’t know if these are good for insulating this particular thing or if We should just use regular blocks but I made a whole bunch of extra of the compressed iron for this particular mod just because we have a lot of it yeah I mean it’s easy for us to make I went ahead I made the vortex tube too when You place this down you can see one side is red and one side is blue or guess it only shows for a few seconds anyway so we want that here now the red side is facing the wrong way we want the red side up so I guess I need to can i Wrench this idea I can wrench it actually let’s try wrenching it shift wrench ok that doesn’t work I might have to just place a block and then like place it facing the other way something like this maybe and if I can stop clicking the wrong things we can do this A little bit faster ok whoa what just happen okay so red is facing up so that’s the heat side we want the heat going into here so let’s get rid of this block that block cool so this does require pressure in order to operate and I think you can attach compressed air From any side except for they cold to the hot sides so let’s attach that here yeah that it connects right up into it so bring that up and then over and then over here we can put down our air compressor oh is that the way no I don’t Think that’s facing the right way I think you face it this way yeah so that looks correct so that is facing into here which should provide air into the vortex tube although this is getting affected by the astral sorcery thing and I don’t know if that’s good or bad for This we might like burn coal really fast which will gain too much pressure and this thing could explode mmm we can get ourselves a security upgrade for this particular machine which will prevent it from self-destructing it doesn’t really see on this tool to at least you can’t Really read it but this thing is supposed to make it so the machine can’t explode anyway so to make one of those we need pressure tube some levers the pressure gauge which is just iron and gold that’s all really easy stuff I think we can manage that so we need to Get ourselves some cobble stone cobble we need some sticks which I believe I have in this thing we should have everything else on us I do believe so there’s a levers we need one of those one of those then we need obsidian and lapis those are the things we don’t have Obsidian okay so now we should have everything now I guess it is possible it is possible for this thing to output more pressure than these pipes are rated for these are only rated for 5 bar I guess it would be possible for it to output slightly higher than these pipes Could explode I don’t think the vortex tube’ can explode since this thing is rated at 20 bar so yeah the the pressure tubes are the only thing that could fault on this whole thing now I do know that you’re supposed to use like heat sinks and things like that on the vortex Tube but this is the cold side so I’m not really sure what we do on this particular site I think you I can’t remember if you’re supposed to warm it up or how this all works yeah I don’t know if you try to do cold I think you’re supposed to cool down the Hot side but I’m not really sure about if you try and do hot if you do if you like cool down the cold side I don’t know anyway these heat sinks are pretty inexpensive and you can see those things kind of change color too similar to the the compressed iron blocks these things Change color with temperature as well whoa what just how did anything even touch me the bottom temperature is 50 for the top temperature is 53 did that thing burn me like how does that thing even gaining heat we haven’t done anything yet that doesn’t make sense Let’s see the carrot guys I have figured out the particle issue there’s no more particles we have video settings particles on all so we no longer have to put particles on minimal that should be coming in a future update it’s just a configuration settings for I think the Random patches mod but yeah I spent some time trying to figure that out because that was just driving me crazy so I think the next thing we do is put : here and hope for the best they put that in there things are happening it’s getting pressure this is singing the top Temperature is rising that’s what we’re looking for I’ll just put that all in there whoops and actually want to do that yeah the top temperature is rising so that means this temperature should be raising that looks good 61 now these blocks are starting to to warm up but they don’t seem to be Hurting me yeah I don’t know if these things like are dissipating heat maybe I should just be using regular blocks yeah this mod like I understand how it works kind of but like I don’t really fully versed in how it works so it might be better just to use regular blocks and Not these because these could be dissipating heat and making like this thing lose heat too fast I don’t know how’s this over here so the pressure is still going up there is a way that we can set this so it will only gain pressure to a certain point and then I’ll stop trying to make more pressure I don’t know how important it is for us to do that though since we have the security upgrade in here just gonna be going max in like not doing anything further so at 84 okay well I mean this is definitely doing a thing bottom Temperature is at 45 C and the bottom temperature is in fact getting cooler okay well we need to get an input fluid here so I guess we need to go get ourselves some oil I know the Twilight forests have plenty of oil okay so this thing is just doing like a blow-off Valve so it’s not getting too much in there hi see if you don’t put the security in there I think this just keeps rising and rising and rising and then I’ll just blow itself up but yeah it looks like it’s tolling this as like a a pressure relief valve in there okay Well I’m gonna go find some oil we need 16 buckets of it to put into our refinery so we can start making LPG and start making plastic I’m gonna get to that and we’ll be right back guys as I suspected putting the compressed iron blocks around the refinery was Actually making a lose temperature it was staying at 85 degrees Celsius and it wasn’t gaining to the required temperature until I remove the blocks it shot up to 114 now looks like things are happening we’re making diesel or making kerosene we’re making fuel and we’re Making LPG so yes this is all going the way we need it to go the next thing I want to do is I want to try moving the astral sorcery ritual thing a little bit closer and see if we can get that refinery to work a little bit faster but This is my offhand well click it yeah it doesn’t seem like that is being affected by the ritual but I would like to see if we can’t get it to be affected by the ritual I don’t know if it can or not well let’s just move this just ever so Closer here and give that the oil clickety click oh yeah now we’re seeing particles over here so maybe things are gonna happen just a little bit faster the temperature is fluctuating all over the place LPG oh did we run out of power nope things are still happening Oh it’s Affecting like the heat sinks and stuff yeah that’s making the temperature go all wonky okay let’s just turn this thing off completely then yeah that’s a problem we can’t let that happen we need this to act correctly if it’s gonna be accelerating like the heat sinks and Stuff yeah that’s not good at all okay well now we tested that out now we know better we need to get more coal in there so this thing can get up to pressure like it should cool yeah we’ll just let this thing do its thing here and we will Continue on so not to toot my own horn or anything here but I’m basically a redstone genius I’m just saying I’m just saying so we have a pressure gauge tube module here and this is a mini risco signal based on the pressure inside the tube so we have this set this Potentiometer here this is set to ue7 yeah we haven’t set to seven here so when the pressure drops down I think two three and a half it’ll emit a redstone signal of seven which matches I guess it’s when it drops down to about four bar anyway so it matches the Potentiometer in this comparator and this comparator sends a redstone signal through over to here and then powers this thing actually I guess when we are above that it powers it which shuts it down we have the redstone behavior set to you only enable on a low signal so When it turns the Redstone turns off it’ll burn a piece of coal bring that pressure up and it gets just below the point where it starts using the blow-off valve so we’re not actually wasting any pressure anymore yeah and we’re not hearing that stupid sound anyway it’s Not going full blast and we’re not hearing that stupid sound anymore and we’re being more efficient with our coal which is great now another thing I found out about the refinery putting these blocks around it is better like we saw and now it says no problems because I Have a torch here if I remove this torch this block is now exposed and says the machines no longer insulated anymore but putting a torch here no problems no problems so yeah I think we’re doing pretty okay we are collecting LPG at a decent rate here the temperature is Staying right where it needs to be I did try removing I did try removing the heat sinks down here and these compressed iron and that allowed the south side or against the bottom side of our vortex tube to really start getting cold which took away the heat from the top side so Using the heat sinks here we’re dissipating the cold yeah it’s warming up more to the ambient air temperature which is heating up the bottom side now I think you can also put like a lava source block or something underneath here to warm up the other side which Will warm up the topside but honestly I don’t really think we need to worry about that too much we are doing just fine the way it is right now when when this thing ran out at will the temperature went up to like a thousand degrees Celsius and then when I put oil Back in there I start processing and the temperature went down but it wasn’t processing any faster so like once you reach that operating temperature it just works it doesn’t go faster based on temperature so moving right along I went ahead to the Twilight and I got a whole bunch of oil so we Have over 550 buckets of oil now that are being pushed into our refinery and the refineries just doing its thing like we last saw and now we have the fluid being extracted into their own guard demonically gargantuan drum now it’s probably overkill to how the gargantuan drums for all of these different fluids But I don’t want to have to worry about ever like filling up and not being able to process stuff and you know these things are cheap enough we’ve seen that before so I just went ahead and splurged and did that as far as bringing the oil Back I did go ahead and I made myself another reservoir here this is the resonant one and I put holding four on there so this thing can hold 750 buckets I went to the Twilight and I just completely annihilated in art and oil pool yeah fill this thing all up brought It back here and I couldn’t figure out a good way to extract the fluid from the reservoir into the gargantuan drum I can only put like one bucket at a time so I made a portable tank so I can right click on here and that puts in 16 Buckets and this set is set to automatically just output which would drain in there so I just right-click on it every couple seconds and drain it out that way there’s probably a better way of doing it well anyway I made myself a plastic mixer and a thermo pneumatic processing plant So the thermo pneumatic processing plant does have a temperature gauge so this is something else that we need to heat up and it also has a PSI or I guess a bar gauge that we need to give a pressure mm-hmm so I was thinking since all these Blocks have to be covered can we transfer heat from the promoted distillery into this or I guess that’s a refinery into this that’s what I wanted to see so let’s try this together if I remove this top lock and then I place this guy here in place oh yeah look at That the temperature is going aha so we don’t need to lay give this thing its own separate temperature this will work here so if we look at the black plastic this is what we’re trying to make we need liquid plastic and we get that from the thermo pneumatic Processing plant so we put an LPG 100 mil abuts plus a piece of coal equals a full bucket of liquid plastic and it says it does require 100 C temperature well we have the temperature that should be fine and in fact this temperature will go up if we this works just the Same if we cover up the top here that should expose it to air one less block yeah so up to 150 C and then when we extract out or I guess pump fluid in it should cover up the other other side so let’s do what I want to do this I guess this I don’t want these connected yeah I want like that so this is our LPG is on top just so happens that’s where it was so we can extract out of here I’m gonna put this on the yellow channel and this will be inserting on the yellow other way okay So we’re inserting we are extracting always active so we are now pumping LPG into here okay so at this point our temperature has gone up it is at 188 C so yeah we definitely have increased in temperature so now we want to put coal in here and then we should start Producing liquid plastic you know I got : Vestal Maya go put it in 32 like so so that’s doing its thing and boom liquid plastic that’s awesome so it might even be a thing where I put another gargantuan drum here extract out of that on another Channel and start filling That up full of plastic I really don’t know how much of this we need but it isn’t like super fast to process so it might make more sense or it might make a lot of sense actually just a process all over LPG into it it looks like we are Using it faster than we are creating it so we’re gonna have like a deficit of LPG unless we do more of these refineries I’m not sure how much of this we need maybe we’ll just leave it alone as it is for right now we can take that And extract it into the plastic mixer now this block I think also has a temperature gauge but I don’t think this needs a certain temperature I think you can put plastic sheets in here and then melt them into liquid plastic but that’s not what we’re trying to do we’re trying To take the liquid plastic and then harden that into this stuff here but we need all these different colors as well so we need red green and lapis I believe are the three colors so lapis is easy rose red or poppy the Rose can never remember I guess we don’t have any of Those we have died essence I think don’t we I can’t remember now I think we might have done that let’s take a look we have mystical flower which we can turn into a dye I wonder if the those petals like you can turn this into the flowers of flowers into the petals and The petals with the pestle and mortar into a dye I wonder if that would work in there hmm so did we never make dyeing seeds I thought we did doesn’t look like it okay so if we wanted to give rose red just a standard things if we had the dye Essence we could do that really fast and dye comes from a tier two it might be worth me making these but we just don’t have that yet we just have the mystical flower ones and then the other color we needed was green as well right cactus green well you know what we have This let’s let’s give this a try we have this as well I’m curious if we can do it with the petals I’m probably gonna do it that way so the pestle and mortar so we turn the green flower into a floral green powder which works as a dye green And that works as a die read and we can throw those in there that would be really awesome so what I’d like to do is place this guy where is it I place it down somewhere and I lost it already I want to place this guy like right here And then we’ll extract a plastic into this yeah I think that’s all we need to do so if we do extract in this insert extract always active so yeah we have the liquid plastic going into here they should start refilling its own liquid plastic so we’ll always have just a Little bit like 16 buckets on reserve so let’s see if we put green yeah that doesn’t work awesome okay so we can use the Botanic uh luring for this and we’ll put it in the lapis yeah it shows the the vanilla one so I was kind of Figuring how to be the vanilla but since we can use the Patania stuff that’s really awesome there’s no reason to make the other dye seeds at least not yet okay well we want to make black plastic so if I click this button it uses a little bit of the different dyes and Then we get ourselves a black plastic awesome so we got the quest complete let’s take a look where we at ah so there’s a quest complete for all the different colors of plastic I think we’re gonna hold off on doing all of these different ones until later on we Got storage for them all and this stuff doesn’t matter but uh yeah we got a bunch of quest complete here in the pneumatic craft section that’s in the is that Phi or PI I’m not sure how you pronounce that anyway let’s go and claim all of those we are up to you an Additional stack plus six RAK I’m kind of curious where we stand on our grand total 14 plus 46 14 stacks plus 46 of it that’s a whole lot of the Rek we need to start working on the basalt runs there’s blitzer odds one of the two the Sol’s rods we start working On this get 200 those we have more than enough for the upgrade sword and we also have to take care of the tarantula boss and the urbis yeah that’s gonna be fun to do so we’ll be looking at doing this one here pretty soon I am sure So black plastic is done that’s gonna allow us to make transistors transistors required the red alloy the compressed iron the black plastic and then we have to make these transistors from open computers which looks like the recipe has been changed so redstone reception coil the energized capacitor ooh that’s An empowered or only recipe so it looks like we are going to have to automate the empower urn this has EMC so eventually we’ll be legisla let’s make a stupid amount of those not worry about it but that’s quite down the road from now okay yeah so we need to do that we Also need to make ourselves the pressure chamber so that’s gonna require extreme all the way apparently which is the hard carbon alloy plus tough alloy well I mean that doesn’t seem that difficult to do now again the hard carbon is with the graphite and diamond drain so that’s you Know relatively straightforward and then we put that with tough all the way to make the extreme alloy compressed advanced pleading yeah we’ve done all that and this will make 16 of the pressure chamber walls I believe we have to do this recipe twice for the three by Three by three think so right so that’s nine on top nine on the bottom and eat around the outside plus we need to control her and then we need the input/output things so wait is it three by three on the inside or the outside I think it’s three by three by three on The outside and then there’s also the five by five by five one so if we make too many these will be able to upgrade to the bigger one eventually yeah I think we’re probably gonna have to hold off on that until next time guys yeah we got some good stuff going on here Learning a little bit more about pneumatic craft I didn’t really know that you can use the heat from the refinery to go into the processing plan like that that’s kind of cool something new for me to to learn we got ourselves a regulated pressure source the not going to explode and as more Fuel-efficient than before which is great we have large storage for all of our different refinery processing stuff and large storage for the oil hmm yep I think we’re on a good path here I think next time we’re definitely gonna jump a little bit more into the pneumatic craft And take a look at the
