DHawko EPIC Creation in Minecraft – Gurren Lagann BUILD!

Hello i’m dihako and in this series me and my friend solis are going to try and recreate notable and unique buildings from anime and minecraft and for this first episode we’re trying and failing to make gaia village from gurren lagann we didn’t have much of a

Plan at first so a majority of this video is us brainstorming ideas we would love to hear of any other ideas from other anime thank you thank you but uh yeah i mean other than that we’re kind of into it we’re just we’re here yes i don’t really know where to go from

Here but figured we try and get i figured we try and uh kind of highlight the new stuff that’s been added to minecraft because uh for me it’s not every day i play this game uh but uh dihako over here my boy dylan probably every day he’s like hey man

There’s some new shenanigans going on in minecraft you want to make some minecraft content sure like it but we’re just starting off i didn’t see any form of like oak uh i hope there’s i hope it’s not just birch uh there’s spruce over to the other side

Oh please i need that because bruce or what is this Birch trees are hot dog you know what we’re gonna roll with it anyway i found a honeycomb and dylan this will technically be your first is it gonna be like your first main game on your channel uh yeah i mean what i’ve never done a youtube channel video before except a stop motion

Our plan is to make stuff from fiction specifically japanese fiction we call it anime here we go here’s the next segue that’s right ladies and gentlemen we are playing we’re going to be making we’re only going to be making boobs of anime girls from shows the biggest

Only the biggest ones none of them flat chested it’s already nighttime [ __ ] but no you guys we have actual plans on making some anime our plan is to just build something i think this is this something from anime like if you guys have seen my hero we might be making some uh

Winding down it’s building up to a finale i mean i haven’t been caught up on the manga like i’ve just seen like the the little bits of spoilers on instagram like with uh shigaraki versus uh you can’t do spoilers in a youtube video versus we’re gonna bleep it out

You know i was i’ve been thinking uh you know how like obviously people like get like the meme noises from like you know websites or whatever i was thinking i would just make my own just sit down for like five minutes just i think noises like that are something that

Um you just get from playing games naturally like you’ll make like a oh scream from a show and just use that and then start using it oh my god yeah i was like that should be so funny okay we have to decide on our first anime themed build our starter house

Um that is a good question well we gotta make our buildings wow we’re gonna make our our little starter house real fast no we’re gonna make an anime themed what are we doing wait it’s oh we’re already starting it off anime themed yes everything oh god oh um

Here let me get rid of this i mean obviously i don’t want to i can’t think of any small things that’s why i did i was like i don’t really know anything that’s small right now that we could do so i’m just gonna throw [ __ ] down so of course we can make like

Big things like ua or the what’s the ship called an open one piece uh either going merry or a thousand sunny i mean there’s tons of ships in one piece we could do uh we could do uh cave the cave from uh german lagon the first one or the second clip

But like the mole rat cave or the like the one that like broke open into the open world uh that like the warehouse where they were building the robots i think that’d be fun if we had a big cave in the side of the oh yeah yeah and that would just make it

So that our starter base would just be a cave that we just start working on are you sick okay how far down stairway back up i guess that far down ah why i want it so that we can make a little dock off of it now i’m trying to think of just other

Buildings in anime yeah i feel like that’s the one that’s like a thing that people don’t often think about it’s either boobs on waifus weapons or like see this that’s what these could turn into is a uh exploration of like a podcast almost of architecture and buildings and anime

That’s such a random but like i can see that being a deep conversation i think more than enough so i think i’m gonna make the opening cave mouth opening against the cave that sort of looking for and then we’ll dig it in slowly agreed so what what do we want to start our

Question of the our first one ever being what do we do it what is it uh what’s your favorite anime building favorite anime building so we have some ideas so we can use your guys’s ideas and not give you credit for it we’ll use you and not give you the credit or favorite

No that works that’s perfect that’s a great idea i might have to look up just random anime buildings and be like yep this is the one i’ve thought about it before because that’s uh my single player world my plan is to slowly go through all of the one-piece ships oh yeah

And try and build them but my favorite anime building is sandy’s dome spongebob just anime stuff too okay so i think the plan is to dig this in as a cave now or hopefully even find a cave behind this dude how [ __ ] crazy would that be to find a cave behind this

I know it’s weird that it’s the cave and cliffs update but we’re making our own cave i don’t maybe i didn’t think this through look we wanted to show you guys all the new stuff that was included in this minecraft update apparently it’s been like super crazy

But uh yeah obviously we started on the mountain that was pretty cool i haven’t seen like the big ass mountains like that before but hey we’re gonna make our own cave we’re making our own update yeah [ __ ] the [ __ ] the minecraft debs oh were we

Did i do this wrong no no we’re gonna dig in i’m just making that out um village that’s what i think we should make it look like except of course in the anime there’s no cave opening and that’s part of the story but it’s also part of the story

That a robot broke in i think it would be awesome looking it’s a starter base yeehaw village oh that is what it’s called huh oh i haven’t seen this i haven’t seen i forgot it looked like this i know i did too i looked it up and i was like

All i knew was a cave but this is cool also i’m getting hungry you ain’t hungry i’m getting hungry i’m a game oh i think you met right now i was like why didn’t you eat before we started okay uh so i think we’ll make this a little tiny end like an entrance

And then i’ll do a big dome on the inside which will take a while but sounds like to say like they don’t have an actual opening to the surface i know that’s part of the story but a robot crashes in so maybe it’s right we could have a

Robot like sitting here in the entrance like it could and like as we dig further we can make the the the gurin yeah that’s what the little one’s called right yeah yeah it must be because logon would be kind of goofy oh and i think if you look at the photos

There’s little openings like doorways i thought those are people what are these people oh they are doorways yeah they’re you’re right there are there doorways maybe we make a little doorway somewhere in here already and make that like our actual like starter starter base okay i’ll go in a little further

See and another reason you guys why i don’t play minecraft as much as like dylan here does is because uh minecraft is kind of like hey how creative are you and like what lengths will you go to make something awesome i am not creative okay i make block wooden houses

This dude i’ve seen his worlds i think it’s a matter of planning well you’re apparently a lot better at it but i think when you don’t have a plan you build goofy stuff not you specifically but in general to me back when i used to play minecraft

A little bit more i always liked the idea of making cat head houses i don’t really know why okay so make this like the base level okay so then from here we’ll make the big dome i would say there’s a lot to this like it it’s it obviously is very simple but like

There’s clearly a lot to this yeah i also think doorways should be one by two i stupid for making mine too what one by two doors should just be this big oh i was like what the [ __ ] is this and too tall there’s a cave oh is it really i want to see

So yeah basically what this will consist of you guys is dylan will do the hard stuff and i’ll do everything else he’ll do the manual labor and i’ll be the designer i’ll sit back like i’ll make things but then he’ll come in and make it like ten times better

Okay so i’m gonna start making this tunnel bigger very we also need to make a mine i guess another room we’ll make is a entrance to a mine circle all right where are we gonna make a separate spot for the mine yeah you can make a room off here or something right here

Uh i think i will do that off this room is like right here so let’s here no no not off just next to all right i’m on the way a little room and then do a mine out of it i think what are you doing

What do you mean you went down one block that’s all i need to go bro get already down there we still have a chance to build the other villages from that might make more sense if they’re out to the open we could build the uh the boat

That’d be a big project maybe that’s the mega project we do at the end that’d be cool there’s a lot of big ships in anime that we can do too all right guys since we’re on the anime topic still for the question of the day who is your personal favorite anime waifu

We should brainstorm some buildings i can’t it’s really hard to imagine buildings it’s weird like more anime buildings yeah why don’t we do this slime village you could maybe we should do separate bases and have like a like a road or like a a minecart that leads to all of them maybe

So we’ve got a creek village there’s a few we have manga that have uh villages too oh i think they’re all similar to the slime one with this we have this we have the slime village we have uh uh ua you ain’t that oh yeah i guess late game that’s a pretty simple

Building it’s big h and then we got uh the cave yes this cave is beautiful we could also i haven’t watched made in abyss yet but but i know it has something to do with an abyss you haven’t seen made in a miss yet no

Yes we need to do the maiden abyss one i don’t know what it looks like but it’s if it’s a cave could we build it off of this cave it’s so the problem is it’s like the town is surrounding the hole that leads to the cave it’s not actually the cave itself

Oh so it’s left to build a big big hole right yeah so you just built like a town in a circular form and then a fat hole in the middle i mean in darling and the franks don’t they have like a dome house too yeah oh food it’s big

Other all the buildings and darling and the franks are massive you know that’s like yeah that’s true we could build the simpsons house i’m sure that’s already been done of course it’s been done everything’s been done dude you could do the simpsons house we could do the family guy house

No i think we’re still going to do anime stuff i don’t that would have probably been a better starter out except some of those materials seem hard there’s nothing from chainsaw man i mean you can make the demons themselves but yeah like a giant floating uh gun devil somewhere

You could build like shark man just half of his body sticking out of the ground yep i’ve seen stuff from naruto i haven’t watched naruto i have no idea a lot of cool buildings and stuff also dragon ball so has some cool stuff i’ve seen a little bit of dragon ball

But i haven’t seen uh naruto naruto is like very unpopular pain again but it is not my favorite show i can’t watch it it’s just not the type of show i watch see you want to talk about a good old show inuyasha i haven’t watched any yasha there’s stuff from hunter hunter

But it’s a bit weird you built a blimp the blimp that we could build like uh oh yeah you haven’t watched much of it i was about to go further into the series we could build a generic school building like from k on that’s true we could build a ramen shop

A ramen shop that that should have been a starter base i’m just just a ramen shop just a little ramen shop can you think of many anime with like just a ramen shop uh naruto i don’t know like a big one bigger like it’s part of the story more

Oh part of the story that’s a good question see you haven’t watched 20th century boy or red 20th century boys i can think of ramen shop from that but like i can name animes that have a [ __ ] ton of ramen shops but it’s just like what’s important to the story

Well mine are not important to the story i guess but like buildings are weird in anime you can’t it’s like after a few seconds like i can’t think of anything don’t say that dylan you know there’s going to be some people that are slamming their foreheads on the keyboard

How could you possibly forget about this you guys shut up nerd the thing is like one piece has about a million and a half things hey do you have more iron yes you want an iron pick yes please and a spoon shovel god damn it [ __ ] it my brain just swim

Every other direction that bucket spoon shovel bucket see now that we keep talking about like anime houses i keep i always want to revert to like like futurama i want to build the futurama’s tower but i mean if we i think we need to do the first view our anime

Yeah and then from there we can start doing what else what else is there that we could make i mean we can make a pokemon gym a lot of pokemon stuff so i’ll say in my hero there’s not really like a significant place other than ua well there’s the ua

B or whatever the like training buildings oh that’s true but those are massive i know it’d just be goofy to build i mean those could be projects big dome and built like little like a mountain and uh like the inside of that training building yeah uh there’s also the trainings or not the

Training center the uh the place where they went to become official heroes oh the um when they did the license licensing exam or whatever yeah that’s true trying to think of like other generic i don’t know i guess not generic but don’t worry guys we’ll do like the the farming tutorials

And then the big anime tutorials we got everything covered for you i think we’ll try and build each thing into it all the farms will be somehow anime too and they’ll just all be anime themed like yes guys here’s the heels the the cow killing machine it’ll be it’ll represent miltank from pokemon

Goblin slayer their farm he lives on a farm yeah so you could we could just make a normal farm actually i might do that that might be my like farm above okay it’s the goblin slayer like farm or and that we could also mix stuff together

Like we can make that and then like rumors town would be off of it oh that’d be sick i like the idea just just mush it all together also hunter hunter he goes fishing and he’s on a tree that he sits on for the gun oh when he was catching the the fish

So he could build that tree off the side here that’s your fishing area dude you know what we could build [ __ ] house moving castle oh the big one yes the movies totally didn’t think about movies that’d be so [ __ ] lit hell’s moving i was moving castle uh totoro’s [ __ ] tree

Oh i didn’t even think about that dude and i was gonna say spirit away but that’s like a whole thing isn’t it i just watched that recently i got that for christmas and totoro i got paprika paprika it’s like inception the anime oh i didn’t know that was a thing

I sort of thought about movies it like popped in my head i was like i was thinking like pro mayor and stuff but premier stuff is all yeah that’s massive huge frozen lake with a little secret base under it there’s a lot of things you could do uh snowy mountain what’s

I can think of manga that have stuff but a lot of manga they’re not really visually like unique i mean does does tonya the evil have anything cool no but we could do like their uh there’s one scene where they’re shot in missiles we could make

Missiles you could do the uh the attack on titan thing whole wall just that’s the entirety of wall maria yeah the more i’m like thinking into it i’m like man there are a few yeah and like in what world would we like have ever come up with this what just like well like

How many people actually put effort into thinking like what kind of buildings are in anime you know there’s some crazy youtubers though that could in depth but yeah i haven’t heard much about building it it’d be fun to actually learn like real architecture terms yeah and really like

Almost turn this into like a podcast with minecraft in the background that’d be sick technically we still could do a podcast just with minecraft in the back well that’s exactly what’s happening and it’s great that’s great um ow actually no that’s such a cool idea a podcast

And they like turn off the sound of minecraft and turn off the sound of minecraft and we put music and we just treat it like a podcast and it’s like the whole podcast time we uh just talk about like anime buildings that totally work but yeah we could and then like each

Week maybe we watch an anime movie or an anime together and then we just talk about the stuff we saw in it yeah talk about and unlike we build it in minecraft slowly in the background so it’s just us in the background building it while we’re talking about it

But i’ll be down that’s the first few episodes i think we could just leave it as like a normal game like normal let’s play yeah until we get like good resources and then once we get like a good amount of resources we can start doing larger scale stuff and just talk yeah

But yeah i think these first few episodes we should like make this base make a storage thing make it so we have a lot of items you
