DuckBoi’s Insane Adventure in Diablo IV: Episode 1

e e e e e e e e e e e good evening everybody hope you’re all doing absolutely wonderful today how is it all how’s it going how’s it going seven people bloody E I don’t really comment on the amount of people that watch the streams that often but I’d just like to say it thanks for the Love of All Things hly I cannot Envision Why seven people would be sitting here watching the stream starting soon screen um you’re all amazing so thank you very much but without further Ado let’s get into this shall we no point in Dilly dallying so as the title would suggest to we’re going to be doing hardcore so hardcore is a difficult e a bit like what it is in Minecraft where if you die it’s permanent character is gone um so yeah that is a thing that we’ve got to contend with it’s not I’m not very good at Diablo 4 I I absolutely love this game and I have played this game to bits um characters wouldn’t suggest that because I did I have a habit of making characters getting to level 25 and deleting them that what happen this time good luck bro ready oh this is not going to end well um duck boys M duck boy M um I’m bad at video games it’s going to be fun yeah honestly that should be my motto also hi ke how’s it going my friend um so I’m honestly going to let you guys pick now I’m not going to play Necromancer because I’ve played Necromancer about five times in total and I’m going to be honest kind of part of it but I will play literally every other class because Necromancer is a bit cheap it’s really easy Necromancer so any other characters so we have a barbarian sort of like a very hearty Soldier they have a variety of weapons that can go Bonk what is that want again no thank you uh we have sorcerer cast spells pretty much in the name um they’re very sort of keep at a distance eat fire you demon um there’s rugs prioritize stealth and poisons so they do a lot of damage over time kind of thing and then we have Druid um I’m be honest I don’t know a thing about Druid I haven’t even so much as touched to the class so yeah what are you playing uh I’m playing Diablo 4 um it is available on consoles and PC I die I’m doing so good how dare you that is a direct reference of a druid to be fair I’ve never played a druid so I would be down to play a druid just because I’ve never done it oh we do I would like to be body type two please customize oh my God put a shirt on what the hell [Music] uh what’s this uh that one God yeah don’t wor we still support you I am very appreciative of that what’s this oh this is his head oh we could be we could be an egg no wait I’m not going to be an egg that’s going to spark you guys to do the whole duck boys balls thing again it’s really difficult for me to make a character that’s like l lar because I’m just very skinny that color looks good I don’t know it feels a little weird being a druid and not having tattoos that feels like a thing all Druids have he knows too well look has a strength of spaghetti yeah found I think I have the I think my strength is probably comparable to you know those sort of like paper walls that you find in hardcore M uh duck boy attempt we can’t do attempt one don’t boy dies what do we want chat do we want seasonal or Eternal the only difference is this one allows me to seasonal content so like new content once the campaign’s finished and this one does not when do I go for first I’m a massive fan I Will Do seasonal uh that one except do you yeah so I am an absolute fan of toer Ark Mage I think it’s called Sanctuary was never meant for humankind it was forged as a refuge from the war between the High Heavens and the burning Hells instead it became a new Battleground in this eternal conflict please tell me that’s not me called the haradrim has kept Mortals safe but now this once powerful order is a HK of what it was and centuries ancient creators have returned to claim the hearts of humankind this is the story of their downfall I’m kind of just assuming you guys can hear this um let me know if you can’t for for oh well that happened quick it’s a cutscene so I’m going to talk in bits where there’s no like dialogue a yum intestines I mean i’ make yourself a fire before going to bed okay are okay so we have an available point which means we can get something from this tree so as we progress down the trees we can unlock more and more powerful skills and stuff uh with this being the final skill tree kind of thing uh So currently we are all all the way up here okay we can get Earth Spike Su of the earth impaling the first enemy hit for six damage Contra Pierce blast I’m just a I’m just an avatar the Last air bender character so our choices are we can be from the earth Nation uh the the wind guys I haven’t seen Avatar last air bender I’ve seen one episode so I could killer trash air and water yeah that’s it uh we have have fire air lightning and Bear have it the last di um I think I’m going to go for this one just because it has AOE potential which could be good uh title can damage healing received and overpower okay so it’s somewhat useful wait did we really get No Loot No Loot aside from the uh boss uh mini boss what should Le class this so my least favorite class not because it’s a bad class but because it’s too good of a class is a necromancer um I didn’t have fun playing Necromancer because it was just too strong like there was no way you died I must wait a moment okay we can unlock some stuff down here now so we can unlock land slide cross enemies between two pillars of Earth dealing 26 damage maximum spirit is increased lightning stor conjur growing lightning storm that deals 14 damage per strikes the number of strikes increases as long St is channeled up to a maximum five at once yeah so Necromancer could permanently have three um sort of like skeletal dudes following it um but in every fight it just got an extra one during the fight that would disappear after the fight it was impossible to kill a necromancer um so Necromancer just wasn’t fun to play CU there was no challenge contr SW T that deal 12 damage that that does more damage than that ship shifts into a we bear and slam the ground dealing 17 damage to surrounding enemies Swit through a werewolf and perform the tri of combo attacks first attack Das fall towards a Target and deal 10 damage second attack 14 damage third attack perform a larger finishing move dealing 27 damage think we’re going to go for lightning storm so now we can do a a whole lightning storm thing oh we got an axe okay that’s a legendary a rare item show not legendary fancy cat was doing parkour oh parkour was it doing any difficult parkour or was it just jumping from A to B if you Mak where have the fire elements for it yeah I think this te on Druid is pretty interesting because Druid is normally like very oh nature loving and like shape shift and wild shift and stuff this is more like I mean it very much can do that but this is very much more just like I’m a SMY like I’m I’m Zeus good good night okay excuse I hate when I kill an enemy and it just gets back up it’s not how that works she climbing very high I think what’s great is the cats never fully understand why they’re doing what they’re doing they just do it in their brains they’re just like hey I want to go there and then just climb up a place and then wonder how they’re going to get back down and then panic when you realize there’s no obvious way down oh there’s a chest up there we go this way first I can Smite people from different rooms interesting that’s 200 I don’t know if that’s better than what I have so% damage to crowd controlled enemies I don’t crowd control that’s want just turn two on I think it’s better just for the damage also we just look like a giant uh like wizard now which is awesome that’s singlehandedly the most stupid smart predator on the planet they make so many silly decisions it’s brilliant maximum life that sounds useful this this is really empty bro oh well if this isn’t a boss room I don’t know what it is this is one of those where it’s like this is very obviously a boss room I’m not ready yet do not have enough SP take that oh the smir we actually lost that fight we only took like a little bit of damage the very obvious boss rooms actually did I’m pretty happy that I did so well though it’s technically less damage but it does give me more life and I but the staff gives us bonus damage per like thing so yeah I think that’s better no more loot For Me OK ah we got gloves them and I am back we have gold because it’s not on my desktop um there’s some I think there’s some new what do you call it um I what they called add-ons in the marketplace that you might want to look at uh ke the old ruins are clear your town should be safe now by the light you are Heaven Sent oh I’m so sorry we we haven’t any coin to offer but we have hot stew good company and stay for a pine wash out the taste of the stew we’d be honored if You’ join us I don’t think it’s ever a little easier because I think at this stage in the game like every tiny little bit of gold and whatever resources we can get our hands on are going to be really useful oh we got a t oh an amulet too I didn’t even notice that we had that we’re getting here steadily uh graveyard is never a good sign is it okay we can’t ENT but I assume at some point that will become a dungeon likely it’s kind of we’ll head this way around we’ll grab that Shrine on the way up n they’re worse for me oh side we did successfully kill that bear oh we just run really fast now when we attack really fast too okay I they move more so than anything else like if a spider exists that doesn’t bother me it’s when said spider start moving that it becomes a problem yeah it’s probably just not your kind of game um I which is honestly Fair it’s not for everyone it is very how they are built yeah spiders are just not I don’t really mind spiders when it comes to just existing it’s like going to start moving for me they have too many legs plus from what I can gather you are a fan of slightly more sort of like lighthearted faster paced games whereas Diablo is a very sort of dark gritty slow paced game so it does make sense that you wouldn’t enjoy this game as much that being said I do still hugely appreciate you being here all the hermit this has got to be his house is anyone here you who anybody have mrooms could help us you should seek him out in sclan but don’t forget about the cathedral they’ll be expecting you and they might prove to be useful allies too coming with me I going to the dry steps to find out who that Pale Man is join me when you can just be careful your ties to Lilith the Visions you see you are the key to finding her and stopping whatever she has planned okay guess sometimes our unforeseen visit uh something all the way over there okay quite a big map and obviously there’s a bunch of bles gathering Legions oh very fun we have some bonus like side quests here that we might do we will we’ll go to the Cathedral first we’ll have a discussion with those guys there is dungeons killing enemy with SH Spirit SK decre that deal 10% increased damage on your cast up of 50 Spirit okay there like solo dungeons you can do hi guys I’m here because you called me we were Bor in sin Children Of Darkness the father’s light can be sought through penitence and face walk in the light hi i p think I’m going to really focus too heavily on side quests um I don’t know the new militi recruits have been training night and day they deserve a little praise but I can’t them see me soft mind giving them a cheer for me easy coin for you a boost of confidence for the recruits and I get to go on being the hard us everybody wins I will take care of it I’ve opened the battle pass somehow figured out how to AR Stone that’s something I know what you are good for you I need to check the controls actually the Beast lives within you thanks I hope they don’t get used to it okay we’ll do the pass powerful winds surround you graning 10% non-physical damage reduction knocking back enemies and dealing 29 damage ship into wealth and heal riously deal healing you for 20% of your maximum life ship we and B reducing the B damage deal I feel like a self he could be really useful because we need to start thinking about survivability for this one a self heal is always useful especially in a hardcore challenge especially hard challenge I’m taking as much damage as I am this SEC CR fixed enough think I won that one okay oh nice we uh now here two on the B I actually think I would have preferred if they was to do the battle pass here like um like they did the this is Barbarian dungeon there is no point me going this D the only reason why I was going can and I guess for the to but even there doubt it gives enough to Jus F inning that’s just what I’m using but better so we’ll take it you mentioned the cruci fix just reminds me of what happened earlier on F when I was holding the dungeon will give us loot and XP like a lot of XP uh and a lot of loot which would push us in the right direction oh the main quest which Contin use the little story line that we’ve been following or I guess the actual story line we’ve been doing let head in the direction of the dungeon there’s no one to there’s nothing to sell uh to here actually so what I’ll do is I’ll teleport back into town sell some stuff teleport back and then I’ll run down I love that hi Mis I’m here to sell woo we have got plenty of blue not while I’m in town I have 130 of these we can go find out what this does cuz moment H not Health uh damage at the moment but I feel like we already do enough damage ow O oh we’ve got two rares there we got some rare shoes which are are an improvement ho moly can we do yeah it it’s not an improvement we can also improve our healing potion but we’ll have to do that next time we’re in town and as we are not in town we cannot do that right now y let’s have a little looky shall we I don’t see the Caravan or The Siege so I’m going to assume that’s not active at the moment right let’s give this a try shall we again we’re going to take it slow we’re going to just see how it still very much l I fighting they just don’t feel like a anymore they just kind of die nothing no Lo all okay I’ll take that I can trade off one life per second yeah that’s not a worthwhile trade okay go going to sh the one’s po who wins giant demon with sword or me answer me oh we level 13 okay Druid feels good to play I have been I’ve been sorely missing out think we’re going to finish this um bit as well just because this howl ability is starting to look really really promising because now it heals 50 uh yeah 50% of our total health oh I’ll take that we still get to keep our life per second and we get the burnus of having a lot easy peasy definitely wasn’t worried at all a the main Downs this weapon like slow and I’m still hitting the enemy before they’re getting to hit me it’s like ah yes very slow TR to assume this is a boss we definitely to increase our total damage um but we start doing that now that we have our healing saled is our main issue with not having enough healing now that we have that we can start knocking out things dying before we need the healing there we are close G down I think we’ve actually yeah we’ve completed the dungeon nice go we completed a dungeon chat we did the thing and we did it well honestly I am super happy with the fact that we I I’m this was a really good decision if we didn’t come here we would not be nearly as stacked as we currently are our current maximum life is insane 214 at level 13 is pretty damn good stop it I don’t want to fight you interact back up there we go let go and sell all this junk hello there anything
