To make this sign, make a pillar, take it all down except for the first block. Make a square out of your sign materials, then make a border and fill the border with redstone lamps. After you’re done With the redstone lamps, put a bunch of observers around the sign, just like this and make sure the top observer has its face facing upward, just like this. Break those top observers. The arrows are pointing in a spiral shape [clockwise direction]. Then place redstone dust on the observer’s face to Make a platform. Put down a comparator and then make a clock out of hoppers just like this, so the hoppers are facing into each other. Place a daylight sensor and then place some observers facing into the redstone lamps. Set the time to night and then put an item in the hopper Watch Your sign light up.
