Welcome back everyone my name is echo hope you’re having an absolutely fantastic day in today’s minecraft video we are back on minecraft pocket edition the bedrock version for a brand new full release this is the wild update version 1.19.0 it is available for minecraft on ios android windows 10 xbox switch and

Playstation here is the official confirmation from jay megaspud he said it’s happening the minecraft wild update is rolling out today enjoy if you want the change log it’s down below it’s been a long time coming i’m gonna go through every single feature in this video starting off with the

Background we have a brand new panoramic background which is now visible this has been hidden for bedrock players because it’s been behind the beta slash preview screen it’s now available for all bedrock players i’d also like to mention we have new achievements wasn’t mentioned in the change log new

Achievements trophies are here that includes a couple down here it says with our powers combined have all three frog lights in your inventory we have birthday song have an lay drop a cake at a note block it spreads kill a mob next to a catalyst and sneak 100 sneaking next to a skulk

Sensor without triggering it now not everybody has this but if we go to the create new world screen you’ll notice for me that i have the new menus i have seen some of you guys saying you don’t have it yet still waiting for the confirmation as to why some people have

It and others don’t this was meant to be in the last update and some people still don’t have it in this version another thing i would like to mention is i know if you play on touch some of you are not seeing the new controls again same scenario i have no idea

What’s going on with that my guess is that they are still not happy with the touch controls we have because the other day i did share with you a video that we are going to get the ability to map the buttons to our liking so my guess is the touch controls are

Not ready which is why we don’t have them in this version believe me we are going through every single feature bug fix parity change in this video strap in there’s a lot to go through please be noted if you are playing minecraft on switch it says here players on nintendo

Switch will see this update as version 1.19.1 don’t worry it’s still compatible with people who are playing version 1.19.0 moving on to new features deep dark biome has been added to cave generation alongside the warden mob added to the game and can be found in ancient cities

Which is located in the deep dark biome let me show you three updates later we finally have access to the warden better yet we even have these ancient cities this is a new structure that would generate in this deep dark biome so you’ll know when you’re finding in

Ancient cities because you’ll see like these infected blocks absolutely everywhere they usually start a lot higher so you’ll find them a lot higher and the deeper you go down you’re then going to enter the deep dark now i got a few things that we will go through throughout today’s video but for those

Of you who don’t know about the ancient cities down here you can find tons of loot now loot is more frequent down here so you’re gonna find more enchanted leggings diamond hoe and things like that you will also find potions down here you’ll also find enchanted god apples regular golden

Apples more frequently even enchanted books again we’re gonna go through all of these features in this video so this is classed as the ancient city center there was rumors that this was going to be a portal it might still be a portal in the future uh

But for the time being it’s just a structure and in the middle of this there’s actually a redstone contraption there’s a redstone room in here this is actually a beginner’s guide to redstone so we flick this this is eventually going to count down i believe and this will open this door

This is also another location that you can find lena ray or the side music disc i had no idea that this existed but in part of the ancient cities you can actually find pressure plates and a noteblock that makes a ding sound i’ve never seen that before

Or this wait i’ve actually never seen this before either but uh yeah regardless uh pretty cool i guess oh and here is your wonderful warden a new mob which is probably the most powerfulest mob in minecraft not even protection netherright armor is going to save you from this creature

So the warden will actually smell you and like i said even if you have protection for omron this thing is still going to beam you now it does have a melee attack which as you guys can see there it’s taken two hearts away from me but it also has a sonic boom attack

Which seems to be slightly reduced here now by the looks of things the features that i’m talking about haven’t been added and us are just in 1.19.10 so expect that to be a second update for bedrock players where the sonic boom attack does more damage to you so yeah the warden scary and

It’s gonna ruin your life moving on we have skulk blocks we have five to be exact most of the deep dark is consisting of this skulk block you’ll also find school veins you will find a catalyst you will find a shrieker and you will find a skulk sensor best way to describe

These is that a skulk sensor will tattletale on you to a skulk shrieker once this is notified it will notify this and those signals mean that the warden can come to you however this one that’s in the created inventory is an inactive shrieker the only active

Ones can be found inside of an ancient city now with this thing here i grab myself a sword grab myself a creeper you can actually make mob farms with them so if you kill this creeper if it’s done around a catalyst block then basically the school catalyst consumes

The xp and it’s spread around it and that means if we grab ourselves a hoe because a hoe is the best block to break the scope with game mode survival if we break this we can actually gain xp so if you kill a mob around a catalyst you won’t gain the

Xp it will actually go to the regular skulk blocks in this update wall is going to be your best friend as you can see when you’re jumping around a signal is sent to the skulk sensor if you put wall in front of it it has wool occlusion that means if i jump around

Here there’s no signal center if i go around here you can see a signal is sent to it this works with the wall blocks and also carpets we have the recovery compass and the echo shards so in order to get the recovery compass it has to be crafted with echo shards

Which can only be found in ancient city chess which you did see you are then going to need eight eight of these and a compass so if we put this in the middle goes around here it will make the recovery compass now the recovery compass will actually

Locate your last place of death as you can see here i died over here to the warden so it’s telling me that i that i died over here he was like yo ecker you died about here this is where you died by the warden so if i died in a

Minecraft world make sure you’ve made a bunch of these grab one of these and you can locate your stuff yes it will work if you’re inside the nether and yes it will also work if you are inside the end this is what it says about it the recovery compass is the solution for

Finding the way back to the last location you died loot chests in ancient cities to discover echo shards and craft one for yourself we have finally had the introduction of mangrove swamp biome now what i want to say with this is your favorite seeds that previously did have

A regular swamp might actually be a mangrove swamp now but let me go and show you because well there’s a lot of features to go through if you are looking for the perfect mangrove swamp at spawn seed i’ll leave a link down below to my video it has a village you

Spawn over there it has a coral reef but it gets better forward slash gamemode spectator which we will go through a little bit more detail um it actually has a stronghold underneath it so if you’re interested in that seed i did do a video on it mangrove swamps are

Incredible they have a new tree and that is called the mangrove tree which are consisting of mangrove leaves they are dominated by vines you will find roots it’s also another place for you to get moss carpets but there is a whole range more detail to understand with this this

Biome consists of mud which is a great block something else a lot of people don’t cover about this is that mangrove swamp is another place that you can find tropical fish as you can see right here we’ve got three tropical fish now in this specific seed it doesn’t really

Matter because we do have a coral reef nearby but uh yeah if you’re struggling to find an ocean or a coral reef find yourself a mangrove swamp and you’ll find yourself some of these now on trees you’ll find a mangrove propagul this is the first sapling in minecraft that can

Be placed underwater so if we bonemeal this it will actually generate and germinate a tree as you guys can see right there this one’s a little bit small but they can get really really big it definitely rivals a dark oak forest something else to be noted is that bees

And bee nests also generate in mangrove swamps quite frequently let’s go through every single block that you can find via the mangrove so you’ve got the mangrove log which is what the tree is made of you can get the stripped mangrove log you can get the mangrove wood which is

Basically the log just all as one block same with the stripped variation as well you have the mangrove planks mangrove stairs mangrove slabs mangrove door even a trapped version you have the mangrove leaves and even the mangrove roots they have a funny very squeaky like rubber sound these are just regular tree

Leaves you can get muddy mangrove roots as well along with you can get yourself a mangrove sign you can get a mangrove boat and a chest version but we’re saving that you can get yourself mangrove button and a mangrove pressure plate i’m not gonna lie this is probably

My favorite wood color introduced to minecraft let’s focus a little bit more on the mud block so the mud block can be located via the mangrove swamp and this can create this which is packed mud which can then create this which is mud bricks then stairs then you can get the brick

Walls and then you can get these slabs as well now they have some pretty funny sounds listen to this not your generic stone kind of block placing one thing to be noted is that you can actually create mud yourself using dirt and a water bottle no it does

Not work on grass no you cannot use a water bottle bucket to do this it has to be like this and like this cool feature so how do you get the next set of blocks well you are going to need mud and wheat i love this and how this

Works put that inside of there with this you then get the packed variation you can then make yourself the mud bricks you can then put them inside of a stone cutter make yourself the slabs make yourself the stairs make yourself the walls i think mud and the mangrove stuff is a fantastic

Introduction to the game this was not mentioned in the official change log but we do have clay renewability using a mud block on top of a drip stone block that has pointed drip stone this can actually create clay it doesn’t have to necessarily be a drip stone

Block but if we just quickly speed up the ticking right here to 100 check this out you can see the mud is now converting into clay so yes you can make clay farms the bedrock developers are lacking because swift sneak was also not mentioned in the

Official change log but we do have a new achievement called swift sneak it comes in version one two and three and this is the first ever leggings only enchantment it cannot be done via an enchantment table can only be found in ancient cities which i did

Show you so what this does is literally speeds you up so that’s the third one that’s the second one there so if we put if we just like crouch normal you can see here we put the first one on we’re a little bit faster put the second one on

For a little bit faster put the third one on you’re super fast so you can get you get to see this in this perspective a lot better but there’s the one slow a little bit faster and so much faster so they’ve introduced this so people can sneak around the

Warden because that is the best way to avoid standing on skulks like i mentioned if you make vibrations it triggers a skulk but if you crouch then it doesn’t notice you okay it can’t feel or hear your footsteps so this is something that you’re gonna want to try and get frogs

And tadpoles have been added we actually have three variations of frogs they are biome dependent so you’ve got a different one in the likes of a desert you’ve got different one in a swamp and a different one in a snowy one and thank you for the jump now a few things about

This we don’t have fireflies it wasn’t added so frogs will actually eat slimes but only the baby variation of slimes now when obviously a frog eats a slime what will happen here is you’ll be given a slime ball now if you have two of these this is how frogs are tempted and this

Is how they breed now once they breed they’ll head over to water and create something called frog spawn which is then gonna produce tadpoles over a little bit of time in fact we need to get rid of these because if we don’t then he can’t place his own tadpoles in there

Now before we go over the rest of the tadpoles slimes sorry frogs will also eat magma cubes if they eat a magma cube it will produce a new light block called frog light depending on the frog color variant that kills a magma baby one depends on the

Frog light you are given so we’ve got the okra we have the verdants and we have the pearlescent so yeah this is a really cool new light source which can be placed in many different directions as well depending on which way you’re facing so it’s a great introduction to

The game you’re just gonna have to either get your magmas to the overworld or get the frogs inside the nether but again let’s focus on tadpoles a little bit more so tadpoles yep he’s got a dj frog down there uh frogs will lay frog spawn which will

Then hatch into tadpoles which can be picked up via uh buckets as well you gotta book it a tadpole i think if you give them slimes it will speed up growth as well so yeah there you go so we can speed up growth of a tadpole using slimes great

Introduction and yeah get finding some frogs we have the alley which was the mob vote winner probably has the coolest spawn egg in minecraft so the lay you can give it blocks if i throw it on the floor it’s going to bring it to me like

This now the alley loves note block play this you can see here it gives a vibration you throw this on the floor instead of the leg giving you the item it will drop it at the note block so get ready for these automatic farms

The lay cannot be if you give it an item it cannot be killed by a player you have to then i think take picture out of its hand to then kill the lay this is to stop people accidentally killing a laze the alley can be found in a pillager outpost or a woodland

Mansion a feature that is very well overdue is a boat in a chest so yep it’s as simple as having a chest inside of a boat it comes in oak spruce birch jungle acacia uh which one’s this dark oak mangrove which is as simple as that goes in there

That goes in there it’s completely shapeless as well um and how this works is if you get in a boat and open your inventory it opens the chest inventory or if you crouch and look at it you can then put items in it and then you can

Take them from a to b and yes they do work with hoppers so you can actually go in the water drop them off at your automatic system and then carry on traveling the seven seas so we do officially have the goton in fact we have eight of them they all play

Their own different sounds so the thing with this is goton can be obtained via a goat ramming blocks for example logs i think emerald blocks is one of them there’s tons of different blocks that it can ram also goton can be found in a pillager outposts i’ll play a couple of these sounds

But uh yeah they didn’t introduce the copper goat horn said it just wasn’t good enough which one was this one this one is that was that call then possibly call one of them sounds like a very old movie loading up but yeah we have eight of those they have added new

Music by lena ray and samuel ayberg so a new music disc this is music disc five this is no ordinary music disc it is still kind of found in the same way but you actually craft it so inside ancient cities you’ll find these funny things which are called disc fragments

If you find nine of them you’ll then get a music disc and this is what it plays so uh Do uh Foreign So honestly i want to know your law theories behind this one i think it’s absolutely incredible but you probably read it mobile players to hear the new music you will need to download the updated minecraft original music pack available free from the marketplace go to the marketplace and scroll down

Moving on to updated mobile touch controls updated the visual style of the touch control joystick players can now continuously jump while holding down the jump button so all of those big uh changes with the touch controls i don’t think they’re available in this version like i said at the start of the

Video i don’t think they’re complete so developers haven’t introduced them but there was no talk or mention about this which is a little bit unusual in my opinion new achievements which i did show you at the start mobs fixed an issue causing baby llamas to fire llama spit from above their heads

We got a bug report i mean it literally says what it says on the sign baby llama spits are displayed incorrectly myriad the spiders left legs we got a bug report the textures on spider leg models aren’t mirrored properly the fact that somebody took the time to check this is

Literally insane so it’s kind of classed as a java pirate moving on to items updated boat item icon textures to make them consistent with java edition blocks fences and walls no longer connect to bells and brewing stands we got a book report fences and walls connect to

Brewing stands and bells you can see it here you can see it here which i think this is java edition this is bedrock version and this is now what happens fixed a bug where the brewing stands on textures did not touch the base we got a bug report

It’s classed as a vanilla parity brewing stand arms do not connect with their base you can see here it connects to the bottom you can see here this does not connect to the bottom moved the brewing stands base uvs and updated the base texture fixed the brewing stand’s arm

Rotation created a better transition between the end portal frame side texture and the end stone removed unused pixels in the end rod texture we got a bug report so again vanilla parity there was an extra one maybe two pixels available in the end rod uh yeah it’s been removed updated the mycelium’s side

Texture to match other dirt based textures fixed the light blocks being destroyed destroyable from within uh while underwater wondering trader i’m gonna read the change log for this there’s quite a few changes with this such as the wandering trader no longer opens or closes doors so you can kind of

Temporarily trap them for a few days the wandering trader now randomly moves around on bedrock it was just stuck the wondering trader now matches java edition’s drinking sounds it was missing on the bedrock version the wandering trader now has disappeared sound effect when gaining slash losing invisibility the wandering trader can

Now be named with a name tag this will not prevent it from despawning so if you very temporarily wanted to name it you could changes with shulkers shulkers are now fire immune we’ve got a bug report so apparently it’s been an issue for a very very long time shulkers take fire

Damage they won’t anymore shulkers now remain in the upright position in vehicles we got a bug report so this one was pretty funny it’s classed as a parody it’s been an issue for a little bit of time but when they were in a minecart or a boat they were sideways

Like this yeah that’s not meant to happen and that doesn’t happen anymore so just to run a couple of tests here if we grab ourselves a flint and steel we put down one of these and we kind of like set it on fire in a way how

Would we do this hold on let’s put like there and then like there there you go as you can see yeah we’re just burning him the same with the boat they actually now how do we do this put him in this there you go so you can see he’s in the

Upright position and no longer facing sideways chokers no longer fail to spawn when there’s another shulker at relative negative y and x axes spectator mode experimental we’ve got a lot of things to go through first thing i’d like to mention i’ve had so many people saying spectator mode doesn’t

Work and that is simply because in your world you haven’t enabled it so when you create a brand new world in your experiments go wild update and you got spectator mode if it’s not toggled it’s not gonna work that is because spectator mode is still in very early stages it

Wasn’t meant to be available but the community figured out that it was available in the coding so make sure you turn it on first otherwise yeah it’s not gonna work when i say there is a lot of features with spectator mode in this update there is a lot of them so i could

Write these all on signs because there was that many things available it had its own like mini update our initial implementation of spectator mode will not include every feature available in java edition such as mob view speed control etc we have chosen to focus on the parts of spectator mode that we

Hope will be most useful we would like to hear about bugs you have found with the feature that are included currently and you may now report these bugs at boogs.mojang.com if they have not been reported already any additional uh parity breaks feature requests or suggestions for what to be

Added next should be made through the feedback.minecraft.net so as of today they are taking book reports on experimental and again it just explains a whole range of features regarding spectator but i’ll keep this short and sweet you can type in forward slash game mode 6 which will activate spectator

Mode that’s the short way of doing it or you can type in forward slash game mode spectator now doing this uh you can see here we’re not currently the head again there’s a lot of features missing that are available in the current betas in previews first thing

You’ll notice though is that it does get rid of your hand you can of course see underneath the ground you can’t tap on mobs and see a mob’s perspective so expect a spectator mode to be updated over time checking it out in first person is also incredibly weird and the

Same from like this perspective as well so yeah stick to your first person view my recommendation is forward slash effect fp night vision do it like this and 10 and true and this just gives you night vision without the particle effects and then you can kind of see what’s around you great for

Finding uh new features such as ancient cities you can see all the way down there we found a spawner i mean it’s a great introduction but there’s a long road ahead for spectator mode we then move on to fixes starting off with performance and stability it says fixed several crashes

That could occur during gameplay everybody’s favorite so when you’re playing minecraft and you’re like wait what my game crashed why yep that’s what that is referring to fixed a crash that could occur during split screen play fixed a crash that could occur when lightning hits a lightning rod in

Certain scenarios fixed several crashes that could occur on some marketplace worlds fixed a crash that could occur when players are battling each other and both players are wearing thorns enchanted armor finally fixed we got a bug report pvp with thorns armor enchantment crashes the game really really we oh

Somebody used my video hey somebody use my video basically yeah if you hit somebody it would just give you a complete black screen and the game would crash fixed a crash that could occur when players died while affected by the wither fixed a crash that could occur when trading with

A villager that last traded with a disconnected player fixed a crash that would occasionally occur in villages on ios cleaned up leftover biome block slash light memory when leaving a world fixed an issue that caused marketplace downloads to get stuck in queue moving on fixed being unable to edit characters

In the dressing room on nintendo switch that’s been an issue for quite some time they finally fixed it moving on to game play fixed an issue that caused the player to take full damage after getting into a bed while falling fixed issue where the invert y-axis setting was not working correctly with

The touch controls the player can now slide from movement directions to jump and not get interrupted when jump and sneak are swapped on classic touch controls world generation several improvements to level chunk blending changes with mobs mobs do not get stuck into open trap doors anymore we got a

Bug report villages get stuck on trap doors pretty funny one if you ask me basically if you put down a villager can’t get through doors and then it gets stuck and just stays there it’s been fixed fixed an issue causing the parrot’s head to always face the player

While riding the player we got a bug report parrot does not rotate while player movement went on shoulder so yeah like there’s been quite a few issues with parrots but this is kind of what was going on it was just bugged and weird villagers will no longer begin sleeping

While riding something near a bed for example a minecart or a boat if they’re in a minecart they would just get out of it and just sleep villages are now allowed to migrate to other villages and progress raids we got a bug report raid mobs are not transferred to a new

Village so if you’re activated in one village and then go to a new village it just didn’t register that you were in a raid trade alarm is can now breed after being fed hay bales trade alarmists will no longer be persistent after being unleashed from a wandering trader we got

A bug report so this one is to do with llamas just not despawning and in some cases you’d just end up with tons of llamas trade alarms in your world they now despawn moving on to blocks fixed a bug where end crystal beams would point far above their

Their target blocks blocks affected by gravity now fall correctly on replaceable blocks we’ve got a bug report gravity blocks don’t fall when placed on replaceable blocks that included grass tour grass ferns large ferns sea grass tall seagrass vines you get the idea so that has now been fixed

And is a vanilla java parity slabs can once again be placed continuously so this one was really really annoying so basically what would happen here is if you place the block it would then stop now you can continuously place them like this slabs have caused a few issues in

Minecraft but it’s good to see it’s been fixed torches can no longer be placed on bells moving on to items fixed incorrect names for white dye black dye brown dye and blue dye we got a bug report so ironically enough in the latest version the black dye was called an ins ink sac

The blue dye was called lapis the brown eye was called cocoa beans and the white was called bone meal fixed a bug where an undamaged tool such as a pickaxe when name changed on an anvil would fail to work correctly when used for the first time we’ve got a bug report so

Here is the bug report here is a video if they then named this it wouldn’t work for the first time as you can see there works for the second time and this was the exact same for your pickaxe if you named it and tried to use it it wouldn’t work

Only the second time the recipes for minecart with chest hopper tnt are now shapeless so that means if you put this inside of here they’re now shapeless they can go absolutely anywhere you desire although most of you are still probably gonna do this fixed a bug where the trident bow spyglass and

Crossbow would not render when picked up by a fox we got a bug report some items in fox’s mouth do not render gotta admit that’s super cute when you give them a dragon’s head it kinda looks like a whistle if we throw these on the floor

And they pick them up and then we grab ourselves a spyglass they should that’s visible that one’s visible and that one’s also visible so yeah weird book now fixed fixed a bug causing z fighting to occur on the bottom of players head while wearing a skull each minecart variant

Chest hopper tnt drops itself as a single item when broken instead of splitting into two separate items so if we have this we’ve got a forward slash game mode survival we break this previously you get a minecart and you get a hopper now it drops a full item i don’t know how i

Feel about this one we have a few graphical fixes fixed an issue that caused leads to render on top of glass fixed a bug causing the fire animation to flicker when the player is standing in lava cauldron while in creative fixed an issue that could cause several visual

Glitches when using emotes more than once we got a bug report using emotes two times will cause inventory to disappear and your screen turn blue i had this happen in beta i had it happen in beta very very recently yeah you could does it one more time

It just completely breaks your game yeah so finally fixed in the latest full release good news fixed graphical corruption issues on android devices we got a bug report so this has been a problem for quite some time and this is a visual problem people’s worlds would just break completely you could see

Through the world your sky was falling this would happen so yeah that’s less likely to happen now um but if you do experience this anymore make sure you report it user interface let’s read the change log so once again there is a lot of user interface changes

I didn’t want to put them all on signs but if you want to read the change log it is down below it just says things like minor changes have been made for xbox players when switching accounts while the game is open and then you’ve got an article to read shift clicking

Items once again combine items of the same type into ace uh as a stack added settings to change the ratio notifications so there’s a bunch of things inside of here feel free to read them if you are interested and last but not least technical updates let’s read the change log very important technical

Updates this time around if you like to make add-ons they’ve updated the add-on templates to 1.19.0 so you’re gonna have to download them but there’s been a lot of changes technical updates for add-on creators and game test framework and all those things once again read the change log it’s down below
