Electroblob’s Wizardry – Minecraft Mod Review

Hello guys my name is sam gamer and we are here today playing minecraft java edition and today what we will be doing is i am going to be reviewing the electro blobs wizardry mod which is a java only mod and yeah that’s basically all i’m going

To be doing in this video i’m going to show basically uh the wands the powers i’m not going to like dive too deep i’m not really going to show like the structures and stuff or like the rings there’s just a bunch of cool things in this mod i’m just going to show the

Basics like the robes and the wands anyways i hope you guys enjoyed this video don’t forget to leave your like subscribe and activate that notification bell anyways i’ll see you guys in the video let’s go so um first things first uh let me just see what’s in this chest this mod has a

Lot to offer so basically um in this arcane table it’s where we’re going to put our wand and then around here there’ll be some slots where you can put the spell books which basically um let’s say enchant your wand with that spell so you can use it there are a few spells

There’s novice spells there’s apprentice spells there’s advanced spells and there’s master spells today i’m not going to be showing you any of the novice spells because they’re kind of boring so i’m going to show apprentice advanced and master spells let’s go ahead and open our first chess with our ones

Well look at this so we have from the tier one magic wand all the way to the master wand and then there’s the pyromancy ones there’s the ice there’s a storm there’s a necromancy there’s earth there’s sorcery and there’s like healing and all of these give like uh

A step up like or like like you can see here this does they’ll probably do more damage if i put a spell book that was ice based if i use this one see so let’s go ahead in the spell book chest and let’s grab our first one which

Is a grapple and a growth aura you can see there’s a little thing on the left bottom of my screen there’s a little thing that says empty slot and if we crouch if we crouch and scroll uh we would usually be able to go through it through the our spells but

Since we don’t have any spells yet it doesn’t work so let me just demonstrate let’s put our spell books right here and let’s test them out so the first one we have is the grapple and like you expect you can grapple yourself to things let me try to grapple myself to that tree

And i can so it’s a pretty cool earth one can i damage mobs with this what okay so i can’t damage mobs with this but i can’t swing myself and it’s a pretty good form of travel if you ask me because you can keep doing this and then you’ll get to your place

You can also get into high areas which is probably what you’re supposed to do with this the next one is the growth aura which again these are just apprentice spells not the best uh this just basically bone meal is the place and i’m pretty sure it also uh makes

Crops grow okay guys so the moment of truth does this work on crops and obviously it does so you if you if you have this spell and you have like a farm here an infinite source of food to get some wheat and make some bread so

That’s actually very good if if you want something like that i mean there it is you can get infinite food very useful so now i’m going to place this one here along with these spell books so now let’s check out the next spell books and yeah some of these you just can’t see

Them because they’re apprentice and we need an apprentice one for this so i don’t know what they are but so i’m just gonna get a normal apprentice one because i have no idea what these spells are so let’s try okay we got two of these spells

Let’s put them here let’s put them here and let’s test this first one hopefully it’s not it’s just making sure it’s not a very destructive thing i’m gonna do it uh right over here okay it’s a fireball so this is for pyromancy you can now shoot fireballs they set they they they

Make the fire they put fire on the ground sorry and oh now it’s spreading well that’s a very good spell if you’re fighting mobs so let’s test let’s test it out if it actually like does some damage and how fast to kill this thing so obviously it

Sets them on fire but can i just spam this okay yeah if i spawn a bunch like a group of zombies are chasing me can i just like so yeah i guess it’s pretty useful but let’s test out the next one which is probably gonna be also a fire related one okay

Well like you can see i got the achievement that backfired sometimes when you’re learning new spells you you just can’t learn them sometimes let’s try that again and it worked okay it’s the flame ray so that’s another part of the mod that is pretty cool if you uh are unlucky

Enough to fail uh learning a new spell that’s gonna happen so let’s test this one out on a zombie it’s probably better than the fireball but i’m not sure does it just set them on fire oh no i’m in the water that’s bad okay i don’t know which one’s better but i

I’d rather use the fireball than that the next one we’re gonna do um is going to be uh these two apprentice ones oh one of them you can see it’s charged so hope i think these both are gonna be lightning but i don’t quite know okay so let’s place in the charge and

This mysterious spell we still have our fireball which is pretty cool um so now uh let’s learn these spells one of them is charge and it only it’s only showing that it’s charged because i was already using it well i was uh before i i started recording so

Basically what it does is it does this super cool like dash thing and yeah you can go super far and you can even jump and it’s even cooler because you can go whoop and another thing that this can do is damage mobs so this does quite a lot of damage

So we’re gonna learn this spell hopefully it doesn’t backfire okay yeah it didn’t backfire this one is called ice shard and you can you shoot ice shards at things so let’s try it on a husk oh that’s even more useful because you oh that did a lot of damage bro

And that freezes mobs too so i mean okay whoa okay yeah ish shard is probably my favorite one for now because we haven’t seen any other cool ones okay so the next two ones is this mysterious one and one called enrage which i also already tested so all of these all these um

Spells are normally going to be like this so you can’t really read what it says and then you have to figure it out on your own so you see how my wand is almost breaking yeah i think we’re gonna need to repair it so uh let’s change it to enrage

Well yeah i don’t i didn’t figure out what it did but i mean what is this ruined spell book okay um but i’m pretty sure i can grab this in range book and read it okay causes nearby creatures to become an arranged en enraged stopping whatever they are

Doing to attack the caster instead oh oh what this is not and not really useful wait does that mean if we do it on any mob like this chicken does it start attacking me yeah run away chicken okay i think that means hostile mobs i think that’s what that meant whatever

Okay so this other spell we’re gonna have to learn it so hopefully it doesn’t backfire okay it didn’t backfire and look at this it is the lightning ray this one’s definitely one of my favorites all right let’s try this oh okay it doesn’t do that much damage but it is pretty cool

Now let’s already do the advanced um spell books and i’m gonna put this one back because i don’t know if you guys remember but we can’t use that one because they are event spells so i’m gonna get my advanced one bam bam and we have two unknown spells that

We’re gonna have to learn okay guys so um i’m gonna try to do this and if it backfires you guys have to just hit that like button i don’t know what i’m doing but look at this it made a ring of fire around me will that burn me

Okay it’s a ring of fire it’s a pyromancy one let’s spawn one of these guys in okay exactly what i expected it would do the next thing the next one we’re going to see is ah oh my god really that that destroyed everything that was so

Cool is that like a meteor shower or something what is that called oh wait i failed i failed to learn it right that wasn’t the actual spell i think i just failed yeah i’m gonna try to do that again um okay so let’s try it on this husk

Ah dude this this is so hard to learn uh what like i was saying when i used it it kind of enchanted my sword so let’s try this okay it has now enchanted my sword with this fire i think we’re not gonna be able to do this on blazes can we not

Okay let’s test this um so basically what it does is i had a sword i don’t know if he gives you a sword but when we when we do this flaming weapon thing it’s it it enchants this sword with fire and and imbuement or whatever is pronounced

Um and basically it’s just like fire aspect and it’s pretty cool so yeah not the best but i mean it’s okay and it took so long for me to learn that one like oh my gosh the next ones we’re going to try we’re just going to grab all of them

We’re just going to grab all of these guys and we’re going to randomly put them in there so let’s grab this oh i think i didn’t i okay thank god it wasn’t something destructive so i just got some of these and now i have all of these unknown spells to try

I’m just gonna go like very far away because i can’t take it anymore like it took so long for me to learn that one spell and that was pretty annoying moment of truth oh paralysis okay um that’s pretty cool okay let’s go test it on some husks so how long will it take

Me to for me to kill this husk okay so i guess you could use it if you want to just like do this and then smack them with the sword and that would be very efficient but again you can do that with the ice one it’s way faster

So i mean yes it’s okay let’s try the next one oh and we have gotten the chain lightning and this basically when i don’t have to be looking at anything and okay yeah it’s uh definitely better than the last one okay i don’t have to be looking at him

Not that much looking at him and it will still shoot him okay wait i think you can shoot like a group of mobs with this so let me try this or maybe this is i’m thinking of something else no i’m definitely not thinking of something else you can shoot

Many mobs at the same time and this also does a lot of damage so yeah it’s a very good spell the next one uh really the next one still didn’t get it darkness withers your soul okay yeah it’s called mind control oh this one’s cool you can mind control mobs

And make them kill anything around you so it’s gonna try to kill that squid let me summon another husk over here you and then you go attack him hey look it’s the husk fight who will win who will win please purple next one okay so it’s gonna be this one right here

Okay first try it’s called ice charge oh and when do you guys remember ice shards uh instead when you shoot this first of all it puts snow on the ground and then it shoots a bunch of these ice things so let’s go test it out on some husks okay let’s try this oh

Oh this would be probably good with a group of husks i’m just gonna kill this one by sword yeah die and boom i guess that those are pretty good spells but is that everything no we have one more so let’s try this fangs and this one is an earth one

I’m literally i literally just became an invoker you know what i’m such an evoker that i’m going to fight in a voker okay take that you evoker come on i’m gonna kill him with no sword die this is taste of your own medicine you will not be doing this to me i will

Be doing this to you and now we got a totem of a dying get out of here okay so uh we have finished uh the advanced tier so yeah we still have like two other ones but it’s fine let’s put all of these in this chest

I might want to keep this totem up and now okay um so what we want now is we want the final ones which are the master ones and these are the ones that i’m actually gonna end the video with and this time i’m not gonna forget about the new one boom um

Let me grab this one and look at this hopefully i fail i do not fail at trying to learn these so yeah start not failing whoa ice age huh it looks pretty cool it seems like it freezes enemies around you so let’s be let’s let’s be let the zombies out

Oh let the zombies out sorry i’m not gonna say that it’s old oh do they actually turn into this block it looks like they actually turned into this block well did they ever come out oh yes they do did i break that or okay yes well you can just keep them

In this little place over here or you can make them come out and then just kill them yourself uh next one is this one okay oh whoa bro can i grab this can i grab this oh i can’t grab the lightning hammer i want to be thor okay uh let’s test

This out on some mob see how much damage it does let’s improvise and break these guys out okay guys so now die for this watch this wait oh my gosh wait the hammer is shooting stuff at the zombies that pretty much explained what it did so let’s move on

Okay um you’re probably gonna use this lightning hammer when there’s a very big swarm of mobs okay uh yeah that was definitely a fail that was definitely a fail please totem of undying save me oh how do i get out of this do i have to just die is there really no choice

I have no choice let me hammer save me okay let’s just test it right over here um it’s okay slow time apparently now all the mobs are slow and i’ll have the chance to kill them so you can do this and then every every everything will be slow and you’ll be

Able to kill those mobs that you want to kill that’s pretty good for the end fight when you’re when the the the dragon like goes on on top of the thingy and then you have to kill him so that’s also pretty cool let’s just sit out okay

So now for the next one let’s try this one whoa meteor meteor okay that’s very cool uh i want like a swarm of mobs come over here guys yeah i only have a sword to protect myself die oh man no that’s a lot of damage okay uh

Next one it’s this one right here i don’t want it to be anything that’s destructive so yeah now we can do wall of frost hey bunny that frieza no i didn’t we’re gonna need a bigger target wait can i just okay never mind hey we can make infinite water

So now we have these blocks of uh mobs again so that’s pretty cool next one wait there’s no next one we unlocked all of them but there are still more okay we have two more two more two more and then the video’s over i promise boop and we’ll bam

We have these two new ones and now watch me fail to learn the spell never mind wait what does this do speed time oh oh look at that okay yeah i hope you’re just gonna turn it to like night time or something oh yes and mobs get faster

So that that’s pretty cool best one for the day oh oh my gosh okay it’s a fire one it’s a fire one and definitely yeah i failed let’s try that again fire breath wow this one seems cool wait that means i can wait guys i am a dragon now sam gamer
