Empires SMP: Scary DEMON on the Server! | Episode 9

Hello everyone and welcome to episode nine from the empire’s smp we’re starting off today’s episode with a little bit of information gathering pearl wants to be let in on what the rest of us are doing with the lovely cod head that flip has so we’re gonna go

Like all right cool i’ll release you just let me know how that works you know what i don’t think you should maybe maybe don’t you know but it seemed like it needed my help so i was like how do i do it i’m like a nice demon

Yeah it sniffed me it said um burn burn burn run But then it started smelling me and it said i smelled nice uh and and it was pretty cool though for with me personally but there’s some people not so much but with me it’s been all right hey i know that’s i’m concerned that’s concerning and one more thing come on come on over

If you need anybody killed you come see me right here sausage i have some advice right yeah in the place where you’re serving drinks uh presumably alcoholic drinks and a tavern maybe don’t put your knives in the room right next door this is just a temporary spot i’m making

A bigger uh hq all right for my uh my guild um and but this is just for now you know it’s part time yeah but i’m gonna find a more permanent spot uh and i’ll take the knife away don’t worry um it’s fine all right okay you were crazy

And get that tower built it’s important so everyone with all the darkness and craziness that’s going on in the server i feel it’s extremely important for me to get to work on this entire area i need my tower i need a base of operations i need a place to collect

Information somewhere where this demon thing can’t possibly get to me and that’s gonna be that so uh let me get to work on some building Wizard tower building wise things are going extremely well i am so happy with how this is turning out i need to work on the interior obviously which is very very important but as you can see we have tons of space in here for activities and i included this lovely

Little sort of a light trail landing pad here which is currently covered in snow i’ll use some buttons and stuff to prevent the snow eventually but i’m pretty happy with this progress so far next thing that i really need to work on is getting some of the details around

Here and some of the interior mapped out so i’m gonna go chop down some trees and see if i can’t get to work on that why is sausage saying gibberish sausage a sauce is releasing a demon [Applause] i hate that i don’t like that why is it stormy um um this

Over here just hinting what exactly i don’t know i was reading i was reading from this book um over and over again it’s a huge long autobiography of you know elvish times and i just i got lost in the trance no big deal get out of here sausage it’s just blank pages

Demons don’t generally like that you know you’re a wizard jim you’re the more post-powerful wizard there is here on empires you’ll be fine uh well yeah i did put in an order for my weapon but it’s not here yet so in the meantime i’m worried it’s fine

You get so scared for traveling don’t you think it’s a little suspicious that you’ve been online for all of these times of the demon has been here and you’ve been the one that people go to for safety like isn’t that seem a little bit sus

Um well it’s kind of changed colors from the last time that i was here um changed colors what color was it it was like a bright red and now it’s kind of bluish um i don’t know if that means anything everything means something there’s no such thing as coincidence it definitely

Means something do you think it’s getting more powerful well it’s showing up in the daytime now it wasn’t showing up at the daytime last time but pretty much just nighttime and the daytime will just disappear so it’s kind of changing a little bit it’s okay though we’re fine we’re gonna be just

Trying to it is getting more powerful then i guess if it can come out in the daytime and before it couldn’t demon are you getting more powerful yeah no i’m not opening i’m not i’m not going to knock it i hate it close the door close that’s enough no thank you

Oh man maybe we should stop locking ourselves in rooms yeah i kind of thought this would have been the safest spot one did i just say one where is it singing one way or another um i want my crystals we need my crystals we’re going to my empire come come okay let’s go

What is this is it corrupting the world wait wait we have to get rid of that no you can’t corrupt my world that’s rude this does not go with my color scheme is this from flip i’m gonna replace it with crystals i think if i replace it with crystals

Maybe i’ll scare it off those are bad we don’t like those or maybe we burn the corruption actually it’s probably for the best that we don’t just throw that into my crop field we’ll study it gandalf very important we’ll study no okay okay okay we need we need we

Need crystals and and a circle and and a safe and a safe spot i hate that demon demon wants to be released maybe we can ask for demon questions yeah we can do a q a with a demon let’s sit down and then we’ll be able to

Are a little on the evil side but i fee i feel like we’re making we’re making good progress on that you know they’re getting a hold of this whole peace thing You see every uh let me know that hold on sees Everything why do you think it sees everything from maybe it has like an eye that’s too classic right it probably doesn’t have an eye in the sky maybe it has like how does it see everything uh why exactly are you here what are you doing what’s your purpose

You know you have a passion goals The end with the end as in the end the end biome or the end of life as we know it i’ll see that’s not really an answer why is there so much corruption i’m going to just put this head above my doorway because it’s corrupting my doorway

And i feel like that ought to help can you stop corrupting my doorway it’s very rude crystals it’s fine it’s all fine all this corruption i gotta take it to shovel i think we have to take it to shovel i’m gonna i’m gonna put it in my apartment i’m i’m gonna i’m

I don’t like this all the demon corruption stuff is gonna be peacefully stored in here and we’ll take it to shovel and i’m gonna need a book i think uh demon zornoth destruction and and the end blood gandalf what happened corruption is everywhere it’s so disgusting [Applause] it’s immune it’s immune

That’s not good okay everyone we have contained the corruption in an appropriate vessel corruption contained labeled because biohazardous we’re heading to shovel to get some information hello hello um i’ve it’s been a terrifying day on this server and i need you you what what happened you said corruption

You had to talk to me yeah i contained it in this container where’s a safe place to put it down oh my basement your basement okay i just made a secret underground tunnel you got any idea how uh how that got to your land well there was a certain demon uh

And it was very scary it was horrifying actually but i have good news i sat through a q a with a demon so he answered your questions i collected some information yeah yeah this is this is the box that’s the corruption that i’ve brought you but if you don’t mind i

Would love if you also paid a visit to my empire so that you can see what else he did but first let me read you my notes okay um so we know its name right interesting thing it doesn’t like its name said and it doesn’t like saying its name oh

It refused to say its name when i asked and it answered everything else so i didn’t understand yeah he paid me a visit the other day and i was running away from him looking for help from the other kingdoms and i was carrying a little bit of this

Corruption with me and i think i might be responsible for that i didn’t know it was spreading while i was carrying it you didn’t happen to walk through my empire did you oh i might i might have i might have very briefly i just i didn’t know

Oh but now with both but you contained it so it’s fine right well uh you should come with me to my to my empire do you wanna come with me yeah we can yeah Graceful landing perfect oh my god i was born to fly yeah yeah okay okay i’m gonna need to get me one of these welcome to the crystal cliffs um so pretend nothing in here was red before and uh take a look at my beacon oh that’s red oh and there’s clouds yeah

And unfortunately for me i didn’t quite understand the corruption containment thing so i accidentally threw some onto my garden and now i have a garden of yeah corruption yeah it’s really unfortunate it also got right on my waterfall i put it back but it did get rid of it

Temporarily so it doesn’t like water oh that’s good to know and also my apothecary which is like my beautiful place of healing look at it look at it look at this there’s blood on that’s not good i agree i agree what are we gonna do man

Well do we know anyone that knows about how to get rid of corruption yeah i think you’re the one who’s meant to know how to get rid of corruption oh man okay i might need to do more work on studying this okay well we can compare

Notes any time that you want to it also eats souls uh it says it seems oh yeah he asked me for that and it’s immune to sword damage with my iron sword i tried i did try you tried to hit him i tried to slaughter him yeah i did it didn’t work well

Yeah so everyone it would appear that there is in fact a demon on this server uh mildly terrifying but luckily for me my tower is well underway and doing fantastic so hopefully uh i can come up with some sort of plan for all of this in here at the moment

I’m just trying to get the main structure and rooves on in some sort of very basic way but eventually i want my entire headquarters for my wizarding things to be here in my wizard tower and that means that all of that corruption that we were seeing

I’m gonna store it in my tower and study it and i’ll bring gandalf up here and we’ll really be able to get to work for now though i do think that it’s looking pretty epic what do you think i especially love the contrast between this lovely crystal fountain i put down

Here right if you’re hanging out down in this area and you’ve just entered my empire you’re met with this very bright sight but then looming in the distance is this big tall tower it’s a little bit intimidating and lonely up there on the cliff i love the contrast of this i

Think it’s working super well for the build story this episode as you can tell was mostly role play and i hope that that is okay with all of you the purpose of this empire series is definitely revolved around role play i’m really loving all the role play aspects of this

Server it’s so much fun to develop this story slowly over time and now that we have a demon on the server it’s more and more important to get more of these built in so i hope soon in the future we’ll have a more building focused episode to get this empire underway but

For now more and more role play my plan is with this build to have a couple of elytra landing spots this being one of them i feel like it’ll work really well for me to just be able to fly up and land right there i’ll also have one

Further up and we have the bridge too so there’s lots of spots for people to land with elytra the interior may end up being a little bit tricky just because it’s such a diagonal but we’ll figure it out i think maybe a warm fire a potion area a library for me to collect

Information we definitely need a bedroom in here i have so many ideas and i can’t wait to get to work on them for now though everyone i do believe that is all the time that i have for today thank you so much for watching i hope that you’re
