framy but yeah so we have the bridge it goes all the way across to uh nothing currently uh but I wanted to add in those big flags that we have outside the front of the gate so I brought those onto the bridge and then I also yeah so mobs spawn over there um we’re going to we’re going to have to figure that out eventually but mobs do kind of Spawn over here and it’s a little unfortunate they spawn right back in there so oh they also apparently spawn right there all right um yeah is that really light zero that seems wow yeah no that’s Hobie spawned right here wait y’all saw him spawn right here this thing in here and uh it’s looking good I changed up a little bit if you I added the tough in here cuz I wanted it to be a little bit less prominent just kind of like off in the distance and the diorite was a little too Boop um but if you’ve been following me for a while in this world that gate house is the same as this gate house I just didn’t have the stone all the way around it so we finished it so we we took the same gate house design here and extended it back over to there so we could get some more connection on it and I I know we still need to like fix these things there’s going to be a road like a little Back Alley Road going up that way probably who knows I we need to figure out the walls on the outsides of the city still maybe we do a creative stream soon and just like get those things plotted in have a barrel around here where’s a barrel there’s no barrels ah a chest and it already has one brick in it lovely okay so what we’re working on today is we need to gather a lot of these materials we don’t need any of that but we do need all of this so there’s there’s a good chunk of stuff that we have to get starting with we need a lot of spruce so we’re going to just head over to the spruce force and chop like two stacks of trees down and see where it goes how do you make custom oak trees leaves that don’t look like a blob uh the big thing they oh well yeah that’s what we’re building that’s the schematic over there that’s actually looking really from inside the city I know there’s going to be buildings blocking it and everything but I didn’t really think about how it look from inside that’s going to be cool oh I’m going to like that there’s going to be buildings like right along here so you won’t be able to see it from the inside too much hopefully I want I want these to be very dense streets like this side being super dense buildings everywhere but that that’s going to be cool the mighty and precious brick yeah yeah yeah but yeah so the wall extension is going all the way up there that’s that’s the big one that we’re working on right now uh let’s head on out of here because we’re on a bit of a time crunch today so let’s make sure those armor stand mods how do you handle the video video editing process with your editor um we have a drive that all the files go on and then I have a a lot has come from just I was working together for almost two years now like that’s helped that he he kind of knows how my brain works and how I want things to go and then I leave a lot of voice notes in the editing that he just can listen to and know what’s going on in there and then we also have a Google doc that I make for every single video where I’m basically kind of doing a rough outline of what the video is and like where I want like Hey we’re doing this clip then I’m going to Time Lapse here then we’re going into this and here’s like the voice over for the time lapse and blahy blahy blah and all that stuff so he’s he gets a pretty good idea of how I want things to go and then he kind of translates that into a video and puts his own take on it because obviously as the when you’re recording there’s only so many things that you can pick up on but sometimes you got to be in in the editing software to be like ooh wait what if we did this this would be a cool idea so that’s I I give him a lot of leeway to make edits and cut things out and or add extra sound effects or whatever whatever he thinks will make a better video like I trust him to do that uh a a thank you so much for becoming a member thank you thank you thank in the home feed not a single thing was an actual post every single thing on it was an advertisement I was like it’s so oh my God yeah it was just ads everywhere like I get they got to support the website but like there should never be a point where every single thing on my screen is an advertisement like if there’s six ads how am I paying attention to any of them so I I think the the mobile version of Pinterest is just there’s too many ads on it the home screen like on the on the desktop I feel like it’s fine cuz there’s the more Rose you don’t see them as much but man it’s a lot Liz those who uh are are are new around here this um used to be Rolling Hills coming all the way down and flooding over the river and we’ve carved it all out and I’m turning it into a new extension of this the city I’m building so we got our main roads and we got like spaces for buildings in between and all that stuff but the the cliff the cliff is Big it also is so big that it spawns mobs back there so it’s kind of a little spooky how do you find the pallet I use the same pallet for rocks on the other side I can show you all and uh can show you all from uh we got this uh the palette for the cliff faces and everything when I I wanted something that was going to have some darker cartoony Shadows but it’s the same palette that we used on that mountain out there you can see uh that one has a little bit more uh coal ore mixed into it because it’s more meant to be viewed from far away but if you didn’t know Cole ore from a distance just looks like a darker Stone like you can’t really tell from here and then you zoom in and you’re like oh that’s like all coal ore right in there pain in the butt to gather but looks really good when you do it like this so that’s that was that was that and terraforming our building more I think this is like a I think honestly I like terraforming more than building to an extent I I would say I like building after I’ve created a region cuz then it just feels so special to put something on it but I really like creating Landscapes that’s I’ve always loved that like that’s always been what I’ve wanted to do like the original like if you asked High School me what I wanted to do for a job once I grew up I wanted to be somebody who made worlds in video games like I I wanted to make the map that then other artists are coming in and putting the buildings and the towns and everything on but I wanted to like make the landscape that the people could explore so I would say that very much is uh where I’ve been wanting like I like my favorite happy point I definitely love doing Village builds and all those types of things but man just like building Landscapes and everything oh so fun was your number one when terraforming like number one tip I think I’d say one that I’ve learned recently is that just because you have a rock I I feel like like it learn this kind of over here but just well there’s two things just because you’re going up an elevation at a steep rate doesn’t mean you have to have a rock there and then also the opposite applies of just because the landscape is flat doesn’t mean that there The Rock has to end I felt like I was constantly building Cliffs I can show youall like what I mean by that I was constantly building Cliffs where you can see here where as soon as it like gets to the top it just stops and then grass screw over the top of it and then what I’ve been trying to do more recently is maybe the edge there’s not so much space for the grass to grow so the rocks are coming back up over the edge of it and I I like how this looks a lot more so this is a that’s a tip that I’ve learned recently and also kind of I’m going very fantasy and like very drastic in the curves and the shapes and like all that and I I think another one if it looks good out of one block usually it’s going to look great if you texture it what’s your favorite food my favorite like go-to food that is just like a like a staple this very much applies to anybody from the Seattle area probably is just like good old classic Seattle Teriyaki just it’s just unbeatable all right we’re I wish there was way to like pause this okay know if for I I know if you’re a if you’re a fan of Gemini Tay you probably enjoy trees that’s my tree this this is my tree welcome on in can you show us the big tree that’s the big tree it’s up there it’s our puppy’s birthday is it Winnie’s birthday oh my gosh it’s a good day then yeah that’s my tree well come on in everybody if you’re not familiar with me or you haven’t been keeping up or whatever this is my hardcore world we started this guy in 1 Point 18 we’re currently on day 7,212 so we’ve been uh we’ve been going for a while in this world best way to engage gems Community here’s my tree look at my tree um yeah my my whole goal here is I love building like medieval fantasy worlds so we’re working on that and this is the city of path it’s still very much a work in progress we’ve done a lot we’ve spent well over a, days of this world alone building this city and kind of making everything else happen in here so we’re we’re getting there we’re you a Dev at Mojang at some point no I I’ve no that’d be cool but no no no no no Mojang Cape here would happily have one if I could but no we got all some extra dogs hanging out in here but yeah this is the big old city we haven’t done the middle of the city I did the top of the city and we’ve done part of the bottom of the city recently decided to expand it like crazy and go to even more crazy growth and everything if anybody’s a old Empires SMP fan this build right here if you watch Empires season 2 I decided to do an Ode to the the drip Tavern from gobl and recreate it as the drip Lounge down underneath the city as like a little Speak Easy so we got that in there and the current project we’re working on is a big expansion out here to the back where this used to be Hills rolling all the way down here you can see the old terrain down below and then we’re working on expanding this city Harbor I haven’t added any boats or anything in here yet but uh yeah so we’ve got a big expansion over here these Cliffs are all brand new we got a brand new bridge over there and another gate house behind it so this is kind of like the main heart of the cities in there that we’re going to have this like a harbor District on the outside and we kind of have industrial lands over there when will you finish this City dude I don’t even have an answer for that love the experiment you did when building that Tavern I think it turned out great yeah it was really fun that I the drip Tavern from gobl Land like on Empires I still think is one of my best interiors I’ve ever made uh and then I know a few people in my community were like you have to show them the other tree uh so I I also really like building trees so I can show you this is my this is the entrance to my nether this is my nether well this is my nether roof this is the nether Hub it’s it’s it’s still a work in progress It’s getting there it’s it’s growing we’ve got some pathway setup going out in different directions but so far it’s just yeah it it’s mostly just Farms on the top right now the entry yeah yeah yeah so this is my really cool stronghold I’ve customized it a lot I hope you enjoy I put some torches down and then we have another tree where we recently just did this giant glass storm down underneath it so we have we have another Tree in here that I really really love all of the leaves are end rods and uh we’re we’re slowly working on expanding more of this I wanted to look like a world tree like sitting in a galaxy um just kind of like floating out in the middle of space so we we have this inside we just got a lot of lot of glass and random stuff out here the I I returned the dragon egg here and it looks so sad so I want to do something else with it soon out the back we set up these floating rocks that if you go to the Minecraft enchanting language you can actually find what the different characters spell out and so that just spells FIP in the Minecraft enchanting language and I kind of love it it’s it’s just it’s a fun vibe to have it out over here I need to find something to incorporate all like the gateways as we’re going throughout but it’s it’s all it’s still all the work in progress everything but yeah let me uh give you a little bit of a better view better view of the tree I think this one could have have a little bit more scale more branches reaching out and everything so we might get to that eventually and do a quick elytra check and uh yeah I really like a lot that was like 30,000 end rods I had originally wanted to take the canopy up even higher but 30,000 N Rods yeah yeah we were stopping there I was I was done placing those I was like uhuh that’s that’s enough that that gives the idea so yeah what we’re working on today is gathering up a bunch of materials so we can start here to find more diamonds and whatnot like it makes you really work for getting the first stuff and then it makes that satisfaction even more when you can eventually find those diamonds and then I think deep slate being slower to mine is good because it also makes things like the ancient cities more terrifying because you can’t just run to a wall and just I’m gone like you you’re kind of you can’t dig that far that quickly like a warden would catch you this F mining for filling storage or a project we’re mining for a project today we’re working on expanding the walls we just need a lot of deep slate to be able to do it this honestly probably is enough for the Deep slate of the cobbled varietal this is a cobbled variety of deep slate that we’re working with today here um directly from you they recommended if you’re getting if you’re starting with making trees like in your drawings make it look like a bird can fly through it like if a bird can’t fly through a tree I know there’s no Birds in Minecraft but like if you can’t fly through your tree with an elytra I’m kidding you probably can’t do that but but in reality like if you you’re you’re you should be able to see through your trees you should be able to see to the other side unless it’s really really dense and you’re doing that on purpose so I think the way that people bloby their trees is they’re not adding any space for air they’re not add they’re not at making it look fluffy and Airy and light they’re making it look really heavy like basically like you have a stick and you just plopped a bunch of leaves on top of it and H down over their sides like you want it to be like living and breathing and the tree should be growing up towards the sun outside in this economy I know I know I know apologies Lucas thank you so is actually right underneath that whole section this guy was supposed to have an interior connecting down to it and I just haven’t done it yet that’s color storage right over there in that red and blue building um that’s just a decorated out Interior right there for this is a brewery that’s like a spice shop that’s like a banner shop that’s a little indoor like apiary Avary type thing Avary cuz there’s birds in there um what else do we have that’s the Glass Factory it’s an autocrafting Factory for stained glass so you can put glass in and die and it’ll automatically make it all um and then one of the buildings I think is that red one right there maybe that’s a pumpkin and melon farm and then there’s a few other random things out there our uh Comet of the day library is over kind of underneath that gray Tower at the end there how are your SOS friend to do an interior collab just go to Shelby so how many diamonds for you to do all of these one mob Builder hate is the creeper I if a creeper blows up and explodes something I built that’s on me I don’t mind that because that’s my fault if an Enderman walks along and just goes Dad D look at me I’m going to pick up this block that sucks because I like to use dirt and Co dirt and gravels and things for texturing and I’ve had multiple times since the I got the data pack working again but Enderman have just like walked over to every single Auto farm that I have if there is something that can be condensed down to save on storage space or get something where I walk over and then I’m like constantly like all right here’s something that I I’m using from this Farm consistently or I’m making at this Farm am I already just crafting it with the materials that are at the farm if the answer is yes then I’m going to figure out how I can uh get an autoc crafter set up to just make the thing right then and there I’m excited for the arborus dendrology University to be built I’m very excited to do it but I’m like so nervous versions of like the barrels and chests and the beehives and bookshelves and whatnot like I like the small versions of those or like the amethyst is pretty cool will the new Village be visible on the world map it will not the new Village is a little too far to the east oh okay I guess uh this wall was uh a little Holo uhoh or I didn’t bring it down as far as I thought I had extend this down and did it right like for what they took the time to actually bring into the game they made sure that they were bringing in things with like a lot of thought behind it we need an end update I I’m I’m willing I I think I’d be willing to bet that this um next update would be an end update I don’t know if it’s 100% but like I think it’s enough of a chance that I would be willing to be like yeah I’ll templates I mean I’ve I’ve done a few I’ve had a few since then like I’ve randomly made some hose or something like that but I haven’t had to deal with like the fresh set of tools in in this world at least I have on other worlds I I I’ve had on other worlds where I’ve went to go get bro they’re coming down the river what would you like included in the end update something that makes the end actually fun to explore I know that’s really ambiguous but I think like small end biomes that are like Pockets almost like if you think of like an oasis in a desert where you still have the vast desert of nothingness but every once in a while you’re going to come across this beautiful Oasis in a desert like at least fantasy themes behind deserts um and I think if they did something like that with the end that could be really really cool so I don’t want to like go through a Gateway and be like biomes everywhere where like the what’s that mod that’s not how you shoot underwater there’s that better end mod that just adds so many different things to the end like I don’t like that because then I get overwhelmed like I I get like there’s too many things so I think if for an end update that I would want I still want there to be that like Barren vibe to the end where it’s kind of like there’s nothingness but going with where the cities have just Pockets popping up throughout just having more stuff like that throughout more things that you’re just exploring out there and you’re like oh this is cool I don’t like the better end like the the modded the modded end that they there’s that better end mod it’s too much there’s too much going on it’s too full it’s too Lush I feel like I’m in a I feel like I’m in like this weird jungle that is just so so chaotic and it all leads into another like there’s there’s just far too much going on with it that it’s it’s not my favorite I get definitely get like it’s cool looking at screenshots of it but playing with it sucks I like and I know the mod Dev like they did good job they did a good job defining like an idea and their idea of what it would be it’s just not for me there’s just too much it’s it’s basically same reason why I don’t like building in jungles in Minecraft there’s just too much going on that I just like I don’t want to do it just no I’m not going to tear out that side yet H we’ll do it underneath the bridge we’ll tear out like here over but yeah there’s so many biomes and then I think the big issue I have with modded Minecraft content is when you have every mod out there and some mods do it more than others but when every single mod has their own structures that they add to biomes or they add to the Overworld or something it becomes to the point where if you’re playing with just one mod you’re like okay cool I’ll eventually stumble upon super minecrafty crafted Village extraordinaire Rog light dungeon massive blah blah blah BL blah Airship sitting above the sky and like you see that once you’re like okay cool and then you turn to the right and you’re like oh there’s the giant Ninja Palace that I can go and explore and parkour all the way to the top of and then you look again somewhere else and you’re like okay so now not only do I have the giant Ninja Palace and all those things then over here I have another custom Village and there’s just like playing a modern Minecraft it’s hard to find a space to build because there’s custom stuff everywhere which like if you’re looking for a way to explore and do things yeah that’s great that’s not for me I know which Mod’s talking about dude they all add so much stuff and it’s like every modded series that we play in because it gives content for people who don’t like building so we usually have those like they were on New Life they were on xlife they were on um afterlife like all of them were and I was like there’s just so much junk everywhere that’s it’s like hard to actually see what I’m trying to build like I I had a build location I wanted to pick at I think it was um it was on New Life yeah I had a build location I wanted to pick and I was like oh this could be really cool and I went there in the survival world like on the seed before we started I was like I’ll just give it I’ll just check it out why not let’s go let’s go give it a lookie and I’m looking around I’m like dude every way that I look there is a massive structure that goes to the sky limit like I I there’s literally no space for me to build because I can’t expand in any direction cuz there’s just structures everywhere I instantly was like Scott I’m changing where I’m basic we try other building Stills that’s than just fancy what would you ever try other building styles than just fancy I mean I feel like I try a lot of building styles all the time I’m I’m always changing up the build style I’m doing I don’t really like like I have themed areas I have like this is a giant medieval fantasy City and I if you’re asking build styles for like going for like a cyber Punk or a modern or whatever you want to say like I just don’t enjoy doing them I get I get very bored when there’s a lot of repetitive shapes I think I’d do it differently now maybe cuz I do a lot more heavy texturing so maybe that can make it more fun but when there’s a lot of repetitive shapes and texturing and stuff just gets repeated or you’re just stacking up 10 stories of a skyscraper going to the roof and it’s all pretty much the same like I I’m just like H it’s not not my favorite yeah we’re using fresh animations mod with the fabric mod Suite to be able to get it work I know OptiFine is not updated but OptiFine isn’t your only solution so why I like biome mods for the added variety but added structures are just too frequent and often don’t make sense of the train around them yeah that’s a lot of it what do you think of the dist Horizon mod I I feel like every mod people are mentioning today I’m like I hate it but no I think distant Horizon mod is uh it’s not for me I don’t like it I am I’m already playing on 80 chunks uh because I’m able to use Bobby and Nvidia and those are real chunks that are loaded into the game and I’m still getting 140 FPS cuz big computer but distant Horizon mod when you look at the chunks that are loaded in they have a very different color to them and if you’re building anything that’s massive and Hollow distant Horizons has an issue with rendering those and will actually just make them all appear completely black because it sees the one block and then it sees the giant dark Gap behind it and it doesn’t have the ability to say oh just because it’s like there’s the one block in front I should render that it basically looks at like the the general area around it and tries to condense it to lower poly and also weirded shaded thing but distant Horizons for me I I don’t like the look of the mod I think it looks I think it looks really fake it it make it takes me out of the game it makes me feel like there is definitely fake chunks rendered in at the distance which it’s true that there are but I it like is very immersion breaking for me so not for me if you enjoy it go for it use it I know a lot lot of people enjoy it cuz they can get see a massive parts of the world but for me nah how long is the stream we’ll see we are at the point where the people coming by our house could show up at any time so we’ll dig this down a little bit further and then probably call it there to be honest probably pick up on Monday and finish digging out this River at least this side of it what’s up guy of Legend how you doing is this like a good legend or are you like one of those legends that like people retell at a bar for can you believe that guy what about Bobby Bobby allows you to have a larger chunk render distance it works on single player and it works on servers so if you play on a server and a server’s like really really low chunk render distance Bobby can actually help with that it can actually give you more chunks than the server allows they’re not actually loaded but they’re visually there for the players who have the mod installed so I really like it a lot and you can turn it on in single player too and use that as a way to give yourself um even more chunk render distance in single player and then for the efficiency sake I use um Nidia M which if you have an uh Nvidia Whatchamacallit like fancy graphics card like uh you can use I think it’s the r tracing series like the 2080s and up you can use invidium because of then it uses your GPU to render chunks instead of your CPU which normally Java Minecraft does and so it can be a lot more efficient and you can get massive massive render distances I’m a legend because no one knows about my true intentions well now I’m scared oh no oh no all righty there’s that and there is nearly another Shuler nice actually I want to take the anide out and put that back in there’s definitely a lot more to gather I appreciate that this is actually a river biome so uh we will be able to have fish swimming in it without us needing to do anything when we start working on the University I’m not sure I’m currently playing through like episode 73 74 and it’s not on the plans for that at least like general concepts what I want to do but I don’t always stick to that so maybe I’ll get randomly inspired and be like University time I think the university is something that I want to um get into a creative world and like the creative copy of this world and we’ll probably do a stream and just like plot out the general shapes and layouts of it and start talking about all that together and then we can go into it from there um but that is looking better down there let’s go get those oak logs and extend it fix that cuz it looks a little weird I need to keep digging that out for sure I want that to be another block or two deeper we need to make it look kind of like it was dredged out so that boats like larger boats could slide in and out University would be cool yeah I I want to get to it soon it’s just uh when I have the inspiration not inspiration like cuz I’m very inspired to make it and I know the general idea of what I want to do but it’s almost like needing to like tackle uh that anxiety of starting something that big that’s that’s what I need to tackle are you building walls here cuz the gate looks a little useless with being able to climb on the docks um I mean yeah somebody could swim across the river but I think it’s fine uh we have the gate house there the the harbor is all outside the city like the The Heart of the City so we’re going to have the the big walls are going to be going all the way along the top of the cliff which like if anybody’s scaling that cliff and then they want to scale that wall maybe they ear in the ability to get into the city but we also have like a big gate house back here so if they’re able to get from there up to here and onto that like it’s not the end of the world um not the entire the entirety of a city doesn’t need to be Behind the Walls same with like over there I think I want to um I I one thing I mixed up and messed up while building this is that there wasn’t really a wall in this area so technically you can just walk into the city from here but I’m not too sure how to fix it without fully redoing a lot of things so my thought instead is that we’re going to do a fortress of sorts like right up there that’s kind of watching over this pass and then we’re going to have all this powdered snow in here so it’s kind of hard to Traverse cuz Minecraft so make it more difficult to Traverse and then as far as this river is going to come out we’re going to cut the land you can see this line that I dug out we’re actually going to probably going to take it a little bit here but we’re going to cut everything to the left that’s all going to be gone so that’s going to turn this Waterway into something massive like way more open this whole mountain is actually going to come down probably to about this layer so I want to tear all that down and then right here at the end I want to do another Fortress that’ll be like watching over the river so like a big old Fort here that’ll be like kind of watching over the river cuz eventually we’ll we’ll start I don’t know when it’ll be streams when I feel like getting into it but this River I want to dig it out and connect it all the way to the ocean the problem is it’s it’s probably like a 2 million block dig we just need to just need to find time to do it and that’s a lot of stuff to do so not yet yeah uh I know there’s common on like the verification stuff for the Discord we we use verification for phone number it that’s not information that we collect at all I we don’t actually get any of that information um but you do have to give it to Discord real and then they basically tell us that you are verified and then you’re the fantasy Zaden thanks so much for the Dono again I don’t know how to build organ but you thought about building a Dragon’s Den um maybe somebody left a comment not Dragon’s Den but fantasy vibe comment um about not hiding Nether Portals just in a building and actually turning them into like some sort of ancient ruin I’ve thought about doing something like that but I I don’t feel very good I’m I’m not very experienced with building Organics so I don’t really like them that to make them that much cuz it’s a lot I’m not usually not too happy with them but I was thinking off of that of like a scaled down version of something like that being how we have nether portals and adding like a magic magic system to the world that people are able to go and like create these portals and then that’s how you transport and can move around to different towns but then I also don’t like that that then removes the ability to just travel on a road so I’m kind of thinking maybe not because I like that the idea that the world is moving on roads and everything around but maybe we have like some fancy crazy um so what is it the League of Legends um Arcane they were able to use the those like gates for shipping and everything like that but then people obviously still travel around so maybe we do something along those lines I don’t want to do quite that many airships we have one Airship that is somewhere right over there I think yeah where is he Airship hello Airship there’s the there’s the Airship I want to do more airships and things like that I think it’s so fun but it’s just kind of not something we’re actually doing right now what’s your plan for the sides of the city yes that’s all that’s all I got for my plan uh as far as when I’m releasing the world the world downloads come out every 10 episodes they are available for members there are no free world downloads so if you would like the World download and you are not actively a member you can either become a member or you can hang out in chat and get the chance of somebody gifting you a membership and then you can get the World download that [Applause] way I think we can kind of like let’s go get some mud and we can do like the farthest line on that side where the mud’s going to come in and then we can just kind of leave it from there I’m just Dilly dallying make the wood in the water darker so it looks wet yeah we’ll come back in and detail all those and everything later turn it into some like strip or like dark oak or something like that actually that would probably leave that there how to walk underwater just hold W you see the harbor with shaders flashbang it’s getting there it’s looking pretty fancy looking pretty good uh what’s a biome you want to see added to the Overworld I want them to add not any new biomes but I want them to add the updates to the biomes that they have talked about adding like I want to see the desert biome added with the palm trees I want to see the Savannah update that was going to add in the bowab trees I want to see like all of those like those are the those are the biomes that I would like to see just do it that way ah it’s fine it’s fine and then like if they if they if they did like a big update I hope it’s not the next one cuz I’m really wanted that end update and I I hope that means like cool new tree colors but if they did like a big update as like one of hey we’re going to catch up on everything that we said we were going to update here is all of it now like I would be pretty happy I don’t know about y’all but like I would be stoked if they did like a big update where they’re like all right everything that we had in previous mob votes and biome votes that we said we would include eventually here it is here’s all of it like I would be very excited about that also don’t want the current biomes to be too full like I again that like Pockets idea that I was talking about with like how I’d like the end to be updated I think they need to do that if they update any Overworld biomes as well so I’ll be honest cherry tree biomes they’re I only enjoy them because of how small they are like I think if they were much bigger I think they’d be like a little too much and mangrove swamps I’m honestly not a massive fan of I think mangr swamps are a little there a little too much going on again same reason why I don’t like jungle biomes like I don’t like building in a jungle biome I go to jungles purely to harvest cocoa beans Ferns and jungle wood and then I leave or I clearcut the jungle and then build on top of it maple trees if they added maple trees with red leaves oh could you imagine if Minecraft was just like here’s colored leaves how many Builders would Cry tears of joy be beautiful be amazing just enjoying some good old mud placing good old mud placing we’re not going to tear out too much more of this it’s okay it’ll all be fixed in due time I just wanted to get that line along the back so we can kind of see the depth I think that’s going to look so much better with the mud in there it’s going to artificially make the water look a lot deeper too cuz it’s going to be a lot darker leaves not wood yeah I I would love to have if we could have colored leaves like yellow leaves orange leaves red leaves i’ would be so happy I don’t need like blue and purple and blah blah blah but like we got pink leaves with the cherry trees I give me like red leaves and yellows and oranges at the same that’d be awesome love the Slappy sound that mud makes or something in the line of a bush or a Shrubbery bring me a shrubbery so I’m thinking here where we have these uh posts coming down that would probably be a natural spot for some sediment to build up more so than not so we can kind of surround them with mud and then we’ll have it like dropping down in between and everything so it’ll be a little bit deeper in the middle but the area around like the actual post I think would be cool to have it being raised a little bit more red or orang leaves would die for those yeah I think I I think the biggest one for me would probably be orange and yellow I think those would be the best red I think would be third but I’m also red green color blind so I think that part partially is the reason why but yeah if we could get if we could get colored leaves I would be so so happy oh okay so we did dig that one down a little bit further that’s okay please to meet you we just cover it not the end of the world or is it I don’t know running out of space for all of our junk my trinkets yeah we are out of space I think I have an empty suar box in my Ender Chest that we absolutely hate if seasons were added to the base game that would prevent me from updating my game dude if they added season as like Seasons as like an actual feature in the game I would be so sad I I would be I don’t I don’t raise my Pitchfork up about many things in video games but if they added Seasons to Minecraft that Pitchfork would be be it be up it would be not not be fun be very very sad so I was using the spruce here to like symbolize being a bit wetter and damper as if like the mud was in inching up on the thing I guess I could use some Oak too as was a quick fix for that little brick one down there seasonal biomes yeah some of those mods that do the seasonal biomes where you can just randomly run in and there’s just like red trees and whatnot like like the oak trees but red like those work those are decent I’m just going to move this all up because it’s not going to be as deep as it you won’t really be able to tell fromes it’ll be fine no that’s not a shovel it’s so dark I think we need to go sleep probably yep sleepy time thoughts on instant tree chopping I don’t think we need it I I mean I I if I’m playing modded do I’d enjoy it being in there sure uh but I think with the existence of tree farms already in Minecraft I don’t think you’ll ever see it added to the base game I think almost to a fault Mojang looks at what the Redstone Community has invented and says all right they’ve invented a way to automate that and we don’t want to interrupt their play style and the joy they get out of playing and the people who have designed those built those whatever it might be and then moang kind of goes okay so they made an automatic Tree Farm auto chopping now no longer on the list because players have found a way to say is that yeah uh but players have found a way to basically say all right we can’t Auto chop trees down with one hit but if I want to get a lot of wood I’ve invented this Redstone machine that can do it all for me and so I think Mojang sees that and then goes okay cool we don’t have to deal with that anymore check that box off the list like they they can just default to yeah players have invented a way to do it we don’t need to do it for which I think is good now would I like there to be some form of a wood cutter added of the game yes if there was a more efficient recipe for trap doors I’d be very happy trap doors are the one thing that I’m constantly just like I don’t I don’t understand why they’re so expensive especially when doors got changed to not be as expensive I don’t understand why trap doors are still so expensive like doors used to be six wood for one door and so then six wood for two trap doors mathematically even out cuz you’re getting two thingies instead of one thingy and they’re half the size of the one thingy but now you’re getting three doors and two trap doors so theoretically if they made the change across the board back then we should be getting six trap doors that’s looking pretty good I like the depth on that I also like that the it’s able to gather some Shadow from the bridge itself I think that looks good yeah we’ll definitely keep working extending that we can almost bring the mud up a little higher but it it’s just like a little too skinny I want to do like these longer stretches coming out similar to how we have like that those leaves on top I think might gather a few of those like around these maybe like somewhere I don’t know we’d have to make that a lot shallower and I want this River to be pretty pretty deep like deep enough for like a boat that’s five or six blocks underwater to be able to come through here but we’ll see let’s go un load all of these I think they should add more weapons and armor not that they are better than each other more so variations yeah I it would be kind of cool if they do a little bit of rock paper scissors for combat so like a lot of games have a rock paper scissors system for combat basically means that certain weapons are more effective against other people like if somebody’s running up at you with a dagger and then you have a pole arm if you can keep them at a long distance you have the advantage cuz they can’t hit you from there so I think if it would be kind of cool if Minecraft did something like that like for the PVP scene I think could be fun I know they’re they were messing around with ideas of doing that in the combat snapshots like the hoe was be going to be a weapon that just had longer reach so maybe maybe there’s I think there’s still hope or there’s still there’s not hope is the right word there’s still a chance that they’re like those ideas they learned a lot from them maybe they’ll get implemented later never know but yeah I I think they’re eventually I mean we got the mace now we have the Trident if only the Trident was actually useful instead of just a fun gimmicky thing for some mini games every now and then um the axe being combat now works but I don’t like the that the axe still I believe it still takes full durability when you’re use like it where it takes twice the durability when attacking compared to what a sword would take when hitting something so like two durability per hit instead of one durability so that’s kind of annoying um but I I think there’s still hope that they they’re going to do something having different weapons with the same attack but different abilities would be fun yeah if they added like some crazy like combo abilities or something that could be cool like you can charge up a sword and you do a little Spin Attack to knock everything back from you or an axe you can get like a heavy hit or something like that cuz we already have critting so like you can jump crit you don’t need to add that into abilities or into things oh we left her you can go in there you can go in there we love a battle axe that would be cool for the I think being able to have different Aesthetics other than like adding armor trims awesome armor trims such a cool thing for the game because not every player is just running around looking like a like a a blob like being able to have your own custom armor trims your own colors your own Styles whatever it is sure we still have like the netherite undertone like that’s fine but like I feel so unique I’m sure other people have copied this armor trim or also have used this combo here but I feel really unique having this as what my armor looks like instead of just being in like plain boring netherite custom elytras I don’t think you’ll see because they have capes but I would love them to do some form of an armor trim system but as a weapon trim system so you could reskin a sword to have like different we’ll flip it to that hand so you can see it but reskin the swords you can have different like coloring on it you could have like this line right here that middle line maybe you could like bedazzle that with like a red from like red stone or like a ruby tone or something like that or like being able to make it longer shorter Great Sword whatever you want to say like that like that could be cool lunge distance or or a jump boost and a pirate modur that makes you dash with slow fall yeah I don’t think you’ll see oh excuse me I don’t think you’ll see anything that creative but we flip you are unique thanks hopefully that’s in a good way um but yeah maybe one day I think I think there’s hope that Mojang’s going to keep adding things like that I think they just want to do it slowly because they want to keep the game around forever and a very easy way to kill a video game is feature bloat if you just throw features and features and features and features and features at people it becomes really daunting to join a game it becomes really daunting to pick up a game yeah we’re going to end the stream here in a few um if you look at games like I don’t know an example that I play a lot because I’ve been playing it forever is World of Warcraft but if you look at that and uh we’re we’re we’re going to be ending stream here in a minute um and then you go into all of the systems that they have over nearly 20 years of I think it’s more than 20 now of World of Warcraft content being produced all that innate knowledge that you need to know to be able to be competitive with the modern-day people who have been playing the entire time you’re so far behind fortnite sure I dude I don’t even know where to start on fortnite I I know nothing about that game other than I do know that it is chaotic as all heck and that there’s so many things going on um so I know a lot of people out there constantly Go Minecraft why are you adding these small up dates this is so like there’s nothing in this update blah blah blah blah blah blah but in reality if they kept adding like a full like nether overhaul size update every single update that they do there would be so much going on in this game that one it probably be overwhelming to play two it would be very daunting for a new player to get into and three like how the heck are you going to manage your inventory when our inventories are already too full um so like I don’t know I I I like small consistent updates to games that add a little bit of flavor to keep you playing but like Minecraft is a game where if you’re if you’re playing Minecraft and as soon as a new update comes out 2 weeks later you’re like I’m bored I need new stuff in Minecraft like that’s kind of a time for me when I’m like maybe I need to revisit what I want out of this game maybe I need to find a different way to enjoy the game instead of only by the content they provide like as I saying box game if you can’t find your own enjoyment and ways to play Minecraft without being like when’s Minecraft going to add the next thing like that is uh that’s like I I get being excited about the snapshots and the the new stuff to come but if you’re not like already just enjoying playing the game you can be excited about new things happening but you still have to have a base enjoyment just for playing the game but yeah I don’t know that’s how I that’s how I always think about it I’m excited for the new updates I’m excited for all that stuff we’ll see where we
