EPIC AUTOSORTER IN MODDED MINECRAFT!

Good doing good here i am making the prettiest prettiest lanterns for our spawn time town road things are really coming together aren’t they it’s it’s looking so beautiful here i have to say it’s mostly disney yeah it is i i placed i placed two blocks in it so i know

Steamer punk building is amazing and as joe pointed out he built it without wings craziness oh it’s one beautiful morning back in the man cave uh-huh look at this this place still looks so bad i haven’t done much with it i’ve been mining in between episodes but check check out the grass

Isn’t that pretty see i went and explored look at this look at my map this is without flying that’s pretty impressive in it um and eventually i did find some tropics so i picked it up with balance with plenty and i i use that grass i think this is

That we got some fertile soil 16 art out or that’s like yeah i’ll take it uh we got some burgers this here delighted meal is something that they’ve given me that i didn’t even think about so zucchini fries who would eat that that’s crazy

But look at this we need to set up a recipe for this in our kitchen it’s just tater salt and a bakeware uh-huh yeah we can do that and we can do that what is this blueberry smoothie oh it’s snowball well we ain’t getting got no snow yet

But uh we can definitely do that and we get a full meal check check out the the power of this buddy wow this gives you a full hunger bar and a lot of saturation um all right anyway the place is getting very crowded with chests everywhere direwolf would call them soren chests

They are just you know crazy put everywhere so we we ought to fix that here in a minute i want to show you quickly i’ve done a little wheat farm it’s it’s very very bad actually you know what no wait this is random things for thailand’s dirt yeah never mind um

It’s very bad but it works gives us some wheat i moved the wheat out of the manual thing here so now we just have the pam service craft there um what else have i done i’ve done this this is pretty cool so to charge these up we talked about this

In the last episode but you throw them on the ground of the biome that you’re capturing right and it sits there and it kind of bursts like that looks very cool i did a little setting here i timed it and it seems to be what did i what did i say

120 seconds yes it seems to be around two minutes for them to be uh full so i did this while the lever is on it’s gonna sit it’s gonna take the biome capsules put them on the ground and and it’s a tropics biome in there and fill them up

And then it’s gonna pull them back in after two minutes or if i flip the lever this just helps me to have them full at all the times unfortunately there is no meta data for the charges in random things because otherwise i could have automated it so

That when they were full they would have been pulled back to the chest but there isn’t a way to do that and i’ll show you why i’ll show you why boy uh in steve’s factory man or in random things where be thou there’s over here isn’t it yeah a biome

Capsule the metadata of a biome capsule is actually determining the biome it has uh oh no not specified amount here if i would go precise detection and then i’d go five that’s a forced capsule so the empty data is not the charges on it it’s actually what kind of biome is in it

But it works pretty well i mean it does give me a full capsule all the time i just had to sneeze there i don’t know i wake up today and and i’m bad again at the with the flu thing i don’t know what’s going on anyway i want to show you how i’m

Painting this because i’m kind of striking two birds at the same time you remember i’m not doing quarries this season uh here we can use night vision yeah uh-huh so this is y level 11 obviously just down down our elevator shaft all the way down um and this is my mine slash

Will also be painted all the way up to the sky obviously oh i’ve rolled diamonds don’t mind if i do okay anyway uh it’s good that i’ve been mining as well because we’re gonna use resources now i’m thinking um in survival stories my single player series i am using applied and logistics

For storage system in here though i want to try and make my own sorting system using this factory manager and i think i think i’ll be able to here’s where i keep diamond ores i keep putting them in the wall by the way to make that etho feel remember we are doing an

Etho man cave in case you didn’t see the last episode but we’re trying to do it in a modded version and see how it would look it’s just a little fun project don’t hate uh anyway i’m thinking the item room will be in here and if we now think etho

Then iron chests or gold chests oh i can’t do that wait i need to move this back i’m thinking we have it something like that you know and then if this would be say a bone chest or a mob blue chest how do i oh i shift right click with a hand right

Okay okay i see how it is yeah something along the lines of that um it’s just a fun thing you know it will look it will look cool with having chests on the wall and storing it vanilla wise but with the power of modded i think we could use

Barrels for some blocks as well we’ll make it look pretty um i’ll make it look pretty i should say all right now uh before i get to the to the whole building of this thing i wanted to together with you guys show you what i’ve come up with as far as this factory

Manager goes and sorting so ah dear goodness we need to clear out some space can i chew on you thank you oh they taste so good all right we’re gonna need to be able we’re gonna need to be crafting a little bit here this is all the iron that i have and the

Gold i hope that it’s enough but um let’s see we need inventory inventory cables we’re gonna need a bunch of these guys so let’s go ahead hmm you know what i should do first inventory manager okay okay so i’m gonna need a little bit of that i did craft up pistons didn’t i

Uh i did i know i did where be though oh they’re in my inventory derp i’m sorry okay so let’s do one of you and then you’ll be good to go very good and we’re gonna need a bunch of these as i said so glass grash uh-huh

24 we’re gonna need like three or four stacks but anyway that is good for a starter now let me show you how this uh how we can do this if i would have my controller there and i would run a line of cables like that and i would use

Say an iron chest as my input chest here’s where i come and put all my stuff and then i’d go let me go with two of these one there this would be my storage chests and i’d go with a barrel over here and over there i can fill this guy with cobblestone

Okay i’ll fill the other one with stone uh-huh uh-huh very good and then in the chests we will this chest will contain only iron ingots and the other chest will be empty okay now if i would write a little program that would say hmm how do i want to do this i could

Have a redstone signal if there is anything in this chest and then that would trigger but for now i’m just going to leave it at a at a constant trigger now we’re going to have to set up a variable first and we’re going to call this variable storage slots

And we’re going to go ahead and we’re going to grab the not the iron chest we’re going to grab our barrels and our two chests this is just for demonstration purposes okay so that’s all our storage now obviously in the real scenario here we’d probably have a hundred chests and a hundred

Pairs you know but we’ll put it all into one variable is what’s important and now we would go and create an input which i’ve already done this input would be the r chest target up items blacklist okay very good and then we’d go and create an output and we can say

Variables storage slots right target up that’s fine could be any side and blacklist now i want to see if i now go ahead and put in cobblestone here you see this have one here let me let me clear this out again these have one stack of cobblestone if i would grab

Another stack of stone and one of cobblestone and put that in this chest it should move to this barrel yes look at that you see it you saw it you saw it here let me show you again 44 stone i’ll put stone in boom there you go

Uh and it should work the same with my iron the question is will it get here no it went here so we have to be careful with with how we how we sort the chests obviously we’ll mostly use barrels and then we’ll use chests for multiple stuff but

Let me see if this would be full with like anything really pistons and that um now the iron should go into that chest there yes iron went in here if i put in pistons it will go over here uh-huh and if i would put in redstone it

Won’t go anywhere because it can’t you know so that’s the whole core idea of the sorting system that i want to build very very easy you can do this so quickly i’m gonna have to do a little bit of fine tuning but the most exciting thing

Is how will we design this room and it’s actually pretty small it may actually be too small i’ll see i’ll see but this is something that i want to set up so let me do that and we’ll come back and see if you guys love it all right i think we’re getting

Guys know what iguana tweaks add uh they add a saw a cobalt and an ardite so they actually need you can’t do with a diamond sword so i’m making myself a cobalt microsoft which is pretty crazy a cobalt saw yep i think you can actually do with the

In an inventory if there is an equal item in there but that’s not a thing so i have to fill up the chests like this which is not ideal so what i may have end up doing is exchanging all the chests here and here for barrels uh because it works beautifully with

Barrels and then i’ll store most of my things on barrels and then i’ll have like a buffer over here with chests and possibly some filing cabinets for non-stackable items i think that would be better i think it will be enough actually to have 10 diamond chests of the the random loot

But i’ll see i’ll see check this out though that looks cool doesn’t it i’m thinking of course we installed some kind of light on off with the switch so that when you get in here those goes down and the light turns on and otherwise it’s pitch dark in here

Screw i was planning on doing a um player sensor so that it would only open to me but since i’m not into pneumatic craft yet i can’t do that that’s the only player sensor we have uh but we we could do something else pretty cool here check this out let’s do

We’re going to need a wireless wireless wireless transmitter and do i have come on now oh i need to put it together okay wireless transmitter good and then we’re also going to need a wireless receiver which is another one of these and the ball oh good

I was getting worried there that it was containing something that i didn’t have okay do we have everything no i need to put the bowl and the thing together wait i just made the bowl didn’t i could have sworn i made it but uh hey all right that’s good and then boom

Um so oh you know what wait wait i’ll show you so wireless receiver obviously we will go through this again but uh we’ll have our transmitter somewhere like we will put it here and then if i put a lever to that that signal will now be on on the wireless

Receiver that has the same channel or should this may be different in multiplayer actually here let me let me go with uh 9 as my number 901 set um iscal 1. yeah people will know what it is okay and then if i go over here and i select that

Frequency that powers on so that way i can transmit redstone wirelessly you’ve seen this in survival storage but i figured i’d go over it again now we’re gonna make this into a switch which wirelessly will turn off and on or everything and i’m thinking there is a cool thing until we have

Player sensors there is a a block from botania that i haven’t shown you but it’s super super cool called the ender overseer so i should have everything we need to craft this baby up and you’re in for a treat if you haven’t seen this so this is

A block that when i look at it it will output a redstone signal okay a pulse so i’m thinking we’ll put this uh for now let’s let’s go ahead and put it right there okay well actually that’s not gonna work is it no because there are inventory cables behind i have to be

Toggle latch there um and then we’re gonna need to flip it oh dear goodness can’t i there okay so we have in from the top and out from the side there um so if we do something like that and then we go back up remember we don’t have flight we are not flying

Flying if we do that that should work now as a lever and we look at it that’s pretty ain’t that pretty and then on the exit we’ll make sure to put pressure plates or something here that will always close the loop in case i forget to look at it again
