Making a little bit of like a um Christmas tree uh like contest area so the goal for this is we’ll have like a big tree um that’s all decorated and everything and then we might also build like a little like tree nursery um just for like an added thing

Of detail um but want to build a big tree that people will look at and be like oh what is this and then they will see that it is a Christmas tree contest so that is what we are going to be working on today so without any further

Subathon and it’s going to be more of a subathon countdown uh stream so it’ll be counting the days up to um up to New Year’s Day so the stream will end on New Year’s Day no matter what but it is your guys’s goal to uh keep the stream going until that

Day so the plan is to start it I believe on the 27th and then it’ll hopefully go until the 1 and I will have to reset up my chat plays Minecraft and stuff for for when I go to bed and stuff and also for like when I have to go out and do

Things um because there will be times where I will be busy um in my day like of course I’d still like to go to church on Sunday and things like that um so there’ll probably be chat controls Minecraft during that um I think it

Would also be fun if I can get to it before the end of the month um to maybe just even do some like um compilations of different funny moments do like Lotus out takes or maybe just uh maybe just stream my videos on like just play through my videos on stream

Time we’re we’re looking for people again uh you’ll know exactly when that is and uh just keep grinding at content and working on your own content and who knows maybe you will have a chance to join the server when that time comes um and then

Also I myself want to open up my own server for all the subscribers and all the members and stuff so if you give me a chance and you hang out for the long run then you might be able to join us on that server as well once that day comes

Really like it but but this one is yeah this section here is a mess so I definitely need a branch there and some of these branches like I think the other branches that I’m going to be making to kind of fill in the Dead Space I’m just going to go strictly on

Leaves um um because yeah I feel like I’ve added so many of the actual um of the actual branches already that it’ll just it’ll be hard to hide the branches fully if I add too many more of them so yeah we’re going to give that a

Go let’s just focus on getting the exist ing branches complete and then we can kind of move into that kind of stuff oh we are on our last couple stacks of uh of leaves so we need to also kind of be aware of that while we’re going uh let’s see let’s see Um okay nice Christmas skin I like the hat thank you yeah I I knew I had to do some sort of best of skin I haven’t in past years so I wanted to bring something and of course everyone like a lot of other people seem to be doing the same

Thing like so many other members on the server have like 20 different skins all for different events different holidays things like that so I’m like you know what I’m going to finally join that party join the bandwagon all right we’re going to make this uh the peak of the tree pretty

Dense adding different bits like this into the mix as we go uhoh and we’ve officially run out yes definitely still needs to go up a little higher and also I kind of like the way the tree is sort of Leaning going this way so we’re going to kind of

Play into that with the rest of the the peak of the Leaves yeah like this angle looks good this angle looks all right again I think I need a branch there yeah it’s really only this spot right here and maybe right here as well can also yeah I did miss a couple spots on the bottoms of these branches

So after I take a look at those and fix those up then we should be looking pretty good um let’s go over into the woods [Applause] here get to mining away some of these leaves and yes I will be mining the trunks too I’ll getting be getting all the Spruce Wood don’t worry Think it’s going to be too bulky at the top there we’ll take a look I don’t know yeah I mean I see I see where you’re thinking that but I will be making it quite a bit taller too so hopefully that kind of helps narrow it out is kind of the [Applause] goal

[Applause] but no this is a Java Edition Dan we are on the good old Java Edition I play Bedrock every once in a while though definitely leaning more towards Java Edition though you know the one thing I don’t like about fast Leaf Decay is that it makes

It a lot more difficult to gather leaves when you’re trying to get Them fast slea Decay is one of the things that we have on the on the server and it’s not nice to have most of the time I just committed a sin in front of luma it’s Okay Well I can’t turn it off cuz I I don’t have cheats or anything I don’t have moderation abilities on the server Brody or else that would work ah see like I can almost like even make it just a tad more bulky at the top now kind of play into that yeah I kind

Of like that yeah that looks good another thing is like I really don’t want to like go too over the top with the branches because we do need to be able to add like ornaments and stuff because after all that’s the the whole point in This Dan just completely shutting Brody down Okay yeah that Branch looks good it did fill up that Space Maybe add a branch in here something like right in here about h And I do think some more of these branches can be a little droopier Even if it’s just like a couple blocks like so let’s take a look now yeah yeah this is definitely looking better and then let’s not forget about these spots here yeah that looks good that looks Good okay yeah I’m I think I’m happy with it now think I am happy with it now I even think some of these can just be like diagonal floating blocks like so yeah yeah yep that looks good get rid of those couple up there that one and where was the other

Make what should the materials for the ornaments be if we end up doing that idea earlier of the trap doors and stuff for like roots or whatnot might as well take those with me I don’t know why but I feel like mud blocks might look cool look like the mud

Bricks using those as pillars might look cool oh yeah as you guys can see I worked a little more on the roads that we had started in the last stream and I think they are all looking pretty pretty good coming along well I’d say uh no we’re going to need a few

Stacks of dirt shroom light like it’s like lanterns or whatever for like the lighting aspect oh yeah we still need to figure out what we’re doing with this guy also that might be cool uh there’s a little bit of Mangrove there is a lot Bam did I end up using all of the the iron I don’t think I did think I just Ed a couple stacks cuz we’re going to need to make some chains we do have some here but uh um oh yeah yeah yeah it’s I completely forgot for the hanging signs

It’s this here the stri logs not the um not the wood planks I’m just going to ignore you zombie until I need that piece of log back there we go um H ouch ow okay fine I’ll leave you alone do I have any shroom lights on hand that’s another question

Ooh getting frog lights might be cool for like the lights on the on the tree itself that look could look cool amethyst might look cool for ornaments could use some Spore blossoms kind of give some particle effects can’t go wrong with those there’s shroom lights could use weeping Vines for like Garland

Maybe H I’m I’m just kind of throwing out random ideas right now I have terra cotta that we could dye different colors what’s your idea that no one would ever think Of also not sure if I’d be able to use these like I’m not sure if I’d be able to place them on the on the tree itself but maybe some of these clusters if I can make them work those might look [Applause] cool oh oops did not mean to do that

H Cherry mangrove the two nether trees and shroom lights so pink couple Reds and some blues and some oranges so yeah this is going to be a whole month thing um and then the goal is going to be for for the subathon itself um we will have a segment during

The subathon where uh we go around and Tour all of the different um all the different Christmas trees so the members will have all month to work on their Christmas trees it’ll be like one of the opening um the opening things that we do on sabon though just because it’ll be after

Christmas that it’ll be shown Rose welcome or the other thing we could do is I can make a short on it and then you guys could vote under the short on which one you guys like the best can’t hear you because my phone’s on mute there we go Man I could just decorate the whole Tree in Skipper heads as my ornament that’d be pretty funny okay let’s give this to go bum bum B you know something that I wish I could make is like you know the little toy trains that they have like going around

Christmas trees and around the house and stuff during this time of year I wish you could make something like that in Minecraft and you know it would almost be possible um if you could put armor stands into uh into a mine cart got to go for a bit all right Rose
